Friendly and helpful staff. Never super busy. New vehicle for shuttle to and from airport, which is about 5 minutes including queues! Clean toilets, and great vehicles for hire. We would only ever use these guys for car hire now. Their prices are very competitive too!

I always enjoy renting at RecordGo in Porto. They have a very good service, they speak excellent English, and their prices are pretty good. I always get the full coverage for insurance as it protects you while driving. The only recommendation I can give is that there should be a phone number to call or an online app that can change your reservation. Right now you need to cancel the reservation and then make a new one if you change the date you want to pick up the car. Using the phone to try to do this is impossible.

From the booking process through their website to the delivery of the car, everything was without a problem. Bought including insurance for a solid price. I already noticed the negative reviews and said that some people just didn't understand the deposit system. They want a €100 deposit for tolls and €100 for fuel. We deliberately counted the tolls on the highways and we definitely did not go over €100. Likewise, when handing it over, I filled up a full tank at the very nearest gas station and had a receipt printed, which I also presented when handing the car over. The worker confirmed to me that everything is fine and that he will return the deposits to me within 2 working days. By the way, we received the car quite dirty and returned it much cleaner than it was handed over to us. Even the light for oil service was on immediately but the worker told us that it's okay to keep an eye on the oil temperature and it will be okay.. 😅 The problem didn't arise until a few days after handing it in, when the bank informed me that they were returning €24, which is roughly €100 less than they should have. I assume they returned the unused toll deposit and kept the fuel deposit even though I followed exactly as the company required in the terms and conditions. I will wait a few more days and then take legal action with the European consumer protection institutions. If the situation is resolved I will change the rating.

I am disappointed with the customer support of Portuguese representative of RecordGo. I had very nice experience in past in Spain and, therefore, assumed that similar service should be all around Europe. Unfortunately, it was not the case. The pickup/dropdown is relatively quick and the front desk people were friendly. However, the pain came with the deposit return. People are not responding emails nor picking up landlines, if they do - they are rude and not consecutive: one person says something that contradict another. Extremely dissatisfied. Deposit was withdrawn within second from my card, but to return it you have to fight waiting for more than 10 business days. It's 15 business days passed, but I am still awaiting for the toll's recipe and the reply from customer service UPD: lowered rating to 1 star because I found in the ultimate invoice double charging for the extras, that have been already paid online. Will change it back to 2 stars when I receive money back

Though I saw a lot of negative comments, I did have a good experience with record go Porto airport branch. During pick up, the staff were nice and spoke fluent English, as a foreigner who cannot speak Portuguese, I didn’t encounter any difficulty in communication. I reserved a VW polo, the staff recommended seat Ibiza but still allowed me to choose what to have. I can tell both cars are new, and at the end I picked VW polo with only 3000km millage. The car was clean and I did have a good journey with it. The staff clearly explained and I fully understand I was being charged for €200, €100 would be refunded with full tank gas while drop off and €100 was being hold for toll fee. At then end, I immediately got €100 refunded while drop off and later the remains from the toll fee was being returned after 2 weeks. Although it’s a bit inconvenient, I think it’s reasonable as it does take time to get the bill from the toll service. It would be nicer if recordgo can send the breakdown to the customer. The staff I met during drop off was also nice, with fluent English and once again reassured me the deposit will be refunded. They quickly arranged a shuttle back to the airport and the driver was super nice too! I used recordgo twice, Madrid and Porto, both with good experience. I do recommend and will use it again.

I had a horrible experience with Record Go that almost led to a serious accident due to their negligence. I rented a car that was not properly maintained, resulting in a tyre issue. I contacted their roadside assistance multiple times, as confirmed by my call logs, and was instructed to replace the tyre and keep the proof of payment for a refund. Despite their assurances, both over the phone and in person when returning the car, I have not been reimbursed. Record Go falsely claims that I never contacted them and refuses to honor their commitment. Their dishonest tactics and refusal to take responsibility are alarming. Not only did they fail to maintain the vehicle properly, putting my safety at risk, but they also charged me for comprehensive insurance that was utterly useless. If you value your safety and the safety of your family, stay away from this company. I am taking legal action against Record Go for their dishonest behavior. Record Go's negligence and dishonesty are unacceptable.

No issues, fast pickup and drop off, got a Fiat Panda instead of a 500, which was a bummer, but having an ugly car does have its advantages, nobody tries to steal it, or pays you any attention. There are some additional withheld funds in Portugal for gas and for the electronic toll meter, which was a bit confusing when we got back home as there were a number of adjustments to the bill. In the end everything was fine, but it takes a while for the rebates to come through. The cost of the rental was £96 for 8 days, but the charge on my card was £261.63 with a subsequent rebate of £83.97, an additional charge of £14.98, and another rebate some days later. In any case the total cost came to £125 (we returned the car full) so the different should just be tolls, which seems about right because the cash tolls in Spain were quite a lot.

Short version: There are a lot of positive reviews, but keep in mind that if you get in a situation where you have to request a refund for example for deposits, you will wait a very long time. Expect emails with templates/copy paste replies which do not even answer your questions. There are multiple better rental services in the same street/area which actually provide a service. The same bank card I used to pay the reservation was rejected by your colleague even though it was in my name. Requested a refund at the desk and they informed me that I can only do this via customer service. Sent an email and after 3 working days I received an email in which they use a template that states that I did not comply with their payment terms. They mention multiple payment terms but not which term I allegedly did not comply with. Replied the same day to this e-mail which was sent Friday the 24th of January and today the 29th I am still waiting for a response.

A deposit of 200 euros was taken at the time of rental 100 euros for fuel and 100 euros for highway tolls. The fuel deposit was refunded the next day, and the toll deposit after 10 days. The car was clean and well-maintained. We also received a free upgrade. Highly recommend!

SCAMMERS!!! dates 27/11 to 01/12/2024 do not trust this record go car hire in Porto airport, they are untrustworthy and rude, as i enter the bus ride to pick up the car, the driver asked for my name in a rude way, at the office the con men instructed me that i need extra insurance, he told me my fully insurance cover i have could be more problematic, my credit card failed three times to pay for the deposit so have to use my debit card, two hours later try my credit card and it worked ok, paid 200 euros deposit plus tolls no refund to date, many emails, call them direct, out of order, shame on you RecordGo, will pay you a visit myself soon.

I don t usually like giving negative feedback, but the experience I had was a complete nightmare! I booked a car in Porto through EasyJet, and it was absolutely horrible. There was zero flexibility regarding a valid ID. Even though I presented an acceptable form of ID, they insisted I go back to get my passport. After wasting two hours retrieving it, they then told me that my Visa V-Pay card was not acceptable! To make matters worse, the shuttle driver left me behind twice. I will never book a car through EasyJet again, nor will I use this car rental company that demonstrates zero flexibility.

