Alugámos um Fiat Panda e ficámos muito satisfeitos com o serviço. O carro estava impecável, limpo e em ótimo estado. O atendimento foi extremamente atencioso e prestável, tornando todo o processo simples e agradável. O serviço de shuttle do aeroporto foi rápido e eficiente assim que ligámos, em 5 minutos já estavam lá para nos levar. Nota-se que esta é uma empresa que trabalha com dedicação e paixão, e não apenas pelo dinheiro. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir! Quando voltar a Ponta Delgada, irei novamente reservar com eles. Recomendo vivamente!

Genial compañía. Tienen unos precios muy competitivos. Alquilamos un Fiat panda city Cross en perfecto estado muy muy limpio y quedamos encantados. Obviamente era un coche con poco motor, pero si eres consciente de donde te metes, es más que suficiente para disfrutar de la isla. Excelente atendimento! As instalações não são no Aeroporto, no entanto, disponibilizaram um transfer muito pontual e disponível a qualquer hora! Tratamento familiar, cuidado e simpático, completamente diferente (para melhor) do tratamento massificado das grandes empresas de rent-a-car. O carro estava muito limpo. Recomendo e a repetir sem qualquer dúvida.

Nuestro vuelo llego con cierto retraso y en 5 minutos ya estaba alli para recogernos. Fue amable y se aseguro de que lo entendiesemos todo, y eso que mi portugués no es el mejor. Durante el viaje, si nos surgia alguna duda, le llamabamos y nos lo solucionaban. Además, fue agradable con nosotros y nos recomendo sitios que ver y comer. Si vuelvo, repito con ellos.

Recomendo. Foram muito prestáveis. A viatura correspondia exatamente ao que tínhamos solicitado. A comunicação foi ágil ao longo da nossa estadia. Apesar de o stand não ficar situado no aeroporto, fica muito próximo e a empresa disponibilizou-se em nos ir recolher ao aeroporto e a levar de volta. Não temos rigorosamente nada de negativo a apontar.

Llegamos al aeropuerto, llamamos y en 5 minutos vino a recogernos. Nos llevó con el fiat panda que habíamos alquilado al local, hicimos el papeleo y nos dió el coche. Fue muy amable con nosotros, nos dió indicaciones y consejos sobre la isla. El coche estaba perfecto en el momento de la entrega, durante la semana que estuvimos se fundió una de las luces diurnas, pero fueron muy comprensivos y no tuvimos ningún problema en la devolución.

Me costó muchísimo encontrar una compañía de alquiler de coches en Azores que me ofreciese seguridad, y menos mal que les encontré a ellos. Comunicación cercana y respuesta rápida en todo momento, desde el primer día de la reserva. Dinarte vino a buscarnos al aeropuerto y nos llevó a la central donde tienen los coches. Por el camino nos fue dando recomendaciones para nuestra semana de vacaciones, y fue muy amable y servicial. Revisó el coche con nosotros, nos permitió tomar fotos, y apuntó los desperfectos que ya estaban presentes (los tapacubos, principalmente). En cuanto a limpieza, estaba impoluto tanto por fuera como por dentro. Era un Fiat Punto que a priori puede parecer pequeño, pero viendo ciertas calles de Ponta Delgada, más adelante lo agradeces. Para la devolución del vehículo acudimos a la hora fijada, y fueron muy puntuales. Lo revisaron, apuntaron todo lo necesario, y nos llevaron de nuevo al aeropuerto. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Really great experience with this car rental company recommend by our Airbnb host. They speak fantastic English (so sorry I can t speak Portuguese) and are very professional, efficient, responsive and flexible. You call them when you land and they pick you up in a few mins and drive you to get the car about 5 mins from the airport. Lovely car, different insurance options (worth taking the extra- good roads but v bendy and I saw lots of wheel scrapes!) 100% recommend this company and would use again when I return to the beautiful Azores.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We arrived by cruise ship and had the day to explore so we rented a car from them . They picked us up and dropped us off right near the dock. We had a limited time, so they gave us suggestions of what to see, which worked out great ! We plan to rent from them again when we visit the Azores.

