Just in case. Return clear and easy. We took out our own CDW policy from the uk for £18 for the week just to be safe. Car meticulously inspected on return. Would use again no problem. A perfect hire. Returned the car today. We had received an upgrade in the form of an automatic instead of a manual car. When I returned the car, it turned out that I had left my credit card and boating license behind. They called me 4 times while I was in the pool. They were concerned that I was already on the plane. When we contacted them, they sent someone to bring the documents. Very honest service!! I was happy and that's why I gave it 5 stars!!

We booked through Expedia, due to an error in the documents (digital license) we were unable to obtain the car that we had already paid for. In addition to this, they did not give us any other alternative, nor did they give us to change the name of the reservation for my partner since the three documents had to be from the same person (something that does not happen in other car rental companies). I am certain that other companies would have given you solutions or a fix to be able to take away the car that WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. When we arrived, the clerk's manners were horrible, which made us get off to a bad start. I recommend that you look for another car rental company that is more decisive and has less abusive “terms and conditions.”