RECORD : PEU SERIEUX ET PAS DE SECURITE Les plaquettes de frein avant gauche étaient usées. Dans la mesure où elles se changent tous les 40/50 000 km et quen passant la main elles étaient très crasseuses, cela veut dire que lentretien na pas été fait. Manque de sérieux et de sécurité que Record na pas voulu reconnaître, sest retranché devant lappel à assistance. Même si cest le cas : on ne remet pas une telle voiture en service ! Et surtout au bout de plusieurs mails a jugé bon de clore le dossier : fin de non recevoir Même pas reçu le carnet dentretien ! Ni le constat de lagence ... Lagence vient de me donner une réponse type sur Google, la même quelle a diffusé sur Trustpilot, comme à dautres consommateurs dailleurs. A-t-elle bien lu lavis ? Contactez le service client. Bien sûr que je lai fait et je le notifie dans mon avis : plusieurs mails, fin de non recevoir... Les voitures sont vérifiées. Non, je le précise aussi dans mon avis : les plaquettes dans létat où elles étaient nont pas pu être vérifiées ! Lagence ne ma dailleurs pas envoyé le carnet dentretien comme preuve. TOUJOURS AUCUNE REPONSE DE CETTE ENTREPRISE QUI SE DIT SERIEUSE !!!!

Tinha atribuído 5 estrelas porque os primeiros aluguéis que fizemos foram bons, mas a experiência com os 2 últimos foi muito inferior. O penúltimo carro que recebemos foi mais pequeno do que o esperado. Alugámos um Volkswagen T-Roc na APP Record (ou similar) e entregaram-nos um T-Cross. Embora insistam que são similares, o T-Roc é da plataforma do Golf e o T-Cross da plataforma do Polo, por isso, mais pequeno. O último carro que alugámos cheirava a fumo de tabaco que até enjoava. O ar condicionado estava impregnado. Chegámos até a considerar se devíamos mudar o plano de férias para voltar ao Porto devolver aquele carro. Nada que uma limpeza adequada não pudesse ter evitado.

Aluguei uma viatura entre o dia 13 e 16 de Novembro. Como é de protocolo foram bloqueados as quantias estipuladas no meu cartão de crédito, mas devido a um erro um dos movimentos teve que ser cancelado, o valor de imediato foi devolvido, o problema foi que dei um segundo cartão para efectuar esse bloqueio, funcionou, 200 . Ora o problema agora é que depois de devolver a viatura sem quaisquer problemas o valor não foi devolvido. Depois de entrar em contacto com o serviço de apoio ao cliente, estes insistem que todos os valores bloqueados no momento do levantamento da viatura foram devolvidos, tendo sido descontados o pagamento das utilizações das autoestradas, mas por simples preguiça ou incompetência não foram capazes de ler os meus e-mails para perceber o porquê da minha reclamação, dando sempre a mesma resposta, mesmo tendo enviado uma cópia com o pagamento efectuado no meu cartão de crédito. É frustrante o tempo que me estão a fazer perder por algo que poderia ser resolvido se o trabalho fosse realizado corretamente

This was my first car rental from RecordGo in Portugal, but I have used them before in Ibiza. We got the exact car we booked and the collection and drop-off process was seamless. The car was in great condition and the toll road tag fitted to the car made driving on the highways a breeze. The price was about half of other rental car companies at Porto airport when I booked the vehicle. Whilst many of the car rental companies have desks at the airport, I observed most use shuttle buses, similar to RecordGo, to collect their cars in the Porto Airport industrial area adjacent to the airport. We are planning more frequent trips to Porto and RecordGo will certainly be my first choice going forward for car rentals in Portugal.

Fiquei doente e não pude entregar o carro do dia acordado, pelo facto foram me cobrados 119 eur pelo dia mais 40 eur pela penalizaçao, quando o preço diàrio no site deles ser 25 eur. Se nâo queren ser roubados, fujam desta empresa. Alem disso cobram 20 eur dia se quiser cruzar a fronteira.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS ***AVOID****. I rented the car for 10 days and agreed to pay 1200 Euro deposit fully refundable within 24 hours if no damage to the car (which was completed with no damage) . I also gave them 100 for fuel and 100 for toll. I gave them car back in perfect condition and full tank. I spoke to somebody after 6 days of struggle to ask for the refund and they said that I was given the insurance for 279 Euros instead the deposit of 1200 that had agreed. They also scammed saying that the Tank was not full when the lady who received the car confirmed that the Tank was full and I even gave her the receipt. I spoke to 6 different people in 6 days but all of this information given to me was by the guy name Joao which was today and he HUNG UP on me. NEVER GO THERE TO HAVE A PEACFUL TRIP.

ALQUILO AUTOS MUY SEGUIDO Y SIEMPRE SE ME DEVUELVE EL DINERO AL INSTANTE, SE COMO FUNCIONA , POR ESO MI RECLAMO. Con los otros 100Euros por la ViaVerde, NI NOVEDADES, Pasaron los 10 dias o mas, pero espere los 10 dias habilies Y SIGO SIN MI DINERO EN LA CUENTA. TRATE DE CONTACTARME POR LLAMADA AL 936 192 468 Y SOLO ME DICEN QUE ME DIRIGA A LA PAGINA, en la pagina ES IMPOSIBLE hablar con alguien, solo preguntas frecuentes, ENVIE EL FORMULARIO, y me contestan con una respuesta automatica LO MISMO que dice en la pagina, que me contacte con mi banco. Fuyez cette société qui abuse totalement de vous et dénoncez la dans le livre rouge, Le Livro de Reclamações (Livre de Réclamations) qui permet à tout consommateur et utilisateur de rapporter par écrit un litige ou réclamation ayant lieu avec un établissement commercial ou prestataire de service. Le consommateur peut ainsi faire part de son mécontentement concernant un produit ou un service en mentionnant ses griefs dans les pages du livre en question. Cette société de location abuse et vous vole votre argent. Oui cest un vol car elle ne vous rembourse pas vos cautions. Quels sont les faits concrets ? 1- Vous attendez 45 mn la navette alors que RecordGo connait votre vol darrivée. 2- RecordGo ne reconnait pas le pré règlement que vous avez fait auprès de Ryanair, biais par lequel je vous déconseille fortement de faire une réservation suite à lachat dun billet davion pour Porto. 3-RecorGo vous demande une caution de 100 pour le cas où vous ne retourniez pas le véhicule avec son plein dessence + une autre de 100 pour le péage que vous êtes susceptible dutiliser au Portugal car la voiture est fournie doffice avec un Bib de péage automatique. 4- RecordGo vous incite à prendre une full assurance afin de ne pas payer une caution exorbitante. Les sommes quils vous réclament sont Hors TVA mais ils ne vous le disent pas. Total 309 pour 34H quon peut arrondir à deux jours pour un bas de gamme...mais ne fait aucun check up au retour du véhicule de location et ne vous rend aucune caution. Ils vous demandent de demander la facture finale par mail. 5- A la réclamation de la facture par mail, leur réponse est: Tenga en cuenta que solo podemos enviarle las facturas de aquellos pagos (extras, accesorios...) que se realizaron directamente en la oficina. Como el alquiler lo pagó a un intermediario, solo ellos pueden emitir la factura. Por favor, contacte con ellos para solicitarla. Si podemos ayudarle en algo más, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros. TOTAL de la facture pour 2 jours de 123,85 pour une voiture du plus bas de gamme à boite de vitesse manuelle qui indique par ailleurs TOTAL Charged: 223,85 alors que votre compte VISA a déjà été débité de 309,59 ! 6- Quand vous appelez par tel, si vous avez de la chance et quils vous répondent, il vous disent ne pas donner de réponse au Tel quil faut réclamer par mail. 7- Vous faites une, puis deux puis trois puis tous les jours des relances mails...mais ils ne répondent plus aux mails. Tous les utilisateurs dénoncent leur pratiques frauduleuses et mensongères et ils leurs répondent à chaque fois quils sont à la disposition du client pour répondre à leurs questions. NE LES CROYEZ PAS. CE SONT DES VOYOUS QUIL FAUT DENONCER.

