Depois de ter alguns imprevistos e excesso de burocracia noutras companhias, que me impossibilitavam de alugar um carro, recomendaram me a Auto Ramalhense e supreenderam muito pela positiva. Serviço 10/10. Todos muito simpáticos e flexiveis, sem burocracias e confiáveis. Foram absolutamente incríveis desde o check in a check out, em que até se ofereceram para me levar ao aeroporto sem qualquer custo adicional. Muito obrigado mais uma vez Auto Ramalhense. Conselho a todos os turistas, como eu, que procuram alugar carro na ilha para próximas viagens, recomendo a 100% esta empresa. Experiência incrível, voltarei de certeza.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, funktionierendes Auto, freundliches Personal. Angebot des Tranfers zum Flughafen am Samstag früh kam leider nicht zustande da niemand vor Ort war, schade. Musste mir ein Taxi rufen.

Nos atendió George, su trato fue muy bueno. No teníamos reserva y no hubo ningún problema para alquilar un coche al momento. No nos pidieron fianza. Precios muy buenos. El coche estaba muy bien. Erste Automietung war soweit in Ordnung, ausser einer sehr dreckigen Innenfrontscheibe. (Musste notfallmässig selbständig wärend der Fahrt gereinigt werden, da kaum Sicht vorhanden) Bei der zweiten Vermietung erhielten wir das Auto mit fast leerem Tank, so dass wir als ersten Stopp eine Tankstelle anfahren mussten (50 ) Uns wurde bei der Abholung versichert, dass wir Geld zurückerstattet bekommen, wenn wir das Auto mit vollerem Tank zurück geben würden. (7 pro Strich, wortwörtlich) Wir waren 6h unterwegs und haben das Auto mit fast voller Tankfüllung zurückgebacht. Der Angestellte wollte dann das Auto ohne Kommentar zurücknehmen. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, wollte er von der Vereinbarung bezüglich des Füllstandes nichts mehr wissen und stellte und als Lügner dar. Nach langer Diskussion und standhaftigkeit unsererseits, erstatteten sie uns widerwillig 15 (anstatt mind. 28 ). Seid aufmerksam und haltet alles schriftlich fest! Fragt mehrmals nach, da sich die Kommunkation eher schwierig gestaltet. Leider können wir diese Autovermietung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very friendly and professional staff. We were able to get an automatic on the same day (late September). We had an issue with a manual we rented at first, and they offered us an automatic (no extra charge). You can pay by cash or non-Portugese cards. Highly recommend!

Aluguei um Toyota Yaris. Já não estavam disponíveis, mas fizeram o upgrade sem custo adicional. Fazem transfer do aeroporto para o rent a car e vice versa. Sem custo adicional dentro das horas laborais. Na entrega só têm que garantir o tanque cheio e estimar o carro. Foram 5 estrelas. Tinhamos seguro CDW pois nos Açores as ruas são pequenas, recomendo. Rent a car sem problemas, foi só desfrutar, muito obrigado

Super tevreden over de service bij dit autoverhuurbedrijf! Het personeel is allemaal super vriendelijk. De prijzen zijn schappelijk. En de auto is in degelijke staat. We moesten de auto s ochtends terugbrengen en mochten onze bagage dat laten terwijl we de stad ontdekten. In de namiddag brachten ze ons gratis naar de luchthaven.

I rent a car (Toyota) and a scooter (Yamaha). Both were in excellent condition, friendly staff, paperwork was done fast. It was also no problem to return the car at the airport.

Gran empresa de alquiler de coches de la isla. Precios muy competentes y sin necesidad de dejar fianza. Los coches y las motos en buen estado. Gran trato al cliente. Nos llevaron al aeropuerto gratis al finalizar las vacaciones por haber alquilado el coche con ellos. Totalmente recomendables. Cuando volvamos, repetiremos con ellos.

