Não tivemos a melhor experiência. Não sabíamos que não era logo no aeroporto, tivemos de esperar pela carrinha que foi embora sem nós e nem fazíamos ideia de que tínhamos de apanhar a mesma... Cobraram imenso dinheiro para o estado do carro em questão, além de não serem nada simpáticos. Não recomendo

É a terceira vez que aluguei carro neste rent a car e até agora a experiência foi positiva. São uma equipa muito séria e competente, e quando entrego o carro nota-se que eles não estão a procura de algo para poder cobrar mais. Mesmo da outra vez senti que o carro ia um pouco sujo no interior e estava à espera que cobrassem a taxa de limpeza e não cobraram. Outra coisa é que das 3 vezes que aluguei eles apenas informam sobre a possibilidade de fazer seguro mas se o cliente dizer que não eles não insistem ou forçam isso. I have rented a car with this company 3 times already, and I can t recommend it enough. So far the experience has been positive, and they are very serious and thrust worthy people. They always did everything according to the contract, no surprises at the end. One time I was certain that they were going to charge me for the cleaning tax, but they didn t. When you are dropping the car it s very clear that they aren t looking for reasons to charge additional money. And when they inform you of the possibility of car insurance they don t try to force it upon you.

Die Vermietung über Check24 erfolgte über einen Zwischenhändler bei ANC Azoren. Das Auto war super billig, es ist im Endeffekt auch alles gut gegangen, wir hatten jedoch einige Probleme: - Versicherung: Vor Ort wurde uns erklärt, dass die online abgeschlossene Versicherung nicht direkt bei ANC abgeschlossen wurde - im Schadensfall würde ANC die Kaution (über 1000 Euro) einbehalten und man müsste beim Zwischenhändler das Geld zurückfordern. ANC wollte uns eine zusätzliche (super teure) Versicherung verkaufen, Achtung! - Shuttle: unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen, wir haben den Bus dann selbst (zufällig?) gefunden - Reinigung: Bei Verschmutzung ist eine Strafe von 30 Euro fällig (wir haben das Auto vorher an der Tankstelle abgespritzt und es war ok) - Warnmeldung: Es leuchteten von Anfang an Warnmeldungen sowohl vom Airbag !!! als auch vom Reifendruck, hier wurde uns versichert, dass es sich um eine Fehlanzeige handelt, ein gutes Gefühl hatten wir dennoch nicht.

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen hier gemacht. Das Angebot war günstig und die Fahrzeug Übergabe- und Rücknahme verliefen transparent und freundlich. Auch der Shuttle Service zum Flughafen war zuverlässig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Expérience de tromperie honteuse. Après avoir forcé ka main pour une assurance tous risques à 25 jour, pris une caution de 500 , fait un état de la voiture sur une tablette, aucun document papier nétant donné... au retour soi disant des éraflures sur le plastique au dessus de la roue arrière...250 a payer sur le champ! Comme ils sont isolés et quil fallait prendre leur navette pour aller à laéroport...il a fallu payer. Leur mot de la fin cest Oasis grave faite jouer lassurance de la carte!

All good except it was not clear during our booking process that they don t have a station at the airport and only a shuttle every 30mins to their station (10min from the airport). No way to book the shuttle in advance, so it seems to be luck whether you get a seat or not. Also, use another gas station - too expensive.

Arnaque / demande carte crédit pour la caution (une première pourtant partout ailleur ils acceptent la debit) sinon il vous font payer 25e de plus par jour et disent que c est votre faute vous avez cas mieux lire . Ne Check même pas l état de la voiture avec vous. Bref de l amateurisme passer votre chemin

I made a reservation through the doyouitaly platform. The amount they wanted to charge was 5 times higher than the voucher conditions. I do not recommend it.

No me sentí segura con la compañía pues la atención fue pésima, esperamos una hora en la recogida y no nos pudieron subir a todos los que esperábamos y en la entrega al ser fuera del horario ( 6am) nos cobraron un extra por llevarnos al aeropuerto y no aparecieron (podrían haber llamado como haría alguien comprometido) y tuvimos que coger un taxi. En fin, barata si, segura no.