Il ne faut pas prendre cette agence de location de voiture car il vous encaisse votre caution sans que vous soyez prévenu et vous dise que cela est de votre faute vous aviez quà lire les petites lignes du contrat. Très très déçu des interlocuteurs avec les quelle jai été mis en relation. Manque de savoir vivre et de savoir être à éviter. Et attention il donne un véhicule soit disant propre. Mouillé cest pour que vous ne voyez pas les différents impacte et rayures. Prenez le maximum de photos Je viens de recevoir le remboursement de ma caution plus le plein dessence. Et mon interlocuteur me prend de haut en pensant que nous sommes des idiot aux lieux des 1600 euros De caution avec la location de la voiture plus 100 euros de carburant ont me rembourse 1569.4 euros. Leur explication cest quil ont autre chose à faire. Quand je reviens la semaine prochaine au Portugal je vais dans cette agence et je leur retourne le comptoir. Par ce que nous somme des portugais immigrants (des avec comme il dise ) il pense pouvoir ce moqué de nous quelle désolation.

Najgore iskustvo sa iznajmljivanjem automobila koje smo ikad dozivjeli. Najam je prosao dobro, ali prava agonija krece kada su trebali vratit ostavljeni depozit. Na dolasku morate ostavit 1500 eura depozita za auto, 100 eura za gorivo i 100 eura za cestarine. Gorivo smo natocili 10 minuta prije vracanja vozila, medutim, naplatili su nam 22 eura jer goriva nije bilo dovoljno bez obzira sto nam je covjek kojem smo predali auto rekao da je sa gorivom sve u redu i uz to su naplatili 30 eura KAZNE jer gorivo po NJIHOVOM nije zadovoljilo njihove uvjete. Dalje, pri preuzimanju vozila vam NITKO ne kaze kako se najam uredaja za cestarine placa 2 eura po danu tako da vam na kraju i to naplate i uzmu od pologa. Rezervaciju smo napravili preko bookinga gdje su imali relativno okej recenzije, ali preko ove firme nikad vise auto necemo iznajmit, a to savjetujem i vama ako se ne zelite raspravljat s njima i tjerat neku pravdu jer necete ju dobit koliko god bili uporni. Moj savjet je da iznajmite auto kod nekog drugog tko je profesionalan i tko vas nece pokrast jer ovo je s njihove strane jako bezobrazno. Da mogu dat recenziju i manju od 1 dala bi ju.

We were using RecordGo many times and till now we havent had any problems. During picking up the car, we had to change the driver as the requestor wasnt able to drive. Employees on the airport ( manager included) told us, that we need to cancel the first booking and make a new one and after that, our money will be returned. We did so and now we received an information, that the refund is not possible. We know that such changes are possible to make as we did so already in the past. It is a complete lack of competence... In addition to that, we always need to ask for a refund for fuel , even though it supposed to be made automatically after few working days. Definitely, we will never use this service again, just like guests of our apartments, as we wont be recommending services of this brand anymore.

The worst part of all this is that they dont answer emails or have a phone response. Completely ridiculous, I have 1 more appointment for January, and after that, definitely never again.

Jai déjà réservé plusieurs fois dans cette agence une caution pour lessence et une caution pour les péages vous seront prélevés dans les 8 à 15 jours après restitution du véhicule si le plain dessence est ok vous recevez la caution des 100 après vérifications des péages vous recevez le reste avec la déduction des péages utilisées. Worst car rental experience ever. Had to change twice the car because of oil signal first and engine signal later. The cars are clearly not inspected before renting. Even had technical problem in the third car. Huge waste of hours driving to change the cars and waste of money in gasoline and tolls. The company doesnt care.

Penosa experiencia, porque tienen la (in)sana costumbre de quedarse con dinero que NO les corresponde. Si buscáis un alquiler sin problemas ni dolores de cabeza, desde luego esta debería ser la última opción. Mejor recurrir al transporte público. La experiencia fue para olvidar porque semanas después del alquiler del vehículo seguimos esperando el reembolso de las cantidades que nos corresponden pero que se niegan a devolver. The return was just as smooth, I was in a rush and the desk clerks empathised finalising the process efficiently. The rush caused leaving my sunglasses behind. They take all the papers back so you dont have copies. Be aware of scams!!! Shuttle bus to/from the airport only once an hour. And they wont take you to/from the needed terminal. Only one terminal. Very unclear pick up of the car, that last more than hour. Overall, it was more than one hour to drop off the car. Another 45 minutes to get to the airport. We had almost late for our flight due to this fake company behavior. The staff are very rude. They are lying, making you wait more and more for no reason. This is the worst car rental company ever.

I like them very much because they have very transparent and competitive rates for full cover insurance. Other companeis even if you book full insurance always trying to sell you something extra at the end. The quality of the cars is also good. Not mayve premium cars like BMW or Audi but if I booked VW T-roc I received VW T-Roc. I really recommend it, especially with full coverage insurance.

GROSSE FRAUDE DÉCONSEILLE !!!! Je viens gonfler les chiffres de cette agence frauduleuse et je vous confirme les autres commentaires négatifs. Je viens souvent au Portugal, originaire de Braga. Jai souvent réservé des voitures dans les agences de laéroport mais celle-ci bat tous les records. 1) les cautions, abusé : 1500 euros pour la voiture puis 100 euros pour lessence et 100 euros pour le péage, chose que lon a pas prévu au départ... 2) on vous fait la remarques quil faut toujours prendre lassurance quils proposent les autres ne sont pas sérieuses (lol cest eux qui disent ça ! ) bon ce nest pas grave ça passe ! (genre)... 3) si vous avez le malheur de faire un petit dégât sur la voiture type comme moi une rayure sur la jante qui ne dépasse pas les 5 cm tolérés et hop par surprise le jour suivant le dépôt de la voiture prélèvement de 234 euros sans aucune explication ni message ou justificatif pour vous prévenir et là découverte du décor de lagence. Difficile de les joindre, quand vous les avez au téléphone : oui madame on vous rappel on sen occupe BLABLABLA ! Après plus de 10 appels sans suite jobtiens enfin le remboursement du péage 70 euros sans justificatif à moi de leur faire confiance..... 4) le seul point positif les 100 euros dessence qui mont été remboursé ouf !! Jai eu chaud cest au moins ça.... Dégoutée par cette agence qui donne une mauvaise image du Portugal et des portugais !!!!!! Heureusement quils ne sont pas tous comme ça. @agence record go : ne prenez la pas peine de me répondre les mêmes choses que les commentaires précédents, jai déjà contacté votre service client sans réponse non plus depuis 10 jours, mais je compte bien poursuivre mes démarches de remboursement, à bon entendeur.......

Le samedi 16 Novembre 24 Pas de navette à l aéroport de Porto. J appelle la navette. Pas de réponse. Je pars à pied vers l agence de Location. J arrive jeudi qu il y avait pas de navette. On m a pris de haut tout le personnel qui était là. I had exactly the same issue as @Jerry95cz. Exactly the same. I called their phone numbers 10+ times during a week on different times. Nobody picks up the phone. They dont respond to emails. Just nothing. All seemed perfect and good. Just when they know you left the country and you cant come back to get your money they seem to just take it from you. I returned the car in perfect state and with a full tank. I read that more people have the same problems as I had. I want my money back or will file an official police report.

