Wir hatten vom 16.06. bis 24.06.24 einen Hyundai i20. Der gesamte Ablauf der Buchung und auch der Kontakt im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Übergabe am Flughafen war zeitlich perfekt abgestimmt im Parkhaus am Flughafen und somit ohne Wartezeit. Die Einweisung ins Fahrzeug, Erklärung der Assistenz Systeme (und wo man sie deaktivieren kann;) war sehr gut. Das Fahrzeug war perfekt aufbereitet und in einwandfreiem technischen Zustand. Die Vertragsunterlagen kommen nach der finalen Überprüfung von Ausweis und Führerschein innerhalb kürzester Zeit digital. Alles in allem ein sehr professioneller Ablauf bzw. Organisation. Die Rückgabe verlief aufgrund des maximalen Versicherungsschutz ebenfalls sehr einfach und schnell am Flughafen. Vorab gab es noch eine Info mit Google Maps Link zu einer geeigneten Tankstelle sowie dem Rückgabe Ort. Wir hatten auch das digitale Mautgerät an Bord was ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Die Mautgebühren sind vergleichsweise gering und man bekommt die Endabrechnung nach ca. 1 Woche zugeschickt. Die Abbuchung erfolgt automatisch über die hinterlegte Kreditkarte. Bei uns waren es knapp 30 bei ca. 2000 km. ( Ohne Mautstrecken zu meiden) Fazit: Sehr professionell und unkompliziert! Das nächste Mal sehr gerne wieder!

The entire car rental experience was very smooth. The rental employee was waiting at the airport. Communication with the rental company was maintained through Whatsapp. We were able to return the car at a convenient location in the city center. Everything was great, highly recommend.

Melhor rent a car com quem já aluguei carro. Rápidos e extremamente simpáticos. Cuidadosos durante todo o processo, respondem logo a todas as questões e ainda dão indicações fantásticas. Algo apenas a apontar é o depósito que é obrigatório haver mesmo pagando o seguro total franquia zero (bastante em conta e é apenas retido no cartão) no entanto é a primeira que verifico que a franquia é zero e requer deposito na mesma. Recomendaria e será a rent a car a utilizar sempre que for ao norte!! 5 estrelas sem dúvida! Obrigada ao Tiago, que é extremamente simpático e prestável!

Wow this is the world s best car rental service - Tiago couldn t have been more helpful, delivering the car to the door of our hotel, helping lift our bags into the car, advising us on the best routes and even WhatsApping us Google map links. There is no need to queue up at the terrible car rental kiosks in the airport with this company, they really do provide a personal and VIP service and one that was cheaper than the usual car rental companies. I just wish Tiago would open up his company all over the world!

I usually dont leave reviews for car rental companies but Autocunha really deserve it. I have rented cars from many different companies in different countries and Autocunha is easily the best one I have dealt with. Our car was clean and new, the price was more than fair, and Tiago in particular was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was always fast to reply, clear in his communication, had some good tips of things to do and see in our trip, and texted me before and during the rental period to make sure that everything was working fine. Autocunha is a very serious company, and Tiagos attitude was the cherry on top.

We recently rented from Autocunha in Porto for our trip to Douro Valley while visiting Portugal from USA. We had exceptional experience with Autocunha. Tiago met us at Trindade Metro station to deliver our car. He was waiting for us when we reached. He explained to us everything from billing to how the car works. The car was in great condition and clean. The checkout process was fast. He provided us with directions to fill the gas on return and also the meeting point. On return, when we reached the gas station, they only accepted cash and we didnt have time to withdraw cash. Tiago offered to fill the gas for us without any extra charges. He was in constant communication with us through WhatsApp. I have never received the level of service from any car rental agency before what I received from Tiago. This is without doubt the best car rental experience I had ever!

Location de voiture comme on en rêve !!! Vu le tarif et pour etre tranquille on a pris le viaverde(indispensable) + rachat de franchise (tarif correct). Paiement sur place avec une CB débit. Les facturations viaverde arrivent comme prévu 5j après la restitution. Super accueil, recommandations et conseils de Tiago, qui communique avec wahsapp toutes les infos de RDV. Super loueur. No stress!!!

We rented a car with Autocunha, Trindade. Excellent service from start to end! We couldnt find a petrol kiosk upon returning, they fueled up for us and provided a photo of the receipt for fuel. This is going above and beyond! The car, an Opel, was in excellent condition. We did almost 1000km in total! Highly recommend their service. Booking was made via phone (as a web search returned nothing, but discovercars showed something) and everything went smoothly. This was our first time with Autocunha. Will definitely rent with them again.

