Autatlantis Ponta Delgada em Ponta Delgada

Maldita la hora que alquilamos con esta compañía. En julio decidimos alquilar un coche con ellos con la cobertura máxima (gracias a Dios). Tenemos la mala suerte de que el último día un coche nos da un golpe ya que echó marcha atrás sin mirar. El conductor admitió culpa, vino la policía, nos realizo test de alcoholemia dando nosotros negativo y el otro conductor también, nos hizo un atestado declarando todo lo acontecido para que no hubiese ninguna duda de que en ningún caso nosotros éramos responsables. Pues bien, hoy 6 de enero de 2024, 5 meses después, no solo no nos han devuelto los 100 de fianza, sino que además nos hacen luz de gas dejando de responder nuestros correos. Evidentemente hemos puesto la denuncia correspondiente a la OCU. No son los 100 , es la actitud de estafador.

NO ALQUILAR CON AUTATLANTIS Nos dieron un coche viejo, que olía mal, lleno de arañazos y con los neumáticos desinflados. Contratamos un seguro Super Relax y nos cobraron 100 por un arañazo imperceptible. Solo cobran pero nunca arreglan. Una pena una compañía con gente tan poco profesional en un destino tan bonito con gente maravillosa.

OJO! Lee esto si has pensado en alquilar un coche con ellos, no lo hagas! Si por mí fuera esta empresa no debería existir. Es humillante el trato con el cliente. No nos dieron el coche por no llevar el carnet físico de conducir aún teniendo la app de la DGT y que casualmente en Azores también existe el carnet de conducir digital. Lo poco resolutivos no hace justicia a la enorme hospitalidad portuguesa que te ofrecen los residentes de la isla. Visto anteriores reseñas de clientes insatisfechos con esta empresa me alegro no haber podido alquilar el coche. Sin duda la peor empresa con la que me he topado después de muchos viajes.

CUIDADO ya puedes hacer un vídeo de arriba a abajo bien al detalle incluso de ruedas y tapacubos,van a degüello y te intentan estafar.por suerte tenía el vídeo al detalle y se tuvo que callar,aún espero a que se disculpe,poca educación del personal.si no ando listo me estafan un juego de tapacubos.solo miró las ruedas porque el resto del coche me lo dieron devastado y tenía daños en todas las partes menos el techo.

Hace unos meses fui a Azores y alquilé el coche con esta compañía. La entrega fue bien, nos dieron un Yaris (pedimos un 208, pero como al final te ponen similares pues acabamos con este) que, bueno, el coche no tiraba pero sobrevivimos. Decir que te piden una fianza de 700 , y que mi experiencia negativa ha sido la devolución de esta. No me la devolvieron hasta pasados DOS MESES. Les hablaba y me decían que hablara con mi banco, y mi banco me decía que hablara con ellos, y así dos meses. Por lo que he podido entender con conversaciones con mi banco, es que la compañía te pone esa fecha de devolución, y que si quisieran poner menos, lo harían.

They left me without food by not accepting my international driving license, which I had to physically have the Spanish one (subtracted, and the duplicate takes 45 days), if I have the latter why do I need the international one. In the end I resolved with another company

Durch die vielen Kommentare waren wir sehr verunsichert. Hatten über Check24 vorab aus DE gebucht. Abholung war unproblematisch. Wie in den Kommentaren empfohlen wurde habe ich am Tag der Abholung ein Video gemacht, vor der Zweigstelle. Im Nachhinein war es auch gut so. Die Damen begutachtet zwei mal das Auto und fragte dann nach einem Krazter der anscheinend nicht dokumentiert war. Nach dem Videobeweis gab es sofort die Kaution zurück. Eigentlich hätten wir das Auto bis 11 Uhr abgegeben sollen, aber die Dame meinte 18 Uhr ist auch völlig in Ordnung.

Einwandfreie Abwicklung. Abholung und Rückgabe (um 5 Uhr morgens) nach der zweiwöchigen Ausleihe verliefen schnell und stressfrei. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und übergaben ein sauberes Auto. Die Übergabeprotokolle waren detailliert und gut beschrieben. Wir würden wieder ein Auto über Autalantis buchen.