Wir haben bei diesem Anbieter ein Auto für 6 Tage gemietet. Es hat keinerlei Probleme mit der Vermietung gegeben (hatten sogar ein Problem mit dem Auto, sind daraufhin sofort zur Vermietung gefahren und haben ohne Aufpreis ein neues Auto bekommen). Wir mussten auch keine Kaution zahlen und konnten das Auto einfach am Flughafen stehen lassen. Diese Vermietung ist einfach nur empfehlenswert und auf keinen Fall eine Touristenfalle. Zusätzlich wurden zu Beginn auch alle Kratzer am Auto mit dem Vermieter vermerkt und fotografiert.

Los mejores de la isla! Fuimos sin reserva y no pusieron ninguna pega, fueron muy amables y atentos. Nos dieron un mapa con puntos de interés turístico y nos llevaron al aeropuerto sin coste adicional. Muy recomendado!

Très bonne expérience avec ce loueur. Citroen C3 réservée par le site tourism azores à un bon prix pour 1 semaine. Ils viennent vous chercher à laéroport. Véhicule en très bon état, remise en fin de séjour sans aucun souci. 2 choses à noter : le contrat initial ne comprend aucune assurance (100% responsabilité), mais pour 15 /jour, assurance complète avec franchise 56 : pensez à la demander ! La voiture est donnée avec 1/4 de plein dessence.

We dealt with Philip at the time of pickup and he was so easy to deal with - made our first few hours at Azores very comfortable. Good experience without deposits and good car, almost new. I rented it on the place by randomly entering it. The staff is friendly, they will give you tips regarding what to do on the island. I will choose it again when returning here.

Alquilamos el coche mismo día que llegamos y el personal fue muy amable, nos alquilaron el coche por muy precio sin poner ningún tipo de problema. Además, no retienen dinero ni hay que presentar tarjeta de crédito. Volvería a alquilar un coche con ellos sin dudarlo.

I was able to rent a vehicle on very short notice. Within one hour I picked up the car and maybe spent a total of 10 minutes inside. Very fast, good price on short notice. This is where I will go for my rentals for now on.

This is NOT your typical national rental car chain... This is a local rental car company that works with the customer. Paula P. was able to find a 9 passenger van for 2 weeks in the prime Summer season at a very reasonable rate. The vehicle was not brand new, but it was mechanically sound and comfortable. And Filipe was able to pick us up and drop us off at the airport terminal a few kms away. Overall, great experience and will rent from them again.

Die Firma und das Personal haben definitiv 10 Sterne verdient! Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung. Ursprünglich wurden wir von Pedro betreut und er hat uns alles erzählt und Highlights der Insel. Danach haben wir eine Vertragsverlängerung machen lassen bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter, der auch super kompetent, herzlich und sehr freundlich war (ich vergesse leider seinen Namen). Die Vertragsbedingungen sind sehr deutlich und klar und ohne versteckte Worte oder Unstimmigkeiten. Das Auto ist in einem Top Zustand. Ich kann weiterempfehlen TOP TOP TOP! Bitte macht weiter so! Aluguer de carro super rápido, simples e muito mais em conta que as empresas que há no aeroporto. O seguro contra todos os riscos é opcional e não há taxas por condutores extra. Quando entregamos o carro a avaliação é muito rápida e levam nos ao aeroporto sem cobrar nada por isso. Além disso os funcionários são muito engraçados sempre a dizer piadas

Ponto Positivo: Aluguei carro durante 5 dias e tive um preço incrível 30 por dia por um Opel Corsa, ainda foi me oferecido um seguro extra de 15 por dia que cobria qualquer dano na viatura! Atendimento 5 estrelas com dicas incríveis sobre a ilha os melhores locais para visitar, quando devemos visitar e como poupar dinheiro simplesmente incrível o atendimento. Ponto Negativo: Ficamos cerca de 30 minutos à espera do transfer que quando nos ligou perguntou nós se já tínhamos chegado a Ponta Delgada mas tive de pedir que repetisse porque era quase impossível descodificar o que dizia não por causa da pronúncia mas sim da maneira como falava era extremamente rápida e parecia que comia palavras! No serviço de transfer o mesmo senhor que falou comigo por telefone foi me buscar a mim á minha esposa e os meus dois filhos e a mais um casal amigo foi totalmente traumatizante pois o condutor parecia que estava a fazer corridas a andar muito de pressa e fazer curvas muito rápido que levou que nós ficássemos a tremer de medo e mal disposto! Não esquecendo que o primeiro impacto que tivemos com o senhor foi horrível pois fez nós duvidar da veracidade desta Rent a Car! O senhor apresentou se com uma magreza extrema e muito nervoso, chegou a pedir-nos para colocarmos as malas mais rápidos porque iria ter mais clientes para ir buscar!

