It's a shame that there are no 0 stars and I'm forced to give one. What a disgraceful service. I left my car at the tow truck to be diagnosed with a clutch problem. I stressed that they wouldn't do anything without a quote. A whole day later, at the end of the afternoon, they called me with an exaggerated quote that left me stranded. I said I would go the next morning to see what could be done. I was treated very rudely by the owner who hung up on me. I went to the location right away and found the car already completely disassembled without my approval of the quote. I said that I wouldn't do the service there anymore and they made me pay 270 euros for the diagnosis and when I picked up the car, all the lights on the dashboard were on and there were other warnings. The end result was that I tried to complain in the online complaints book and there was no record of it. I contacted the complaints book and they told me to file a complaint with ANACON and I did as they told me. But my opinion is that it's just pure fraud, there's no other word for it. Frustrated... I was simply robbed without having a gun in hand. Note: I called the GNR and waited for a car for hours and was not attended to.

Worst experience with a mechanic in Portugal. The owner was rude and impolite, and a fraud. I left the car for a diagnosis and they called me at the end of the day to give me a quote with the car already disassembled without my permission. The owner wanted to force the repair of the car without my consent. In the end, he impounded the vehicle for 2 days and forced me to pay €300 for a diagnosis and returned the vehicle to me with all the lights on, even though the only problem was the clutch. I do not recommend this mechanic to anyone. A fraud and a swindler. The establishment does not have a complaints book.

A scratch was made in our rental car. The scratch was polished out in a very short time and at a very reasonable price. Great service and very friendly.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a garage. They misdiagnosed the problem with the car and replaced a part that wasn't necessary. They gave me a price for 2 hours of work, but when I picked up the car I had to pay for 5-6 hours (I wasn't warned that the service would be more expensive). As a result, I spent €350 and left with a car with problems. P.S.: I took it to the garage in the dealership in another city and they did a great job for €200.
