Very nice experience with Peugeot j9. Old fashioned vehicle, at same time easy to use and gifted with everything you need for a road trip. I recommend the trip with Blue classics vehicle.
We had a wonderful and unique experience with the Peugeot J9. Compact and vintage. We loved camping with this orange box of love on our honeymoon. Amazing way to explore Algarve’s breathtaking views. I would totally recommend Blueclassics. Hope to return and try some other campervans in the future.

Awesome experience. We rented the red VW T3, which we called “Tiger 3”. The car was in perfect condition without any troubles. I can recommend Blue Classic for everyone.
Ok! So this was one of our best Travel experiences ever. Taking this retro-van up the Portuguese coast looking for surf spots (not hard to find by the way) and enjoying the food and friendly people was just amazing. Our “host” Fernando is the most likable guy and his friendly approach and mindful guidance made our vacation even better.
We had a wonderful time with the cappuccino camper. She was an oldy and you should treat her like that, but she is definitely a classic. Beautifully restyled, comfortable with a hot shower, great bed, large fridge and plenty of space. She is large and heavy and this should be taken into account when driving the hills or dirt roads, which can be a challenge. We traveled for a month in this camper and the blue classics team assisted us well when needed after the clutch broke down. It was fixed quickly and our alternative stay for one day was covered by blue classics. Fernando and his team were available when we needed help or had a question. We definitely recommend blue classics if you want an authentic, vintage experience with comfort and don’t mind slowing down. We don’t recommend if you want fast, rough and wild.
This was such an amazing experience through and through! Fernando and Katty are amazing people, I spoke with both of them through this process and they answered every question and made sure everything ran smoothly. They are both very professional and you can tell they have a passion for every car and van they rent. They also gave us a tour of the other cars and vans and we really enjoyed that! They have so many amazing classic cars and really a selection for everyone. Ours was for our wedding and it was a memory to remember forever thank you guys so much:)

I recently had the time of my life, being totally taken into the world of classic cars with Blue Classics. And may I say, it was an experience that has left me fascinated to no end. From the moment I stepped into their garage, I was enveloped in a different era. An ambiance that are really palpable and touchable. It's very hard to express.It is such that when you walk in and around, it almost feels as though for each car, you are stepping back in time; they have their own history. What truly sets Blue Classics apart, however, is the beyond excellent service. Fernando, the owner, and his team are like the quintessence of hospitality. I had the delight of trying out two of their treasures – the Austin Gipsy and the VW T3 Campervan. Both vehicles drove wonderfully. So much so that I did enjoy and relish the driving experience in these two great cars. Scenic landscapes you don't get every day, with a car holding that much history and character. For anyone looking for an exceptional experience while in the Algarve, I wholeheartedly recommend Blue Classics. Ho affittato da Blue Classics un piccolo van vintage e confortevole per 12 giorni. Ho viaggiato con il mio ragazzo lungo la costa ovest del Portogallo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il veicolo nonostante gli anni era perfettamente funzionante e dotato di ogni attrezzatura per fare un buon road trip
Une excellente équipe. Professionnalisme, sourires, gentillesses, amabilités étaient au rendez-vous. Changement dun roulement sur un camping car, vidange + filtre, plus réglage tension de la courroie daccessoires. Appel à J-1, réparation le lendemain. Rien à redire pour ce garage composé de personnes passionnées par leur métier avec une volonté affirmée de rendre service. Je recommande vivement ce garage, équipe et patron au top.

Nous avons passé des moments formidables à visiter la région de l Algarve en camping-car. Nous avons loué la VW t3 bleue vintage chez Blue Classics et avons ressenti la liberté de voyager en Van le long de la côte. Le van a été parfaitement restauré de lintérieur/extérieur avec tout le confort nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger, et dormir. Merci à Fernando pour l accueil et sympathie. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour louer à nouveau un campervan et sillonner les routes de la côte.