Gentili, precisi ed economici

The experience was absolutely disappointing. Our car received a minor hit from another vehicle, and upon returning the car, the representative confirmed he can see no damage and we could get our deposit back. However, we had already informed the company about the incident earlier, which, btw, led to a lengthy and frustrating process. We had to meet again with the person who caused the damage and Autoatlantis staff because of errors in the documentation that we filled out at their place. Despite having full insurance coverage for our car and the other party being insured as well, and them taking a full liability for the damage, Autoatlantis charged us for the damage to our credit card without any explanation about the insurance claim. Again: their employee on a day when we were returning a car said its absolutely fine, and 2 weeks later we get charged with no word of explanation not mentioning a word of insurance process etc.

It took 1 hr to check in w/ only 1 person to check people in. Bad communication and no assistance to try and use fast check in. Also our vehicle had 0 windshield wiper fluid present, low tire pressure reading on second day and had the worst possible smell.

Fast and easy pick up of the car at the airport in Ponta Delgada. Aber friendly staff at the counter and handling over the car and also very easy way to return the car. We will come back!

OPEL Corsa, mit 10000km auf dem Tacho und vielen ca, 20 leichten Kratzern, die in mühevoller Kleinarbeit von der Firma dokumentiert wurden. Bei der Abgabe wieder Check von gefühlt 10min. wobei 1 nicht dokumentierter Kratzer hinter dem Spiegel entdeckt wurde. Ich konnte mit einer ausführlichen Fotodokumentation nachweisen, dass der Kratzer vorher schon da war, somit Geld gespart, empfehle bei Anmietung am Kreuzfahrtterminal äußerste Sorgfalt!

The car rental went very good. The car was in order. The staff was friendly and respectful. We had to wait for the keys cca 15-20min. As we rented a car in Flores before, the deposit stayed the same.

Alugamos um Fiat Panda, com esta empresa e correu tudo pelo melhor desde o atendimento, as condições do carro e relativamente à concorrência exigem um caução bem mais baixa, e com preços similares por dia o que compensa para quem não está disposto a despender tanto dinheiro numa caução. Mais um pormenor que foi uma grande valia, o nosso voo era o último a chegar, e chegou já um bocado atrasado então tivemos problema nenhum com receio de já não conseguirmos levantar o carro , correu tudo bem e recomendo bastante esta empresa. ( Só tirei esta foto do carro)

Terrible. First they gave us a car that is smaller than we reserved and paid for claiming that they didn t have any other options available at the moment. When we returned the car, totally intact, they spent 15 minutes looking for damage and found some barely visible dents and scratches below the bumper. Avoid at all costs. They are thieves.

The employee who handed over the car was very unfriendly. We had a Toyota Yaris for 8 days. The reverse gear was very difficult to get into. Otherwise we were happy with the car. The return was with another lady and totally uncomplicated.

Nada satisfecho. La recogida y entrega bien. Alquilamos un vehículo por 4 días, nos entregaron un Opel Crossland X (94-XP-27). En aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, hacía mucho ruido y no conseguía enfriar lo suficiente. Al vehículo le faltaba potencia, y en algunas cuestas había que quitar el A/A. La marcha primera y la marcha atrás no entraban bien. Limpieza justa, principalmente parabrisas y volante.

Al enviarme las facturas del coste de la reparación veo que hay conceptos que no cuadran con el arreglo que le corresponde al coche. Very bad. Scammers. They charged us 48,77 for cleaning the car after delivering it back. The car was used only on conventional roads of the island, so I guess its normal that after 4 day of use it should be cleaned, as any other rental car company does between clients, ot at least serious rental car companies. They said that the car was driven through recently asphalted road and the dirt stains needed special cleaning. Its false, since the dirt was easily removed with water, I checked this specifically. Also, there is no point on the contract mentioning this rather expensive cleaning. If we have known this we could have clean the car ourselves beforehand in a gas station or so for less than 5 and without special cleaning. Very bad experience. The car itself was not so bad, but the gear shift was quite loose and was not given clean to us on the inside and the outside when we first picked it up.