Scammers!!! Never do business with them!!! Record Go is nothing but a scam. They withheld 200 from my deposit, and I only got 86 back! Their excuse? They claimed the tank wasn t full. Absolute nonsense, as the car was returned with a full tank. On top of that, the amount they withheld is outrageous way too high for what a full tank would even cost. This is outright theft! A warning to everyone: stay far away from Record Go. They make up excuses to keep your money and are completely untrustworthy!

Sam proces wypo yczenia samochodu OK, zosta em odebrany z terminala lotniska i dowieziony do punktu wydania pojazdu, który znajduje si oko o 10 minut piechot od terminala. Mia em zablokowane 100 jako e-tool oraz 100 jako zabezpieczenie paliwa. Po zwrocie samochodu jedno 100 zosta o rozliczone w 24h drugie po oko o 2 tygodniach i 3 monitach z mojej strony. Buen trato y servicio. Reservan 200 al contratar con seguro a todo riesgo. 100 por devolución del coche con depósito lleno y 100 por sí usas la autopista. Tardan alrededor de 10 días en devolverlo. Veremos si cumplen con lo prometido. 10 días después tengo la devolución. He reservado varias veces con ellos y nunca me habían planteado el tema del dinero pero han cumplido con lo acordado. Estoy conforme. A veces la letra pequeña que nadie lee es la que te hace desconfiar. Lo dejo por aquí para que sepáis a quién me refiero. Ok movility. Alquilo coche igual que en record go para unas 7 horas. 16 el alquiler con seguro a todo riesgo ( para la franquicia ). Después tengo un cargo de 57 que no me devuelven por circunstancias de ellos y bla bla bla. No voy a pelear por 57 porque mi tiempo cuesta mucho más pero no engañar a la gente está mejor. Me alquilo un coche y me cuesta 70/90/200 y yo decido que hacer, pero no me cobréis nada más de lo que me digas. Así de fácil.! Record go me quitó un dinero que creo justo y me han devuelto porque he cumplido al 100% con el acuerdo.

On retournera chez un concurrent sans hésitation. Cafouillage lors du ramassage à l aéroport, le 1 er homme ns dit de monter, l autre nous dit non, le 1 er nous dit de mettre nos valises le 2 e nous dit qu il nous prend pas.. Bref. Nous apprenons au cours de notre séjour le décès dun membre de la famille portugaise. Nous appelons la compagnie pour prolonger notre contrat. Impossible, aucune solution nous est proposée. Obligée de faire 7h aller retour pour rendre le véhicule et prendre 1 autre location chez 1 concurrent. On restera définitivement chez lui.

Com tantos anos de aluguer de carros, ha uma licao que passo a todos: vale sempre a pena ver a pontucao da rent-a-car no Google porque nunca falha! Esta unica estrela vai para a FRACA qualidade no atendimento ao cliente. Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o cartao de credito (estava preparado para os 1100 euros de caucao que constavam no voucher de aluguer + cerca de 120 euros de margem caso bloqueassem algo mais, ja que nao so depende da rent-a-car a quantidade para combustivel e portagens, mas porque nao constavam valores no voucher de aluguer). Tenho seguro para carros de aluguer no cartao de credito em questao e portanto nao queria usar outro (o que por acaso nao tinha por vir para um casamento e estar pouco mais de 24h em Portugal), mas tambem porque esta rent-a-car cobra 46 EUROS para ilibar o cliente da caucao (tipica rent-a-car que cobra precos baixos e depois tenta lucrar com danos no carro caso o cliente nao os veja quando recebe ou com taxas mais altas para outros servicos...). A concorrencia de renome no aeroporto do Porto (sim, uma das que estao mesmo em frente ao terminal) cobrava 26 EUROS pelo mesmo servico, o que descobri pois recusei esta rent-a-car e fui alugar um carro ao lado com uma caucao inferior (o que tentei que fosse reduzida aqui assinando o que fosse preciso para manter a caucao original caso algo acontecesse, bem como deixar a caucao das portagens com outro cartao da minha mulher ja que nada tinha a ver com o carro nem tao pouco vinha mencionado no voucher da agencia online, ou inlcusive em cash, mas tudo recusado pelo arrogante gerente), carro este que saiu a mais de metade do preco em relacao aos 46 EUROS que esta rent-a-car queria para nao ter caucao. Reitero que esta pontuacao se deve a atitude do gerente e nada mais. O resultado podia ter sido o mesmo, mas a atitude, respeito e atencao ao cliente, incluindo os modos, principios, valores e esforco, fazem a diferenca. Infelizmente este gerente nada tinha. O seu lema eram os termos e condicoes acima de qualquer esforco ou solucao alternativa para manter um cliente (dou uma mao cheia de exemplos de empresas como hoteis ou lojas que como solucao para satisfazer, compensar ou ajudar o cliente e assim criar uma excelente impressao e mante-lo, contornaram o que fosse com autorizacoes das devidas liderancas, mas imagino que esta pessoa nao faca mesmo a menor ideia do que isso seja). Fica a questao para quem da rent-a-car ler este comentario: valem mais 12 eur (preco do meu aluguer) do que 1 estrela no Google e mais que isso, um cliente que nunca mais vai voltar nem aconselhar a vossa empresa? Falta de visao na minha opiniao. Fui atendido na AVIS/Budget com uma eficiencia e simpatia extrema, que me salvou o dia que ja se encontrava estragado pelos belos modos da RecrodGo! Desejo-vos sorte com pessoas como o gerente que apanhei.

En este Record Go,no sé si en todos,porque cada lugar parece tener su política, se paga por supuesto todo el importe en el momento de reservar,luego dan 24 horas máximo para la recogida del vehículo a partir de la hora y día fijado,si no, se revoca el contrato. La cuestión es que ellos mismos facilitan un formulario para rellenar y enviar por si hay incidencias,retrasos de vuelos por si el vehículo se recoge pasadas esas 24 horas. Pues no sé para qué ese formulario porque ni avisando guardan el vehículo contratado a pesar de estar totalmente pagado,con todas las coberturas incluidas,tampoco por sms. No me parece de recibo que lo carguen en tarjeta todo al momento y luego no guarden el coche ni avisando con antelación del retraso. Por lo demás bien,pero el coche hay que guardarlo, si se ha pagado y se ha avisado de que se va a llegar más tarde,porque por descontado ese retraso cuenta igualmente como tiempo de alquiler y lo paga el cliente.

When we arrived at the airport we waited 1h for a vehicle that we could board because all the rest were filled with people and there was no free space and the drive was only 3 min,so i dont know what they were doing for the whole 1h but it definatily wasnt there job. When we arrived at the car rental we waited for another 1h.

The service and car were fantastic - as were the staff who were very professional, friendly and efficient. I was about to leave a 5 star review when I checked my credit card and saw that I had been charged 280 Euro for no reason. When I arrived in Porto I had left two deposits for damage and fuel/tolls, expecting to get these back in full. Indeed, I returned the car undamaged and full of fuel (and I didnt use the tolls). The guy receiving back the car said everything was fine - as did Record Go in an email. They tried explaining that the deduction could be due to exchange rates - but that doesnt explain 280 Euro. Shame really, because the service was great. PS Thank you for your response - generic as it was. I have been in contact with your contact centre throughout and it is clearly evident that they havent got a clue what they are doing. They have now refunded around 95 Euro and said that the matter is closed, but that means you still have stolen 195 Euro you admit you are not entitled to take.

