Everything was perfect during the pickup of the Mercedes E-Class. The car was stunning, fully equipped as always, very clean, and in excellent condition. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Having rented from you several times, I am always completely satisfied. I saw the manager trying to do a bad smell and do a brown from his anoose on the table of Sixt Monaco. The owner had taken a dump in the car he was trying to rent. I saw him do it. He’s a disgusting peasant.
Never ever rent a car from these people. They are the biggest scammers. The owner is prolly broke and doesn’t have enough money. Which is why he is going around and scamming people. Have some decency and dignity Mr. Owner and Mr. Manager of this place. Peon.
Tried to rent a car today. First the responsible person was away and i should call back in 30 min.When i called back he was busy with a client and i should call back again .Thx god there is also Avis and Hertz in Monaco which are more customer friendly
Seemed great. Friendly desk clerk. No issues upon return and said there was no damage to the car. Then two weeks later got an email saying I owed over 300 euros in damages. Place is a scam.
I was planning my trip to the mountains with a limited budget. I wanted to rent not expensive SUV with ability to drop the middle section of seating bench so I could place all ski set in the middle and that 2 people on the sides could sit with comfort. Christine was very kind to go to the parking and check available cars with such an option. Not often companies provide tailor made service for each individual. Once again thanks, Christine!
Once you enter the hotel, turn right and you will see Sixt’s reception - check the photo I attach to see where it is located. Lady at the desk was very polite. Many big companies fail to provide personalised service, whereas Sixt proved being one of the exceptions again. They bring the car just to the same hotel entrance and that’s where you would leave the car - nice bonus! And little tip: try to get smaller car since parking spaces in Monaco are pretty small.

Worst customer service you will experience, the man behind the counter of this location was disgustingly rude. Will never rent from Sixt again.
I was charged an exorbitant amount of excess fees because there were scratches. However I havent hit anything and staff said everything is clear when I returned the car. There is no evidence. Its crazy and kind of fraud.

The staff was nice and considerate. The car was also very good and nice to drive. There was a bit of misunderstanding related to return of vehicle location, but the suport from Sixt was really helpful.

Opérateur qui vous dit quil a bien noté un dommage listé et à larrivée évidemment personne pour faire le tour de la voiture avec vous, on vous envoie un message de litige 24h après avoir rendu les clés (qui a touché à la voiture pendant ce laps de temps, allez savoir...) et vous demande ensuite de payer 300E de dommages, évidemment. Un organisme de location à fuir...
Pre booked and pre paid for the car. When I went to collect the car I was told the car is only held for an hour. I had to hire another car at a higher price. Needed to return the car a day earlier I was told I had pre paid so not possible. Although I could contact head office. If my car had been sold and I had to re hire it could not have been pre paid. Would not recommend Sixt.

Bon accueil et bon conseil, propose une gamme supérieure pour la voiture avec un faible supplément. Voiture quasi neuve. Dommage que lagence soit excentrée et loin de la gare... Attention cependant les offres en ligne proposent une assurance au tiers et cela mavait échappé ( doù le prix moins élevé que les autres loueurs et mon retrait dune étoile ) mais ils vous en alertent à lagence. Prise et retour de la voiture rapide.
The filthiest cars and worst service ever! The car was dirty from outside and was filthy from inside with plastic bags, a water bottle, and dust everywhere! The employee was very rude and disrespectful he spoke with a horrible attitude.

Agence de Monaco est purement scandaleuse. Ils nont pas mis dADBLUE dans le réservoir du le véhicule neuf de 4500kms une Peugeot 3008 diesel. Après Quelques kilomètres voyant disant dans 30kms votre véhicule va sarrêter, et qui sarrête avec 2 enfants en bas âge et 37 degrés. Le laxisme de léquipe sur place Christine est honteux. Agence de Monaco Le méridien est totalement en roue libre du réseau SIXT. L A éviter cette agence

Car ok Staff not too keen on advice. Little help with getting started and no inspection of the car before and after, leaving the surprise to come if there is a problem. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a car in advance as I needed to go on an urgent trip. Sixt didnt say they hadnt got the car before collection neither providing any other information, but in exchange they had only much better car for an elevated price. I will be filing an official complaint. Im never going to visit SIXT again. Experience ruined. P.s. When I exceeded the 500km limit by 100km more, the woman from Sixt told me its all ok, no extra will be charged, but instead Sixt charged((.

Very convenient Sixt location when you stay at the Meridien. I was looking for a suitable car at short notice and I was helped quickly and pleasantly. The Mercedes was great, great AMG package on it and seats for the children were already in it. Will definitely rent with Sixt again when I need a car in Monaco.

Directement à lintérieur de lhôtel Méridien à droite de la conciergerie en rentrant, le service a été impeccable du début à la fin avec Sixt Monaco. Accueilli par Frédéric qui sest occupé de ma demande et de ma location. Jai eu la chance dêtre surclassé comme la voiture que javais réservé nétait pas disponible. Jai eu le plaisir de tester la toute nouvelle Mercedes Classe A avec toutes les options et avec notamment des options dont jignorais lexistence ! Jai eu un tarif dépassant toute concurrence ainsi quun service premium. Je reviendrais à Sixt Monaco pour mes prochaines locations pour sûr !
Accueil à Monaco vraiment parfait...Nous avons eu une voiture automatique dont on navait pas lhabitude et on a bénéficié dun petit cours de conduite. ..Excellente conseils. Sourires en plus.
The car we received was very good, but the service to complete the paperwork was slow. Only one Sixt rep was on duty on the Sunday morning so it took about 45 minutes to get on the road.
Très bon accueil, Il faut par contre bien vérifier son modèle de véhicule. Je pensais avoir été surclassé avec un supplément demandé par lagent daccueil et après vérification, ce fut linverse, jai été déclassé de Prestige à E/F/K mais jai qd même déboursé 10e de plus par jour: Réservé Catégorie luxe Jaguar XF et reçu BMW 520, Mauvaise réservation de ma part, il vaut mieux prendre le temps de vérifier. Je suis donc déçu.

Our driver, Marcus, was waiting for us when we arrived at the terminal. He offered to help with the bags (not all drivers do) and was extremely pleasant throughout the ride. We had a great conversation with him all the way to Paris. I highly recommend Sixt for transportation from CDG to Paris and back. It takes the worry out of how you are going to get to your destination. When we were in France, the trains were on strike, the buses were running on reduced schedules and extremely crowded. Cabs were always filled because of the public transportation being on strike. I was extremely pleased I had booked my ride from the airport to the city with Sixt!

La personnalisation du service avec possibilité de louer le type de véhicule préféré du client pourrait être envisagé.

Très très bien. Agents très accueillants et souriants, je nai pas eu de délai dattente. Jai loué une 208 Peugeot pour une semaine, ma voiture étant en panne. Vraiment ravie très bonne voiture. Tout cest bien passé au retour lors de la remise des clefs. Je referais appel à cette même agence si loccasion se représente. Merci aux agents.

I rent a mercedes E class and there was no spare wheel , I need a wheel right now because Im traveling tomorrow as planed but I cant because every shops are closed tomorrow Sunday!!!!
Très satisfait de la location du véhicule chez Sixt. Très bon accueil, jai été très bien renseigné. Le personnel est très sympa et hyper compétent. Je suis pleinement satisfait, et je saurai ou aller la prochaine fois. De plus,le lieu de restitution du véhicule se trouve dans le meme immeuble que mon habitation.