Con ellos todo fue genial. Una empresa muy seria para alquilar coches en la isla.

Muy mala experiencia. Primero te dicen que los coches están en el aeropuerto cosa que es mentira. Los coches están fuera y te tienen que llevar con un grupo de gente a sus instalaciones que estan fuera. Nosotros llegamos con retraso del avión de 2 horas y nos cancelaron la reserva y nos dejaron tirados. Tuvimos que alquilar otro coche en el aeropuerto y no nos dieron ninguna solución y no nos devolvieron el dinero. Ni siquiera nos dieron la oportunidad de cojer otro coche. Para nosotros muy mala experiencia y encima nos ha salido muy cara

ANC Azores Holidays scammed me. I paid 346.37 in advance for renting a car - booking no. 27904. I later canceled the car rental and, in accordance with its terms and conditions, the company should have returned the full amount. Although the company promised me a refund, it never returned the money and eventually stopped communicating with me completely. I sent a complaint with many documents (bank statement, e-mail communication, etc.) to the European Consumer Centres. Its been a year and a half and nothing has happened, I still dont have the money ANC owes me. If I could give zero stars, I would give a zero rating! I warn against this dishonest company! EDIT: Reaction to the answer of ANC Azores: Yes, a responsible person communicated with me, promised me to refund, but the refund did not ever came true and communication from the responsible person has been stopped... Therefore, I insist that you are frauds and enriched yourself at my expense! EDIT 2: You are frauds, still waiting for my money...

Ivo was amazing with us!!! Very professional and caring. It was our first time in Azores for me and my boyfriend. The rental process went very smooth. Unfortunately, we were on a minor fender vendor. As tourists we did not know the best approach to proceed, and Ivo was extremely helpful and caring with us. He explained all the process so well and did his best to help us to process with the claim. We would love to go back to Sao Miguel and would ask for Ivo again!!

Había leído malas reviews de ellos en trustpilot, pero la verdad que ningún problema, conseguimos un coche económico y nos dieron un BMW, estaba un poco rayado pero ya eran conscientes de ello. Nos proporcionaron transportes del aeropuerto hasta la ciudad. Todo bien, recomendable

Kommunikation, Abholung und Service war super. Das Auto ebenfalls in einem guten Zustand. Etwas kompliziert war die Hinterlegung der Kaution, da irgendwie nur manche Kreditkarten akzeptiert wurden, aber hatte ja genug dabei ;) Der Preis war für die Zeit & das Auto unschlagbar. Würden wieder buchen.

Todo perfecto. Pero el tema de la retención de 1200 euros de la tarjeta de crédito, asusta un poco por si pasa algo. El local donde te entregan el vehículo y se tiene que devolver, está a las afueras de Ponta delgada (te acompañan con una furgoneta) Si lo deseas al devolver el vehículo te pueden acompañar con una furgoneta a la oficina de alquiler (en Ponta delgada) o al aeropuerto de Ponta delgada. El coche alquilado perfecto.

Very good and quick service, theyll allocate the car based on availability rather than your prior preference, but thats fine considering the efficiency of service. They have shuttle transport so when you return your car they will drop you at the airport too.

Todo ha ido bien. Nos dieron un coche nuevo y nos atendió David que fue muy amable a la hora de explicarnos los términos del contrato y la devolución (el depósito se te devuelve en un máximo de 7 días). Además, nos dio consejos a la hora de visitar la isla. Recomendaríamos esta empresa.

The worst experience of my life with a car rental company. Premium insurance is exorbitantly priced and does not cover everything. It still has a franchise. Much better than other company options on the island with fairer prices and policies. I do not recommend at all if you want to have a quiet vacation without headaches afterwards.