Aufpassen!!! Kredit- / Debitkarten von N26 oder von anderen Online-Banken werden für die Abbuchung der Kaution nicht unterstützt. Mein Mietwagen war für mein Urlaub in Porto reserviert und bezahlt. Vorort habe ich dann weder ein Mietwagen, noch eine Rückzahlung meiner Kosten bekommen. Eine Alternative konnte mir vor Ort keiner vorschlagen.

Je réserve très souvent des voitures chez Record Go, mais cest la dernière fois. À chaque fois ces derniers mois, Record Go se permet de prélever un montant additionnel sur mon compte en banque sans aucune justification ni avertissement préalable. Il est annoncé dès le départ que 200 sont laissé en caution 100 pour le cas où on ne rendrait pas la voiture avec le plein + 100 pour les péages. Cette semaine, je devais faire un aller-retour Lisbonne - Porto. le montant des péages sélève à 2x23,99 donc 47,98. Je ne crois pas quun prélèvement supplémentaire de 84,23 soit justifié. Les fois précédentes, 3 prélèvements supplémentaires de 29,57 + 85,52 + 85,37 pour lesquels je me suis plaint et on ma remboursé 73,82 . Où est le reste !?!? Probablement quils ne font pas la même chose avec des résidents, mais si vous êtes étranger, ils se permettent ce quils veulent. Il ny a quà voir dautres avis pour constater que ce nest pas un cas isolé. Ne me dites pas de contacter le service client, tout est fait pour ne pas pouvoir parler à quelquun. Preuve dun système malhonnête et frauduleux.

Hidden fees, do not book any car with them!! 2 days for 312 !!!!!!! We had to pay 30 for 2 days that we paid in advance Once there they made us pay: 62 that we were forced to pay for an insurance because they were not accepting our cards (visa, maestro, American Express, etc) 64 for crossing borders 300 deposit were they charged us 156 of tolls for going from porto to Galicia what we kept the tickets and in reality is not even 30 They charged those 156 from the deposited without providing any invoice or receipt, we try to claim and they are unreachable. Go with other ones like Europcar u might pay 30 per day instead of 15 but everything is included all these additional things were communicated the day of the pick up.

Recente ma experiência Acabei de entregar um carro,ontem de manhã,carro esse que recuperei na Quinta onde me pediram 100 de caução para gasolina e mais 100 de caução para Portagens,até aqui ok. Ontem a quando da entrega do carro,pediram-me 1 para registar o meu cartão de crédito e visto que entreguei o depósito de gasolina cheio,com comprovativo de Ticket,o funcionário disse que me ia devolver então os 101 da caução do combustível e do registo do cartão,mas ao invés disso,debitou-me os 100 e agora dizem-me que vão vez. Para pagar(ou roubar)é na hora,para devolver,o que não lhes pertence,tem que esperar. Não aconselho

Mlad in izredno prijazen fant z imenom Hugo iz poslovalnice Porto letali e nam je res natan no vse razlo il tako da ni bilo nerazumevanja tudi opravi eval se je v imenu podjetja, ker je te ko dobiti bilo koga na telefon ker ko kli e dobiva samo obvestila in prevezave na druge tevilke. Kar zna biti zelo frusteirajo e. Seveda na samem mestu vse lepo deluje. AVTO je bil ist in urejen pri prevzemu. Ravno tako pa je predaja potekala zelo hitro pri vra ilu in brez problema. e ne bi bilo predhodnih dobrih indicij za isto podjetje na drugi lokaciji ne vem e bi ostala z isto rezervacijo. Zelo naporno in utrujajo e je ker ni partnerja za razgovor na drugi strani telefonske zveze ravno tako pa niti pri elektronski po ti. Ne vem e se zavedate kako naporno je to V dana njem asu ko elimo hitre in natan ne odgovore. Aplikacija RECORD Go ne deluje kot je potrebno. Svoje rezervacije od za etka pla ila nisem mogla niti popraviti in sem zato ves as klicala in pisala ker pa seveda delujejo samo avtomatizirani odgovori ra unalnika je bilo zato toliko bolj naporno. Terrible experience - Contrato C000213847 (please contact me someone from recordgo!!!). I picked up car in Lisbon with extra cost of insurance (wrong info from booking because i need credit card with 1700eur, i had only 1500eur) I had to pay 85eur extra for insurance + credit 200eur for etool etc. First when I received a car I complaint that car doesnt have full gas and employee of record go just said its okay and its a wrong sensor on Citroen c3 with 460km left to tank. I tank the gas after cca 400km and there was 700km left to tank so he was wrong with his information so I decide to count consumption and return the car with not full fuel tank. We were returning car in porto and when I explain the another employee issue with gas he was Ok when I showed him receipt, pictures and km what we drove. Today after 4 days I looked at the account of credit card and instead of returning some money from 200eur credit I have another minus 40,17eur (this could be the etool) and minus 51, 59eur (no idea what this is). There is no email on their page and when I call the number for explanation in Lisbon they hang up the phone because they speak only Portuguese, in Porto they speak and told me to wait 10 working days. I have pictures with date and location when I received the car and returned with kilometres and gas sensor. I have no idea how to sort out this situation. EDIT (17.10.24 -13 working days after car returned) so i got refund 99,71 from 200 deposit. I have no idea what cost me additional 100,29 !!! I didnt receive any invoice with explanation (i made request at customer service 12 days ago). I expect to spend on 4 days of renting car about 250 . At this moment it cost me 453,80 !!! My first experience with renting a car. Please somebody contact me from this company to sort out this situation!!! At this moment i cant recommend this company at all!!!

Voiture en ordre, bien que endommagée. Mais OK, pas de surprise à la réception. Personnel sympa et rapidité de traitement pour réception du véhicule. Prix OK. Distance depuis aéroport OK (à pieds, mon choix). Voiture OK, consommation top (Dacia 1.0 - 90CV) Ce qui ne va pas du tout : Il nest pas acceptable de ne pouvoir atteindre personne par téléphone, 0 retour par email et que 3 jours après remise du véhicule, toujours pas reçu le feedback de fin de contrat de location ni remboursements des cautions de 1200 (sans assurance), ni solde des 200 (essence+péages). Lamentable, cest la 1e fois en 20 ans que je loue des voitures un peu partout dans le monde que je suis confronté à ce suivi = 0! malgré des relances. Cela fait maintenant 12 jours que je nai toujours pas reçu le contrat de fin de location ! Le véhicule a été déposé le 9.10., nous sommes le 21.10 ! Incroyable, je nai jamais vécu cela en 30 ans que je loue des autos à travers le monde.

Aucun feedback Jamais reçu de contrat de fin de location, ni un email, des explications ou que sais-je des retenues par rapport à la caution de 200euros. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit, ni en anglais, ni en portugais, personne ne répond, et même en laissant un message, on ne vous rappelle pas. Plus jamais. Et pourtant je loue 5 à 10x par an via plusieurs compagnies, plusieurs pays dEurope et hors Europe, je nai jamais vécu pareille situation. A fuir et éviter.