Wir haben uns für 10 Tage ein Fahrzeug bei Atlantic Secrets gebucht. Nach Ankunft am Flughafen kontaktieren wir die Autovermietung und innerhalb 7 Minuten war auch schon jemand da, der uns abgeholt, und zum Office gefahren hat. Wir erledigten schnell den Papierkram,und konnten schon nach kurzer Zeit mit dem Fahrzeug in den Urlaub starten. Wir bekamen einen Fiat Panda der Neuwertig und sehr sauber war. Die Rückgabe gestaltete sich ebenfalls ohne Probleme. Da wir relativ früh unseren Rückflug hatten, konnten wir einen Termin per WhatsApp für die Rückgabe vereinbaren. Auch dies hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden anschließend zum Flughafen gefahren und konnten pünktlich einchecken. Vielen Dank Atlantic Secrets

Wunderbarer und einfacher Service. Ich konnte spontan den Wagen früher mieten und die Rückgabe war auch sehr unkompliziert. Man wird an gewünschten Orten jeweils abgeholt oder hingefahren vom Office aus. Mitatbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Der Wagen der günstigsten Kategorie war top für meinen Aufenthalt. Rented the car last summer. Zero issues, Toyota Yaris was new with no issues. Super cute petite lady brought us over from the airport and the paperwork went smoothly. She helped checking the car out to make notes of any damage, including the undercarriage. Car return went without any problems. Once were back in Azores, were definitely booking with you again <3

Cannot recommended enough From the 1st contact all the correct info, price and fees explained, pick up and drop off at the airport, very good advice on places to visit and timings. At dropping off quick check the car, not an exhaustive half hour check trying to find things to charge, for last and not least, they re a small local bussiness so all monies paid are developing the local area rather than paying sixty and avis who will 100% rip you off. Great local business, great service and an economical car at a reasonable price. Transfer from and to the airport literally takes 5 minutes. I recommend getting premium insurance to feel safe, as there are many reckless tourist drivers on the island.

He leído otras reseñas previas y confirmo que esta empresa es de lo mejor que hay en alquiler de coches. Es una empresa pequeña, no sé si familiar (eso me ha parecido) pero de trato personalizado y que genera confianza. De resaltar el estado en que nos entregaron el coche (limpio impoluto) y que lo hayan revisado conjuntamente de manera muy exhaustiva. Era un coche híbrido, y por lo tanto más económico. También que nos hayan explicado con detalle lo que no estaba incluido en la póliza (la cogemos a todo el riesgo) y con lo que tendríamos que tener especial cuidado. Finalmente, la simpatía y las sugerencias turísticas que nos hicieron durante el trayecto del aeropuerto a la nave donde se recoge y entrega el coche (trayecto corto y sistema bastante cómodo). Un servicio y atendimiento de 5 estrellas. Enhorabuena y les deseo mucho éxito, manteniendo esta calidad de servicio y transparencia.

I am so glad we trusted the reviews for this car rental shop! You can tell the difference as a customer of this smaller company than the large ones that operate out of the airport. We were picked up from the airport right when we landed and had a smooth check-in to get our car. The car was in excellent shape, almost brand new, and we were able to reserve an automatic! We didnt have any trouble and the team was flexible when we needed to change our return time. I highly recommend Atlantic Secrets for your Azores car rental services.

