Fantastic, friendly, caring and honest car rental agency. Patricia was ready to assist in any way possible, including a suggested scenic route for exploring the beautiful island. We hired a scooter for 15 euros per day, similar scooter at another place we asked was 35 euros per day. Even when one of our helmets was stolen we were not charged for it. All in all highly recommended.

Usually, I dont leave reviews on Google, but this is one of the few exceptions because I had such a great experience. I rented a Fiat 500 for a few days, and the price was so cheap that I was initially surprised when I saw it online. Despite the low cost, the car was in great condition. It might not have had the most powerful engine on the island, but it was more than enough to get me around comfortably to explore São Miguel. The car was new, comfortable, and well-equipped. It came with sport details, sport seats, alloy wheels, air conditioning, and even a few fun features like automatic lights and windshield wipers. Plus, it was a hybrid, which was a nice surprise! The owner was very kind and helpful (although her assistant was a bit crazy in a funny way! ). The whole rental process was quick and straightforward. I did run into an issue with the battery one morning the car wouldn t start. I sent them a message on WhatsApp, and they responded right away. A guy came to my location, got the car running, and asked me to bring it back to the rental lot. The entire process from the moment I sent the message to getting a replacement car took only around 30 minutes. They gave me another identical car (the only difference was that the new one was white instead of blue!). I really appreciated their fast and smooth service, which made the whole experience stress-free. That s why I decided to leave this review for anyone planning a trip to São Miguel and unsure where to rent a car. I definitely recommend them, and without a doubt, I ll rent from them again when I return to São Miguel (the island may seem small on a map, but there s so much to see that the few days I had were nowhere near enough! )

AZORESCAR, c est le bon plan pour choper une bécane à Ponta Delgada. Tu déposes 20 , ils te filent une moto sans caution ni prise de tête. Pas de paperasse, pas de questions. C est du direct pour t éclater et explorer l île sans te casser la tête. Si tu veux te balader tranquille et sans chichi, c est le service qu il te faut.

Everything was perfect! The car was new and great to drive. Communication with patricia was good and she tried to find the best car option for us.

We had an excellent experience with this rental company. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We rented a brand-new Yamaha 125cc motorbike with only 200 km on it. The bike was powerful and reliable, effortlessly handling all the uphill routes we explored, even with two people riding. The helmets provided were also brand new so new that we had to cut off the labels ourselves! We wouldn t hesitate to rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Gran método para moverte por la Isla aparcamiento, movilidad, económico a alquilar, económico combustible en comparación con un automóvil, etc la atención de la chica, súper amable y simpática, además, sabe de lo que habla referente a la información sobre la motocicleta. Sin duda, la mejor experiencia en actividades en la Isla. 1000kms en 6 días y su gasto de combustible no ha llegado a 30 . 4 depósitos de 5litros(7,87 cada depósito) incluido el de dejar lleno en lugar de entrega.

I had such an easy time renting a car for two days! Renting via online is simple and easy. Just make sure to accept cookies before browsing. After we received the car, my partner and I were able to drive around to Sete Cidades, furnas, and mosteiros to name a few places. Unfortunately, when I returned the vehicle back some minor damage was visible on the front bumper. Patricia and her boss were considerate and understanding about the damage. I thank them for giving my parter and I that kindness. When we come back to the azores we will definitely rent a car from this place amazing service 10/10 stars

Esperienza da dieci e lode. Ho noleggiato per quattro giorni uno Yamaha 300. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, lei sempre sorridente e disponibile, il prezzo è stato molto contenuto e soprattutto lo scooter era nuovo (con 34 km). La riconsegna avvenuta in maniera rapidissima e senza nessun problema inoltre la proprietaria mi ha anche chiamato un taxi per tornare in aeroporto, dopo averle chiesto un consiglio su come poter tornare (se con i mezzi pubblici o meno). Consiglio a chiunque di affidarsi a loro.

