Rent-a-car A Júlio Peniche em Peniche

I rented a car 3 times at Julio and I would rent again. The cars are great and the staff very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the flexibility when I decided to keep the car longer at the last minute.

Rented cars here 3 times during summer 2022, all of them were clean and in a good condition. Moreover, 2 of 3 were completely new. Appreciated insurance conditions.

Nice and unproblematic service

Rented a car in September and October, it is now February and they are still charging my credit card for tolls. What's going on?

I WALKED IN …THEY DONT HAVE MANY CARS TO OFFER AT THIS LOCATION FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. SO BEST TO CALL AHEAD ASK AND/OR RESERVE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SPOKE ENGLISH.

The company was closed on a time it should have been open (Saturday 9th of October 2021). From 10 AM I waited in front of the door, but no one came. Called both phone numbers, but no one picked up....I don't understand: why start a business when you don't even feel the responsibility to show up or answer the phone? Super unprofessional. (Unless they had an emergency or something).

I booked an automatic car one month ago at Peniche location. I particularly requested for the car to be ready by 9:30 am the latest. It's 11:30 and I am still waiting for the car to be brought from Caldas location. This is the second time they delay my booking. The staff in Peniche have no control over the main office in Caldas and they are very professional and honest people. Who ever runs this business in Caldas needs to learn the value of people's time and respect for their customers. Your business is poorly organized and you have no notion of quality! I needed this car in order to visit a dear friend of mine who is in Portugal for one day and you stoled the valuable time I had to spend with her and absolutely runed our plans!!! I am demanding an apology! I would strongly advise your potential customers to be careful with your establishment, as you are extremely unprofessional. Your luck of consideration for people is absolutely unacceptable!
