I bought a Kona bike from this store. Samuel spoke in detail about the bike I was interested in, let me test ride the bike in the square next door, gave me a tasty discount! I recommend the store and the craftsman as much as possible
I recently took my bike to this shop for maintenance, including a chain and rear cassette replacement. Unfortunately, it was an expensive mistake. The work was so poorly done that I had to take my bike to another shop for repairs right after. To make matters worse, the shoddy maintenance resulted me having an injury. This experience forced me to postpone my world trip, and I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and unreliable service. Having dealt with over 20 bike shops worldwide, this is by far the worst. I strongly advise against using this shop
Really good maintenance and repairing for a bike that was practically broken after a move from another country. I saved a lot of money by not buying a new bike, and repairing mine in this shop with Samuel. I bought it in January 2014, and now it feels like brand new again, after 10 years. It looks smooth as when I rode it for the first time: no friction at all and totally clean. I really recommend this shop as the prices are fair and adjusted to reality. Thanks!
This shop is great; he responded to my online question quickly and had a couple of options for the correct part for replacement when I rolled into town late on a saturday. His english is great, and when he didn't have the exact (weird) tool I needed he sent me to a place that had it.
I bought a bike from Samuel and it was a fantastic experience. He answered all of my questions (which were many) and did not try to up-sell me. Will definitely be returning for future purchases and maintenance needs.
Like a portuguese bike Jesus the owner (Samuel ?) laid his magical hands on my beloved ride, and a few gear changes later I was back on my way. As said by previous reviewer : "First class service".
Fantastic bike store. I wanted one of the Kona bikes (this is one of the few shops in Portugal that stock them) and Samuel spent about two hours walking me through the differences and letting me ride them. Great place to buy a bike!

The guy running the place, Samual, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything very easy for renting our bikes. He had good advice for cycling in the area and keeping safe on the roads here. I highly recommend Be-Cyclist and will go there when in Carcavelos or Estoril again. 10/10. Many thanks.

Samuel did maintenance work on 3 old mountain bikes: cleaning, lubricating and tuning. The bikes were five stars considering their age! Prompt and professional service. Impeccable shop and workshop.

Marvelous experience at BE-CYCLIST. As a foreigner, Samuel stretched his knowledge to the limit when I was unlucky with a broken wheel. Due to technical issues, he was flexible and showed respect towards me and the art of cycling. He runs the shop by his own, but he managed to sort it out quickly. Obrigado!
Samuel, the owner of this small and friendly shop, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had brought my bike with me to ride in Sintra, but discovered that my rear brake was failing. Although he was not able to solve the issue, he did everything he could to assist me in finding me a solution. I would strongly recommend this shop should you find yourself in need in this area. quite expensive shop. for simple repairs they require 30 euro. After a first one he also asked 30 to he asked 30 euros to take the bike apart and put it in a transport carton, which could be done in 10 minutes. (I made it by myself. )
Great and friendly mechanic, who helped out with a seat clamp on vacation. Cute little shop (with a lot of nice pictures on the wall), make sure you visit it when youre around!
