I typically rent cars at Lisbon airport, but gave Rome Rent a try this time. This became the first time I had issues with a car rental company. Please have in mind that the rented car will be inspected for any tiny damage, whereas most rental car companies only look for major damages. Asked for a tape measure or ruler so that I could take a picture of a scratch to send to my insurance but Roma Rent did not have either. Had to find a solution myself. Also had to wait to return the car, since Roma Rent was closed during its official working hours. Called twice to ask why it was closed but unfortunately did not get an answer. Not recommended!

We rented a car for a week from this small provider. We think the customer service is exceptionally good. The car was almost new and well serviced. Next time we’re are in Lisbon we’ll go straight away to this family business.
