Terrible experience! We rented a car for a social project. It took them months to return the deposit (I think if you don't ask, you don't get it back!), and the driver received a letter from the tolls more than a year later. Iberocar didn't inform us at all about how the tolls worked, and they didn't inform us about the debts that we had to pay. We ended up paying €212.17 in administrative toll costs for the €20 toll debt. Iberocar had our contact details and decided not to do anything. When we contacted them to explain the problem, they disregarded all responsibility. Avoid!

The company only allows payment by credit or debit card. However, they guarantee that the deposit will be returned within 48 working hours after the vehicle is returned in perfect condition, and even after several complaints and claims to the agency's headquarters, it's been 4 days and I still haven't received the deposit back. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. A vehicle rental agency to cross off the list.

We rent a car for 2 days with the Gaia agency. Antonietta is an absolute angel. Iberocar is a very friendly, honest and easy easy agency. The car was great, in a perfect state, I totally recommend it !!! Thanks again for everything

I rented a van to move and everything went well. I didn't need a credit card or pay any fees because I was under 25. When I went to pick up the van, they were even kind enough to give me a slightly larger one so that it would be more useful for the purpose I had rented it for. Quick, practical and simple.
