No porto marítimo de Ponta Delgada, o nosso balcão está localizado na zona de lojas e restaurantes, no piso próximo do nível do mar. Próximo do restaurante Baia dos Anjos balcão MobiDick. Tendo como referência a Igreja de São Pedro, deve atravessar a estrada até ao porto marítimo, descer as escadas existentes e ao seguir em frente encontrará nosso balcão. Para estacionamento, siga pela Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, de oeste (Ponta Delgada) a este (Lagoa / Ribeira Grande), verá a Igreja de São Pedro no seu lado esquerdo, mas deverá virar à direita para o acesso de veículos ao porto marítimo. Siga em frente até à barreira de segurança. Terá autorização de acesso ao parque de de estacionamento exclusivo da Autattlantis Rent a Car.

Top notch! Friendly people and the car was a car. What more could you ask for
Everything perfect. Good service
Unprofessional customer service. They literally cheated us with informations about the gasoline, we paid extra fuel for 100km extra and we did not get it back. We were told that " we will get the refund" it was just to fool us. Portugese people has no maners, shame on you! So bad company, that's sick.
BEWARE! They are real thieves! They invented a scratch in the rental car (it was in the undercarriage of the car, completely impossible to see) for charge us more money. DON’T RENT CARS WITH THESE THIEVES!
Fast, friendly, and nice new cars
This place is the first choice of the luxurious Octant hotel nearby. As a Hertz Gold member, the paperwork process was a lot slower than I'm accustomed to, but I went from walk-in-with-no-reservation to drive-out-in-new-Citroen in about 20 minutes (the car had to be brought from the airport). The car was essentially free (30 euros/day) and, despite its small size and manual transmission, had all of the conveniences Americans love: Apple CarPlay, air conditioning, automatic headlights. No extra charge to return at the airport (friendly folks there too). Bring your passport, or a picture of your passport, in addition to your driver's license.
Everything was fast and uncomplicated. The stuff was very friendly. The cars were not expensive. I am very satisfied
The staff was very friendly and our car was as good as new, no problems at all. I don't know how car rental could get any better and smoother, especially when Autatlantis was one of the cheapest ones we found (our trip was on off-season). I definitely recommend this car rental.
Hatten dort für 1 Tag einen Up gemietet, als wir mit dem Schiff dort waren. Der sauberste Mietwagen aller Zeiten. Abwicklung professionell und problemlos. Es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gute seriöser Autovermieter. Hatten über Sunnycars gebucht. Gab einen BJ 2023 Toyota Aygo oder so, vollkommen ausreichend. Abholung und Rückgabe ohne Probleme. Kaution war nach ca. 7 Tagen auch wieder da.
Prima en eerlijk behandeling gehad. Ondanks een probleem met onze creditcard is alles opgelost en zijn alle afspraken nagekomen. Een fijn huurauto mee gehad waarbij alleen iemand anders schade heeft toegebracht zonder bericht na te laten. Maar dit is allemaal correct afgehandeld. De dames zijn erg vriendelijk en meedenkend

Al ir a entregar el coche, nos han cobrado la fianza por unos desconchones de pintura que claramente no son ningun roce, los tenia de antes, tiene oxido del desgaste. Nos lo han entregado casualmente desde una posición en la que era imposible verlo. Un timo.
They have deceived us to our faces. Check the cars carefully, make a video because they deliver the cars from positions where you cannot see the previous damage that they then want to charge you for. There are many rental companies, I recommend this one at all.

Horrible la entrega de vehículos aquí, nada señalizado Al final te metes en el parking privado del puerto y zona de hostelería, pensando que puede estar ahí como en otros sitios, y nada, te toca salir y pagar el estacionamiento también No sé que les cuesta señalarlo, ya que es imposible ver desde el coche, donde está la oficina No le doy 1* porque la mujer de la oficina era muy amable y la señora de la caseta, que está en la entrada al puerto, que me ayudó y era muy amable.

Uitstekende service, auto wel ruim van te voren gereserveerd en alles is zoals afgesproken gegaan. Bij ophalen niet lang hoeven wachten en bij inleveren geen verrassingen. Wel voor de zekerheid bij ophalen en inleveren foto s van de auto gemaak maar niet nodig gehad.
El trato fue muy correcto y las dos personas que nos atendieron muy majas, sobretodo la chica que nos cogió las llaves al devolver. Alquilamos un coche tipo A, un smart nuevo y cómodo para movernos por la isla. La verdad es que repetiríamos la experiencia sin lugar a dudas!