Tourist beware - I would avoid Atlantic Secrets, they rent cars at an aggressively low rate for a reason. The car we rented through them was brought back in perfect condition. The employee processing the return looked under the car and found a scrape and proceeded to charge us 200 euros, which we were forced to agree to otherwise they would take our entire security deposit ($1200). They are not located at the airport, but do offer a ride there which they leverage to get you to pay these fake damage charges. They basically know you need to get to airport ASAP and use that to their advantage. When we challenged them, they told us to call police knowing we needed to get to airport in next hour lol. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. The boss on duty did not even want to waste his time speaking to us. At some point, despite clearly speaking English began to act as if they didn t and only spoke Portuguese from then on. Strictly speaking Portuguese to each other, which they didn t know we understood. When we picked up the rental, not once was under the car mentioned as fair game for damage otherwise I would ve gotten on my back and slid under car to check. Anyways, when you drive around the island you quickly learn that every car driving the roads of Azores has existing damage on the bottom side of the car due to potholes and other poor roads. TLDR: Low rental prices for a reason, fictitious damage claims we will fight with credit card company. Offsite from airport, offer rides but use that against you when challenging damage. Rude and speak English only when convenient to them. Amazing what a company will do to extort 200 euro and take advantage of tourists. As I seen on previous reviews, they will comment as if they are diplomatic but very rude in person and even threatened to call cops when asked simple questions. Not proper way to do business.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette entreprise aux méthodes non commerciales. Je rejoins un autre avis négatif, faite attention quand vous faites le check in car ils vous réalisent une vérification superficielle, et cela va coûter au retour. A notre retour, nous découvrons leur pratique de check-out de la voiture, malgré une assurance PREMIUM qui chez les agences de location couvrent tout dommage.... mais pas ici. Chez cette entreprise, couverture premium rime avec non prise en charge des vitres, rétroviseurs, bas de caisse, et jantes. La personne qui a fait le contrôle, a pris des microfibres, et cest mis à genoux pour chercher une rayure en nettoyant les jantes et a découvert une soi disante rayure de 1mm dépaisseur sur 1 cm de long sur larrête de la jante. Cette rayure est facturée 180 euros, et on demande en plus de payer en cash... Je vous laisse imaginer en finissant vos vacances , ce que créée cette expérience fabuleuse avec cette entreprise. Je vous la recommande....

Not the best experience. We were greeted promptly at the airport, which was nice, but the clerk asked us inappropriate questions about our political beliefs and made disparaging remarks about minority groups in our home country. Be sure to take photos of every nick and ding, even those under the car! Then check-in process took us nearly 20 minutes just in inspecting and documenting existing damage. Car ran pretty rough.

We rented three scooters at Atlantic Secrets. They went out of their way to arrange three scooters for us even thought the online reservation mentioned there were only two left available. Communication via email or telephone was very good with quick reaction times. Pickup from the PDL airport five minutes after our call and they also assisted in getting the luggage to our AirBnB. All in all excellent service and spotless rentals.

This was our first trip to the Azores, and I am happy that we chose Atlantic Secrets (a local family business) for our rental car. The process was very easy. When we arrived at the small airport, we logged onto the free Wi-Fi and sent a message via their website which was responded to immediately. It was 2 AM our time when we arrived so we were relieved to be in our rental car on the way to our accommodation, within 20 minutes. Beware that all cars on the island are manual transmission!

We received a Fiat Panda in good condition that was a great travel companion Easy to drive, easy to park, clean and economical. It consumed 5.4L/100km. The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to take care of everything. The facilities are very close to the airport. Nothing to complain about. Excellent experience! I recommend it!

An sich ein einfacher Ablauf und guter Service. Doch als wir den Roller zurück brachten waren an der Plastikverkleidung hinter den Soziosfußrasten LEICHTE Kratzer im Plastik durch die Schuhe. Also Gebrauchsspuren die bei jedem Kunden erneut auftreten werden. Kein demolieren durch Hinfallen oder oder oder. Dafür wollten sie 200 haben, begründung: Das ganze Teil müsste neu ersetzt werden. Schwachsinn. Nach Diskussionen wurden uns plötzlich 100 angeboten, komisch dass man dann doch noch runter gehen konnte. Der Chef sprach auch kein Englsich, womit wir nur mit Mitarbeitern sprechen konnten die eh nix an der Sache ändern können. Ein portugiesischer Freund von uns, sprach dann übers Telefon mit dem Chef welcher dann auf 80 runter ging. Abzocke. Ebenfalls wurde gekichert und wir nicht ernst genommen. Also aufpassen und Fotos von Fahrzeugen machen. Sonst werdet ihr sicher im nachhinein abgezogen.

