Rent a scooter in Faro. Make a booking and collect at the airport. Walk ins welcome, but reservations are in priority, without booking the availability could be reduced. During working hours we could have issues outside such as delivery / be on service at the airport /maintenance / solve other cases, so the shop could be closed without pre-booking.

Scooter is perfext to travel in Algarve. The place is perfect to rent it, people are really nice. I recommend !
We rent 2 scooters off season and payed 35€ per day (per scooter) and 200€ deposit (which we got back of course). Everything went really well. Tom was very patient and explained us everything on how to use the scooters and cleaned the helmets for us. Even when we decided last minute to rent on another day than discussed, he was very understanding and nice. When we were out with the scooters, we called him, cause we weren't sure anymore, what time we should return them and we scheduled timing for returning. It was our first time renting scooters and we didn't know, that we should have tanked the scooters, but he would agree, that we would give him some money for gasoline (only 15€) It was a very nice experience and we felt confident that we would not be ripped off.
Vlad was very helpful, it was easy to make a reservation online and payment could be arranged through debit card. Scooter was new and well maintained for a very reasonable price. Overall a great way to explore the algarve region. Would definitely recommend.
Rented the 125 cc scooter for 10 days. Very professional store, the scooter was in good condition with a placeholder for keeping the smartphone and the booking was done very smoothly. Amazing price as well and the scooter was able to carry the two of us and our two backpacks comfortably - would highly recommend
Vlad was really helpful and flexible! Easy booking, easy pickup, received a nice map with suggested locations and suggested routes in Algarve region. Scooter good maintained! Drop off easily arranged. Whatsapp communication when needed, Vlad answered very quick! Happy customer, definitely recommend. Really affordable price also!
I was really happy with the overall service. The guys at the office were really friendly and helpful, they have great prices, and the scooter I rent was almost new. I think the best way to travel in the Algarve region is with the scooter. Vlad made an outstanding job helping me out and explaining me how the scooter did work, since I've never drove one before. If you're staying in Algarve I do highly recommend to rent a scooter with them!
Excellent service! Showed us a lot of cool places to visit. Gave us discount because it wasn’t high season. Down sides: the strap to attach the phone to the scooter wasn’t stable at all. I used my phone to navigate and while driving the uneven roads my phone actually fell a few times. We wanted to go to a few beaches but after evaluating the safety we decided to rent a car instead. The road to the beaches were 90km/h and the scooter didn’t go that fast. Also its a single lane road with cars riding there. We explained the situation and they actually refunded a part of the money. As I said excellent service!
Excellent service. Very responsive. Great scooters. Competitive prices. Highly recommended. We reserved a 125 cc scooter from the airport online for 3 days. They stayed with me on my flight progress to be on time. Scooter delivered exactly on time and the location. Explained everything in a very fair and honest way. Gave us some advice on riding along Algarve which was very important. Gave us a free access Algarve book which saved us a lot of money during our trip. Just drop in a email or call the number for any questions. Vlad is a very sweet, responsive and honest guy.

I do not post reviews very often but this time I simply have to share my positive experience. I used to travel a lot with my family - always following the same pattern flying somewhere and renting a car. Car rental has always been the stressful part. Constant worry not to make any scratches anything or kids dont break something inside, and maintain. I tried various companies and it seems like a annoying business model, where car rentals undercut each other on initial price and then try to make their money on huge excess and waivers. Actually a good example was Avis in Portugal that wanted to charge me 300EUR for a small scratch on a wing mirror. This time it was the first time I rented a scooter and even though I never fell of my Vespa style electric at home on the first day I landed on the side. Algarve scooters were very reasonable about it and I feel the money taken of deposit had a true reflection of what it actually cost to fix the problem. So this is to me an ultimate test of an honest rental business. More over I can wholeheartedly recommend a scooter rental for a single traveller or a couple. The mobility is amazing. I was able to go from beach to beach without worrying about parking spaces, I always was able to park right to the entrance which saved me time and amplified a sense of freedom one wants during a vaccation. The 125 cc Sym was well maintained, gave no problems and it was joy to ride. Finally I have to complement the customer attitude. They were so friendly to me have me a lot tips and made sure I was well positioned for my holidays. Pleasure to deal with the kind of experience hard to get on big corporate car rentals...

Alquilamos una 125cc en julio para 3-4 días, el primer día tuvimos una avería, independiente del mantenimiento de la motocicleta que era el correcto. Llamamos al dueño y en cuanto pudo nos paso a recoger, todo y estando fuera de horario laboral. Nos devolvió el dinero y cancelo el deposito al instante y nos ofreció todas las ayudas y opciones que tenia en su mano para que siguiéramos con nuestro viaje tal y como estaba planeado. en nuestra experiencia el resultado aparte del pequeño incidente de la motocicleta fue muy bueno, precio competitivo trato personalizado y muy atento. Recomendable 100%

Algarve Scooter rental made our vacation a breeze! We left renting our mode of transportation to the last minute and visited another provider without much luck. Vlad saved the day by agreeing to an early morning airport drop-off. We were able to keep all of our accommodation bookings unchanged AND it saved us transportation cost from another local town. A+ service, competitive pricing, and flexibility. Its nice to deal with a great company when visiting another country, we highly recommend Algarve Scooter rental.

Na verdade eu estava a passeio o acabei alugando uma moto e fui feliz estava muito frio ,mas o dia estava lindo e com muito sol! Foi ótimo a cidade é fácil de andar e plana é a cidade do Faro, ...gostei do serviço deles e são muito prestativos me fizeram um mapa para não me perder e deu tudo certo.Vale apena para você que está de passagem pelo Algarve e que quer fazer um passeio top com essa Empresa .

Echt een dikke tip! Heel leuk om met de scooter langs de mooie stranden te rijden. Ik raad je zeker aan hier je scooter te huren. Goede scooters, relatief nieuw, betrouwbaar en comfortabel. Er zat een steuntje voor de mobiel bij en een usb lader op de scooter. Dus ideaal voor navigatie. Ook de eigenaar/verhuurder is een fijne gast. Flexibel en goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Tip: bij regen niet altijd open. Dus slim om vooraf even een whatsapp-berichtje te sturen voor meer informatie.

We rent a 50cc scooter from Algare Scooter for two days for our holiday in Faro. We had a scooter immediately when we went to the shop without having booked or anything and we had a great service. We definitely recommend this company. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The scooter worked perfectly and it was very nice to drive it on the nice roads of Faro and the surroundings.