Está gente é fantástica!!! Pessoal jovem e muito prestável. Já tinha reparado que tinham muitas boas reviews e comprova-se, são mesmo formidáveis. Serviço rápido e honesto. Funcionários de uma simpatia enorme, adorei conhecê-los a todos, ao Ivo, ao Nuno e ao Patrício. E à menina que nos tratou de tudo por telefone. Um muito obrigado, tornaram as nossas férias formidáveis. Votos de sucesso e o patrão que valorize estes meninos.

Es verdad que calidad precio está muy bien, nos dieron un coche fantástico. Sin embargo, no recomiendo el alquiler en esta empresa porque son muy estrictos con los posibles daños que el vehículo pueda sufrir. En nuestro caso, gracias que hicimos un video a la recogida que demostró que el daño que nos reclamaban ya estaba cuando nos lo dieron. No sé si el resto de empresas que operan en la zona tienen la misma política, pero en ésta a la mínima pierdes la franquicia de los 1.300 euros. A no ser que te gastes 90 euros adicionales en el seguro que te ofrecen para cubrir la franquicia, con lo cual ya no resulta el precio tan bueno.

Ter sempre em atenção o serviço contratado para não ter surpresa quando entregar a viatura. Têm sempre algo a cobrar. Os motoristas que fazem o transfer para o local onde se aluga a viatura são muito pouco eficientes e alguns extremamente antipáticos.

Los coches están bien, los precios también hasta que los devuelves. Entonces si no has grabado el vídeo del día de recogida, de noche y lloviendo, se aprovechan y cualquier pequeño desconchón que tenga el coche te cobran la franquicia. Entonces ya no es tan bueno en calidad precio. Yo solo puedo recomendaros sacar fotos y no fiaros de ellos para nada poco serios

Arnaque !!!! Nous avons ce jour même, loué une citadine pour 600 euros pour 14 jours sur lîle de sao miguel. Arrivé avec notre belle carte de debit il nous indique quelle nest pas accepté, mais on peut quand même faire avec en payant 25 euros par jour de location une sorte dassurance, plus 90 euros de cotion pour la durée de la location ( la cotion est normal ). Nous en sommes à 950 euros au lieu de 600. Nous savions que nos cartes de debit ne convenais pas, dans nos précédents voyages on nous demandé au cotion 5x plus élevé pour ce problème, mais cette cotion était rendu à la fin. La on cest senti piégé 25 euros par jour que lon ne récupère pas, pour une pseudo assurance en plus de lassurance tour risque déjà pris. Maintenant nous nous attendons à ce quil grate la cotion même si ce ne sera pas justifié. Je conseil à tout le monde de prendre tout les défauts de la voiture en photo devant la personne et de finir par une vidéo de lentièreté du véhicule suite à une autre mésaventure, malgré létat impeccable du vehicule.

We rented a car here just for the day so that we could go explore the island at our own pace and go enjoy one of the thermal pools without being tied to a tour! It was really quick and easy and the car was in great condition. Everything went super smooth and we paid a very fair price. My one minor thing is that they required a 1300 euro deposit which seems incredibly high as that is almost $2000 CAD. We got it back no problem, but I do not think I have ever been asked to leave a deposit that high especially since we purchased the full insurance package. I would still recommend, but just something to consider!

Nul, on réserve la voiture à un endroit en ville il faut finalement aller la chercher à 10min à lextérieur de la ville. Plus dune heure perdue entre larrivée en agence en ville et la récupération de la voiture. Idem pour le retour. Rien dindiqué sur internet à ce propos.

Care rental was all fine, was told the shuttle bus back would drop us to where we wanted once we had dropped the car back. It was only 6minutes further to drop off from their main point and driver refused, quite rudely. Others from our group hired a car and the shuttle driver dropped them back to where we are staying but not us. Your service sucks, brush up on your politeness and manners. Azores 1 and out.

