Despite the reviews here we had a good experience and no complaints. Good quality car and efficient check in and drop off. Our only problem was finding the site to drop the car off as Google maps shows location in a different place.
It was really an awfull experience that i chose for the first time this company. I made my reservation from the Rentalcars company with Full cover. The first problem was limited km for the cars, it is not stated clearly and the Dollar wanted 45€ for unlimeted, the second problem was i didn't want any insurance since i have already bought it from Rentalcars, they made the insurance so I PAID TWO INSURANCE!!! It is a very very bad company.
I come to Portugal often. However, I have rented cars with other companies. But none of them were as efficient as Dollar. Thank you. I'll be back soon.