Pessima esperienza, Nonostante il contratto firmato cercano di farti pagare soldi extra senza mostrare alcuna documentazione a riguardo, alla richiesta di chiarimenti il personale era infastidito e sgarbato. Mi hanno fatto pagare 290 extra per un presunto graffio di circa 2 cm appena percepibile dicendomi che mi avrebbero mandato la fattura della carrozzeria, ovviamente non ci ho creduto ed infatti non mi hanno inviato nulla.Caparra molto alta 700 che mi hanno sbloccato dopo più di un mese. Avere a che fare con questa agenzia è stata lunica esperienza negativa nel visitare le Azzorre (che sono bellissime).

We traveled with the car on 5 of the smaller Azores islands. Handover is always quick and the car is always in order. One time there was a problem on Flores with an incorrect booking. It took us less than 10 minutes. THIS is how service works

We booked here over another company (billiger-mietwagen.de) and were positively surprised. The staff was nice and experienced, the car better than expected and the whole process very uncomplicated. I d recommend it. :)

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. You do not get back your deposit, if you pay in cash. Total ripoff!!! The employees must put it in their own pocket. If the gas meter is only a hair away from maximum this company charges you an incredible amount. NOTE: There is no gas station near the airport, so you actually have to drive a bit further to fill it up. Bring you own gas! Zero stars, if I could.

Car renting was made really easy and stress free. The staff was really worderful and amazing! The car we rented was perfect for two persons and just perfect for driving around the island.

We had great expirience, nice service, both ladies we talked to were very nice. We paid 10euro for not refueling fully but it wasnt much of a trouble to pay that. Weird insurance system because even with best relax option they take deposit of 200euro from you, in case of accident, i think they shouldnt but it wasnt much of a problem just be ready for that

Exploramos a Ilha Terceira durante 3 dias com um Twingo da Autatlantis. O veículos estava limpo e em ótimo estado de conservação. Respondeu perfeitamente às necessidades. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os preços são ótimos comparativamente com a concorrência. Foi uma experiência muito positiva. Recomendamos a Autoatlantis.

Heldigvis endte alt godt! Til en start blev vi lovet en bestemt bil til en bestemt pris telefonisk, den havde de ikke da vi ankom... Vi skulle i stedet opgradere og selv betale differencen. Ikke den bedste service... Den første bil vi fik var virkelig gammel og kørte dårligt. Efter 50 km ringede vi grundet lavt dæktryk og generelt dårlig bil. Vi havde en del bøvl med at få en ny og fik først 2 dage senere styr på det hele. Heldigvis endte vi med en ny bedre bil og ingen ekstra regning som først frygtet.. Dog ærgerligt at bruge en rejsedag på ombytning og telefonsnak. Den nye bil var perfekt og alt anden kontakt med selvskabet har været problemfri og nem

Jeg havde en lidt uheldig start med dårlig kommunikation og udlevering af bil. Jeg blev lovet en bil telefonisk, som virksomheden så ikke havde, da jeg skulle afhente den. Jeg måtte derfor opgraderes og selv betale differencen. Jeg endte med en ældre Fiat Panda, som næsten var flad på det ene baghjul. Jeg prøvede at fylde luft i, men det sivede ud igen. Jeg ringede til Autatlantis og de ville sende en mekaniker som jeg så selv skulle betale for. Dette takkede jeg nej til. Jeg kørte tilbage til Ponta Delgada og returnerede bilen. Jeg fik en ny bil som kørte upåklageligt og skulle ikke betale yderligere omkostninger for den anden. Heldigvis havde jeg lang tid på øen, ellers havde to dage været spildt på afhentning og ombytte af bil. Yderligere var kommunikationen pr telefon for dårlig.

After reading all bad reviews (yes I start with bad ) i was just a bit concerned, but everything went pretty smooth. Car was quite new (30K) and had no issues, price was good, the staff was helpful. My deposit of 700 euros was returned immediately after car checked on return (keep in mind this happens on the desk and you might have delay because of queue so better to have some gap before the flight). Also I would recommend to not hesitate filming every detail on photo / video at the very beginning - as with any other rentals. One minor thing I would like to mention - would be great to have possibility to extend the rent by the phone or online - without visiting the office (I had experience doing this with sixt)

Rented from here based on previous experience in Terceira. Very competent, helpful and professional people here. Honest and good value. Can only recommend. Will use Autoatlantis when in Azores based on my two positive experiences.