Blue Classics Lomax 223 - eine unglaublich tolle Erfahrung - für Liebhaber von Classic Cars und Leuten, die schon immer davon geträumt haben, einmal einen Oldtimer oder Youngtimer fahren zu dürfen. Wir hatten das große Glück und einen riesen Spaß einen Lomax Threewheeler bei Blue Classics zu mieten und mit ihm/ihr? für einen Tag über die Küsten- und Bergstraßen zwischen Portimao und Burgau zu cruisen. Die Ursprünglichkeit einer Ente (Citroën 2CV) im Kleid eines zweisitzigen, offenen Oldtimers ist eine Faszination schon an sich. Aber die Klangkulisse beim Hochdrehen und Schalten ist einfach nur göttlich. Wer wirklich sich einen unvergesslichen Tag bereiten möchte, sollte diese Chance, die Sonne und den Wind sich mit Stil und einem niemals endenden Grinsen um die Nase wehen zu lassen, unbedingt in Betracht ziehen. Ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung bei Google abgegeben, aber ich muss einfach ein riesen Dankeschön an die unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Blue Classics Crew, Fernando, Bohdan und die Mechaniker richten, dass sie so etwas möglich machen! Driving a Lomax 223 three wheeler is an absolutely fascinating experience. Blue Classics in Portimao makes it possible! We had the chance to drive it alongside the coast between Portimao and Burgau and on the small mountain roads for one day. The very basic feeling of driving with the touch of the sun and wind is what youll get and never forget. .... and the sound of this 2 cylinder boxer engine - absolutely fabulous. Many thanks to the Blue Classics team, Fernando, Bohdan and the mechanics for making this day unforgettable.

We rented a yellow Citroën Buggy for the weekend, and it was an incredible experience! The buggy was in excellent condition and perfect for our sunny beach getaway. The whole process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Blue Classics to anyone looking for a fun and unique rental experience!

Amazing experience, we rented and drove the Fiat 600. Its a beautiful gem, easy to drive and keeps the old classic cars mechanic. Perfect if you want to jump back in time for a moment. The staff are very pleasant, available and helpful, should you have any doubt. We highly recommend !

I had the experience of my life renting a campervan from Blue Classics and driving around the beautiful Algarve. Fernando was the best, very responsive from the start and always available to answer my questions as it was my first time driving/living in a campervan. Nos encontramos esta empresa de alquiler de vehículos clasicos, y es de los mejores recuerdos que nos llevamos de Portimao. Alquilamos la lambretta 125cc a muy buen precio, una joya a la que todo el mundo quería mirar. Preferimos alquilar un vehículo clásico antes que la típica scooter, asi que nos decidimos por ir a visitarlos. La oficina-taller es precioso, lleno de vehículos historicos restaurados. Fernando, el dueño, nos trató de maravilla, nos enseñó el taller, los vehículos.. todo de una forma súper amable y muy entusiasmado, se nota que le gusta su trabajo. Tienen bastante vehículos para alquilar, motos, coches, buggys, furgonetas, autocaravanas (todo ellos classic) En resumen, es la mejor opción para darte una vuelta por Portimao, visitar el Algarve o incluso ir de acampada con sus vehiculos. Sin duda si vuelvo a ir, los visitaré y probaré otro maravilloso vehículo. Muy recomendables.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo noleggiato il motorhome Le Voyageur, citroen C25 per una settimana. È stata la nostra primissima esperienza di vacanza itinerante ed è stata una bella avventura! Fernando è stato molto disponibile fin dall inizio e durante tutto il corso della nostra vacanza, aiutandoci nel momento del bisogno e venendo incontro alle nostre richieste. Il motorhome è comodissimo, pulito e spazioso, abbiamo avuto qualche problemino dovuto principalmente alla nostra inesperienza ma è davvero molto funzionale, e con qualche piccolo accorgimento lo potrebbe essere anche di più. Alla guida ci ha pensato il mio ragazzo, in pochi giorni ha preso la mano con il cambio al volante e la mancanza di servosterzo, la velocità di crociera non è elevatissima ma è utile per ammirare il panorama. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con la meccanica. Questo motorhome ci ha permesso di vivere una vacanza magnifica, di scoprire posti dalla bellezza incredibile e di immergerci nella natura dell Algarve. Super consigliato!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec ce camping-car, il est très grand et spacieux. Il faut juste sy habituer un peu au début mais ensuite cest très facile à conduire. Fernando était super serviable et a été très gentil de nous aider tout de suite ce soir-là quand nous avons eu ce problème avec le camper. Certainement une excellente expérience que je peux recommander à tout le monde!

