disaster Nobody there Wrong information about 125cc motorcycles on the phone

Ok men en deposition på 250 euro känns fel när man ska hyra. Ex cykel 1 vecka är 105 euro + deposition.

125cc scooter gehuurd ondanks dat ik geen creditcard had. Ze vertrouwde erop dat ik niet de A22 (tolweg) op reed. Verkoopster was vriendelijk en legde alles goed uit. Verschillende routes meegekregen welke we konden rijden en wat wij ook gedaan hebben. Na meer dan 500 km zonder problemen gereden te hebben scooter teruggebracht en netjes de 250,- borg teruggekregen. Al met al heb ik een goede service en waar voor mijn geld gekregen.

Capacetes grátis, 2 rotas e compensação quando o carregamento USB não funcionou. Carlos e colega são muito amigáveis. O cachorro do dono te olha com raiva quando você entra... ;) Pessoalmente, considero muito movimentada a faixa costeira sul entre o litoral e a estrada N/A, incluindo Portimão. O interior, por outro lado, é muito (!) tranquilo com poucos vilarejos, mas com uma natureza linda. Resumidamente; As scooters foram uma boa mudança para nós durante as nossas férias em Portugal. No alquiles ninguna moto aquí. Son unas estafadoras. Sobre todo la jefa. Mi novio y yo tuvimos una caída parados en la moto y solo tenía un pequeño rasguño en el manillar, nada más. Fuimos allí pudiendo mentir perfectamente porque no se notaba ningún rasguño y por ser sinceros, se aprovecharon de nosotros y nos cobraron de la fianza que tuvimos que dejar al principio de 250 , nos estafaron 190 euros !!!! Al ser guirispues nos vieron cara de tontos. Son unas aprovechadas

Wir haben einen 110 ccm Roller gemietet. Nettes Personal. Das mieten war unkompliziert. Der Besitzer macht Bilder vom Roller bevor man ihn bekommt, damit es danach keine Probleme gibt. Wir haben die 250 Kaution ohne Probleme wieder zurück erhalten.

SCAMMERS! At first it seems like a great deal. But if there is even the slightest scratch in the plastic, they will charge you 350 for new parts which they never buy. All the other scooters are very beat up so they never repair anything. When you try to argue with them they suddenly dont understand you anymore. Dont go to this shop!!!

Wir wollten sehr spontan einen Roller ausleihen. Daher sind wir dort hin gelaufen und haben direkt einen wunderbaren Roller bekommen. Der nette Junge hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Sei es Fragen zum Vertrag, als auch Fragen zur Funktionsweise des Rollers. 65 Euro für drei Tage ist ein sehr fairer Preis. Ich kann es total empfehlen, einen Roller bei Scooters and Bikes to rent in Portimao auszuleihen, denn dadurch kann man wunderbare Strände erkunden, die man sonst nicht ansatzweise gesehen hätte. Zusätzlich hat man nie das Problem einen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen.

Wir haben hier vier Roller für drei Tage gemietet. Der Preis und die Tankregelung sind sehr fair und der Support war top. Mit zwei der Roller hatten wir Probleme doch wir haben direkt Ersatz bekommen. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen:))

Der Scooter (125er) war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einweisung durch den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter war absolut top! Er hat uns sogar noch einige Tips zur Sicherheit und Sightseeing gegeben. Wenn weitere Kunden vor einem dran sind, sollte man sich jedoch auf eine gewisse Wartezeit einstellen. Der Preis für diesen Service, einen guten Scooter inkl. einfacher, aber neuwertiger Helme ist fair. Beste Scooter-Vermietung, die ich genutzt habe bisher!

Very polite staff that explained everything very well. We rented a 50cc bike for one day and it is very fair for its price (35 EUR). He also gave good recommendations for spots to visit and was very helpful. Great way to explore the coast.

Attention A Eviter et ce pour plusieurs raisons. 1 Personnel incompétent 2 Matériel défectueux. Pensant avoir à faire à des louers scrupuleux j ai réservé et payer à l avance un scooter pour une semaine. Mais après 100m de conduite je me suis aperçu que le frein arrière ne fonctionnait pas et que la direction était incertaine sans parler du réservoir vide et du plein d huile à refaire. J ai donc voulu me faire rembourser ce qui m à été refusé. Même l assurance n à pas été remboursée. De plus j ai dû ramer pour récupérer les 150 Euros de caution. En conclusion si vous voulez passer un bon séjour et louer du matériel de qualité ce n est pas le bon endroit. Je vous laisse juger de la qualité morale des interlocuteurs.

I dont think anybody has been in the scooter rental business longer than this owner! And her colleagues are nice, and helpful with all of the local hot spots. I rented for a 3 month period, switched out multiple 125cc scooters, and each one was in near perfect condition. By the far the best way to get around in Portimao - when Im back, Ill be back here! Highly recommend + they have the best road bicycles in the area if youre looking for one of those :) Thank you!

