UM ROUBO !! Literalmente roubaram-me 70 euros da conta. Passo a explicar: quando levantamos a viatura, reparámos que não estava em condições. Alertámos a funcionária, que por sua vez apontou no contrato os defeitos (jantes desencaixadas e alguns riscos). Apesar destas condições, confiámos no bom senso da equipa, visto que estava tudo aponte. Durante a viagem, saltou um tampão (o que já estava solto), e nós não reparámos. Quando fomos devolver a viatura, a funcionária chegou-se a nós com uma atitude de desprezo e questionou se tínhamos o tampão conosco. Obviamente nem ouvimos o tampão saltar. Tiraram-nos 70 euros da conta, por um tampão que custa 20 e que já estava solto. Por fim, quando solicitamos o livro de reclamações (que já estava cheio) mandaram-me reclamar na Internet. A disponibilidade para resolver problemas é 0. Só se importam com a faturação.

Carlos è super professionale e veloce a rispondere. Il noleggio è nelle vicinanze dellareoporto e verranno a prenderti fuori dagli arrivi. La macchina era perfetta, e anche le altre macchine nel parcheggio erano nuove e molto ben tenute. Se dovessimo tornare a sao miguel prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Juste parfait ! Réservation facile par internet, communication fluide par mail et ensuite par WhatsApp. Les voitures sont en excellent état (la nôtre était neuve) et le personnel est sympathique. Ils sont à 5mn de laéroport, viennent vous chercher et vous y amènent. Un service au top, aucun souci avec le deposit. Une adresse à recommander !

Expérience au top ! Nous avons loué une voiture du 08/07 au 18/07. Cétait juste parfait. La communication est simple et rapide via WhatsApp. La personne qui sest chargée de nous est dune extrême gentillesse et parle même un peu Français. Les démarches sur place seffectuent très rapidement. En 5 minutes, nous étions déjà au volant de notre voiture. Une adresse à recommander chaudement. Fred

Nous avions choisi cette agence suite aux bons avis en termes de communication soit-disant facile, etc.... Sauf quen venant chercher notre voiture, ils avaient annulé la réservation (près de 4 mois avant) sans nous prévenir ni nous envoyer une confirmation (je crois quils cherchent toujours...). Et bien sûr avec 50% de pénalités non récupérables. Par contre, ils étaient OK pour nous relouer une autre voiture plus chère en nous disant quon avait de la chance car fin juillet, il ny a plus aucune voiture disponible. Aucune explication ni excuse, juste un ultimatum: à prendre ou à laisser. Donc non, je ne recommande pas cette agence ni la responsable Ana Barbosa.

Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia, la oficina está fuera del aeropuerto así que nos vinieron a buscar y nos dejaron en shuttle, muy rápido no hemos tenido que esperar. El coche en buen estado, un Toyota Aygo. Al recoger y devolverlo tampoco hubo problemas, todo fue rápido.

Experiencia incrível. Com uma viagem marcada à última hora, liguei num Domingo para ver se conseguia alugar um carro para passar uns dias em São Miguel. O atendimento é tão incrível que às 8h de Segunda-feira (abre as 9h) a equipa já se encontrava à minha espera, para não falar na qualidade-preco incrível. Obrigado por tornarem a minha viagem espetacular. Não troco de empresa.

Everything perfect. We rented a practically brand new Toyota Yaris hybrid. We recommend taking comprehensive insurance to avoid worries. This way, we didnt have to leave a deposit and everything went perfectly. Totally recommended!

Tengo que poner una estrella, ya que a pesar de preavisar con un mes de antelación la cancelacion de nuestro viaje a Azores por un motivo de causa mayor (embarazo de riesgo) la compañía no hace ninguna excepción y se queda con el 50% cobrado por adelantado de la reserva total sin que exista ningún tipo de alternativa. Recomiendo otras compañías en la isla, p. ej. otra empresa que contratamos en Terceira fue totalmente comprensiva y no aplicó ningún cargo.

Finger weg von dieser Firma. Wir haben 3Rent im Mai (!) geschrieben, dass wir unser Auto im September einen Tag früher zurückgeben möchten (Sonntag statt Montag). Die Antwort kann prompt, dass der Vertrag entsprechend angepasst wird . Dem war auch so, wir durften tatsächlich das Auto einen Tag vorher abgeben, mussten aber den nicht mehr benötigten Tag (Montag) dennoch bezahlen. Zuerst meinte die Verkäuferin, ich hätte nicht explizit eine Rückerstattung gewünscht (sehr lustig), dann hat sie sich hinter der AGBs versteckt und zum Schluss hat sie gesagt, ihre Antwort Im Mai sei halt missverständlich geschrieben. Ich habe schon viele Autos gemietet, so schlecht wurde ich noch nie behandelt. Geld wird gerne genommen, Kundendienst, nein danke. Bleibt zu erwähnen, dass 3Rent keinen Schalter am Flughafen hat und man abgeholt und wieder zum Flughafen gebracht werden muss. Und der Funfact zum Schluss: die erste Meldung auf dem Display war, dass das Oel gewechselt werden muss.

Entreprise de location très disponible par WhatsApp, location dune voiture pendant 1 semaine, ils sont top et tout près de laéroport (ils viennent vous y chercher et vous ramène). Ayant un changement de vol, nous avons pu nous arranger pour le retour de la voiture. En somme : super.

Abbiamo prenotato auto ad aprile 22 per agosto 2022, tutto è andato perfettamente! Sia nella consegna della macchina che al suo reso. Nel caso di bisogno si può contattare lazienda 24/24 . I ragazzi del ufficio sono Molto disponibili, cordiali. Avevamo una Toyota automatica, molto comoda e grande . Tutto è andato benissimo . 5 stelle sono poche , se potessi darei di più!

Kind and professional team, the car was perfect at reasonable price (much cheaper than other brand when I rented the car in October), their location isnt in the airport, but you will be given a number where you can whatsapp or call the number once you arrive and they will pick you up and drop you off within minutes as its very close to the airport. There is 10 euro fees for pick up and drop off (it is still much cheaper than taxi or renting from the airport) If you take the full insurance, they wont take deposit from the credit card, I would definitely rent from here when I visit again

Bonne expérience. Au début, difficile davoir des nouvelles de lagence après la réservation. Il faut les contacter par WhatsApp de préférence, ils sont plus rapide.

Comunicação fácil e rápida. Preços competitivos numa época (agosto 2021) em que a maioria das rent-a-car tinham preços desorbitados. Carro novo em excelentes condições. Check-out muito ágil de madrugada, demorou menos de 10 min. Recomendo!

Location impeccable. Une 208 essence très recente et toute propre. Les bureaux sont à 3 minutes de laéroport. Ils sont venus nous chercher à laéroport et nous y ont ramené. Échanges efficaces par mail et SMS. Check in et check out très rapide. Et en plus le personnel est très sympathique. Perfect. Merci beaucoup.

Trap! I was really happy to find a company in Ponta Delgada who proposed a fair price for the car I rented. Everything was good until I returned the car. After 20 secondes of checking, they found 3 new scratches on a rim who were new for them. Hopefully I took videos and pictures of this Rim, but even if they could clearly see that those scratches were already here, they ask 100 for a 3mm scratch (the smallest one who s less visible on the picture). Those guys admit that they didn t saw the two big scratches but that the smallest one was new. They just stole me 100 .

Happy that I have found them. We rent Toyota, nice, powerful and new car. Friendly and helpful staff. Vinicio was very flexible. Thank you for a nice service.

We were skeptical about renting a car in São Miguel, but all was set to ease when I met Andrea. She was welcoming and explained everything in both English and português.