Tínhamos pensado em não alugar um carro para viajar pela ilha devido aos valores extremamente elevados de caução apresentados por outras empresas de aluguer de carros, no entanto tivemos a sorte de perguntar num café local se sabiam de alguma empresa de aluguer que não cobrasse caução e fomos direcionados para esta empresa. Foi tudo impecável. O atendimento foi 5 estrelas, o carro que nos foi fornecido era um Toyota Aygo, como novo, muito confortável e com consumos de 5,1L/100kms, pagámos 28 por dia, pedimos também seguro contra todos os riscos que tinha o valor de 15 por dia, durante 6 dias. No último dia ao entregarmos o carro podemos visitar diversos locais de ponta delgada e no fim do dia levaram-nos ao aeroporto sem nenhum custo adicional. Esta empresa foi crucial nesta viagem e sem ela não teríamos conseguido ver tanta coisa por um preço acessível e com o máximo conforto. Voltaremos com certeza :)

I arrived in the morning to rent a car for the day and I was helped by Tiago who was incredibly nice. Within 15 minutes we were in the road and upon returning it were greeted by the owner of the place who was very nice.

We rented from AutoRamalhense in Sao Miguel: Excellent service is an understatement! Accommodating like no one else and the price is the best for sure. All staff is courteous and helpful...it is a bonus to get a ride to the airport when you rent with them at no additional charge. We rented a car and were going to be late returning: I called to let them know, that was it!! No extra cost upon the return the next morning!!

Atendimento muito bom e atenciosos, levantei o carro às 12h e no último dia não tive de entregá-lo às 12h, deixaram que ficasse com ele até ao fim da tarde sem custo adicional. Excelente o facto de não exigirem cartão de crédito ou plafond nem conduzido só por um único condutor. A única coisa que sugiro melhorarem é confirmarem a reserva sempre por escrito, embora tenha corrido tudo como combinado. Recomendo.

They are the best of the island and so happy I rented with them! Everyone was so nice and kind! I got a good rate and was super happy with my car! They did a run through and inspected my car with filling air tires to make sure I was safe and comfortable prior to leaving the rental place, when I returned car I was running late to airport and they dropped me off in record time at no cost!!! Will def be back to rent from here when I come back!!!

One of the best rental companies on the island. We rented a small, Automatic car for four days. They treated us wonderfully and respectfully, without a credit card or deposit, just an international license. The car was received and returned very quickly, and they offered us free delivery to the airport or apartment, which is much better than renting. Since the airport is crowded, I recommend this agency, and of course I will deal with them in the future.

Nous nous sommes tournés vers cette agence de location sur les conseils des personnes chez qui nous sejournions à Ponta Delgada, et ce fut une première expérience de location parfaite ! La voiture était en très bon état et les tarifs pratiqués sont tout à fait corrects ! Les personnes du staff sont toutes adorables sans exception (petit clin d il à Georges qui nous aura même donné une carte avec plein dindications de restaurants et dendroits à visiter), et très souriantes (Je noublie pas non plus Paula et Carlos) ! This is a highly recommended shop! It was my first time renting a car overseas, and the kind staff rented me a good car that met my needs. I was thinking of renting it for just one day, but they suggested a more convenient option of two days and one night for the same amount. He explained how to use it and answered all my questions carefully. They also offered free transportation to the airport on the way back. I forgot my international drivers license, but I was able to apply by explaining my passport and valid Japanese drivers license using Google Translate. I would definitely like to use it again! thank you very much!

