Für meine Zeit auf der Insel hatte ich die Aprilia Toureg gemietet und das bike war perfekt um auch die abgelegensten Orte zu erkunden. Die Vermietung mit der Aprilia hat ausgesprochen schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Leonor bei der Motorradvermietung! Sie war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte mir auch am Tag der Abreise behilflich sein ein Mietauto zu organisieren. Ich würde Azores easy rent jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Overall, it was a good experience renting Scooters and a car with Azores Easy rent. For Scooters, In my opinion, I wouldnt personally recommend Vespa300cc, though its powerful but limited for city rides. Vespa seats were not comfortable + with a small wheel diameter. Instead, Medley 125CC, though less powerful , is a much better choice to manoeuvre comfortably with a bigger wheel diameter, though both scooters are from PIAGGIO. Recommendation: It will be great if there is a back seat rest for the pillon rider with an additional helmet holder. Also, appreciate if the interior of the helmets are cleaned and sanitised upon return to avoid skin allergy for the users. For car rental: I enjoyed driving VW golf, which was a really good choice to explore Azores considering the unpredictable weather. I highly recommend renting a car instead of a scooter if you are more than one. Exploring with Scooters or powerful bike is an alternative option only for a single rider. AzoresEasyRent team was flexible in helping me opt both Scooters and rental car. Their process is completely digital and efficient.

Très certainement le meilleur loueur des Açores J ai d abord loué une voiture 4 jours, j ai eu une Toyota Yaris en super état, idéale pour faire toute l île même les routes les plus pentues et abîmées la Yaris ne rechigne pas. Prendre obligatoirement la garantie intégrale à 20 /jour comme ça pas de stress même si on se prend une bosse sur un parking. J ai ensuite loué une moto 3 jours. La première moto louée ne me plaisait pas du tout (trop basique et ancienne) on me l a échangée pour une Aprilia Tuareg 660 c est le top!! Écran couleur, toutes les assistances électroniques (déconnectables), moto en super état un régal. Casque intégral avec visière solaire fourni, blouson 5 /jour, support de téléphone universel sur demande. J avais amené mes gants de moto, jeans moto et de bonnes chaussures.

Awful! They gave me the car 1 hour late, even though I had warned about the plane I was arriving on. But the worst thing is that when I returned it, on a terribly rainy day, they charged me 20 because the mats were dirty. How did they expect us to get into the car: levitating? I attach photos so you can see the condition of the car (absolutelly normal). Faced with my indignation, the employee Leonor started yelling at me. Very bad manners. I will return to the Azores many times, but never to rent from this company. Horrible! Me dieron el coche 1 hora tarde, a pesar de que había avisado del avión en que llegaba. Pero lo peor es que al devolverlo, un día de lluvia terrible, me cobraron 20 porque las alfombrillas estaban sucias. Cómo esperaban que entrásemos en el coche: levitando? Adjunto fotos para que se vea el estado del coche (completamente normal). Ante mi indignación la empleada Leonor se me puso a gritar. Muy mala educación. Volveré a Azores muchas veces, pero a alquilar en esta compañía nunca.

I recommend this rental station. I had an Aprilia SR GT 125 for a week that was in very good condition. Important plus for me: In contrast to other rental stations there is no need for a credit card since the safety deposit can be deposited in cash. The employees speak perfectly english and you even get a free ride back to the place where youre staying. The only downside is that if youre under the age of 24, youll have to pay 4 extra per day.

Location sur la période Février 2024 pour une semaine d un wolkvagen T-cross, véhicule récupérer en rendu sur le parking P6 de l aeroport de Ponta Delgada. Ponctualité et rapidité de restauration de la caution , je recommande ce loueur .

Mauvaise expérience pour ma part concernant ce loueur. Véhicule loué quasi neuf mais en mauvais état extérieur, plus 15 constats indiqués dans le rapport de prise du véhicule dont 2 majeurs, ci-joint les photos. Absolument impossible de tout contrôler dans ces conditions. Le problème n est pas là. Lors de la remise du véhicule, j ai été facturé de 150 supplémentaires pour une éraflure minime sur la porte arrière côté conducteur, invisible à 1 mètre de distance. Dégât dont je ne suis même pas sûr d être responsable. Bref vu l état du véhicule, jai trouvé qu ils n étaient vraiment pas très honnêtes .

Great service! Very friendly and polite staff. Car was delivered to airport as agreed. The car ( Volkswagen taigo automatic transmission) was in great shape. Relatively new. The only thing I have missed were parking sensors. With full insurance no deposit is needed. The check-out was also an easy process because of that. Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the guy who was in charge on the day of our arrival ( on Easter) and departure, but I must notice the communication with him was great. Thanks! I would use the services of this company next time!

