How is it possible for this company to be on the market for companies? After requesting a proposal for the company I represent, they asked for the company's details and I am still waiting for a contact from the sales department. Maybe if the company belonged to the person who answered the phone, it would have been resolved. In short, they lost 4 vehicles to rent per month.
Terrible service, they didn't answer the phone on 28-04, I've been calling for 30 minutes and they even had the indecency to hang up the phone so as not to receive any more calls.... TERRIBLE
Great service throughout the rental process. The Car was in a mint condition…..very well cleaned. Nuno Sousa, the Manager, is a Star. Very friendly and helpful lad he answered to all the relevant questions and doubts. Good price!! I highly recommend them!