We had a great experience with ANC. Friendly and helpful staff. The car was better than we could ve imagined and we got collected from the airport which was a plus too. We also want to thank Nuno for being the best and so kind. Thank you :)

Cheap! Was upgraded since CarPlay wasn t working with my phone. The also appreciated that they didn t push extras on me. You will need to call them from the airport to ask for the shuttle to pick you up. They will ask you to wait by the P5 parking lot. Upon returning the car the shuttle took me back to the airport it s about a 10 minute ride.

Great service, nice people. I recommend renting right through ANC, not any other website. We had to wait for the shuttle a little when we arrived, but it wasnt so bad (maybe 20 minutes). Right in the front of the rental company is a gas station with ATM, so thats also very useful. Obrigada! :)

Awful service, they provide a car with consumed tyres that let us in the middle of the island, the wheel was obviously in bad condition as very weary and foam came out of the hole . We could have sustained serious problems if the accent had happen on the highway. When the wheel was obviously old , they charged us for the service , the assistance, and the gas , completely uninterested in the danger they put us in . Do not hire here

Nous avons trouvé l équipe d ANC Rent a Car très compétente, disponible, sympathique et d une parfaite honnêteté. Le système de navette depuis l aéroport est d abord étonnant mais fonctionne bien. N hésitez pas à les appeler depuis l aéroport si vous ne voyez pas leur camionnette blanche sur le parking.

Would not recommend. The car rental company is very uptight instead of helping the customer. At first you must get a shuttle from the airport to the place, which can be easy as there is a place and person who will call for you. Keep in mind that the shuttle and service is strictly based on their business hours. This can also be quite difficult for somebody who s flight hours changes or delays and they are very set on their pickup time. Upon return of the car, you can only schedule a time that is within their hours of return. If you fall out of the hours it gets really complicated especially if you want to make a flight that is early (which is typical for flights). We were met with this situation so we go to drop the car off. The great gas station they speak so highly of does not open till 0700 am and the car rental place will not open. We gave the keys to a woman who gave us a ride to the airport that we had to pay for which was fine. The one worker who showed up randomly gave us a ton of crap because apparently they speak of every situation and had told us which they didn t and then was upset, complaining and very rude to us while all we were trying to do was come with a solution. All in all, for a car rental company this place does not handle situations well and the instructions we were given were unclear. Accessing the place is not that simple, customer service was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend going to a car rental that cannot provide solutions to the headaches they provide.

Wir hatten eine Kreditkarte/Debitkarte und damit wurden unsere vorherigen Buchungen bzw. Versicherungen nicht akzeptiert. Diese mussten wir bezahlen, mussten, aber eine neue Versicherung abschließen. Bei allen anderen Autovermietungen in Portugal und auf allen anderen Azoren-Inseln hatten unsere Buchungen geklappt.

Great prices, friendly staff. Only downfall is it was off sight so you had to wait for a bus and there weren t clear directions on where to catch the bus. I would definitely rent from here again.

Muy buen servicio. No se encuentra en el mismo aeropuerto pero te llevan gratis hasta allí (10 min.). Buen precio y la devolución perfecta. Si el lugar está cerrado en la devolución, te enviarán un coche para llevarte al aeropuerto. La fianza, si está todo ok, te la devuelven muy rápido.

I booked a car ahead of time for 5 days through a third party company (Discover Cars), and everything seemed fine at first. However, my flight to the Azores was somewhat delayed, causing me to be 30 minutes late from the designated pick up time, but still within the hour of time allotted for pick up. However, the ANC rental car booth at the airport had closed early, leaving no instructions with how to contact them. They never alerted us to this change via email or otherwise, and their posted hours were much later. We asked a police man who gave us poor directions, tried to find the shuttle bus on our own, and finally asked a nice bystander to use their phone to call the rental agency (our phones were not set up for international calling yet; only emails and texting). By that time, it was 20 minutes outside of the allotted hour for pickup since we lost so much time trying to get in touch with the company. The woman on the phone from ANC said that we were no longer able to pick up the car since we were late, that we couldnt rebook the same car for the current rate, and that they wouldnt rent the car to us the next day, either (despite admitting that the car was still on their lot and unclaimed). The ANC representative would not help us at all and refused to rent to us, even at the going rate, without giving any explanation as to why. The whole thing was extremely frustrating and nonsensical. I would strongly advise you to not work with ANC rental cars (another couple we met rented from them and had many problems when their car got a flat tire; they were not reimbursed for the two lost days required to fix this). Discover Cars worked with us and refunded part of our deposit (not all). The next morning, we went to Auto Ramalhense Rent a car and got another car for cheaper and very quickly (I would HIGHLY recommend this company; they were great to work with).