Rented a Brixton Crossfire (medium sized motorbike) from Easy Rent for two days. Excellent experience, fair price, and they offer local hotel pickup/dropoff.

We came in on a cruise ship. They picked us up in the center of town and brought us to the rental shop. We rented an amazing 125cc scooter and drove it all over the island. The scooter ran exceptionally well. We took it up to the top of a mountain and it still had some go in it with two riders (one extra heavy). When we returned, the gas station next door only took cash for under EUR25, and we only needed to fill it up for a few euro. The rental place was so good about it, they worked something out for us. Love this place! Would definitely use them again.

Tuvimos dudas a la hora de alquilar el coche con esta compañía que no reconocimos supero ka verdad que acierto 100%. No es barata porque los coches en la isla no son baratos de alquilar (oferta-demanda) pero es la que mejor nos salía de precio, con seguro completo. Nos dieron un coche súper nuevo y moderno y no tuvimos ningún problema, súper atentos y dándonos facilidades, ni revisaron el coche con el todo incluido .

Un 10! Desde el primer momento súper eficientes, ya hablamos por correo antes de llegar. Cuando aterrizamos en Ponta Delgada llamamos y en seguida estaban esperándonos en el parking, el coche PERFECTO, cogimos seguro a todo riesgo y sin ningún problema. A la hora de entregarlo les pedimos dejarlo un poco antes, tampoco pusieron ningún problema (a las 4:15 estaba esperándonos la trabajadora en el parking). Nos vamos súper contentos! Lo recomiendo 100%!!

Réponses rapides lors déchanges de mails, livraison possible de la voiture à laéroport (2x 10 pour le pick-up /drop-off), ponctualité des rendez-vous, personnel très sympathique et voiture qui correspond à ce qui a été réservé. It was a delight renting with Azores easy rent! We were able to rent an automatic vehicle at the last minute. All of the major rental companies at the airport were completely booked. We have never rented with a local company before this, and our experience was truly great. We were met at the airport to receive and drop off the vehicle. Bonus points were that ours was brand new! To make things easy, we opted in to the full insurance option, which was super affordable with all things considered. When we are back again visiting, we will be renting with Azores easy rent again!

I rented a vw polo with license plate AQ-67-AT. (An amazing car, I have the same polo at home in my country). The car fogged up incredibly during the evenings. I got gaslit by the staff to hell and back in me trying to explain that there s something wrong with the car, while they keep saying it s fine and that I probably didn t do it right . Even though AC was on max, and everything was blasting to the front window, this was the result (see photo s). Calling their emergency 24/7 contact number, resulted in the call not being answered the first time. The second time they picked up. This was incredibly dangerous and scary. Also, because of the way they handled my complaint, I strongly advise against doing so.

Todo fue genial con ellos. Desde España, fueron super rápidos a la hora de contestar correos y resolutivos. Al llegar puntuales y amables en la entrega. Best compagnie ! We have rented a few scooters around the Azores and it was the best one! Very confortable and pretty new. They offered to pick us up as their rental place is located on the side of the highway, and dropped us to the hotel at the end of the rental. The transaction was honnest and transparent, next time i go i will not even bother to look for another rental compagnie as the service, the quality and the prices here were the best !! I had a wonderful experience renting a car for the first time with Azores Easy Rent, everything went smoothly and so fast, with no issues; they also offer as a courtesy a ride to wherever you need to be, both when you get the car and also when you return it, as their office is located on a highway and you cant really walk there. Me dieron un coche q page 20 más al dia aparte de lo q valia el coche para no pagar fianza y asi lo tenia cubierto de todoque no era barato y no pasaba de los 40 kilómetros en cuesta y éramos 2 y estaba lleno de rozaduras,golpes,sin pantalla, bueno lo más básico,la verdad por el precio que se pago que fue más de 100 al día,nos esperábamos algo mejor,nos sentimos engañados

Half the price compared to the rental shops by the Marina. Very responsive and accommodating. Pick up and drop off offered because of their location. Its not recommended to walk there. Had both a like new scooter and switched to a brand new car for our second and third days. This was handled by them at the last minute very quickly. Gas station next door with a discount makes full tank returns a breeze. Ive never had better service from a rental car company before!

Take pictures of any pre-existing damage when picking up vehicle. There was some confusion during return in my case and having pictures helped. I dont think it was ill-intended by Easy Rent, but better be safe than sorry. The rest of experience was pretty positive.