Rental of two weeks with pick up in Porto and drop off in Lisbon - August 2024. Our car was brought to a deposit in Lisbon because of wrong parking (our bad) and when we went to take it back the police did not give it to us because the car documents were expired (it turned out they were expired from the day they gave us the car). So we tried to get in touch with the Porto office and after 20 calls and no one picking up I had to be creative and call the shuttle guy who picked us up when we arrived at the airport. He finally passed me to a person working at the office who after calling me back once said he will need to get in touch with the Lisbon office (with whom I managed to get in touch through their support line and previously told me I needed to call the Porto office who then never picked up) and call back because they needed the documents to be fisically delivered in Lisbon. They not only never called me back but never answered the phone. After 3 hours waiting for them to find a solution stuck at the deposit without a car we decided to take a taxi and phisically go to their Lisbon office to find a solution. Obviously taxi money from our pocket. They finally gave us a replacement car and started a blaming loop of I was not there I have just arrived at the office, not my responsibility, Porto office responsibility and so on. They told us we can call the customer support or send an email to file a complaint. The customer support number is nowhere to be found on the website and they needed to give it to us ( it s +34 936 192 468 ) and the only dial that allows you to speak to a person is 6 - everything else tells you to write an email and hangs up. So the day after when I finally managed to speak to a person they told me that the complaints are only managed via email and she offered to have someone from the Porto office to call back. I said it was not necessary but they called back anyways, unapologetically saying that the documents were actually ok, even after we showed them a paper signed by the police showing that they were not. An absolute disaster, I do not recommend this rental company to anyone.

Única ressalva que fiz ao atendente é EX: reservo 08 dias no geral, porém, a programação é ficar em PT por 06 dias e a ida para a Espanha será apenas em 02 dias, mesmo assim a empresa cobra a taxa extra pela saída do espaço Português pelos 08 dias.

Muy buena experiencia; contraté el Coche y el seguro directamente con ellos al mejor precio del mercado. A diferencia de lo que muchos usuarios impaciente publican devuelven el dinero retenido en cuenta para gasolina y peajes sin problema. A la entrega del vehiculo devuelven 100 de la gasolina (siempre presento el ticket de la gasolinera a menos de 10kms para justificarlo) y a las 2 semanas en mi caso 97 de los peajes. Visti i prezzi convenienti per noi italiani, con me hanno trovato il modo di arrotondare con lapplicazione di una penale di 200 euro per abbandono del veicolo. Il giorno del nostro rientro da Porto, alle 5 del mattino, ho lasciato lauto in un piazzale della recordgo (insegna ben in vista) a un indirizzo indicato da google maps e ho messo le chiavi in una cassetta chiusa, come concordato visto che non era orario di apertura. Assente servizio shuttle per laeroporto pur essendo indicato nel contratto. Dopo laddebito e ripetute mail con contratto e documenti vari, la bsp (portale con cui ho fatto la prenotazione) mi conferma che la colpa è solo mia. Avrei dovuto ricordarmi, alle 5 del mattino e in una città che non è la mia, lindirizzo in cui avevo prelevato lauto allarrivo e a cui sono arrivata con lo shuttle bus e poco importa che nulla fosse specificato nel contratto e che il piazzale del fabbricato fosse comunque della stessa compagnia. Il recupero dellauto a soli 4 km di distanza da parte di un operatore della recordgo mi è costato 200 euro. Indignata!

I rented a car in porto airport office will full insurance, returned the car without any damage and a full fuel tank, but company only returned exactly half of the paid deposit. So I was trying to call the office, and a lady who picked up the phone could not speak english properly, and was always repeating wait 10 days for your bank. After I have explained the problem further, she told me they cut the half of the deposit because of the highway toll. But I wasn´t using any highways, and even If I was, I highly doubt it would be worth exactly 100 (deposit was 200 ), so I wanted to see some bill, or a list of fees, but she couldn´t understand what I was saying. Then I asked her to speak with some colleagues, who were better skilled in english language, but she only advised me to speak with RecordGo Lisbon office. So I called the Lisbon office as advised, But the lady there could not speak a word in english. And after I kindly asked her to put someone who could speak english on the phone, she HANG UP ON ME!!! THen I tried to call the office again within 5 and 10 minutes and nobody picked up. I gave the company 1 star only because of the guys who were present in the Porto office, because they were extremely helpful (I had a problem with a car pickup) resolved my issue with care and were extremly nice. But my overall experience is hell! I mean how could they hire someone without any skill in english language, when they are renting cars at the international airport! I even tried to contact them with an email, but it has already been three days, and nobody has replied yet. I would not rent a car from them ever again.

PESSIMO!!! Al momento della prenotazione via Internet prezzo conveniente a confronto di altre agenzie. All arrivo alla sede di Lisbona oltre a consegnarci un autovettura che non corrispondeva a quella prenotata, ci invitano vivamente a stipulare la loro polizza all inclusive perché a detta loro anche un piccolo graffio sull automobile sarebbe costato parecchie centinaia di euro di riparazione. Dopo 400km percorsi il motore decide di abbandonarci segnalando problemi con molte spie di segnalazione, quindi siamo stati costretti alle 10 di sera a raggiungere la sede più vicina al nostro b&b che era Lisbona distante più di 80 km da dove eravamo. Al cambio auto nella sede di Lisbona il personale è stato scortese e arrogante non considerando le più di 4 ore di tempo perse e i quasi 200 km percorsi inutilmente per una loro mancanza sull autovettura che ci avevano consegnato. Aceptable. Lo reservamos por Booking y nos salió el coche a 42 por 6 días, nos pareció demasiado barato así que nos fuimos preparados para pagar más en el lugar (aunque de esto nadie te avisa). Una vez en el aeropuerto hay que llamar a un número para que vayan a buscarte, estuvimos llamando 20 minutos y estábamos desesperados viendo como pasaban y pasaban furgonetas del resto de compañías de alquiler. Finalmente nos cogieron el teléfono y nos recogieron en 2 minutos. Describo lo que pagamos: - 42 que ya pagamos previamente en Booking. - 170 de seguro por si pasara cualquier cosa. (La otra opción es dejar 1500 de fianza pero si te pasa algo aunque no sea tu culpa ya no te la devuelven). - 100 de fianza por si no devuelves el coche lleno de gasolina (al finalizar te la devuelven) - 100 de reserva para los peajes de Portugal que se cobran automáticamente (te devuelven la diferencia) - 120 para poder cruzar con el coche a España. En resumen no está mal el servicio, y no son precios caros pero me gustaría que te lo pusieran de manera más clara a la hora de reservar. Le bajo más la puntuación por el mal rato que nos hicieron pasar en el aeropuerto no volvería a reservar un coche aquí solo por eso.

jai loué un véhicule du 5/09/2024 au 12/09/2024 à lagence de Porto. Accueil: la navette à été rapide, le chauffeur très agréable. Arrivé à lagence, jai été rapidement reçu, et mon véhicule était prêt. une fiat 500 qui paraissait neuve, en bonne état général. Au comptoir il ma été proposé de prendre lassurance prémium, qui est bien utile en cas de panne. les 100 de carburant, et les 100 de péages mon été prélevé, mais rendu sous 15 jours après ma réservation (100 carburant et 60 soit la différence de pour mes péages) lors de mon séjour jai eu quelques soucis de voiture, et jai du changer 2 fois de véhicule ( 1er véhicule : batterie HS, 2ème véhicule: défaut Start and stop + voyant moteur) Le changement de véhicule à été à chaque fois fait avec efficacité de la part de lagence. toujours avec le sourire. pour le coté humain, je recommande cette agence, pour le coté véhicule, je pense que Record and go doit être plus attentif sur lentretien général des véhicules par son équipe de mécaniciens.