LOS MEJORES DE LA ISLA!! Fuimos recomendados por el hotel, porque había buscado por internet y muchas compañías que te pedían de fianza hasta 1.500 (una locura). Éstos chicos te dan el coche (por unos 35 el día dependiendo del modelo) y a mayores del precio, te ofrecen un seguro a todo riesgo por 15 . No habíamos reservado previamente, éramos 5 y la conductora tenia menos de 26 años, aún así nos consiguieron un auto en el momento Por 4 días nos cobraron 220 (con seguro, sin fianza y sin pagar extra por segundo conductor), el auto estaba impecable y además nos ofrecieron llevarnos al aeropuerto gratis a la vuelta. Si reservan con antelación tengo entendido que te pasan a buscar al aeropuerto también. Todo genial la verdad, hasta nos recomendó algunos lugares para visitar, muy amable todos.

Had the best experience with this rental place. We were in and out with easy paperwork, and our car was clean and easy to drive. We had to have an automatic and reserving one was easy. We were also told we could have gotten a ride from the airport from this company; however, we only rented for a portion of our stay. Friendly customer service too!

Abbiamo noleggiato una panda per una settimana spendendo 28 circa al giorno. Il prezzo è un po alto però è un giusto compromesso per noleggiare un auto senza aver bisogno di lasciare alcuna carta di credito/deposito o franchigia. Per le nostre esigenze è stato perfetto. Great company to work with; I would highly recommend renting from these guys. We rented from them at the suggestion of our hotel after another company messed up our reservation (ANC rental cars). Auto Ramalhense was able to rent us a car first thing in the morning with no fuss and no hidden fees. They were efficient and kind. The car worked very well for us. The return process was extremely simple (no extra charges), and they included a free shuttle back to the airport. Everyone we interacted with was very kind. Not really related, but they keep seven cute rescue cats on the premises, so you know theyre good people!

Great service, friendly staff, and the best price! We picked up a small automatic car for 5 days which reduced the rate to 45 /day which included two drivers, damage insurance, and taxes, and was by far the best rate I found in my research. The car was clean, gassed up and ready to go after a brief review of the car s condition with a staff member. The car had a number of dings and surface scratches from previous drivers but nothing that would affect the car s performance. The only reason this is not a five star is the booking process is very loose and I found it concerning that I didn t get much in the way of confirmation - all they emailed was it s confirmed with only my name and no phone number or credit card or a pick up time. It s all just very relaxed and we could see that once we arrived to pick up, but when you re trying to secure your travel plans it s concerning not to have something more firm! They offered a ride to the airport when we dropped off the car and they also provided us with a map and guide book to borrow with our rental. I would highly recommend this place - just request confirmation and pick up time!

Excellent service! I got through them via the hostel I was staying at. I rented a 125cc scooter for 25/day for 3 days. No deposit needed, basic insurance is included. Very friendly and helpful. Even got a free transfer on the last day I turned in the scooter and had my flight back. Would highly recommend!

Very good experience. I did rent a small Toyota Aygo for 3 days and did not have any problems with it. The staff is professional and efficient. They do not push anyone to subscribe for additional insurance, they warn you only of the potential outcome should anything wrong happens. There is no deposit policy.

I had a great experience renting a car here! I arrived thinking I wouldnt need to rent a car, but changed my mind a few days in. Unfortunately, I needed an automatic transmission, and theyre hard to come by last minute. This place not only had an automatic, but the service was straightforward. It took less than 15 minutes to leave with a rental with no prior reservation. Also, they offer to drive customers to the airport after returning the rental. Highly recommend!

