Disgraceful service and support. They inform private customers of amounts excluding VAT, which is illegal and "company procedure". They charge for payments already made and do not issue an invoice. They incorrectly inform the customer about the purchase procedures. They take weeks to respond and follow up on "already closed" processes. When pressured, they send an invoice for payment with a date prior to the date of the payment.

I haven't received the vehicle yet and I'm already fed up with this company. Unfortunately, everything has been terrible. From the wrong delivery dates (it's been 5 months since the delivery date they told me when I signed the contract in December), to the sending of a list of extras that almost all of the ones I chose don't have, to the actual delivery date that has been changed again and if I want the vehicle, not only will it not be on the agreed day, it will have to be 3 days later and I have to go and pick it up (and although they say they like to deliver the vehicles, apparently they charge absurd amounts from what I've read in some comments). I can't regret it enough. Unfortunately, I ended a contract with a rental company that NEVER let me down. I really hope that communication improves, otherwise I'm going to file a complaint on the complaints portal.

Terrible service at all levels! I would not recommend it to anyone! Lack of consideration for the customer, they charged for replacement cars when the car had a fault that was not my fault (responsibility between the workshop and the renter!). They even charged for the km to deliver the car for final transport (after the end of the contract)! Simply terrible!

a company that does not comply with contracts and leaves customers without a car despite continuing to demand payment for it, a fraudulent and bad faith company, never again. they should be banned from the market for the truly obscene practices they carry out, such as charging around 1900 euros + VAT for a seat belt!!!! too shameful... too bad.

Dantesque experience. The prices charged upon delivery of the car are surreal. Completely unreasonable prices. Even after having handed over the vehicle to a company specializing in removing scratches before delivery, these gentlemen manage to look for details and apply prices that should make them ashamed. Not to mention the completely absurd prices they charge during the term of the contract. Driver identification for a fine is charged at over 50 euros, and road tax is charged for months when the vehicle is no longer in service. But the worst thing is the delivery of the vehicle at the end of the contract, where these gentlemen manage to destroy any relationship. However, after they said that customer dissatisfaction is very important to the company and asked to get in touch, we are once again witnessing lies and neglect. A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

STAY AWAY! Don’t recommend! Very incompetent, first got my car half a year later, but the car was dark inside instead of white! Always terrible at making appointments for any type of service!

Not recommendable for working

(2020) Lack of transparency when returning the vehicle regarding the criteria for assessing damage, lack of impartiality in the chosen inspector. This is an activity that should be regulated, as the consumer is completely unprotected. I don't know the other rental companies, but the way this process is set up definitely raises suspicions of parallel businesses. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (2024) Locarent's assistance is terrible to say the least. The procedure for roadside assistance, if it's on a Sunday, the car is left on the tow truck, which is acceptable. What is unacceptable is that after 4 days the car has been left there forgotten. In the meantime, you have to pay for a replacement car. Advice: this company and its associates should definitely be avoided. There is still no oversight of the way contracts are fulfilled. Customers are always subject to the mood of whoever answers the phone.