Alquilamos una moto de 50 rápido y a buen precio. Lo que no me ha gustado es que han tomado nota de todos los datos de mi tarjeta bancaria (incluido el CCV) con el motivo de que hay gente que cruza la frontera y les cobran el peaje a la empresa, para así cobrárselo después al cliente. No me parece la forma más adecuada. Por el resto, sin problema: trato amable y profesional.

Nunca mais! Atendimento péssimo! Motas sem segurança nenhuma! Uma sem travoes atras Uma sem gasolina (tivemos que empurrar a moto ate as bombas) Uma sem óleo. Sem falar da falta de profissionalismo da senhora que trabalha na loja, todos os dois 2 min deixava de ocupar dos nossos contratos para poder atender o telefone. Aconselho fortemente a alugarem motos noutro sitio. E para a mulher que trabalha na loja Aconselho a dedicar se á pesca porque para alugar motos nao tem jeito nenhum!

En plus de lacceuille glaciale par le monsieur, au moment de conclure la location on nous a demandé de laisser notre carte de crédit en plus de la caution de 250 euro. Devant notre refus la vieille dame sest énervée contre ma copine et moi. Limite en nous obligeant avec un ton très agressif. Jamais vu ça nul part attention !

6 mountainbikes gehuurd: 1 keer ketting kapot, 2 platte banden. Deze fietsen mochten blijkbaar niet gebruikt worden offroad. Prijs plus de te vergoeden kapotte onderdelen viel al bij al mee.

Wir haben vier Fahrräder ausgeliehen, die super waren. Die Gegend kann man super mit Fahrrädern besuchen und es ist wirklich schön! Wer ein zuverlässiges Fahrradverleih sucht, ist hier richtig.

Une honte !!! État lamentable des vélos, pas de dispo dans les tailles reservées, batteries chargées à moitié, des casques HS et sales, porte close à notre arrivée horaires indiqués non respectés et location journée démarrée quau retour du responsable à 12h00. Après un palabre interminable avec son patron en vacances aux USA le responsable nous accorde une remise de... 5 /vélo . A éviter !

Je ne recommande en aucun cas!!! RDV pris pour récupérer 4 vélos électriques à partir de 9h30...arrivée a 10h et personne sur place, porte fermée avec un message stipulant un retour à 12h... Retour à 12h pour récupérer les vélos réservés depuis 3 mois...batteries non chargées, vélos défectueux, casques sentant la transpiration, personnel désagréable.....bref.... Bien dommage pour une première expérience qui aurait pu en faire suivre dautres......ce ne sera clairement pas le cas!

Zeer vriendelijk en we werden goed geholpen. We hebben 3 dagen de fiets gehuurd en op dag 2 hadden we pech met een fiets. We hebben gebeld en binnen een uur was ze er en heeft de fiets omgeruild. Op dag 3 hebben we de fietsen weer ingeleverd en hebben we nog een lift gekregen van haar. Top!

I wouldnt recommend for bike rental. Bikes are not in a good state, a pedal just fell of the bike and we had to waite significant amount of time for a replacement. For the same price, I had a much better bike elsewhere

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kurzfristige Miete zweier Roller war kein Problem. Einer davon war quasi brandneu (26km). Es gab noch einen schönen Tourentip mit sehr gutem Lokal dazu ( Luar de Foia bei Monchique). Die Tour selbst ging über leerste Bergsträßchen und war ziemlich cool. Preis für einen Tag ist noch ok. Rückgabe problemlos.

Simpatia e dever cívico não é com esta casa!

I asked if it was possible to inflate a tire but it was said due to Covid equipments werent lended. I questioned if the attendend couldnt do it herself, Covid risk free, but got no reply. Unprofessional staff, rude, unfriendly and with no empathy towards others at all. In a world of war and dictators, there is no room left for this kind of business who treat customers as garbage.

I emailed and called Carmella from the UK to reserve a 50cc scooter for 3 days to use as transport for the Algarve MotoGP. The whole process from collection to return was very smooth. The scooter was supplied with nearly a full tank of fuel and I returned it refilled. The scooter ran flawlessly. Joe at the shop spoke perfect English for the bike pick up. Larger cc scooters and motorbikes are available if required together with e-bikes and pedal cycles. Recommended and I would use again.

Haben den Roller für 6 Tage gemietet. Der Roller wurde uns gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis vor das Hotel geliefert. Preis Leistung Top! Neu und in guter Verfassung. Wurden gut über den Roller aufgeklärt, 2 Helme ohne Aufpreis. Rückgabe ohne Probleme, sehr freundliches Personal.

Bromfiets gehuurd voor 3 dagen, viel soms uit en startte lastig. Helm was te groot kwam ik achter reed ik terug waarop ik een te kleine helm er voor in de plaats kreeg. Van XL naar M. Er was geen L beschikbaar waardoor ik geen helm kon dragen die mij echt beschermde. Nadat je hebt betaald is personeel stuk minder vriendelijk dan daarvoor. Je hebt in de buurt anderen waar je ook kan huren, ik ken ze niet maar ik zou het toch daar proberen ipv bij dit zaakje..

Very easy service only took me 30 mins to be on the road and exploring with my girlfriend on the back it is a great way to explore the local area and at a reasonable price of only 86 for 3 days. Really recommend.