Nejlep í p j ovna aut, kterou jsme m li. A e uz jsme si auto p j ovali v n kolika zemích... Naprosto perfektní zákaznický p ístup! Komunikace rychlá (email, následn Whatsapp), v e e íte s jednou osobou, nic nebyl problém. Auto jsme si p ebírali blízko centra na zastávce metra Trindade, optimální a u bydlíte kdekoliv. Tiago, který se o nás staral nám i poslal fotky místa, kde p esn bude stát. Auto jsme dostali skoro úpln nové (Opel Corsa, najeto cca 12tis), isté a umyté samoz ejm . P edání na míst ani ne 10min, v etn platby kartou a papírování. Vrácení auta je t rychlej í, dokonce nám pár hodin p ed vrácením poslal presnou lokaci blízké (a levné) benzínové pumpy. P ístupem jsem byla absolutn ohromena! P j ovat auto znovu v Portu, neváhám ani minutu a volím op t tuto spole nost! Stejn tak budu nad en doporu ovat v em známým. 5* je pro tuto spole nost opravdu málo :)))

La voiture était dans un état impeccable et nous a permit de visiter énormément d endroit au Portugal. Notre séjour s est déroulé à la perfection notamment grâce à cette voiture. Concernant l agence nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Tiago pour tous les renseignements et conseils qu ils nous a apporté ainsi que sa rapidité de réponse quant à nos questions. Nous avons même pu remettre la voiture en horaire tardive : 3h du matin. Pour conclure, nous recommandons très fortement autocunha, vous pouvez louer vos voitures les yeux fermés. Enfin, encore merci à Tiago !

Fantastic experience renting. Tiago met me in town and explained everything clearly. The gas station he recommended to fill up was under construction when we returned the car but he filled it for us with no charge. Much better than a lot of companies that try and rip you off these days.

Excellent. At first I was a bit suspicious about this place because no car rental has such good ratings. But I am sure that all are deserved, service is really excellent. I took an Opel Corsa so of course the car is what you expect. I rented directly from the company (from contact info), not through any service. Excellent contact with the owner, very helpful with pickup, return, even agreed to meet me where it was more convenient for me. Absolutely the best in Porto!

C est à la fois plus pratique que les loueurs de l aéroport et moins cher. Super service: aimable, ponctuel et arrangeant (nous avons changé l horaire de rendu au dernier moment et Tiago s est adapté sans souci). Je recommande vraiment! La voiture était simple mais bien équipée avec CarPlay, feux et essuie-glaces auto. PS: prenez les options « Via verde » et zéro franchise, vous serez tranquilles!

Ho noleggiato unauto da questa società di noleggio e mi sono trovata benissimo. Sono stata contattata dal Sig.Tiago tramite whatsapp e il noleggio è stato semplicissimo anche se io italiana e non molto ferrata con linglese. Il Sig. Tiago è stato splendido, gentile, disponibile e molto professionale e mi ha dato tutte le spiegazioni del caso indicandomi facilmente anche come arrivare in metro allautonoleggio. Un grande abbraccio a Tiago... Mi raccomando andate tutti da lui se doveste avere necessità di noleggiare unauto nei pressi della città di Porto.

Mauvaise experience La voiture avait de nombreux petits degats et j ai trouvé bizarre une telle analyse de la voiture presque 30 minutes. Il pousse pour prendre son assurance en me disant que le nettoyage est compris etc Je lui dit que j ai deja pris l assurance avec carjet. On est resté que 2 jours au portugal sans enfant et on a peu roulé. A peine rentré, la personne interpelle en me disant que je n ai pas eu le temps de nettoyer mais elle n etait pas sale. Il ne fait pas le tour et va directement a l arriere pointé un petit choc. Je ressort les photos et le choc y etais deja mais je vois bien qu il cherche la petite bete. Il en trouve un autre juste a coté sur un véhicule avec beaucoup d accrochage.. Et forcement comme il nous a remis la voiture dans un parking on ne voit pas bien sur mes photos J ai trouvé ça un peu rapide, il me rappelle que j ai l assurance de carjet et que ce n est pas grave. Je n aime pas je ne l avais pas sentit dès le depart et comme par hasard ça se passe comme ça. Et la personne qui me renvoie un message pour me dire que comme j ai mis un message négatif il me charge aussi le nettoyage du véhicule propre. Ce sont des pratiques de voleur. Je loue tres souvent des véhicules et c est la 1ere fois que ça se passe mal. Agence a fuir

Wonderful services (really friendly, detailedly explained everything to us and patiently answered our questions), very clean (disinfected everything) and good price. With a small fee they deliver the car to your hotel so that is great and time saving. We had a VW UP and the vehicle like new. Highly recommended.

Great service. Tiago met us at the airport, even after our flight, and was helpful when we had some issues on arrival. The car was in good condition and the price was the cheapest around. Drop off was quick and easy, there were no follow up issues, and after a few days the tolls came through. All in all a smooth service. Would definitely recommend.

They delivered the car to the hostel we were staying at. Brand new Volkswagen up with air conditioning. It was perfect for our two weeks holiday. They came to pick up the car too.