CUIDADO! Alquilamos un coche con la rueda bastante deshinchada. Se lo indicamos y nos dijo que lo tenía en cuenta. Al entregar el coche nos querían cobrar un extra...la mujer que nos hizo la inspección en el aeropuerto de Ponta Delgada fue intransigente y maleducada.

Ante la incertidumbre de siempre al alquilar un coche, reservamos 5 días en Ponta Delgada con Autotlantis. 64 /5 días , retención de 600 en la tarjeta de crédito. En el aeropuerto no nos intentaron endosar los clásicos seguros que después sirven para más bien poco. Retuvieron el dinero, vimos en el parking que defectos tenía el coche , un Smart supercomodo para la isla y a andar. A la vuelta, revisaron que todo estuviese ok, desbloquearon los 600 y si te he visto, no me acuerdo. Recomendables.

They charge for risks under the car that we believe were already there 175 for a 1cm risk that was only visible if you look under the car and they will for sure not repair it. It s a scam!

Great agency - we used them on every island we went to (6 in total) and they were always fast and efficient - cars in where overall in good conditions. Definitely would use them again.

Nice car. No problem with the return. However, car is cheaper when booked via the official website ! Also, the staff was not really friendly.

Beware the low prices - they give you cars with a lot of small damages - mine had more than a dozen, but as the rental was so cheap I thought fair enough - but then charge you for some of those damages.... vicious really

Ive never seen such young talented people struggling against the most blatantly complicated and human-hostile renting process. I had rented through Rental Cars. When I arrived at the airport, I showed them my voucher on my phone. Proof I had paid. They ask me to email it to them as I was standing in front of them at the counter. I email it. Then, the young lady checks and says : sorry, Rental Car sent us an email but we did not confirm the booking. So they should not have confirmed the booking to you. - But I paid already... - Do you have proof that the money was taken from your bank account ? - I would need to go to my bank account. But do you have cars ? - No we dont. - Please call a manager. An overworked manager shows up. He checks some stuff in the computer. - Sorry, its our mistake. We had your reservation but its a bug in our system. The young lady is happy to give me a car. But she says. - You have to return it at 12 am. - But I am taking it at 6 pm. I should be able to keep until 6 pm... - No, we need it at 12 am... Fortunately my plane was at 2pm, so I gave back the car at 1pm... The operation took 45 minutes altogether. Avoid them until they straigthen up their mess

We had a hard time finding a rental car during our stay in ponta delgada, but luckily we could rent a car here. They are transparant and offer a fair price and good service.

Depois de esperar uma hora e meia pela assistência, dado que o carro avariou no segundo dia., tivemos de pagar 40 euros por pouco mais de um quarto de depósito que na altura não pudemos preencher por completa imobilização da viatura. Cobraram-nos 12,93+iva por uma suposta taxa de enchimento. De facto finitivamente um rent a car que não recomendo.

Be careful, they are scammers. We rented a car with them for a week, and they gave us a car with weird engine noise, but they assured us it was nothing. When we returned it, they told us we had caused the engine noise and they charged us 1700 (the car was automatic, you cant physically do anything to it). After two months of discussions and emails, they finally gave us the invoice from the car workshop, where it can be seen that the problem was located in the engine itself. However, they have not returned the money, although by the contract we are not responsible for any engine damage cost. I do not recommend this company at all, it is better to go with any other company. When we hired the car with them, it seemed to us that 600+1100 as a deposit was quite a high price, now we understand why they ask for so much money... They withhold 600, but they can withdraw up to 1,700 from your card!

