I needed a van to move house - I booked it 2 weeks in advance - the website assumed a different pick-up location than the one I had chosen - and when I tried to correct it, they didn't reply to my email. Communication was very difficult - they didn't respond to calls, texts or emails! Until the last minute I didn't know if my reservation was confirmed or not, and I ended up having to drive 30 km to get there to confirm that the location even existed! And in the end, they never apologized once and acted as if nothing had happened. I will never rent a car/van from here again!
