I took the car to get the brake light fixed and they ruined the paintwork when they tried to open the brake light from the outside. They promised to paint over the scratches and it ended up worse than it already was.

We agreed on a price that I initially thought was high, 81 euros to replace a quality parallel light lever and the squirt motor, after the work was done they charged me VAT on top of the agreed price, in the end I paid 101 euros for these two items, I thought it was very expensive and I was disappointed that they added VAT to the agreed price.