Rent a small car for 48 days from late afternoon. Next day, after a normal use in the morning, car won t start, 30 seconds after parking it in the street though ... Call to their office, « a mechanic will come inspect it, stay at the car ». Had things planned in the afternoon so couldn t stay that long. Came back passed 6pm, they were closed. So no car for the entire evening ... Next day, in the morning I go to their office to fix this. Get told they don t have spare car for replacement so will have to wait 1 more hour for mechanic to change the dead battery. End up getting the car back around noon. So overall, couldn t use the car for 24h. I asked for a free 24h and after few calls, many efforts and some arguing, I got to keep the car for an extra 24h at no cost. Thanks Rita for your understanding and your assistance. Overall good support if any issue but unfortunately, car breakdown is the last thing you wanna have when on holidays and renting a car.

We were charged $140 US for a plastic mud guard that was loose and flapping around at highway speeds. I removed the mud guard and placed it in the trunk. When we returned the car I explained the situation. Autatlantis claimed the replacement part and labor was our responsibility. I saved the mud guard for them because it looked fine and I was sure it could be remounted. I feel this was a scam to overcharge us. I made a claim thru our credit card, but Autatlantis disputed the claim and the credit card co. sided with them. I will be cancelling our USBank account as well out of frustration. Sometimes being honest does not work when you are dealing with distrustful people.

Our hotel made arrangements for us to pick up a car at 10am and when we got to their rental place by the dock at 9:50, there was a sign hanging on the door that they would be right back. After 15 min of waiting, a nice security guy called then and they said they would be back at the store in 10 min, which was a lie, we waited nearly half an hour more. Total waste of time. NEVER would rent from them and don t let your hotel steer you to this rental car company, they are terrible!

très mauvaise expérience, nous avons réservé avec la même agence pour faire 4 îles en pensant que les démarches allaient être plus simple, ce ne fut pas le cas. à Ponta Delgada, nous avons du attendre à 2 reprises plus de 45 min, les voitures nétaient pas prêtes. de plus les voitures aient sois disant de même classe que ce que nous avons payé, mais avec un coffre plus petit. pneu lisse, ceinture de sécurité à bout, pas de radar de recul etc.

Lamentable, el alquiler nada se pareció a lo que en principio parecía. Lo cogimos a través de internet, y al llegar al aeropuerto el precio ya no era ese sino mas, (10-20 ) y al devolver el coche nos dice el chico que está muy sucio que tenemos que pagar la limpieza (nunca he tenido que pagar limpieza de coche de alquiler y he alquilado con muchas compañías, y además si vienes a azores buscando un destino de naturaleza es normal que la moqueta este sucia), le pregunto al chico cuanto es y me dice 20-25 , arregañadientes acepto porque no me queda otra ya que tienen 700 de fianza, una vez dentro me devuelven la fianza la chica me dice que son 30 , le digo que el chico me dijo 25 y le llama y al final me cobra 25. Pero vamos que si te dejas te sacan las entrañas a poquitos. Repito en ningún lugar del mundo donde haya alquilado me han cobrado la limpieza, y con más delito si es en un destino de naturaleza.

Wir hatten einen Renault Clio für fünf Tage! Hat alles einwandfrei geklappt! Schäden wurden vor Abfahrt durch einen Mitarbeiter gemeinsam mit uns protokolliert und bei Rückgabe ohne Probleme zurück genommen...

Bon service. Bon accueil. Voiture récente en bon état malgré un problème concernant le garde boue de la Toyota Yaris qui sest décroché sur lautoroute...

Muita gentileza e eficiência no acolhimento.

Decided at the last second to rent a car at Ponta Delgada and picked AutAtlantis simply because the line was empty. Great deal on a SmartTwo with full coverage (145 euros for 3 days) except Id have to pay the first 100 euros of damage. Car was super scratched when rented and they have not charged me for anything post-return (will update if they do). Worked great with awesome mileage and no problems. Return process a bit of a headache in that its not obvious where to go to return the car at the airport (not AutAtlantis fault). Additionally, you return the car to their guy outside and then have to check in at the counter- an extra, annoying step that can cost time as youre leaving on your flight- taking off a star for that.

Am Ende der Vermietung Abzocke durch vermeintliche Schäden am Schlüssel. Dont rent there..

Very professional and friendly employees who gave efficient service. One employee in Flores was very knowledgeable, very fast, had helpful travel tips and directions, and was just awesome. They have a selection of vehicles at competitive prices. The vehicles were clean, functioned great, and were suited to my needs.