Fantastic service from a honest company. So easy to pick up car, and they upgraded our car. We both did a thorough check and they encouraged us taking photos and a video of the car. Were on our way after 15 minutes. Returning was simple, no funny stuff. And Were finished after 10 mins. Would 100% recommend!!

I rented a car from them for 5 days. Their prices are reasonable and their treatment is very good. They are respectful and reliable. They were quick to receive and deliver the car. They charged 500 euros from my card. The first time I handed them the car, they returned the amount to me in my card. I advise everyone to deal with this company and I will come back and book from them next time.

Great rental company, the staff are so kind and the whole process was easy start to finish. Once you land, you check-in at their desk, they ll organize a shuttle, which is off the airport property. They also have a ton of booster seats available for rental at a cheap price. Overall, would definitely rent with them again!

RECOMENDABLES 100%. Empresa local de la isla, con vehiculos modernos y muy bien cuidados y limpios. Aceptan tarjeta de debito y/o transferencia en su defecto para el pago de la franquicia. Además tienen gasolineras propias donde siempre tienen promociones en la adquisición del combustible. Los chicos y las chicas que nos atendieron muy amables en todo momento y además nos dieron recomendaciones para ver en la isla. Los recomiendo por precio, atención al cliente, facilidades de pago pero sobre todo porque también ayudas a las empresas locales que siempre están ahí al pie del cañon.

Realmente bien. Teníamos una reserva para una moto, les pedimos al llegar a ver si podía ser un coche y nos hicieron el upgrade por un precio muy competitivo. El servicio de recogida del aeropuerto muy rápido y cómodo, y a la vuelta, al no ir al aeropuerto, nos llevaron al hotel de Ponta Delgada. Ningún problema con el coche.

They charged us 50 euros for dirt on the car that they said was from concrete on construction roads. Would not book with them again.

Niente da dire sulla compagnia in sé anche se non brillano per efficienza. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da-per laeroporto, gratuito. Mia esperienza personale: ho pagato una tariffa molto alta ed ho ricevuto una vettura in pessime condizioni di manutenzione e con un discutibile livello di pulizia. State alla larga dalla Opel Corsa bianca!!

Excelentes profissionais e a bons preços

We were disappointed by this car rental with ANC Abbycars. Many reasons for this : - the rental is not located at the airport, but many kms away and it s not mentioned anywhere. We had to take an ANC bus to pick up the car, despite that « Ponta Delgada airport » is indicated on the voucher - for the drop off, we had to pay a driver to go back to the airport from their agency, because it was outside of their office business hours - the car was old, with a tyre warning light on, no liquid for wipers, etc It is not acceptable, we do not recommend this car rental even if the staff was correct.

We rented a car for 4 days and everything went well. The office in Serra Gorda is a bit outside of Ponta Delgada, but ANC organizes free shuttle rides from their office in the center of the town. We also got a ride back to the town the day we left the car. The team was very nice to us!