Very disappointed with the guy who served me. I was very excited this morning about getting a scooter for the day but the front desk clerk barely looked at me with his sunglasses on when I showed up. I asked him questions but he answered with a barely audible voice. I ended up not renting anything because of the poor service. I had heard good comments about this place. I guess I just wasn t lucky.

Such a wonderful and helpful shop. Carmelia was so kind and helpful when we hired a scooter. I can only say good things about all. We even arranged our airport transfer which was a fair price, arrived early and was clean and spacious. we could ask for no more. We rented a scooter in August 2022 for few days: communication was smooth and we were able to to book in advance with clear conditions (only small deposit was required). We decided to extend on the last day of rental and was no problem. Carmelia was very helpful and professional. They also offer airport transfers. Recommended if you re in Praia da Rocha.

Friendly staff, they might look like they dont care. But just have a friendly chat and then you will notice they are nice people. Greet the doggo if you are there :) Good advise of where to go (instagram / johny, ask for more information!!!) No problem with the scooter rent, some alarm sensors where blinking but its okay, thats a scooter rental. (They dont charge you for it) They were not picky about any possible damages.(the scooter already had some normal user damages) We will rent again in the future. (125cc scooter)

Sehr guter Service. Man konnte ohne Probleme vor Ort einen Roller mieten und auch die Mietdauer verlängern. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Der Roller war in einem Top Zustand und ist gut gefahren. Das Personal inkl Hund sind sehr freundlich. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder einen Roller mieten.

A really really nice shop to rent some scooter, bikes, and so on... From the beginning until the end we got a very kindly service. We extend the time for rent the scooter 3 times, so that we got the direct contact to one of there worker - Joao -. It was very easy to do that without any problems. He is working there and could us help all the time. Next time, we will go to the shop and rent again. Recommendation goes out!

João did a fantastic job (5 Stars) when he handed over the motorbike to us which was in a ok condition (4 Stars). We were a bit disappointed when we had to pay an additional Euro 20.- for the broken license plate which was already partly broken at the beginning of the rent (1 Star).

40 Euro betaald voor 1 dag (24h.) huur van Carbon racefiets, als je dan bij inleveren vertelt dat het schakelen slecht werkt en je daar teleurgesteld over bent halen ze de schouders op. Wat mij betreft te veel betaald voor een niet goed afgestelde fiets.

Wir haben Scooter gemietet, der in user Hotel geliefert wurde. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist OK. Wir haben alles schnell erledigt und waren zufrieden. Helme sind im Preis inbegriffen. Wir empfehlen Scooters & Bikes weiter.

Les casques fournit avec ce scooter sont tout simplement des casques de vélo (aucune protection, les oreilles sont à l air libre) le personnel nous demande de payer un extra pour avoir des casques « normaux » et payer un extra pour le top-case... ce n est pas normal surtout pour les caques!! La sécurité ici n est pas respecté. Sinon pour la caution, le paiement il n y a eu aucun problème. Scooter en bonne état mais un peu sale. Ensuite pour conduire seulement en ville cela suffit largement. Prix raisonnable 80 euros pour 72 h de location.

We have rent this Scooter for about 10 days. The shop owner is very friendly and professionell Their scooters are in a good condition also fine engine .. In my opinion the price is fair Perfect to discover the Algarve. We would definetly come again. Greetings Sam. & Ek.

Goede 125cc scooter met alleen autorijbewijs voor 2 weken gehuurd, bij problemen doen ze niet moeilijk (gaskabel geknapt).

Heerlijk een paar dagen gefietst in de Algarve op de mountainbike suspension. Toen we onderweg pech kregen, werd er binnen 45 minuten een vervangende fiets bezorgd. Super service!

Abbiamo preso due bici per tre giorni. Che dire due bici scassate, e 100 di deposito per dei pezzi di ferro arrugginiti con due ruote che se si forava la camera d aria e tutto a spese nostre. Niente di che!

Nice price & good service

We hired two mountain bikes for the day (10.00am to 10.00am) and were very pleased with our experience. My bike was brand new, my partners a little older but in good condition. The hire process was straightforward, the bikes were delivered to our hotel and collected at the end of the hire. We were impressed with how friendly the.person we dealt with was and the only thing that could have improved the experience would have been a map showing cycle paths and quiet, easy routes. We did find cycle paths and quiet routes though and can recommend cycling around Alvor and Portimao.

Very good and helpful service. We called for information on how to rent a scooter and an hour later they delivered it at our hotel. We got an explanation about how it all worked from a very friendly local guy named Tiago. He even showed us the most beautiful places of the Algarve, which we could reach by scooter. Definitely recommendable!!

The owner is very flexible. The price was good and she picked me up and brought me back to my place for free. Its 15 minutes drive one way. But she could make it better if she replaces the helmets for new ones with face shield and provide cell phone holders or GPSs. In all it was good.

Las motos se caen a cachos, están reventadas. Alquile una moto para tres días y no aguanto ni el primero. La tía es lo peor. Si buscas y reservas con anterioridad hay mejores sitios por la zona.
