Fatal trato.Cargos extra sin avisarlos. 5 extra por meter coche en parking 4 en vez de parking 1, cuando literalmente están al lado. No tienen la hoja de daños del vehículo actualizada por lo que mínimo te llevas 200 de cargos extra por algún daño que no hayas podido demostrar que no hiciste. Se niegan a aportar el libro de reclamaciones y juegan con tu tiempo limitado en el aeropuerto. Los precios parece económico pero acabé pagando +300 por coche por una semana. NO VOY A VOLVER ALQUILAR EN ESTA AGENCIA. 0/5 trato muy poco humano y abusivo.

Trato denigrante. Se aprovechan de que vas con poco tiempo. Extra cargos por todo, sin aviso. Estafadores, hijos de su madre, tienen muy sabido que le pasa a cada coche y como no lo grabes 360º te sacan mínimo 200 euros de cualquier ralladura que no tengan registrada en la hoja de daños del vehículo. y se quedan tan anchos, ahora tarea del cliente poner todas las reseñas, reclamaciones online(tampoco nos ofreció el libro de reclamaciones in situ) Pavlo, un chico alto, delgado con gafas y el ojo para allá, el encargado de hacerte pasar por tu peor experiencia de alquileres de coches! ESTAFADORES!

Lamentable y estafadores! Nos hicieron pagar 5 euros por el parquing que estaba justo a 12metros. Y luego nos hacen pagar por supuestamente una picada en el techo que NO hicimos por que eso estaba ya de antes.Por no decir que era casi inexistente,y sacan 200 euros por la cara. Muy mal servicio,muy maleducados,no vale la pena alquilar en este sitio.

Trabajadores como unas màquines de cobrar dinero. Por una rascada de medio centímetro 200 euros, y sin hacerla nosotros. Te cobran tambien 40 euros por recojer la llave cuando pasa un minuto de lo establecido. Incompetentes trabajadores y pesimo servicio. No sale a cuenta para Nada alquilar con ellos!

Auto wurde pünktlich bis zu unserem Wohnmobil auf dem Stellplatz gebracht und es gab eine ausführliche Einweisung. Der Mitarbeiter war äußerst freundlich und respektvoll. Obwohl 3 Tage Anmietung konnten wir fast 4 Tage das Fahrzeug nutzen. Der Corsa war sauber und technisch einwandfrei. Nach Rückgabe auf dem Stellplatz wurde das Fahrzeug voll getankt und ohne Mängel entgegen genommen. Am nächsten Tag war die blockierte Kaution schon wieder freigegeben. Toller und makelloser Service. Vielen Dank.

Personal incompetente. Cosas muy raras y fraudulentas con los precios. Además vi en muchas reseñas que no devuelven el depósito de 150 euros. Menos mal que no alquilamos con ellos por su mala atención.

No alquiléis nunca un coche en este local. Te dicen unos precios y luego te dan el coche y te van añadiendo dinero por cosas que ni te imaginas. Si regateas con ellos, te bajan el precio. Vergonzoso!!! Es un país europeo???? A mí me parece más propio de una república bananera.

NON vi recate MAI in questo posto. Ci hanno letteralmente fregato soldi. Dopo averci prelevato i 500 euro di cauzione (a detta loro congelati, ma in realtà sul conto non cerano più), al momento della riconsegna dellauto( in perfette condizioni e visionata anche da loro), ci avevano detto che i soldi cauzionali ce li avrebbero riconsegnati qualche giorno dopo. È passato quasi un mese e questi soldi soldi non ce li hanno mai ridati. Non ci rispondono nemmeno alle mail.

Betrug!!! Zuerst wurde mir bei der Anmietung verboten einen vorhandenen Schaden auf dem Formular anzuzeichnen (ich dürfe ihn nur auf meinem Durchschlag vermerken) und der gleiche Schaden wurde dann mit 400,- verrechnet. Bei der Rückgabe hatte mit der überaus unfreundliche Mitarbeiter angeboten, ich könne die Sache ohne die Firma erledigen, wenn ich ihm 250,- in bar gebe. Ich fragte nach dem Namen des Mitarbeiters, aber den gab er mir nicht. So konnte ich nur ein Foto von ihm machen.

vom 12.7- 2.8.22 hatten wir einen Polo angemietet bei One Million Car Hire, die offensichtlich zu Local Cars gehören. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Service sehr unzufrieden. Das Auto war aus 2019 und zeigte schon bei Übergabe an Inspektion jetzt. Bei der Rückgabe suchte der Mitarbeiter so lange nach einem kleinen Kratzer, der angeblich bei Anmietung nicht vorhanden war, bis er endlich einen fand. Dafür verlangte er 150 + Steuer. Außerdem für das schmutzige Auto 50 und nochmals 50 Bearbeitungsgebühr. Für uns reine Abzocke! Wir haben schon oftmals Autos in Faro gemietet und noch niemals für ein dreckiges Auto zahlen müssen. Davon stand auch nichts in den Papieren, es erfolgte kein Hinweis bei Anmietung und normale Gebrauchsspuren sind nach 3 Wochen doch völlig normal. Nach diesen Erfahrungen werden wir sicherlich nicht noch einmal dort anmieten und die Firma ganz sicher nicht empfehlen.