Hemos alquilado un camping car para 5 días con mi pareja. Desde el momento que hemos entrado en el camping car , nos damos cuenta que es un camping car muy muy viejo y mal entretenido. Luego pasamos con unos de los empleados pars conocer las prestaciones y el funcionamiento del camping car, habían unas cosas que no funcionaban muy bien. ( la tapa exterior para el agua limpia le costaba mucho abrirse, muchas de las ventanas no podíamos abrirlas etc En fin decidimos continuar con el proceso el contrato y todo. El 1r dia con el camping car hacemos nuestro itinerario previsto, nos aparcamos en las sete ciudades muy bonita y decidimos abrir la puerta interior , la cerradura apertura de la puerta interior no funcionaba mas. Entonces desde el primer día debíamos abrir la puerta por el exterior y pasar siempre por la zona de conducción. A eso añadimos que la manguera de la ducha estaba rota y teníamos que hacer malabares para ducharnos. Al día siguiente la puerta dejó de funcionar la cerradura lado exterior, 2nd día y ya no podíamos abrir la puerta exterior. Íbamos conduciendo y la luz del motor se encendió en amarillo, y el airbag también. En definitiva alquilamos esta caravana con la ilusión de aprovechar al máximo de los Azores y lo hemos hecho, pero no al 100% como lo soñábamos. Nos vamos con un mal sabor de boca de la empresa ANC que pone en alquiler un camping car en un estado como este no vale la pena. - 3 de 6 ventanas no se podían abrir. - La manguera para la ducha rota. - Luces motor encendidas todo el trayecto - Puerta exterior acceso exterior no podíamos abrirlas. - tapa exterior ( rellenar agua limpia ) no podíamos abrirlo. Hasta que no hagan una renovación buena para poner en buen estado y una revisión a sus camping car en alquiler, no recomendamos alquilar camping car con ANC, mejor coger un coche.

Need to take a shuttle to their office. Well indicated at the airport, and although we have to drop other passengers off, it went smoothly. The car received was old and not that efficient on the road. The advantage is that there were many scratches it was impossible to create new ones. Disadvantage was that it was harder to drive in steep roads. I liked my experience with this company and would recommend.

Easy location at the airport, fast and comfortable transfers. The car was quite good and the staff who assisted us were very friendly and specified the minimal damage there was so that we would not have problems.

Voiture rendue en main propre à 7h avec leur accord (ouverture de leurs locaux à 8h), nous avions réclamé de vérifier avec une personne létat du véhicule. 15min dattente et finalement rien, nous avons été embarqué dans leur navette direction laéroport. Et le soir même, nous recevons un mail et une ponction de 300 pour une rayure inexistante lorsque nous avons rendu le véhicule. Nous continuons notre combat juridique avec eux pour récupérer notre caution. Nous avons voyagé dans des dizaines de pays cest la première fois que nous tombons sur ce type de pratique frauduleuse. Je joins une photo de la rayure, qui ressemble en plus à un coup de clé (voilà un moyen facile de récupérer 300 pour une réparation quils ne feront pas car le véhicule nous avait été loué déjà rayé de partout). Surtout ne leur faites pas confiance !!!

Everything went correctly and neatly since the moment of renting a car to giving it back. The staff was very helpfull, nice to us and professional. The transport from and to the airport was provided. We dont have the smallest reason to complain :-)

No recomiendo en absoluto alquilar un vehículo con esta compañía. Diferentes condiciones al llegar que el momento de hacer la reserva, explicaciones muy pobres para todo y largos tiempos de espera. Y eso al llegar. Al devolver el vehículo, se quedaron la totalidad de la fianza por un leve levantamiento de pintura (que parecía hecho de forma manual y voluntariamente por alguien...) y de nuevo argumentos muy pobres a pesar de intentar pedir explicaciones hasta en 3 idiomas. Mala experiencia.