It was the first time I rented with Azores Easy Rent and I was absolutely happy with the service and the rental bikes! I rented the Moto Guzzi V7 rough and my brother rented a scooter. It was an outstanding experience to discover the island by motorbike. The Moto Guzzi is absolutely easy to ride and so much fun. Especially the road up to Caldeiras was a blast! The Team of Azores Easy Rent is absolutely competent and friendly and even brought us the the harbour for free after renting the bikes. I will come back for sure!

Quando chegámos, um carro quase novo, uma pequena pressão para não riscar esta magnífica carroçaria, mas correu tudo bem apesar de algumas estradas que mais pareciam caminhos. Para as faixas principais: não há problema. dirigindo com cuidado, fizemos apenas um micro arranhão, que não foi levado em consideração apesar da nossa franqueza. Uma anfitriã clara e agradável. nenhuma surpresa ruim para nós e, portanto, completamente satisfeito com o serviço.

I did a lot of research beforehand and decided to try out Azores easy rent. Really good service, we rented a motorbike and we had no problems whatsoever, but be very patient for pick-up at the airport and drop-off as they may be busy. We left our deposit in cash and got it back in full as expected. Very lovely way to discover the island by motorcycle, we recommend!

Parece que tiene buenos precios pero te sablan 150 euros por una marquita más pequeña que una moneda de céntimo. Alegan que es para pintar la puerta entera pero lo vuelven a alquilar la semana siguiente y si otro lo roza en la misma puerta, otros 150 euros para pintarla, son unos sacapasta como todos.

Only one problem and notwithstanding my own insistence to walk to there office - a mistake by me. The staff offered to collect me but I insisted ?. It s a pick up place but very highly recommended. When I return I will go back to them.

Hemos alquilado un coche para cinco dias con la opción de seguro máximo. No han puesto ningún problema al entregarlo, solamente deposito lleno. Sitio estupendo y de confianza. Las chicas que te atienden son muy amables, nos recogieron y llevaron desde el alojamiento al lugar donde tienen la oficina. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir con ellos.

Alquilamos la moto por 9 días, una aprilia 125cc. Fue estupendo para dar la vuelta completa a la isla e ir parando cada vez que queríamos en los miradores, spots, y en los parquings sin tener que estar pendiente de buscar sitio. Sin duda para nosotros la mejor manera de viajar y visitar la isla. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay que llevar chubasquero, pues llueve casi cada día. Worst scooter rental Ive ever encountered.(Ive rented scooters in Madeira, Nicaragua, all over SE Asia and Greece) .I was the first scooter renter of 2021 and given a new scooter which fell over once during my two weeks during heavy wind while stationary resulting in extremely minor and hardly noticeable damage and was charged 300 euro! The employee was kind enough to sympathize with my situation and explained to the boss over the phone. However the boss even without looking at any pictures of the damage declined to reduce the costs. Just beware that even very slight minor issues will cost you money. Id encourage you to avoid this rental company. Update: the boss is such a horrible businessman that he actually called me to complain about my one star review

I have rented a car for couple of days and full insurance. I didnt need to pay the deposit. I had a Mitsubishi Colt, in good condition and clean. After the rental period I just haded over the keys and they returned me to the hotel. I would recommend full insurance to avoid any kind of stress.

Qd cheguei ao aeroporto de Ponta Delgada e depois de ter falado com empresa dentro do avião e ter dito que tinha chegado fiquei 20m à espera da viatura e mais 15m para preencher a papelada necessária. No dia do regresso e após ter combinado que a recolha seria feita às 19:30 qd cheguei ao aeroporto nada, tive que ligar e mais uma vez tive q aguardar 20m até que alguem chegasse.. São aspectos a melhorar no atentimento e atenção ao cliente.

We rented a scooter with this company. We paid 27.90 euros including the second helmet, which I think is quite fair compared to other companies. The service was outstanding. We called them short before the were closing and got picked up right at the spot we were at that moment and were brought to this rental station as its not accessible by foot. They told us in advance that for any damage we would do to the scooter they would charge us. 500 euro (taken from the deposit blocked on your credit card) if its a bigger thing. And for scratches between 150 and 250 according to the severity. This is quite a strict policy, but they were honest and fair by telling this in advance. They took pictures of the all the the already existing demages and scratches before starting the rental and compared afterwards. As we didnt add any new ones the process went smooth and they immediately released the blocked 500 euros on the credit card. After the returning the scooter we were brought right into the city center again. That was again a very comfortable service. I read some bad reviews about the rental process and Im happy that our experience was really good.