A éviter absolument !!! Le personnel nest pas à lheure. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre le français . Il font payer des suppléments à larrivée par rapport au prix de départ. Jai eu un accident de voiture dans lequel je nétais pas responsable (confirmé par la police), ils mont quand même prélevé 1500 de caution qui ne ma jamais été remboursé !!!!!!! Jai failli raté lavion de retour parce que le personnel était encore en retard alors que javais payé un supplément pour que le gars soit présent car le vol était en dehors des heures douverture. Bref cest une arnaque !!!!

Bei Abgabe des Ford in Faro (Airport) versuchte der Mitarbeiter, irgendeinen Grund für weitere Gebühren zu finden, da das Auto natürlich korrekt betankt war und auch kein Schaden von uns verursacht wurde. Er sagte mir, als ich ihn fragte, ob alles ok sei, ja ... aber das Auto sei im Fond auf dem Boden verschmutzt. Es gab zugegebenermaßen ein paar Sandkörner auf dem Boden, aber das sollte nach über drei Wochen Nutzung und Zahlung nun wirklich nicht zu einer Extragebühr für Reinigung missbraucht werden. Eine solche Gebühr ist weder in den AGBs noch im Vertrag geregelt. Der Mitarbeiter war extrem unfreundlich und obwohl ich noch versuchte, den Fond etwas zu reinigen, und er mich dazu auch aufforderte, sagte er mir unverschämterweise im Anschluss, die Rückgabezeit sei überschritten - eine bodenlose Frechheit, so ein arrogantes Verhalten sucht seinesgleichen. Nie wieder Local Cars !!

We hired a vehicle from LocalCars/Millenium Cars in April 2019. As I hire vehicles regularly from Faro Airport we take out our won Insurance & do not purchase the full insurance from the Hire company. On returning the vehicle I was told that I had damaged the car on the underside of the bumper bar. When I looked on the underneath of the bumper bar there were at least 5 marks, where paint had been removed, stretching along the entire underside of the bumper area. The Car Rental agent spotted a small graze and said that, as it was not marked on my hire document, I must have caused the damage during the hire. I argued with the agent that none of the damage on the underside of the bumper bar had been identified on the rental agreement & the fact that I had collected the car at 1.00am in the morning when it was dark, I should not be expected to see the underside of the vehicle. Despite my protests the agent insisted that I had to pay for the damage as I had provided my own Insurance rather than take out the full insurance offered by his company. As I was waiting to leave to catch my flight (now less that 1 hour before take off) I offered to pay 50 which would have adequately covered the cost of repairing the scuff, but he stated that this would not cover the cost as the vehicle had to be returned to be main dealers (Skoda) for repair. To be honest I found this laughable as the car had clearly not be returned for the repair of the other marks which were actually a lot worse than the damage that I was supposed to have caused. I therefore had no other option but to pay the damage & then claim it back from my Insurance company, as otherwise they would have withheld my deposit of 1500 and I could have missed my flight I would plead with other users NOT to use this company.

Didnt have any troubles because I rented a car with their full insurance. But this is a tiny local firm, not very reliable to be honest; fuel policy is unfair (I consider full-to-full as the only one fair policy - unfortunately they dont offer it); and based what Ive seen - never rent a car without full insurance - they will always find some small graze made by a stone(which youd never find) and let you pay for it. The whole car rental industry in algarve looks poorly, especially comparing to Spain. I suggest to use some bigger, normal and reliable european company at Faro airport, if possible.

Nice cars for rent but quite pricy place.

Nous sommes vraiment déçus. Nous avons rendu la voiture en temps et en heure. Il ny avait aucune remarque, ni incident. Cependant, à notre retour en France nous avons été déçu de voir que lagence a prélevé 20 (paiement d autoroute) alors que nous navons pas du tout emprunter lautoroute. Nous avons pris que la nationale. Cest vraiment pas correcte car il peuvent débiter votre carte bleue après votre départ.

Nous avons louer par le biais de notre aire de camping-car qui dailleurs cest occupé de tout et RAS tout cest bien passé. La voiture était quasi neuve. Merci

Hired a car from Olhos de Agua. Gave me a broken car seat for our baby. When returned they accused me of breaking it and charged me 50. Putting babies lives in danger. Do not use!

Cette agence est vrqiment catastrophique. Le personnel netait pas à lheure pour laccueil, ni pour le retour de la voiture. Nous avons failli raté notre avion. Et surtout ils nous ont arnaqué de la caution de 1500 euros quils nous ont prélevé mais pas rendu. A eviter absolument!!!!!

Uitstekende service en prima kwaliteit auto. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Zeker de moeite waard om van hun diensten gebruik te maken en om de algarve te verkennen. Wij hebben 2 keer drie dagen een auto gehuurd. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Très, très désagréable !!! que cela soit au départ comme au retour. Aucun effort de compréhension en français comme en anglais, et la pire était la responsable dagence. Elle nous dit quelle est portugais donc parle portugais ! Aucun sens du service et le minimum déchanges et ils nont pas tous dit bonjour !!! Nous voulions faire travailler les locaux et éviter de passer par notre grand hôtel, quelle erreur ! Agence à éviter et à bannir !!! Location groupe C du 11/07/2017 au 14/11/2017

Wij hadden een dag van tevoren al een auto gereseveerd. De dag dat we de auto gingen huren bleek dat wij de auto niet mee konden krijgen omdat, we geen 27 zijn. In de algemene voorwaarden staat een minimum leeftijd van 25. We hebben een hele dag gepland met de auto en nu valt deze dag volledig in het niks. Ze kwamen ook niet met een enkele vorm van een oplossing of excuus.