Sehr gute Autovermietung. Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen der für die Azoren ausreicht. Vorhandene Schäden wurden bei Übernahme des Wagens genauestens notiert. Die Rückgabe am Flughafen in Ponta Delgada verlief schnell und ohne Probleme. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

We waited until a few days before our trip to make a car reservation, so our options were limited, but Autatlantis really came through. The process at Ponta Delgada airport was quick and friendly (even with our limited Portuguese). We paid a little more because we waited too long and wanted an automatic transmission (supplies are limited and pricier across the island), but it was worth it to us because we are not very comfortable with manual and some of the roads we took were small, had a lot of sharp turns, and traffic. They had a couple of locations around the island, so adding another driver in another town was not a problem. Overall, great experience and glad we went with Autatlantis.

Check in and check out was super quick and easy! I loved it!!!

Très bonne expérience, nous avons loué une smart fortwo automatic pour la journée. Cela nous a permis de faire tout le côté Nord de San Miguel. Aucun soucis avec la voiture qui est plus que suffisante pour un couple, peu dessence consommé. Merci à léquipe Pour votre tranquillité nous vous recommandons le full insurance. Bon séjour

Utilisé pour une location de scooters. Horaires douvertures larges y compris le dimanche en août. Scooters récents. Également utilisé à Terceira et à Sao Jorge. Une prise en charge /restitution à laéroport, comme à terceira, serait un plus très appréciable

Der gemietete Renault Clio sah optisch verbraucht aus. Was aber gar nicht akzeptabel war: abgefahrene Reifen, teilweise ohne Profil - haben wir leider erst nach der Abholung bemerkt. Eine Autovermietung, welche solche Autos vermietet, ist an der Sicherheit ihrer Kunden nicht wirklich interessiert.

The staff was very friendly, they gave me nice tips on where to travel in the island depending on the weather and also which were the best restaurants there. The cars are nice and clean and their prices were the cheapest in the island.

Horrível, fomos enganados por uma senhora que trabalha na loja de ponta delgada, que se acha superior por estar a falar com 2 jovens! Pedimos um orçamento por telemóvel e marcamos, quando chegamos o orçamento já era superior e por menos dias! A senhora, Para além de arrogante disse que a jovem que trabalha no aeroporto não disse nada do que estávamos a dizer denegrindo a nossa palavra. Sinceramente, com o profissionalismo desta senhora num balcão, temo pela vossa empresa. Só não alugamos na outra empresa, porque ao contrário da senhora mantivemos a palavra é o tempo era pouco. Só me resta desejar boa sorte!

Um pouco caro, mas também era época alta por isso de certa forma compreensível. De resto tudo bem com o carro, foi ótimo poder conhecer livremente os Açores

On nattend pas nécessairement du personnel daccueil de lempathie envers le client, mais un minimum de sympathie. Mais là manifestement ça lui était étranger. Néanmoins, voiture impeccable et prix très correct.

Excellent rental experience. We arrived on Flores Island for a few hours and the lady at the airport was super friendly and helpful with the rental, we took care of everything in 15 minutes without any complications, the same with the return. We rented the scooter for 4 hours and it was fabulous to ride the motorbike on Flores Island.

Cuidado! Podem ser assaltados pelos empregados quando vão entregar o carro. Mau demais mas foi verdade.

Muito simpáticos e práticos .

Alquilamos en santa María con esta compañía. Muy muy bien, muy buena recepción y nos explicaron qué hacer por la isla. Trabajadores muy majos y el coche en la línea de lo que habíamos elegido. Sin lugar a dudas sería mi primera elección de volver. En Sao Miguel cogimos con ihla verde y NUNCA más!

La mia esperienza pessima... Personale poco professionale, maleducato e a mio dire arrogante...c è modo e modo lavorare soprattutto quando si ha a che fare con le persone. Purtroppo ci siamo trovati un piccolo bollo.. Sincera credevo di aver capito all atto del contratto che ci fosse l assicurazione perchè si sono intervallati in tre un signore e poi due donne... Ma non era così... Il danno è stato stabilito da una delle due donne al costo di 145 ok non è per i soldi ma per il modo. Non siamo stati noi a farlo e siam sempre stati attenti a dove parcheggiavamo. Ma io vorrei sapere se davvero aggiusteranno il danno. Cmq lo sconsiglio vivamente.