Sans aucun doute la meilleure agence de l île. Serviable, accueillant, professionnel, efficace. Confirmez votre arrivée à l aéroport et quelqu un viendra vous chercher. Nous avons eu une voiture propre, comme neuve, avec toutes les options d usage (GPS, Bluetooth, Régulateur, etc.) Pas de chance, la batterie est morte le jour ou nous devions la rendre mais avec un coup de fil, la voiture a été remplacée en moins d une heure pour que nous puissions finir notre dernière journée. En bonus, après avoir rendu la voiture, nous avons été reconduits à notre hôtel. Bref, je recommande à 100% ! Mille merci !

Very friendly, helpful and family oriented. The employees at Atlantic Secrets Rent a Car picked us up from the airport, with two child car seats ready as we have requested! Me and my gf visited Sao Miguel in August. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend to rent a car from them because they are close to the airport and not expensive!

We rented a car here twice. Great service! We also rented a carseat for our daughter, was great and clean. Also for the pick-up from the airport they had arranged a carseat. We had a bit of trouble with the brakes and they came to us (in another city) to replace the car. Also, we accidentally forgot to request a transfer to our hotel (we by mistake said airport instead..) but they were flexible enough to bring us to the hotel anyway. Would definitely recommend!

We rented a car for about 5-6 days. Car was very clean and detailed. Prices are great and they will pick you up at the airport. Staff was pretty nice too. The only suggestion i have is to organize the pick up a little bit better. I let them know the time of my flight i didn t even get a chance to get off the plane before i got a phone call. Excelente trato y un servicio impecable. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y nos volvieron a dejar ahi mismo cuando nuestro viaje terminó. El coche estaba impecable y funcionaba perfectamente, era un vehiculo de 2019 y contaba con GPS, cargador USB y equipo de musica con bluethoot. Estamos muy agradecidos. We did not have any problems during the entire rental period. The staff are fantastic too. Os voy a contar el secreto de Atlantic Secrets. No había coches disponibles por la web, llamamos por teléfono y acordamos un precio por 6 días de alquiler, 35 euros por día más 60 euros del seguro, total 270 euros. Cogimos esta compañía porque supuestamente era la más económica. Pagamos on line con la única condición de enviarles un mail con las fechas. Al llegar allí nos decían que eran 5 días no 6. Nos habíamos equivocado al escribir las fechas en el mail y pusimos un día menos del acordado. En vez de reconocer que había un acuerdo por teléfono por 35 euros/día aprovecharon nuestro error para negar la conversación diciendo que lo que valía era lo que estaba escrito no lo que habiamos hablado. Por tanto nos cobraron por el coche 42 euros por día en vez de 35. Hicieron esto porque ya habíamos pagado. Nos sentiamos tan estafados que pedimos anular el trato y se negaron a devolvernos el dinero El hijo del dueño, que fue con quien hablamos por teléfono no quiso hablar con nosotros, pero si que habló en ese mismo momento con su padre que estaba a nuestro lado. Para colmo el dueño con sarcasmo nos decía que no pasaba nada que fuéramos felices que estábamos en una isla maravillosa. Hay muchas opciones de alquiler de coches en la isla como para hacer un trato con gente que, al menos con nosotros, no cumple su palabra.