We regularly visit the Algarve, or we did for many years up until around 2017, which was the last time we previously went. Neither of us could remember why we stopped going (ok Covid didn t help) so resolved this year to revisit some of our favourite places and the old formula a road trip! We love driving in the Algarve as we like exploring different beaches, inland villages, vineyards, and out-of-town restaurants. The roads are also very good (mostly) with little traffic and great scenery sailing by. But not in a boring old hire car. Not this time! The Citroen Mehari: love-child of the 2cv and a beach buggy. Difficult to drive at first because it is old and basic but that soon becomes its charm. You do feel very alien to start with. The pedals I found particularly high but you get used to this and you are soon bombing around the locale in the manner it was intended (Think Floyd on France, if you know that reference). Be careful going into your first large roundabout at any speed though. Do not approach roundabouts at speeds you are used to in a normal car. Not that I was worried at all but it does corner like a dinghy and this can be a little unnerving when you re not used to it - especially for the passengers. Legend has it that these cars will actually corner on their door handles and virtually impossible to tip over, due to that famous Citroen suspension, but I did not want to be the one to test that.. The passengers have grab rails and should absolutely make use of them. We discovered that the famous suspension also soaks up all those ridiculous speed bumps across the Algarve. Going over a speed bump in this thing made us smile so much each time, we actually found ourselves speeding up. It was like riding over a pillow. Our best experiences in this little yellow car: First evening we drove to Loule for sunset dinner on the rooftop of Cafezique, which was lovely. Parking was a little difficult because this town is buzzing with nightlife and everyone was out but Algarve is a totally safe place to leave your car with the roof down. Next day, we drove into Sao Bras do Alportel, a pretty little village near where we were staying, for an excellent light lunch at Cafe da Barreira. And later dropped in on some other nearby friends to surprise them before heading out to one of our favourite restaurants anywhere, Pizzeria Casavostra. What we love about this restaurant - apart from the truffle pizza and hamburghinis - is the ambiance. It is never expensive but you could be fooled by all the flashy cars in the car park. We totally stole the show this time squeezing the little Mehari in among them (little tip: have a sweater or a jacket for late evening drives home even in the summer) Next day, we drove about an hour east from Sao Bras to a beach restaurant called Pezinhos n Areia in Castro Marim, near the Spanish border, to meet some friends for Sunday lunch. The drive there - avoiding the motorway of course - was beautifully scenic and full of long sweeping bends. The car only has a tiny old 2-cylinder engine but, because the body is plastic, it weighs next to nothing and can keep up with the traffic without any problem. It would easily hit 80K which turned out to be a comfortable cruising speed and more than sufficient if you are staying off the motorway. We came back along the old east-west road, the N125, via Tavira and Moncarapacho, into the setting sun on a very warm Algarvian evening. We have always felt something magical driving through this region during dusk, the dying light catching the hills to your right and the sea to your left. We are normally doing this in a modern car but, to experience it more slowly in an open-top classic car, feeling the warmth of the evening and actually smelling the scenery the roadside barbecues, the scented scrub along the sand dunes - really filled the senses and will be something that sticks with us forever.

Super expérience avec la location de la Méhari pour se balader dans les alentours de Portimao. Beaucoup plus atypique quune location de scooter traditionnel... On ne passe pas inaperçu !! La location sest super bien passée . Personnel très agréable et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement
