Carfast em Moreira

As a frequent rent-a-car user, I have CARFAST as my favorite. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. The cars are checked thoroughly and are always in excellent condition.

A faultless experience is all I can say. Great service, a clean new car and at very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and I'd definitely use Carfast again.

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Very nice communication, friendly staff, and a competing price (I made my booking via a broker). They even relaxed the fuel policy for us, which is not something that car rental companies often do. And, as seen in the photo, their airport shuttle is very cool :)

I had a horrible experience with this rent a car. They will tell you one thing and when you return the car they charge you 10x more. Unprofessional. Please do rent the fine print on their contracts.

This rent a car company is dishonest & rude. Coworkers do not work amongst eachother, client turns out loosing. My family used the TROFA location in 2021 & had a bad experience, but this year we decided to try the Porto location as they are so close to the airport, let me tell you, I’m in pure regret and disappointed. This company took advantage of us not once but twice. Be careful showing that you are not from here when you return the vehicle is when all the surprise fees show up.

There is nothing premium about this place ! I rented a car from here for the second time. The first time from the Trofa location of which I had a rude women charge me for damaged rims but miraculously didn’t have pictures of the rims prior to my rental. This time I rented from the porto location hoping for a better experience of which I did not have. I rented a car & added insurance. With my luck I had a tire pop on the highway, we’ll the rent a car left me on the side of the road for ) hours before calling their insurance & charged me $560 for 2 tires !!!! So what was the point of the insurance? They also did not call and consult me about this charge, they just went ahead and charged no warning or explination. I am not the kind to leave reviews as I am a business owner myself, however I am very disappointed with the robbery they did not once but twice. Please be careful with this rent a car company.

Very nice car rental company. They arranged extra child seats for us on the first day when it turned out that the children were too small for the ordered child seats. Definitely recommended! We are very satisfied!

I recently used the services of this agency for a reservation and I am extremely satisfied. From the start, the person in charge informed me of all the details, clearly explaining the meeting point for pickup by van. The agent I interacted with was professional and personable from start to finish. The agency itself was spotlessly clean, as was the car I rented. The condition of the car was impeccable and it was recent, which greatly contributed to my positive experience. Until the end of my rental, the team maintained the same level of friendliness and exemplary customer service. Overall, my experience was uneventful, and I highly recommend this agency. I even plan to happily rent from them again in the future. Well done for excellent service!