In my experience, looking for a good car-rental is always somewhat of a trade off. You can imagine my surprise when I found that the highest rated car-rental I could find in Sao-Miguel also gave me the best deal :) Car was great (7 seater), the people were very nice, easy process and zero hassles. AWESOME experience. I was able to rent a scooter last-minute (for the same day) at a great price, even in high season (June). The website made it easy to rent, no weird extra fees added like many of the other rental companies do. Pickup was simple, even adding a second driver with just that persons identification. The scooter was in PRISTINE condition, brand new tires, great performance. Dropoff was even easier, and Dinarte himself gave me a ride back to my hotel afterward. I would recommend this honest and easy rental place to any visitor. Would definitely recommend that, if youre getting a scooter or motorcycle, get a rain poncho and gloves, because the weather on the island changes so fast and you might really regret being wet :D

We called and were promptly picked up at the airport. A short 5 minute drive to our rental which was garaged. It was spotlessly clean AND had an automatic transmission. I understand that these are difficult to come by so we were very pleased to have snagged one. Paperwork took a few minutes and we were off. We had the car for two weeks and no problems whatsoever. On our last day we wanted to arrive a bit earlier to the airport than what we had arranged. We called and the drop off time was easily changed. We would highly recommend this company. They are wonderful to work with and their customer service is exceptional.

Queríamos viajar a las Azores durante 8 días pero no encontrábamos un alquiler de coche con precios asumibles, ya que todos sobrepasaban los 900 . Tras varias búsquedas encontramos AtlanticSecrets, pese a no tener coches disponibles en la página web nos pusimos en contacto vía email y nos respondieron rápidamente, nos proporcionaron un coche, ya que había una cancelación de última hora a un precio muy asumible. Recomendamos al 100% AtlanticSecrets, tanto por el trato que tienen al cliente; amables, atentos, serviciales, te pasan a buscar para llevarte a la sede y posteriormente cuando dejas el coche te llevan a donde te vaya bien, te informan de lo que te cubre el seguro, revisan contigo el coche antes de dártelo y después, te recomiendan restaurantes y sitios de la isla; como por el estado del coche, el cual es bastante nuevo, te lo proporcionan en perfectas condiciones. Estamos muy contentas y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

Muy buena experiencia en general con esta empresa de alquiler. El coche nuevo e hiper limpio al recogerlo. Km ilimitados. Contratamos las máximas coberturas del seguro de viaje (eliminación de franquicia etc). Sin embargo, incluso con la opción de seguro más cara, no cubre que se rayen las llantas o que rasques el coche por debajo. No tienen coches tipo SUV. Considéralo para esta isla porque hay buenos desniveles. Si no, estarás angustiado con que el coche no rasque... No sé si es algo genérico para todas las empresas de alquiler de la isla, o en concreto de Atlantic Secrets.

Amazing Service ! Without having to remind them, they came to pick us up from the Airport when we arrived. We went straight to their garage, we inspected the scooter,signed the contracts. They then took us to our hotel with our luggage for a small fee. The staff were very polite and even gave us tips on where to visit. At our return inspection was done in a fast and effective manner and they once again took us back to our hotel. The scooter we rented was very good and in impeccable state, we did not have one single issue with it during the entirety of our 7 day trip and used it every single day! It took us all round the island with no issues! Maybe just a little reminder about the security deposit to be kept during the reservation would be great but other than that would 100% recommend ! Nous ne partageons pas lavis général de satisfaction. Certes, le prix est très attractif, mais notre voiture (Fiat Punto) était assez ancienne (plus de 80 000 km) contrairement à la moyenne du parc automobile dautres compagnies. Elle na pas été agréable à conduire. Lagence se situe en dehors du terminal (navette) et a des horaires douverture plus limités que les autres agences (fermeture à midi...). Le temps dattente pour récupérer la voiture et la rendre nous a aussi paru très long (30/40 minutes et il ny avait pas de queue). Cest vraiment un point à améliorer. Au retour la voiture a été observée même en dessous à la loupe ou presque (avec une lanterne). Cest compliqué de ne pas rayer une voiture basse en dessous sur lîle si on prend certains chemins de terre et une voiture de plus de 80 000 km nétait pas vierge. On a essayé de nous imputer des rayures alors que nous étions restés sur les routes et vu létat de la voiture cétait curieux. Il ny a pas eu de suite mais cétait très désagréable pour nous et ajouté au reste, pas concluant comme expérience. Enfin, la communication na pas bien fonctionné: nous devions nous rendre à lagence pour prendre la voiture en taxi le lendemain de larrivée alors quon aurait pu venir nous chercher ou livrer la voiture moyennant un petit supplément, dommage. Habituellement nous utilisons le moteur Renatlcars et payons un peu plus cher un meilleur service

