We had a fantastic experience with Colinas. André Lima provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. Very available and responsive through Whatsapp. André was ok to pick up the car at a different location in Lissabon where it was delivered , which was very convenient for us. We booked the wrong child seat by mistake but this was swapped by the company without any extra charge. I dont think there are many other rental car companies on the market that provide the same kind of services. Definitely recommend others who need a car in Lissabon to book with Colinas.

EXCELLENT !! We are every year in Portugal and rent a car. This Year it was the first time with Colinas and it was the best Car rent company ever!! Never again an other Company than Colinas. André wrote us 2 - 3 days before our Flight to Lisbon to send him the drivers license to do the Paperthings so we didnt have to do it at the airport anymore. He picked us up at the arrival hall and took us to the car in the car park. He gave us some information about the car and we were ready to depart. We wanted to return the car earlier because we stayed in the city for another day and we didnt need a car in the city. So I wrote André no problem for him. We sent him the address from our hotel and he was there on time gave him the keys back and everything was perfect! Thank you André for this great cooperation. See you next year.

Family car agency in Lisbon. There is a route for canceling the deductible up to 75 percent. Depends on the type of vehicle. We had a problem with the rental car in terms of luggage. They changed our car for an additional fee. Courteous service. Good vehicles and a team with a very good sense of service. . On another visit to Portugal I will definitely consider renting from them.

Péssima empresa. Me deixaram 1 hora esperando no aeroporto para entregar o carro. Entregaram um carro de categoria inferior ao que eu havia contratado e ao final cobram coisas a mais. Fui cobrado de pedágios que já havia pago. Quando você reclama o atendente ainda é irônico. CORRE QUE ESSA EMPRESA É ROUBADA!!!!

La migliore location per noleggiare un auto a Lisbona. Servizio impeccabile, puntuale e preciso. Auto perfetta, con pochi km, pulita e super accessoriata. Prezzi interessanti in rapporto al servizio che offrono. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona non avrei dubbi a tornare da Colinas rent a car.

Great experience! When I discovered the concept of getting the car directly in the airport for a price much lower than the classic car rental companies, I was a bit doubtful and I was wrong as it was a perfect experience! - Reservation: very easy on the website. Conditions are crystal clear (compared to some low cost where you never know what is included or not). Very good choice of cars. - Price: I got a car almost twice cheaper than with the average rental companies. (August 2023) - Arrival at the airport: in contact with one of the company personnel by whatsapp, I shared all the necessary documents for the rental and he organised the meeting point. Easy to meet at the arrival, signature of the papers in about 10min, no queue and direct access to the car 2min away in the main parking of the airport. Incredibly smooth. - the car: as the company is quite recent, cars are in excellent conditions. Clean and nice! - the return: as easy as the arrival. Everything is done in 5min - the service: personnel was very kind and available through whatsapp. Very happy of my contact (André). We received the final invoice related to the highway tolls (pass via verde was included) and it was totally in line with our expenses. No surprise after coming back home then. In summary, the best experience I had with a car rental!

De extrema confiança, antes de alugarem nessas gigantes leiam os contratos. Esse além de me alugar um carro com 1500 km ou seja novo. Caso acontecesse algum acidente, a franquia era aceitável, as outras no mínimo 4 vezes mais cara!!!! Excelente!!! Claro que não desejava isso mas pode acontecer!!!! Pessoas íntegras. Após uns dias da entrega, a caução foi estornada do meu cartao de crédito !!! 100 % indicada. Parabéns a empresa !!!!!

We had a fantastic experience renting a car from Fernando Andrade here at Colinas back in May. The Citroen C1 fit our needs perfectly, was provided to us at under 1000 km, and was extremely clean and in great shape, and at an amazing price compared to other places. Fernando made the process quick and simple, was extremely helpful in helping us track down my mother s lost phone, and extremely attentive to all the details during the process. Would definitely go back the next time I m in Lisbon!

The BEST RENT A CAR FIRM IN Portugal. They quoted HALF the price compared to all other companies. We saved more than 500 euros on a 10 days agreement. The service was very personal and attentive. PÉSSIMO E ORIGEM DUVIDOSA. Aluguei um carro com eles e dei o depósito via cartão de crédito. Erroneamente abasteci o carro com combustível errado e pra minha surpresa cobraram 1.100 para reparos. Retiraram do meu cartão de crédito. Tento contato e eles respondem a cada 2 semanas com as mesmas informações incoerentes. Novamente .. 1.100 !! Cuidado. Farão de tudo para pegar o dinheiro que vocês deixarão de garantia via crédito. FUJAM DA COLINA O BARATO SAI CARO !!

Rented a car for 4 days over Christmas and cannot say enough good things. The cars are all in great condition. I had no issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly and answered all of my excessive questions. The prices were great compared to competitors. I would use them again when I return to Lisbon!!

This company is run by the very friendly Renates Ramos and his also very friendly father. They rented me a beautiful fiat 500 for a very affordable price. It was a little bit getting used to it, because I have never driven a car that was this new (more or less 4000 km on the counter) and shiny, inside and outside. Quick, friendly and good service. I would highly recommend doing any kind of business with Colinas rent a car. Hedy.
