I would like to file a complaint about the very poor and unprofessional service provided by Drivalia. We had a lot of difficulties when making a reservation: no one answered the calls, then they gave incomplete information and did everything to complicate things. First, when we made the reservation by phone, we were told that the deposit was €350, but when we arrived, the employee Isabel Monteiro said that it was €400. No one also told us that we needed a credit card to use Via Verde, but when we picked up the car, the employee said that it was impossible to use a debit card because that's how it was at her company. They did everything possible to complicate the reservation, they didn't even send the payment link and I had to call for several days to try to pay, which I find completely unacceptable. In general, they showed no desire to help and resolve the issues that they themselves created and kept repeating that everything was impossible. The employee Isabel Monteiro was very rude and refused to give me the complaints book, which is illegal and I will report the matter. I will send an official complaint. We are completely unhappy with the experience and will not repeat it.
