Sado Rent em Odivelas

We have used the services of drivalia-odivelas twice and were very satisfied. Susana is one of those professionals who makes us trust the company she represents. This last rental clearly shows how necessary it is to have competent people in the services. After explaining that I was going to drive several kilometers and would rent it for one day, Susana advised us to rent it for two, mainly for the rest. It was worth following her advice. Thank you very much.

Never to return. Terrible service. I had to return the car by 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm and they said it was closed and would only reopen at 2:30pm. When I picked up the car, they didn't tell me it was closed for lunch. When I went to return it at 12:45pm, they said it was closed and that I could return it at 2:30pm and that there would be no problem. I was there at 2:15pm to return the car. They only attended to me at 3:20pm and charged me for an extra day's rental of the car. Rent-a-car to never return for sure.

Former SADORENT, great prices for professionals and much better than other rental brands, at least for those who do not have a company contract. The employees are friendly and attentive and do not try to force extra services on us.

Now as a customer, I had to use the Drivalia service in Odivelas, thank you Sónia for the service, keep up the good work!

We had an accident and they lent us a car through the insurance for 10 days. Always incredibly friendly. Keep up the good work.

Our customers are satisfied with this provider, which has an agreement with the Allianz insurance company. The only complaint is the slow service. They should try to improve this parameter in order to obtain a better evaluation in the future.

Clearly one of those companies that still does not understand what the client expects. They do not bother to advise you that the vehicle you booked is not available, rather let you start your holiday with a disaster by only finding out on the day, that they do not stand by their commitments. Run, don't walk