Very good rental car company! I booked a car with them just from emails with two months in advance, without paying deposit or paying car in advance! Also, when I handed over the car, they asked me if I wanted transport to the airport, they also offer these services (I dont know if for a fee because I didnt need it, my flight was at 6 in the morning and I took a taxi). Got picked up bij the rental company at our Airbnb. Marco was very kind and funny. Also supportive solution thinking in how and when to deliver the car back. The car was very nice and clean, tank wasnt completely full but made a photo of that. As we also made photos of the damage on the car with Marco, so no confusion can be made in delivering the car back. Price is very pleasant and reasonable. Please rent your car here as they also help homeless cats. 10stars would be more accurate. **As by new law we are required to pay for a good dinner if we dont enjoy azores and this company. I think they will starve**

I highly recommend this place that has friendly and helpfull staff greeting us with a smile.

Mixed feelings. The location on Terceira (which isnt on Google so Ill comment here) communicated well and gave us a very nice car. However, they charged me 80 euros per hubcap for leaving a small scratch on two hubcaps (which is nearly unavoidable on some of Angras skinny streets.) I thought that price was a bit much for something they likely wont even repair, judging by their older cars. The location on Sao Miguel struggled to communicate with me, not responding to my emails several times, and left us waiting at the airport for almost an hour, despite my sending them a confirmation email that morning. Not sure if we would go with Auto Ramalhense again, although their prices were reasonable in comparison to other places (for an automatic, 95 in Terceira, 75 in Sao Miguel, plus 15 per day for insurance.)

Un loueur de voiture très sérieux. Après une expérience désastreuse chez un autre loueur, ce fut réjouissant de faire appel à leurs services ! Des tarifs intéressants, des voitures constamment entretenues (garage annexe) et livrées dans un excellent état. Le patron a même insisté pour nous raccompagner à l hôtel car il pleuvait lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture. Le seul regret: qu ils ne soient pas répertoriés dans les moteurs de recherche. Great car rental place! Very easy to communicate with, we had to change dates and pick-up times a few times and they were very responsive and flexible. Very friendly staff and the car we got was practically new and in excellent condition. They also offer free rides to the airport afterwards. I would definitely book with them again!

The people who work at Auto Ramalhense are very friendly and helpful. The Opel Corsa Automatic that we rented here was great. The return process was a breeze and they did not accuse us of made-up damage to the car. The only downside is that it is about 2 miles away from the airport. I had to take a 10 euro taxi ride to get here, but on the way back they gave me a free ride to the airport.

Wir haben uns spontan dazu entschieden, hier einen Roller zu mieten, um flexibel die Insel zu erkunden. Aufgrund der positiven Google-Bewertungen haben wir uns für diesen Anbieter entschieden und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben 35 pro Tag für einen Roller bezahlt, der ganz neu war (100km auf dem Tacho) und sich super fahren ließ. Inklusive war die Basic Versicherung, 15 mehr hätte die bessere Versicherung gekostet. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, es gab genügend Helme in unterschiedlichen Größen und der Transfer zum Flughafen war inklusive und kostenlos. 100% Weiterempfehlung!!!

Jai loué une Smart 2 places pendant une semaine chez Auto Ramalhense. Voiture parfaite pour slalomer dans les petites ruelles et les routes sinueuses. Et cool à conduire ! After reading many reviews, we chose Auto Ramalhense because it seemed the least bad option. However, the experience was not good either. The online booking process was complicated and communication with them was almost impossible. Once in the island, the people who attended us were not very professional and didnt seem to have much of a clue about our reservations. The cars were quite dirty. Of course we were told we could return them unwashed, but we wish we could have had them clean from the start.

Só posso recomendar o serviço deles: aluguei um scooter novinho (1 km no conta km) sem nenhum problema. Os procedimentos são rápidos, explicações claras, a scooter estava perfeita. Aproveitamos a paisagem e viajamos mais rápido e facilmente do que de carro (fácil de estacionar e conduzir: uma maravilha). A entrega foi rapidíssima, fomos levados ao aeroporto por um funcionário gratuitamente. Muito obrigado, com certeza voltaremos.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Auto Ramalhense. The car they provided was practically falling apart, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasnt even working. Despite my complaints, they flat out refused to replace the car and instead, attempted to upsell me to a higher category, expecting me to cover the price difference. Its clear they care more about making a quick buck than providing a reliable and comfortable vehicle. I wont be using their services again.

