YNOT Rent a Car em Portimão

I see that my credit card has still been charged after 2 months. But it doesn't say why? Where is this bill from? Fine? Emailed company but got no response. Rental went well, but I find this strange.

The worst car rental company in history. After making the reservation 15 days in advance, I arrived at the airport and at the rental office they told me that there is no one from this company and that they do not have any cars available. After 40 minutes calling different phone numbers, I get a very rude lady to answer the phone. She tells me that she will find out what is happening and that she will call me back. 9 hours later I have not heard from him again. Tremendous AWESOME. I will never rent with them again in my life, you cannot treat the customer that badly.
