It's ok, if you need a car for a few days! The attitude and service provided from the staff is not a high quality, but for the money that you pay is OK! I see many people complaining about the condition of the vehicle inside, but the reality is: if something is not ok speak before sign-in a contract and after all just ask then to be clean, is simple as that! The truth: you can have a car from them and go whatever you want to go without hesitation, so chill and stop hating! It's just a ren a car service! Good day to y'all!

Cheap rental prices - and only 200 leva deposit (€100). Used this company many times. Very convenient, can almost always reserve a car on the same day. On the odd occasion there is a technical issue with the car, the staff will always come out to fix the issue free of charge and deposit is always returned unless you cause damage to the vehicle. Even in that case, their prices are fair

Recently rented a car, faulty car, steering made awful noises and difficulty when steering at times. Everything else was fine, however, a first for me when I got told about cleaning fees of 20 lev. I asked around with TopRentaCar and other rental car businesses about cleaning fees, which I've been told is almost never a problem and never charged for basic usage of a rental car unless extremely dirty. I, however, did get a charge for cleaning with Ramacar, nor was it mentioned about cleaning fees previously, at that point you might as well not drive the car anywhere as it won't get dirty. Any English speakers stay far away, you will get taken advantage of. The pictures below are after the rent, the inside of the car was as clean as I received it but was unable to get any pictures.

I am really happy with the service althrough their main office is a bit untidy. Owner goes long lengths to deliver the cars and the pricing is appropriate.

Rented a car from here for 3 days. Car was faulty and not looked after. Owner was rude and disrespectful. Damaged car cost me a lot of time and money to fix. Messed about with my deposit and stole part of it and made silly excuses. We tried to be nice and resolve but he kept cutting the phone on us. Will never use again and will make sure no one else does either. He has our number so can contact us if he wants to give the money stolen from us.

Honestly don't even know where to start, first of all the service was horrible, the owner was so disrespectful and couldn't address me or my friends properly. We booked a car for three days and the car was faulty it broke down due to some faulty parts, the owner doesn't bother to maintain any of these cars. He tries to get more and more money from us, overcharging us for cleaning little mess and trying to keep our deposit for long as possible. Never going to this place again our experience was so bad that we will actually go all the way to Sofia to rent a car next time.

Don’t use this service Rented from here multiple times in the past and everytime there’s an issue with the car. The cars are old and not maintained so they’re always breaking down. The owner is always disrespectful and tries to steal our money by looking for ways to steal the deposit. Save yourself time, money and hassle by avoiding this place.