The car was on excellent condition and very clean. We were trying to reach them multiple times to ask something and they never picked the call.

Me atendió Marco que además habla estupendamente el español y fue muy amable y simpático. Lo alquilé con seguro franquicia de 57 Eur (15 Eur por día) y no te retienen nada en la tarjeta de crédito Además te traen y te llevan al aeropuerto de forma gratuita y el conductor que también se llama Marco es también muy agradable. Cuando alquilas coche es difícil encontrarte gente tan maja. Recomiendo totalmente está empresa para alquilar tu coche en Ponta Delgada

We were still able to book a car last minute for a decent price. At the place, the shizzle guy pointed at the scratches of the car, so we could take pictures. At the return of the car, there was no fuss and hazzle. Sign of mutual trust (we did drive carefully :p) Btw, they also sell cheap magnets.

Agencia de alquiler de coche seria y profesional. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto y pudimos devolver el coche en la oficina del centro de la ciudad sin coste añadido. Tuvimos un problema y nos lo solucionaron de la mejor manera posible, siendo comprensivos y muy amables. Muy recomendable!

Great rental company! Good communication, friendly staff and owner, and great car recommendation. We received an upgrade at no extra cost from an Opel Corsa to a Citroen C3, which made our drive through hilly Azores a breeze. As we picked up the car João, the companys owner, spent a few minutes with us to walk us through the Azores highlights. The car drop off takes one minute and it s seamless. We were offered a ride, but didn t need to take up on the offer as our accommodation was within walking distance. This was our second time renting a car on the island, and by far a better experience than the previous one. Highly recommended!

Ningún problema, fue todo directo, claro y transparente

Wir haben ein Bike (125cc) für ein paar Tage und dann nochmal ein Auto gemietet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben so sogar gelernt das Bike ohne Vorerfahrung zu fahren. Auch mit der Rückgabe lief alles total einfach und schnell. Es gibt sogar einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer wenn man es am selben Tag abgibt.

I ve rented a scooter from them for my entire 7 days stay. First of all, the scooters are in perfect condition. The staff is professional and friendly, and they have the best prices in town.(I also was the beneficiary of a discount for purchasing the scooter for many days.) I strongly recommend this company. Wir waren sehr froh diese Autovermietung gefunden zu haben. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, professionell und gut drauf. Wir haben noch am selben Tag spontan ein Auto mieten können und zwar für die Hälfte als bei den Vermietungen an der Promenade. Wenn man möchte, bieten sie als Service sogar noch einen kostenlosen FlughafenShuttle an. Immer wieder gern.

Entirely positive experience: fair prices, well-maintained vehicles, a professional way of conducting business and on top super friendly people who go out of their ways to make sure you also find your bus or even offer you a ride home to the other side of the island with one of the employees after work.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und super Service. Unser Auto war modern, gepflegt und sauber. Allgemein gab es keine Probleme. Auch eine nachträgliche Verlängerung unserers Mietvertrages, konnten wir ohne Probleme bekommen. Am Ende gab es sogar einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen.

The best car rental company I have experienced! Unlike most of the companies on the islands (eg : way2azores), they do not try to sell you the expensive insurance at all cost. They are very sympathetic and funny, from the check-in where the guy turned into an tourism office employee to the checkout when a mechanic drove us to the airport for free (it was planned but the man was very friendly). The cost is not that expensive, 50 a day for a Nissan Micra or equivalent and 15 / day for the insurance. I highly recommend!

We rented a scooter for 8 days. We could choose from a variety of types (Peugeot Tweet, Yamaha nMax..), all were in a good condition. The staff was super friendly, helpful and we did not have any issues during the return (quick check of fuel, external condition and we were out). The service does not have hidden fees, insurance upsides (only the optional one), or mileage limits. I highly recommend this rental

Alquilamos un coche con ellos durante 6 días y no pudo ser mejor opción. Nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto tanto a la ida como a la vuelta de manera gratuita a la hora que nos venía bien. De hecho, nuestro vuelo de ida se retrasó y no pusieron ningún problema. Además, el último día nos dejaron devolver el coche dos horas más tarde de lo reservado para que pudiéramos aprovechar la mañana en la isla sin coste adicional. La devolución sin ningún problema. Todo genial, trato inmejorable. 100% recomendable alquilar con ellos.

