Today I had a huge disappointment. I rented a car in Penafiel (Porto) for the weekend using the courtesy I received from Privilege Club. I received a Corolla with several damages to the bodywork and rims. The front windshield had imperceptible marks that were not included in the inspection report, which evolved into two cracks during the rental period and I was charged 620 euros upon return. The rental company did not care about the small marks on the windows and put the car up for rent. The crack appeared out of nowhere, without the windshield having received any impact from a stone on the highway and the customer is left with the loss. In short, my free weekend "gift" turned into a loss of 620 euros. Extremely disappointed.

We had electrical problems with a car we rented at the airport while en route near Penafiel, but this office closes at 6:30 p.m. and our rescue taxi arrived at the office so we could get the new car at 6:30 p.m.: 38: we called to let them know and ask them to please wait for us or we would be left stranded in the middle of Porto without the possibility of moving or continuing our trip. Well, she refused, she told us to go faster with the car she was closing, which the taxi driver did (poor thing, he wanted to help us at all costs) but by hurrying like that this woman put us in danger. When we arrived she was busy with another client so we were able to take the car instead, but we spent half an hour of hell in the taxi because of her. Never again EUROPCAR