No problem renting car, very quick. Major problem returning car where entry designated rental returns is not for all compnies. So you have drive out of airport and in again. Clients have to wait in the open air in a long disorganised line and fight to get attention from the persons receiving the car working for different small companies. Luckily it wasnt raining.

Péssimo serviço ao cliente, a roçar a fraude. Pagamos um veículo da tipologia reanult Kaptur, superior à classe do renault clio, tendo sido bastante mais caro. À chegada ao aeroporto foi-nos atribuido um renault clio que, por indicação da operadora de balcao, por ter motor a diesel seria da mesma classe que o renault kaptur. Rejeitamos sendo então (após 1 hora de espera e conversas telefónicas com outros empregados da rent-a-car) disponibilizado um Dacia Duster que aceitamos por exaustão. Verificamos posteriormente e com a utilização que o mesmo tinha pneus careca, direção pesadissima, motor muito ruidoso, carro com mais de 3 anos e muito desgaste. Para terminar, no ultimo dia de aluguer recebemos chamada de uma empregada do escritorio de ponta delgada, sem qualquer profissionalismo a ameaçar que iriamos pagar mais um dia por nao termos entregado a viatura, isto devido a erro administrativo interno que vieram posteriormente a admitir. Resumindo: Péssimo serviço ao cliente, péssima viatura disponibilizada a preços muito elevados em comparação com a concorrência. Rent-a-car a evitar.

Insgesamt gut, auf Terceira (Dacia Logan) sehr professionell, unkompliziert, selbiges auf Pico (Renault Traffic), in Ponta Delgada (Renault Scenic) Ausleihe professionell, Rückgabe: kein Personal am Parkplatz, Warten am Schalter (15), Dame dort bemüht, brauchte wieder etwa 15, um etwaige Schäden zu kontrollieren, eilig sollte man es nicht haben...

Não alugo mais carros nesta empresa. Retiraram-me dinheiro do cartão de credito por danos no veiculo sem o mesmo ter dado entrada numa oficina para orçamento.

Muy satisfecho con el servicio, hemos alquilado un Toyota Aygo en el aeropuerto de Ponta Delgada. El servicio de recepción fue rápido, nos mostraron y apuntaron los defectos que tenia el coche, y nos lo entregaron limpio y en perfectas condiciones. El funcionamiento del coche era bueno, y estaba en buen estado. El servicio de devolución fue sencillo y rápido, una inspección del interior y exterior del coche rápida y sin problemas

We had a great experience with Autoatlantis. The counter is right in the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight plans changed and they allowed us to keep the car longer at no extra charge and when we called to check about this change we were connected to a person immediately. We dropped off the car in under 2 minutes with no extra charges or fees! If highly recommend this company.

É uma empresa pouco confiável.Pedi um orçamento por telefone para utilizar os seus serviços em diversas ilhas,mas esse orçamento foi ultrapassado .Quando a sra que mo havia dado foi confrontada com esse fato foi mal educada.É uma empresa que recomendo distãncia.

Boa experiência de aluguer, sem qualquer reparo. Tudo tratado com celeridade e profissionalismo. Carro em excelentes condições, com menos de 1 ano e aproximadamente 20k Km. Depósito cheio à chegada, condição de o entregar com depósito cheio à partida. Nada mais simples.

On the Azores islands of Flores, Faial and Pico we hired cars from the Autatlantis company. On all of these islands we had a pleasant experience: the employees were very kind, e.g. on Flores we were informed about all of the interesting places to visit and which restaurants to consider. On Faial the employee at the airport offered us to return the car at the Horta harbour - without extra costs. And the same could be done at Pico: instead of travelling by taxi to the airport, we were offered to pick up the car at Picos Madalena harbour office - also without extra cost! We thank the ladies at the Sao Miguel office for their support in arranging this, and also the very kind ladies on Flores, Faial and Pico.
