Very serious and friendly rental agency. Thanks to the lady who made the effort to speak to us in French. We were able to drop off the car a C3 at the airport in the middle of the night for a fee. Excess of €200 returned a few days after dropping off the vehicle because we had to wait for the electronic toll to be calculated. I recommend 100% and if we return to Lisbon I will rent from them.
One of the best in Portugal and Lisbon Great service: very easy to meet, papers were ready in advance, no extra-costs and “surprises”. Very easy check-out process. Strongly recommend ‘vsem turistam’ ;)
Decent price and no credit card needed. All defects were noted when receiving the car so given there were no new scratches when returning it, the process was seamless. We requested the pickup and drop-off to take place at the airport for an extra fee as a convenient places for us so we can get as much as possible from our stay in Portugal. Had unlimited mileage so we explored most of the country's ocean shores, mountains and cities. Would use again, i can recommend with confidence

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I had the feeling that it was a great choice when they recommended the company, be careful with appearances! This company keeps the customer's deposit in case of an accident, or in case of a minor dent in the car, but be careful, regardless of who is responsible, they find a way to justify it and keep the amount of 150 euros. It is only 150, but it is a dishonest and easy way to make money. In short, for them, it is good that there is a small incident so that they do not return the deposit. This already justifies why they do not ask for a credit card or why they "make it easy" for the customer. I was careful to take the friendly statement to the dealership and the employee who attended to me claimed that it was not my fault and that the deposit amount would be returned after an expert's assessment, and he also added that since it was not a serious accident (it would be a small paint job) the amount would not be more than 70 euros. So why did they not return the rest of the amount to the customer? There was no contact or justification from the stand to report how the process was going. What I understood is that because the individual lives abroad (in some cases) and it is a “symbolic” amount, some customers end up not claiming this amount and so the stand also does not bother to give the customer any justification for the return of the deposit. Incompetence and lack of commitment. I called the stand countless times, always asking to speak to the person in charge and no one was willing to help. When I asked for the contract number to send a written complaint, the person in charge appeared and said that I had been held responsible for an accident that the other person had always assumed the blame for. Lack of clarity and dishonesty. In the event of an accident, I suggest that you call the police, that way everything will be within the law and you will be able to claim your money if you are not the person responsible for the accident.

Atenção: escrevo isto como um dever e serviço público. Pela sua segurança e pela sua vida e da sua família, NÃO RECOMENDO! Alugaram-me uma viatura com o pneu furado e com espuma anti-furo. Fui para o interior do país, apanhei montanhas e inclinações íngremes, o que pôs a minha vida e da minha família, inclusive uma criança de 1 ano, em risco o tempo todo. No regresso à cidade, pela minha sorte, ao estacionar o pneu começou a deitar espumas e a perder o ar. Estava do outro lado do rio, liguei para Sixstar, não havia reboque, sobressalente, nem uma solução. Tive que apanhar o Uber para voltar para o hotel com a família. No outro dia, dia por volta do meio dia, não havia uma solução, nem queriam disponibilizar outro veículo, com desculpas de que iam avaliar a situação. Tive que apanhar o Uber de novo para voltar e fazer brigas para me disponibilizarem um outro veículo. Por fim, acusaram-me de furar o pneu de forma não intencional e cobraram-me 60 . A minha vida e da minha família não tem preço! Fiquem a saber que estão a lidar com a empresa que não quer saber da sua segurança e vida, que quer alugar-lhe uma bomba-relógio para no final cobrar-lhe os estragos causados pala explosão. P.S: Tenho fotos, videos e testemunhas que sustentam o meu comentário.

Combinada hora 10:00 para proceder ao meu pedido de aluguer viatura junto à Vodafone, aeroporto Lisboa, ninguém atendeu chamadas, incluído o número da sede que, online tem indicação de que hoje está aberta e ninguém apareceu até às 10:30 = serviço da treta!