Hola buenas tardes, yo de momento estoy teniendo una experiencia lo más negativa que me ha pasado a lo largo de esta vida en los alquileres del coches y al año uso los alquileres de coche minimo dos semanas, en diferentes lugares del mundo nunca nada así me paso os voy a contar y además pido ayuda, para ver si hay alguna forma para poder denunciar lo que están tratando de hacer Os cuento: entro en su página web, veo las ofertas que hay y selecciono un coche, con seguro a todo riesgo, hago el pago mediante paypal y me mandan un correo después y me dicen que esa oferta está mal. Les digo que en su página web viene reflejado ese precio y que yo he pagado y que lo quiero todavía quedan meses por delante ya que siempre lo suelo hacer en esta fecha para el verano siguiente, para poder disfrutar de la isla y del alquiler este coche pero ellos insisten que está mal el precio y que o pago la cantidad que me dicen ellos que es mas del doble o que pida la cancelación yo en ningún momento he pedido la cancelación quiero ver hasta dónde llegar esto y me gustaría saber si se puede enunciar ante la justicia o en algún comercio de consumidores en Portugal o en España ya que la reserva la hago desde España. Yo no tengo la culpa de que en la página web venga un precio y que luego a ellos no les interese ese precio y me pidan más dinero creo que es un fraude lo que están intentando hacer y creo que hasta se puede denunciar ante la justicia. Les he dicho que me hagan un descuento pero ni parecido llegan al precio inicial, así que he decidido denunciar o buscar la forma de llegar hasta el final. Si alguien puede ayudarme que me mande un mensaje, yo voy a intentar buscar en otros foros y lo pongo aquí para que tengáis cuidado con esta empresa, porque realmente lo que están haciendo es un fraude vender un alquiler de coche a un precio y luego decirte que está mal que es más del doble del dinero Bueno espero que vuestra experiencia sea mejor que la mía yo de momento sigo intentando que me dejen la oferta al precio inicial, ahora empezaré en redes sociales a poner más datos tengo todas las conversaciones a través de hotmail por si alguien le interesa.

Adorei o carro, ótimo valor para um carro novo. A única crítica é por ter frisado várias vezes que trazia um bebé e precisava de cadeira, e ainda assim foram buscar-nos ao aeroporto sem a cadeira e com 45 minutos de atraso, sendo que a rent a car é no aeroporto velho. Não sei se voltaremos a alugar um carro nesta empresa.

Positiv: sehr professionell, günstiger Preis, problemlose Abwicklung, Auto sauber, einfache und problemlose Rückgabe Negativ: zuerst sollte das Auto ( Opel Corsa Handschalter) 28 kosten, dann 35 und zum Schluss 40 für 7 Stunden + Versicherung 15 = 55 . Alles in einer Verhandlung. Auto hatte viele kleine Schäden, ich musste das komplette Auto fotografieren, um der Reklamation von alten Schäden vorzubeugen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Great car rental place! Theres no need for extra bureaucracy. You go and take your car simply. You dont spend time filling thousands of documents. You dont pay for an extra driver. Thats how its supposed to be - youre on vacation and you want to enjoy it rather than worry if the main driver should be responsible all the time, because you can change your mind and also the driver. The staff was super helpful and very funny. They gave us a map of all the places worth seeing and explained all about them. I loved everything about the rental place! Our Fiat Panda was super cool too! We could store our luggage there (after our check out) and we got a free transfer to the airport even long after we gave our car back. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you!!!

We rented an amazing fiat panda a couple of days ago for 10-15 a day. Welcoming hosts, super quick check in. Two drivers automatically allowed. They even provide a transfer service to the airport on the day you drop off the car. Would definitely advise them as a rental company and will surely rent with them again if we go back! :)