Das Auto ist gut gewesen ABER die AGBs sollte man sich ganz genau vorher durchlesen. Man kann nur mit 1 Kreditkarte zahlen und die Kaution hinterlegen, das bedeutet wenn die eigene Versicherung über die Kreditkarte abgedeckt wird MUSS sich mit dieser die Kaution hinterlegt werden, nicht nur das Auto gezahlt werden. Uns und anderen wurde dies zum Verhängnis da sonntags nicht genug Deckung auf der Karte war und so eine extra hauseigene Versicherung gekauft werden musste, die mal eben doppelt so teuer ist wie das Auto selbst. Diese Regelung hatten wir einzig bei diesem Anbieter, noch nie wurde dies so eingeschränkt und erklären warum dies so ist konnte uns auch keiner. Man sagte uns nur dass man die Kaution dann nicht erstatten können. (Häää?) Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert aber der Mehrpreis war mehr als ärgerlich. Natürlich hätten wir die Versicherung im Nachinein auch nicht gebracht aber weiß man s? ;-)

Após a chegada ao aeroporto 20min de espera para o autocarro que supostamente estaria à minha espera à saída do aeroporto, para me levar até ao armazém deles. Péssimo serviço com o cliente, sobretudo por Whatsapp. Após o término do aluguer, esperados os dias previstos (10 dias) para as portagens serem descontadas e a caução devolvida, não respondem ao pedido de fatura. Hoje, 1 mês depois, ainda não recebi qualquer fatura nem respondem mais por Whatsapp. Péssimo, não recomendo.

Malgré la full cover, ne tombez surtout pas en panne ! Si vous appelez lassistance, on vous confirmera au téléphone que tout est payé, quon vous envoie un taxi etc. Sauf que cest facturé après coup (+500 !) ! Des clowns. Rented a car for two weeks and when returned had tiny chip in windshield, standard small rock chip from highway driving. 1 week on, charged 802 euros for repair, no response on emails, no return of the deposit. Might seem cheaper up front but youll pay for it in the end. my advice: go with a reputable rental company and save yourself money and hassle. Edit: Contacted customer service several days ago without response. I find it a negative reflection of priorities that this company can respond to a poor (public) review within minutes but cant provide a response to my legitimate questions for days. Lets see how long it takes before the rest of my previously blocked funds are returned.

Please, AVOID this company and stop them from robbing people. I can read at every second comment that the company is very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the expectations and that Our customer service remains at your disposal for any questions you may have . Well, both is just a lie as they do not care about customers at all. I sent two emails to this caring customer service and called them several times without any response. So, as a last instance I am using this tool to contact the company as they seem at least to read it. I would be therefore very much interested in receiving some factual response about my case rather than automatic replies that do not help at all. I was charged around 700 EUR for the supposed windshield replacement. The reason was small chip at the windshield, at the location that it might have been very easily hidden by one of the wipers and therefore not visible without thorough and detailed inspection. Anyway, I can understand that this was mainly my fault not to spot the chip when picking up the car as I am pretty sure the chip was already there (I had a car rented for less than 24 hours and clearly not aware of anything that would hit the glass). What kept my attention already when returning the car was the speed of finding the damage by agent as well as the enthusiasm with dealing with this issue. This was simply strange, and one can easily suspect that the damage was already known by the Recordgo company and staff already before. When reading more reviews I am even more confident that this was the case. I contacted the customer service that since I did not spot the chip when renting the car, I may be liable for some kind of repair of the damage. But as the damage is on the windshield at the location below the wipers which is completely invisible by the driver, and it does not obscure the view of the driver I believe that charging for a full windshield replacement is not justified. In addition, I asked the company to send me the proof that this repair was done, of course without any response. I therefore even doubt that this was ever made. Therefore, try to avoid this company and if you are already taking the car with them, be extra careful and check every single spot on the car, especially check the front windshield thoroughly when renting red Fiat 500 with registration BC-06-BV. You might find the damage to the windshield that I was already charged for. The above precautions, however, might not be enough to stop them from taking your money - there are more ways how they charge you just see the other reviews.

Muy mala experiencia, nos han cobrado a la semana de haber alquilado coche un seguro de 37 (12 horas de alquiler del vehículo ) sin comunicarnos nada, un plus de 24 por llevar el coche a repostar y después de darnos el ok in situ de que el tanque estaba lleno nos han cobrado 23 más de gasoil . Note-se que o carro avariou , por motivos que me são alheios impedindo qualquer reabastecimento antes de entregar o veículo . Após troca de e-mail , ainda não restituíram a caução . NÃO ACONSELHO.

The car itself was ok. We had it for 15 days. Pickup was quick and the staff was friendly. Return was a bit chaotic as we arrived in the morning at 9. The pick-up office was full of people and very busy but drop-off was locked and it took a while to find someone who was able to take keys and sign off papers. I got non in return so I had to take photo of the document. Later on I checked my account and it was credited with 100 EUR (probably fuel deposit return) but also charged for 76,20 EUR with no explanation. I tried multiple ways to contact the company with no response. 12 days later I was credited 96 EUR which is probably toll deposit return, but we used highways a lot so it looks like they charged us the highway toll when we returned the car and the deposit was only used for the highway payments that arrived after we returned the car. I give negative mainly for lack or rather no communication, unclear transactions, no final invoice or documents and also that they take the deposit from your account - even from credit card - instead of just blocking the money. I dont have EUR account but paying 200 EUR and then getting 200 EUR back means Im at loss of roughly 10% due to money conversion costs. Other companies can take and hold deposit without charging you immediately. Edit: After 15 days I finally got inovice upon requesting it more then a week ago through web form so I add one star.

I made a reservation for one day on Saturday night until Sunday night, and everything was fine. They blocked 200 in my bank account, which was for the Via Verde and fuel. Récemment, j ai fait une réservation chez Record Go et je suis très déçue du service client. Tout d abord, l assurance était incroyablement chère, même plus chère que mon billet d avion. Ils m ont attribué une petite Fiat qui semblait correcte au départ, mais deux jours avant de rentrer, un voyant indiquant un manque d huile moteur s est allumé. J ai dû acheter un bidon d huile dans un garage et j ai conservé la facture.À mon retour à l aéroport, j ai expliqué la situation à l agent qui a réceptionné la voiture. Il m a assuré que je serais remboursée, mais que je devais faire une réclamation par mail. Malheureusement, après avoir suivi leurs instructions, ils m ont répondu que je devais appeler l assistance, et donc ils refusent de me rembourser. J ai demandé à retourner le bidon d huile qu ils ont gardé, rien .Je trouve cela vraiment décevant. Non seulement on me donne une voiture avec un problème mécanique, mais en plus, je dois m adapter à leurs procédures compliquées sans obtenir le moindre remboursement, résultat j ai perdu mon temps et mon argent. Je ne recommande pas cette agence.

RecordGo did not accept a standard debit MasterCard card and rejected a booking made in advanced and fully paid just at the desk, then we came to take a car. Their roles & conditions say the debit cards are acceptable, but in reality, they could do whatever they want.. definitely a very bad experience. After that we have just crossed a street a rent a car in Movida, the company next door to RecordGo. Our debit card has been accepted there without any problems.