Não posso ficar satisfeito com o serviço por o episódio que aconteceu e visto aqui em comentários anteriores já é prática recorrente desta empresa. Chegado a São Miguel tive que ligar para o transfer nós ir buscar ao aeroporto não informam os clientes que a base recolha dos veículos é fora do aeroporto pagando um taxa por esse serviço mas nem vou por aí . Chegado a base da referida empresa sou atendido por um rapaz que trata da papelada já de noite e faz uma vistoria superficial ao veículo apontando os danos existentes no mesmo confiando eu na plenitude no trabalho do rapaz nao me colocando de joelhos a espreitar para baixo do carro a ver a existência de danos . Até aqui tudo bem gozadas as merecidas férias sem incidentes no dia que vou entregar o carro sou atendido por uma rapariga que após uma análise minuciosa com lupa lanterna encontra um risco superficial na parte inferior das portas que não fui eu que o fiz pois fui sempre eu quem conduziu a viatura e nao bati em nada nem ninguém possívelmente o risco já existia tive foi azar pois o colega que me entregou o veículo não foi tao minucioso na verficacao do danos. Fui informado e apresentaram me logo uma tabela com os danos a pagar 200 . Risco esse que nao fui eu que o fiz e era tao superficial que com 1 pano em 2 euros de massa de polir ficava resolvido. Enfim aproveitam se das pessoas estarem de férias com o tempo contado para apanhar o voo . Enfim a ilha é linda mas estas atitudes em nada dignifica certas empresas. O meu espanto ao ler aqui algumas críticas a prática do mesmo modus operandi. Um grande abraço a todos os açorianos fui bem tratado em todos os sitos em que passei menos nesta empresa

Correu tudo super bem! O carro estava em excelentes condições, limpo e cheiroso. Foram buscar-nos ao aeroporto e foi rápido para nos entregarem o carro. Fomos recebidos com uns bolinhos muito bons. A entrega do carro também foi rápida, após verificação se estava tudo bem. Após isso, levaram-nos até ao aeroporto para regressarmos a casa. Recomendo a 100%!!!

Ive rented the car with Atlantic secrets, the car was fine, clean, there were no issues with it. Staff is friendly. The only issue I have is that Ive selected the pick-up at the airport, but you dont get car here, youll be picked up and drove to the office where car will be waiting for you.

We took a day tour of Ponta Delgado when our cruise ship stopped on a trans-Atlantic-(Rome-Fort Lauderdale). I have to say our guides Verônica & Dinarte were outstanding. For 4-5 hours they took us to some beautiful scenery, historical spots and a pineapple farm. They are both very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend doing a tour with them.

Everything went great. I was only a little worried because Ive got a completely new car to drive with only 24km :D The staff was very kind and even showed me the best places to visit. The car was very good and I could connect my Android phone with a USB cable and my google maps showed up on cars screen, which was super useful.

Local rental car company on Sao Miguel with fair prices and very friendly yet efficient service. Our car was in very good condition. Their base is a 5 min. ride from the airport but theyll pick you up and bring you back to the airport at any time. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience and highly recommend! Its on the other end of the experience of renting a car. Absolutely no stress, no waiting, no surprises, no hassle. Everything was just perfect! They picked me up in the Ponta Delgada center, and to their office a few kilometres away. Drop off - I had an early flight in the morning, so they were kind enough to accept the return in the morning, and also then drop me off to the airport. Thank you Dinarte!

This was one of the best experiences with car rentals ever! The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The whole process of rental and returning took just a few minutes. No problem at all. Plus we have been picked up/dropped off at the airport (even at 4:30 am). Totally recommended.