We did a lot of research upfront as insurance seemed to be a big topic with tons of negative reviews for all car rental companies on the Azores. Azores Easy Rent had the most positive reviews and we always try to support local ones instead of the big guys. It was no mistake. We arrived in the middle of the night and the pick up was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and - despite the late hour - we had a longer chat with the staff and we received advice and recommendations. Super personal touch and it has put us in good mood after a long day of travelling. For peace of mind: pay a bit more and take full insurance cover. Roads on the Azores are - apart from the main ones - super narrow and often very steep (and I am used to drive on remote places). Scratches on the bottom of the car can happen easily. We took full cover and it was absolutely worth it. We recommend Azores Easy Rent especially because of their super friendly staff and fair rental conditions- we will rent again with them once we come back!

Excellent service, reliable company

The car company itself was very flexible. The car was in a good condition when we received it. They allowed me to drive with a fresh driving license (only 7 months old). The booking part was easy, they picked us up at our accomodation and dropped us off at the end at the airport. However, the communication and the response time from their side was very poor. I had to wait days for an answer and I had to call them and ask them to answer to my emails. At the end of our trip they put back the deposit on my credit card but I didnt receive it. They didnt know why and I had to wait 1 month (!!!) to get back my money on my card. I find that very unprofessional.

My flight delayed 3 hours and they wait for me until 2am. I couldn t expect more! Thank you for your great service!

Le prix de cette location est très correcte, la caution est seulement de 300 sans assurance supplémentaire Très bonne communication avec l agence, ils sont rapides et très clairs dans l échange des mails. La navette est également très réactive et rapide Attention au surcoût de 20 si vous rapportez la voiture hors de leur horaire d ouverture (on a eu le tour pour un retour à 7:00) Gros point de vigilance sur le choix de la voiture : nous avons emprunté une polo et ce n était pas adapté a sao miguel. Il n est pas rare de devoir monter des côtes inclinées à 10 degrés et en polo c est en première qu il faut les grimper ! Tout dépend de votre voyage mais nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir choisi une voiture plus puissante.

Had a great experience with Easy Rent. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off back in town at no extra charge. We had an unexpected issue with the car and they gave us a new car no problem. Great customer service and the price was right!

Check in and drop off were easy. A representative was waiting for us at the airport. The brakes were squeaky, however the car got us around the island for a week with no issues.

Azores Easy Rent truly lives up to its name. They are in São Miguel, they have good cars to rent and everything was easy despite the high season. They got us the baby chair we asked and the very, very early car delivery (6AM) with the airport drop off. Highly recommended.

Great place to rent from. And really great to be picked up at the airport, gave us a few moments to gather our thoughts after a long flight. Easy place to get to to return and at a gas station so final fill up is seamless. Their service was attentive (all spoke good English) and the car was very clean!

The rental was very easy and well explained. The car was very fuel efficient, which was nice. I reccomend getting the super insurance, it is all very affordable and definitely gives you that extra peace of mind in case of the worst.

This business is appropriately named. The entire process from start to finish was simple and pain free. The customer service people who I dealt with were kind and caring. I docked this one star because there were some hiccups with the pick up and we had to wait at the airport for quite some time. However, the car itself drove well and was fuel efficient. It was a relief to find a car company that had automatic transmission vehicles available! I also was happy to rent from a local company to support the local economy.

Abbiamo prenotato una opel Zafira da 7 posti. Abbiamo speso circa 400 per 6 giorni compreso di extra per togliere la franchigia. È andato tutto benissimo: lauto non ha avuto nessun problema, il servizio è stato impeccabile e puntuale e il personale molto gentile.

A great and easy car rental experience! We went with Azores Easy Rent after seeing the positive reviews online, and were not disappointed. After making the rental request online, they were quick to get back and confirm details and a pick up time. When our flight arrived earlier than anticipated they were already waiting there to bring us to the car rental facility. I had accidentally booked an extra day online, and there was no issue with changing the amount of the booking to reflect our shorter stay. We received an automatic Mitsubishi Silver Star as our rental, and the car was in great condition and well equipped for the small and windy roads of São Miguel and the city streets of Ponta Delgada. Having a gas discount at the nearby Galp station was also a nice bonus. Checkout was quick and easy. Id definitely go with them again next time were in São Miguel!

Easy rent had very friendly bilingual staff( English and Portuguese). After originally booking a rental with Expedia, them being overbooked, and the. being turned away without a car, my husband and I found this car rental company. They are a small and local business in Ponta Delgada and hiding behind a gas station, are reasonably priced and very friendly. When we return the car they will drop us off at the airport, which saves us from getting a taxi. Overall very pleased with the service.