Questa agenzia riceve le prenotazioni anche attraverso altri gestori internazionali di noleggio auto. Noi avevamo prenotato, con un mese di anticipo, una FIAT Panda poiché volevamo unautomobile piccola ma affidabile su ogni tipo di strada, attraverso un annuncio CarJet che si appoggiava ad AbbyCar. Questa AbbyCar non ha nessun ufficio sullisola e dunque si appoggia ad ANC Azores. A causa di questo sistema non ci è mai stato inviato per email un voucher di conferma della prenotazione e sono stato costretto a chiamare al telefono lagenzia più volte poiché la prenotazione non arrivava direttamente tramite CarJet e in ufficio non la trovavano. Devo dire che le persone con cui ho parlato al telefono sono state cordiali e mi hanno rassicurato con un ottimo inglese. Una volta confermata la prenotazione, anche le indicazioni via email per il ritiro dellauto sono state precise e puntuali. Una volta atterrati a Ponta Delgada, abbiamo dovuto aspettare per 30 minuti larrivo della prima navetta, dopo che lufficio aveva aperto alle 8:00. Meno male che non avevamo fretta! Una volta arrivati al deposito delle auto, alla reception un ragazzo ci ha assegnato una Fiat 500, e quando abbiamo richiesto la nostra Panda ci ha detto che non cera, ridendoci in faccia. Lautomobile era in ottime condizioni, anche se con molti graffi già presenti sulla carrozzeria, e non ci ha dato nessun problema durante tutta la settimana. Tuttavia non abbiamo potuto percorrere tutti i percorsi che volevamo, perché non era il mezzo che avevamo richiesto. Alla fine della settimana il controllo dei danni è stato molto sommario e rapido e, visti i danni già presenti e le recensioni di altri, avevamo paura che ci fosse addebitato qualche extra costo; per fortuna non è stato così. La navetta per laeroporto questa volta è stata puntuale, altrimenti avremmo perso laereo! In definitiva il servizio funziona ma non dà unidea di affidabilità e non garantisce ciò che si richiede. Non lo consiglierei.

Com serviço de transfer gratuito do aeroporto para a rent a car e depois da rent a car para o aeroporto, também. Boa frota, o que me deixou muito satisfeito com a viatura que me foi atribuída! Cuando fui a entregar el vehículo me dicen que tiene un roce que no estaba reflejado en el contrato cuando claramente está puesto en el contrato con roce leve. Y me hicieron pagar 250 euros por un roce no echo. Y eso que nos dijeron que no hacía falta hacer foto que estaba todo en el contrato

Good cars, nice people. Their office is located at ~5 min driving from the airport via a free shuttle, but they have a desk at the airport, so you dont need to call for the shuttle, you just request it at the desk. In general we were very happy with them, highly recommended.

I had a very good experience with them! Pick-up and Drop-off were done very quickly and the car was in good condition. I would definitely recommend ANC if you need to rent a car on San Miguel island and they also provide additional services like accommodation, excursion, jeep trips, etc!

Great service and nice cars! Our flight was delayed by ~18 hours and they were still able to keep my reservation, which was much appreciated in a stressful situation. During our trip, our low tire pressure light came on and after speaking with their staff on the phone about the issue, were able to bring it to ANC for inspection. In less than an hour, a staff member checked the pressure, found a nail causing the air leak, and we got it quickly repaired at their shop (10 mins away) for 10 euros. Our automatic car had CarPlay which was a nice-to-have feature, they provide free shuttle to and from the airport, and I experienced quick response communicating via WhatsApp message/call. Thank you ANC for making our visit to Ponta Delgada smooth!

Unquestionably the best experience Ive ever had with a rental car company (which is saying something given how many times Ive rented cars). Pickup from the airport was straightforward, we were given a new, upgraded car, with great features for free (without even asking!) to make things safer and more comfortable for our infant. Its right next to a gas station so filling the car up was convenient at the end of our stay. Cannot recommend this company, and this specific location enough. Dont hesitate to book with them!

I rented a car from them for one day, and their prices were frankly outrageous, and their treatment was also terrible. The only negative is that they do not have an office at the airport, but they provide a bus from the airport to their office.

Personnel très sympathique. En hors saison nous avons loué une petite Fiat 500 à un très bon prix. Un bureau est en centre ville mais lagence de location est un peu excentré = 10 minutes en navette gratuite. Nous lavons ramené à 8h du matin et la navette nous a déposée sans stress à laéroport en 10 minutes. Très pratique. Hors des horaires d ouverture, moyennant un supplément, il est possible de restitué la voiture très tôt ou très tard.