The price of the rent was very good, a lot cheaper than other companies in the airport. It is outside the airport but they pick you up from the car park. The initial service was also good however the insurance didn t cover the whole car (and they didn t offer the option to do it). This was a bit strange for. When we returned the car, they were a bit late and we almost lost the flight. It was early in the morning but they should have been there.

This is a company that provides an excellent service with great value for money. Moreover, the employees and the manager are honest and attentive people, always keen to help the customer. As for the car, it was in excellent condition (very clean and with proper maintenance); the pick-up and drop-off process were simple and reliable. I would strongly recommend Atlantic Secrets.

I used the car of this company from August 8 till August 22 (2 weeks) and I may say the following: 1) The car (it was used one) has been in a very good state / conditions like it was either new or private (not for renting) one; 2) The company offers the cars at a very-very reasonable price. In the case of visiting San Miguel island next time I know the company for car renting - Atlantic Secrets :)

After having visited São Miguel Island in the Azores in 2007 for the first time and having enjoyed it so much, I had to return it there again. Amazingly, this second time was even better than the first one. Would you like to know why? Well, this time I had the chance to visit the island on a car rented at Atlantic Secrets . This company operates as a non-fault one and their service is simply top! They picked us up at the airport and drove us to their office where we collected our car. The distance from the airport is as short as less than 5 minutes. The registration process was perfect and fast (most of the information was already shared by email). The staff was also very friendly and professional. Through all our stay since day one til we had to give it back, the car behaved flawlessly! Last but not least, the company Atlantic Secrets holds the seal Clean & Safe which is a plus and a guaranty through these worrying times of the Covid-19. In conclusion, should I had to go there again, I wouldn t hesitate to rent a car with them again! Long live Atlantic Secrets !

Very good service, new and clean cars! Additionally to email, they reply via watsapp as well. We needed to change the reservation during the rental period and it was easily done. The pick up and drop off at the airport is included and it takes less than 5 minutes to the rental store. Strongly recommend

¿Porque este es un servicio perfecto? - Precio muy razonable (otras empresas cobraban más del triple de lo que pagamos aquí). - Coche nuevo y en perfecto estado - Servicio muy rápido y atento - Recogida en el aeropuerto - Puedes dejar el coche fuera del horario (sin coste adicional) y luego te llevan al aeropuerto. Además, tuvimos perdimos el movil justo antes de irnos al aeropuerto para marcharnos y el encargado nos ayudó a buscarlo por todos los sitios donde habíamos estado hasta que lo encontramos, no podemos estar más agradecidos.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They will meet you at the airport, and take you to the airport if you wish. I like their homepage. The car was a Fiat punto which made a little noise sometimes rarely. I recommend them.

They picked us up at the airport, very early in the morning. Brought us to our car (manual transmission, that we chose, as I have driven stick since learning to drive) at their rental place and were very helpful by giving a map and making sure how to come back to their location by adding things in the favorites on the GPS. Also gave their number if any issues at all. Once we returned the car, they were so great and kind and brought us right to the airport. Such a great group to rent a car from. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Especially after some of the other experiences you read about from other companies on Sao Miguel. When we come again, we will definitely contact you! I highly recommend the Atlantic Secrets for renting a car in Ponta Delgada. The service was super excellent! Our plane was late so we came to airport at 1 am. The staff was waiting for us on airport, picked up to the car location (5min) - everything was efficient and fast. The same when we dropped-off the car. The price for renting a car was reasonable - we paid the full daily ensurance (12euro) so we didnt need to pay the deposit. The tour aroud the island was amazing as well. Car was new and clean. Lovely experience - theyre waiting for us at the airport ( it was a late flight) in order to take us to their facilities to pick up our vehicle ( inside their garage was so bright that we were able to check in detail every aspect of the car) They gave us a map and lots of tips of where to go/eat. By the end we hand over our vehicle at 5 AM ( our flight was at 6:30) at their garage , then we head to the airport on another car that was driven by them. Awesome experience - this is the go-to in Azores when it comes to renting a car.