Absolutely amazing company to do business with. I usually rent motorcycles when I travel and Azores Easy Rent has been the far best firm in my experience. I got a beautiful motorcycle (Moto Guzzi Griso 1200) and when their helmets didnt fit they made sure to get me a new helmet. I spoke to Carla on the phone and met André and Filip in person - everyone was absolutely fantastic and very service minded. I recommend giving them a call first thing if you want to rent a vehicle.

By far the worst rental experience ever. Communication with the company was difficult, I had to write e-mails and call them four times before I could make my booking. First we wanted to rent a car but they were out of them so we went for a scooter. One side of the scooter they provided was full of injuries and the other side of it also had a few ones. The helmets they gave were also slightly injured which gave us the impression that they would not give 100% protection in case of an accident. The scooter also lacked a case in which the helmets would fit in. This meant that we had to carry the helmets with us everywhere. This can be incredibly uncomfortable, especially, if you go for long tracking tours as we did. The company also could not provide a locker for the scooter but at the same time asked us for putting it at some secure place. On our way back to the drop-off we made a little scratch on the left mirror and the brake lever. (The guy from the company said the footrest was also damaged, however, it was already marked as scratched at the time of picking up of the vehicle.) Everything remained fully functional, no parts broke, only small scuffs appeared on cheap plastic and aluminium parts of the scooter. Upon returning the vehicle I acknowledged the injuries and was prepared to pay a compensation for it. Just to illustrate how tiny the scuffs were, I could also easily imagine that they would not charge us at all. In the worst case I expected to be charged for at most 50 euros. Instead, the guy told me that he could charge me up to 200 euros, but since the damage is so small he will let me go with only 150 for which I should be grateful. When I doubted they should charge 200 (or 150) euros for a damage like that and wanted to see the regarding parts of the terms of conditions, the guy shoved me an Excel table written in Portuguese saying that he cannot find an English version of that at the moment but he is willing to translate it for me... Needless to say the paper did not seem like an official document and since it was written in Portuguese it could say anything. After a while I gave up and payed them the 150 euros, which they will most likely never spend on repairing the scooter based on the condition of the scooter upon pick-up when it was already full of scratches and scuffs. The whole process was just scandalous. Even if they were entitled to charge me 150 (or 200) euros for the damage, they should at the very least be able to present an English version of their official terms of services which clearly states this (instead of a plain Excel table written in Portuguese). Secondly, if they do collect such enormous amounts of money for even the smallest injuries then they should provide vehicles in perfect condition and with proper accessories (such as helmets, a case for helmets and lockers). In its current form doing business with this company does not worth the money. I highly discourage everyone from making business with Azores Easy Rent.

I had great experience with this company. We wrote few emails, reserved the car and when we arrived to Ponta Delgada they picked us up in the city (for free), drove us to their location where we did the paperwork. The car was almost new. When we came back they drove us back to the city (again for free). Very happy! :)

I had a great experience Azores easy rent. The service was absolutely in top. We were picked up in the airport and they even made the effort to make sure that we were delivered to the airport 4:30 in the morning. The motorcycle that I rented was brand new and everything was working perfectly. I rented some days a moto guzzi and some day a Aprila CapNord. Both rides were amazing. Prices were also the best that we could find in the Azores. Definitely 5 stars and a warm hug for the warm welcome of André and Fillip

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Our rental car was neat and had a low gas consumption. The renting process was uncomplicated and transparent. The place is conveniently located along the highway through Ponta Delgada, just behind the Galp gas station. One day there was a warning signal on the display - we just dropped by unanounced and they took care of it (turned out to be just the tyre pressure). When we returned the car, the owner even helped us with a problem we had with our accomodation (by translating and putting in a good word for us). We are very grateful for that!! It was too bad their cars were already fully booked for the second period we needed one. The other car rentals turned out to be more expensive and sloppy in terms of paperwork, payment & car inspection. Next time well book earlier.

Very good service. Honest contract . for an extra 20euros they will pick you up at the airport and bring you back on your departure. (Its almost the same price as a taxi, which cost 9euros for one way.)

Didnt return the security deposit with any reason. It was because of a defect on the bumper that appeared with the normal use of the car, not because of the mistreatment of the car by the user. They just took advantage of us, the tourist. Ficaram-nos com a caução sem razão alguma. Por um defeito no pára-choques resultado do uso normal do carro e não por descuidado por parte do utilizador. Aproveitaram-se de forma obvia do turista.
