Excellent choice. I rented it and liked it. Whenever I need to rent a vehicle I will use this company, as they made the process simple and have excellent customer service.

crooks.... no other name. everything is out of the box, from the contract to the inspection of the car. the goal? charge you a maximum when you return. TO AVOID IN AN EMERGENCY

Total scam. The rental agent starts by absolutely wanting to sign the rental contract which is false (false mileage when we are limited to 100km, and without mention of the scratches on the car). She tells me that it will be done as soon as she returns to the agency and that I will receive it by email. So a contract not signed?? I sense a scam and refuse. The deposit: we wanted to make the deposit by check. When we arrived we were told that it was only by credit card and that it was written on the site. After checking, nowhere did we find this information on the site. I therefore use my bank card for the deposit which is supposed to be a payment authorization and not a direct debit. I WAS CHARGED 1750 EUROS supposedly "by mistake, because of the sun". You then have to wait 20 minutes for a second person to arrive to cancel the payment. In the meantime, I am still being made to pay 105 EUROS deposit for fuel. I then require a signed contract before taking the car which mentions exact mileage as well as the scratches on the car. She refuses. I therefore decide to cancel the car rental in view of the accumulation of shady or even illegal events. She told us that I would be reimbursed but that I had to go to the other agency, which took me 20 minutes by car. Once there, payments are canceled, except the online one which “will be made, I guarantee it”. I receive an email in the afternoon that says it's all my fault (!!!) and THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND 50% OF THE RENTAL PRICE!!!!! However, I lost 1h30, I had to travel on my own to another city to cancel the contract and they charged me almost 2000EUROS in total for a car that I never drove! MY ACCOUNT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECREDITED 3 DAYS LATER. TO AVOID URGENTLY.

Excellent service, from the clarifications to the telephone assistance, to booking online, the day before the pick-up of a forklift. Friendly and helpful when picking up the vehicle, explaining all the important points so that there are no doubts later at the time of delivery. I have used other rental companies several times but from now on this will definitely be the one I prefer, excellent quality/price ratio.

A real disappointment. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the vehicle and did not refund the money corresponding to the excess fuel I left in the tank. And it was still about €20! Not recommended for anyone who wants a serious and attentive service.