No disponen de sitio físico con lo que se realiza todos los trámites online y es bastante lío. La moto que nos dieron tenía una caída, la moto funcionaba perfectamente. Si te sale días buenos ir con la moto es una experiencia única ya que te permite ver mejor los paisajes así que lo recomiendo.

Rented a car for three days. Walked in because the stand was next to the hostel i was at, and i m very happy i did! Patricia is an amazing host, thoughtful and professional. I rented a car, but on the day of pickup, the car wasn t available, so instead i got an upgrade (from my experience, stands usually downgrade, which sucks) So that was a definite plus, and i got to go all over the place with a much higher end car! Super well kept and clean, comfy driving. Can t stress enough the overall kindness of the team, and Patricia of course. 5 star service. Friendly and attentive. I rented an Xmax and they recommended a modular helmet, although I prefer a full face helmet. Riding halfway through the city with an open face helmet and a different smell on each street, from the sea breeze, to the smell of food and the smell of flowers. ME HA ENCANTADO! De todos los sitios para alquilar una moto en Ponta Delgada, sin lugar a dudas, este es el mejor!! Fui hace unas semanas junto con mi pareja, nos atendió Patricia, que fué un verdadero encanto, nos explicó muy detalladamente el funcionamiento del equipo ya que no estamos muy acostumbrados a usar una moto. Lo agradecí muchísimo!! Los precios son muy económicos (30 euros cada día) y en comparación con el resto de locales de la isla, este es el mejor. Además, el vehiculo estaba practicamente nuevo! Alquilamos algunos días coche ya que el tiempo en la isla cambia cuando menos te lo esperas, pero recomiendo no saltarse la parte de recorrerse la isla y sus carreteras en moto. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir tanto por la compañía y el local como por los paisajes maravillosos que descubres.

Quick and easy walked by a scooter gave it a thought and a second later I was on one for the day! It was very good on gas had no problem getting around the island in some ways I preferred it. Will certainly go back if we visit again.

Scam!! Scam! They changed their name (not the first time), but they are the same scammers. I rented a motorcycle back in August 2022 and NEVER got my deposit (800euros!) back. They lied and lied saying they had sent it and my bank was blocking it There were many of us scammed that Summer. They stopped answering my emails and changed their name. The Police there did nothing. This is a complete scam. There is a facebook group that details everything called Ripped off by Azormotors (their name back then ) No alquiléis en este sitio que son unos estafadores!!!

Alguei uma moto, quando fui buscar já só tinham uma Piaggio, ele problema nenhum. Estavam com problemas informáticos então demorei um pouco a assinar a papelada para levantar a mota. Entretanto receberam uma Yamaha Nmax e prontamente se ofereceram a fazer a troca pela Piaggio. Foram 3 dias com a mota, deu para explorar a ilha de uma forma espetacular. Quando voltar á ilha de certeza que é o meu sitio de eleição para voltar a alugar..

They have two Google maps entries, both lead to the same scam company: Complete Scam. Do not rent from here. We rented from this place in August 2022. We put a 400 deposit down. When we returned we got a document saying we would get it back. Even through Email contact we were promised the deposit back. Then: no contact. Even through a lawyer no contact. If we wanted to go to court we would have to be present for the court dates in Portugal/Azores. That would be too much for me. I advise everyone to rent from someone that is more trustworthy. Sad. To reply to the owner: I have countless proof that tell that you wanted to give the full deposit back and then later on block all contact through me and my lawyer. If you want to get in contact give me a email adress where we can resolve this.

Egal wie häufig sie probieren meine Rezension zu löschen!! Haben im August 2022 ein Motorrad für ein paar Tage ausgeliehen. Kaution von 400 Euro haben wir trotz tadellosen Zustand und vollen Tank BIS HEUTE nicht bekommen!! Betrüger! Bloß kein Auto ausleihen, dann wärt ihr noch 800 los! WICHTIG: sparkasse gleicht den Betrag für uns bisher aus und kümmert sich um das Eintreiben... meldet euch bei eurer Bank