Tuve una experiencia fatal en la oficina de oporto me retuvieron 200 euros de mi tarjeta se suponia que 100 eran garantia para devolver el tanque lleno de gasolina y los otros 100 para cobro de peajes, resulta que devolví el vehiculo en perfecto estado antes de la hora pactada limpio y me devolvieron solo 100 y luego de entregarlo y ser revisado por una persona en la oficina al llegar al aeropuerto me hicieron otro cobro adicional de 30 euros, a la final me quitaron 130 euros y es imposible que halla gastado eso en peajes en 2 dias solo de ir a oporto a lisboa no envian un resumen de lo que hallas gastado en peajes tampoco he intentado comunicarme para gestionar el reclamo y me atiende alguien que dice ser solo chofer rn record go y me cuelga me parece un abuso total

The car was booked and paid for online via Booking. After arrival RecordGo refused to release the car because they didnt like the German bank Mastercard Debit N26. It was very unexpected and not pleasant. I do not recommend RecordGo and find them unreliable. I still havent received a refund. If you find yourself in such a situation, cross the road to the orange building of Drive On Holidays (Movida) - we got a great car quickly there.

Loueur voleur Pousse à prendre une assurance qui coûte 4 fois le prix de la location, chose que je nai pas prise . Donc jai du versé une caution de 1400 euros normal. Ils m ont réclamé 666 euros pour un impact sur le pare brise qui ne mesure même pas 1 cm . vous pourrez vous en rendre compte sur la photo que je vais joindre. Petit conseil si vous louez un véhicule et que vous ne prenez pas l assurance qu ils vous proposent faites bien attention quil n y ai pas d impacte sur le pare brise car ça risque de vous coûter très chère . Un bon conseil fuyez ce loueur.

Une agence avec laquelle plus jamais je ne ferai affaire ! Dentrée de jeu véhicules proposés très décevants en citadine, ou comment se retrouver avec une panda toute pourrie. Jai opté pour ce qui restait un véhicule de je ne sais plus quelle Marque. Doffice vous vous payé une franchise de 200 et ils vous mettent la pression pour la prendre alors quau départ il ny a rien de tout cela dannoncé. Jai dû attendre 50 minutes et effectué plusieurs relances avant que quelquun daigne me récupérer à laéroport. Prévoir 200 de provisionnement supplémentaires pour le carburant et la carte péages. A ce jour je nai jamais eu le détail des 56 prélevés pour le péage alors que je nai pris lautoroute quune fois à laller et une fois au retour. Bref fuyez !!!

despues de esperar 15 min a la furgoneta, al llegar a la zona de checking tuve que hace cola durante 20 min aun teniendo el speed pase, encima la dependienta colo a un cliente que dejaba un coche con la excusa de que perdia el avion... yo tb me perdi una reunion importante. por ultimo, a la hora de coger el coche, este apestaba a tabaco... teniendo que coger un coche de una categoria inferior..... en fin muy mal.

Service excellent à la prise en charge comme à la restitution Voiture full assurance avec tarif correct 620 pour 17 jours Modèle WV Taigo 5000 km. Nous avons enfin trouvé une entreprise qui respecte ses clients. Cest ma 2ème location chez eux et aucun souci à signaler. Personnel très agréable et souriant. They pushed assistances and premium charges into the contract without telling and charges on credit card didnt match the bill. Surely I blame myself for not checking it all carefully, but I didnt expect I had to, as I trusted them, since in the past I had positive experiences.

Hola, el 3 de julio alquilé un coche en Oporto con Record go durante una semana, un T.Rock, pero me dieron un Kia Stonic con 66.000 Km, el coche estaba bien, no me dio problemas, pero el sonido del motor delataba que los conductores no habían sido muy cuidadosos con el vehículo. Me retuvieron 200 euros, 100 como fianza para gasolina y otros 100 para el gasto de autopistas que ocasionara, puesto que el coche lleva un dispositivo para pasar los peajes sin pagar en el momento. Los 100 de gasolina me los devolvieron con fecha del día que entregué el coche, los cuales recibí 3 o 4 días después, ese mismo día me hicieron un cargo de los 42 euros que gasté en peajes, pero la fianza de 100 euros han tardado 15 días en devolverla, desconozco el motivo de dicha tardanza puesto que como digo ya me habían cargado el importe. Por lo demás todo bien y correcto, el precio que me cobraron fue inmejorable, 7 días con el seguro premium por 181 euros. Así que volveré a alquilar con ellos.

Bien mais quelque surprise à la prise du véhicule (Notamment la caution de 1700 quil débite du compte si vs avez pas on vous propose encore une assurance de 113 .) Et oui il ne connaisse pas lemprunte de la cb de plus il prennent une caution de 100 pour lessence et une avance de 100 pour le péage du coup paiement de 313 en plus de la sommes déjà réglé pour la réservation et lassurance soucri..... Du coup il revienne bien plus chère..... La caution essance est remboursé des restitution du véhicule qd au péage on vous restitu largent une dizaine de jour plus tard.....

Staff at the office were excellent but had issues with the refund of fuel and tolls at the end of hire. *UPDATE* Beware as they charge an additional daily rate for breakdown cover and do not appear to highlight this, and to date still no final invoice sent for hire I for one will not use them in Porto again Difficult to contact by phone No closing invoice sent after rental

On 9th July, I collected a car from Porto Airport for a business trip to Vila Flor. After only one hour of driving, the back tyre exploded, causing the car to become unstable and unsafe to drive, putting my life at serious risk. I contacted Record Go support and was advised to either wait approximately 2 hours for a car to pick me up and drive me back to Porto Airport to get another car or to repair the tyre myself, keep the receipt, and claim the reimbursement when returning the car. As this was a business trip, I had appointments with estate agents to visit two properties on behalf of a client. Due to the tyre issue, I spent time finding a place to replace the tyre with a brand new one, causing a 2-hour delay and resulting in me missing one of my appointments. Upon returning the car, I was assured that the cost of the tyre would be reimbursed within 10 working days. However, when I contacted Record Go support team via email, they refused to reimburse me, dishonestly claiming that I had not contacted them prior to replacing the tyre. Why would I spend money and replace a tyre for a vehicle that is not mine? Despite having photo and video evidence of my contact with them, they continue to lie and insist that I replaced the tyre without their authorization. Avoid these scammers at all costs. A company that neglects basic safety and car maintenance, putting the lives of their customers at risk, and then refuses to take responsibility, should not be allowed to exist. If you value your safety and that of your family, stay away from Record Go. I am taking legal action against their dishonest behavior.

Il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale. A causa della cancellazione del nostro volo di andata, siamo arrivati a Porto con oltre 12 ore di ritardo rispetto allorario previsto per il ritiro dellauto prenotata mesi prima. Nonostante il noleggio fosse stato inizialmente cancellato, il personale presente allaeroporto di Porto è stato eccezionale nel risolvere la situazione, permettendoci di mantenere il noleggio già effettuato e pagato in anticipo. Grazie a loro, abbiamo potuto iniziare la nostra vacanza senza ulteriori problemi.

Scam, it s been more than 2 weeks since we returned the car and we still haven t received the deposit of 1500 back. Moreover, they overcharged us for the additional driver and the tolls. Customer service is not responding for more than a week. The only positive thing is that the car that we had was new