Everything was perfect. Car was in good condition. Shuttle service was so quick, just about 5 minutes away from the airport. They have their own gas station on the rental place, with a good price, so you can just refuel there which is very convenient. All employees that I spoke with were super nice and the price was amazing. One of the best car rental services I had so far. I got a Fiat 500 for my 5 days trip to the island.

ANC Azores car rental ruined our trip! We were charged cleaning fee. Feel been ripped off. First we were told to pay cleaning fee, which I felt very strange since we have never paid cleaning fee for a rental car before. I asked about it and was told it was in the contract. We were given a a few pages of contract that we never read. When I asked the guy to point out the cleaning charge in the contract, he had very hard time to find it. He asked his colleague to help. He showed me the excessive dirt clause after two of them spent a few minutes looking for it! I asked what excessive dirt mean? He said there are grasses on the floor. Azores is famous for its nature, how can one expect no grasses on the floor!!! Before the incident, we really enjoyed our trip, all other people we encountered were very nice. Really didn t expect things like this happened. Strong suggest to rent a car from other company!

Um Rent a Car um pouco fora da transparência. Aluguei on line uma viatura tipo VW UP a apanhar no aeroporto e a entregar no aeroporto. Quando lá cheguei tive de ir numa carrinha para o Centro da cidade. entregaram-me um Corsa cheio de Km. Passadas 24 horas a viatura avariou porque a bateria não estava nas devidas condições. Pelos vistos eles já sabiam de tal defeito e mesmo assim endossaram o carro. Na troca, trouxe um Fiat500 quase novo. Compensou !

Great provider for little money. However, for cruise ship arrivals at the port, the online renter should arrive at the Port contact station early. The cars will be ready in 20 minutes transfer time. Any passengers may also have to be picked up at the port.

I rented a car there and I never saw such honest company to deal with car rentals ! And I am sales Manager and rent cars about 3-4 times per year. They are always looking for the little thing to make you pay more, but nothing like this with ANC, very impressed! The car in itself was a basic small car, doing the job and surprisingly surviving well on steep streets. It was scratched before so no fear. It was amazingly cheap (low season to be honest but still) and the service was outstanding. Great job, I wish more car rentals were like them, I would rent car more often !

Fue el sitio donde consegui mejor precio para alquiler de coche en San Miguel, el atendimento en el aeropuerto fue muy amable, llegamos antes de la hora prevista de recogida y no tuvimos problema en que nos hicieran el transfer antes de la hora y no pagamos diferencia alguna por ello, nos llevaron en un van desde el aeropuerto hasta el lugar donde se encontraba el coche, las personas que atienden allí también muy amables, te explican todo a detalle, hacen junto a ti un recorrido al coche con vídeo incluído. El coche era nuevo e impecable. Recomiendo esta empresa de alquiler. Entregamos antes de la hora y nos llevaron de nuevo en un van al aeropuerto.

Reasonable prices and good treatment. The only downside is that at the beginning one of the employees wanted us to take a car that had an error light on (probably a failure of a light on the car) but his colleagues told him no and gave us a similar car.

Il servizio non è male, hanno la pompa di benzina e i prezzi sono identici a quelli delle altre, il noleggio è stato abbastanza rapido, ti prendono allaeroporto e ti portano al parcheggio dellautonoleggio. La macchina che ci hanno dato era un po vecchia con le gomme lisce, per tanto poco sicure, ho suggerito di cambiarle. Comunque lo consiglio.

Muito prático e bem localizado, embora fora de Ponta Delgada, mas que tem serviço de bus para levar os clientes no regresso ao aeroporto. Simpatia e bom atendimento dos colaboradores da empresa.

A única crítica é que não fica no aeroporto conforme mencionam no site. Mas têm transporte de ida e volta.
