An English-speaking male employee helped me handle the car rental procedures. He had a positive attitude, enthusiastic service, explained clearly, and did not forcefully sell insurance, which is worthy of encouragement.
I rented an electric car on 12/12/23 for 12 days in Miami. I paid for travel assistance insurance at the time of rental. On 22/12/23, I had a flat tire in Crystal River and contacted the travel assistance number, as there was no spare tire in the car. It was 5:00 PM, and I was told that at that time they only had two options: either wait for a tow truck that would take the car to a garage in Crystal River that might be closed at that hour or take the car to a garage in Orlando. Since I was staying in Crystal River, I decided to wait until the next day to call again and request the tow truck. I had to call a taxi, paid by me, in order to return to the place where I was staying. The next day, I did phone to the travel assistance number again. I was told that the tow truck would take 90 minutes, so I waited. After that time, a tow truck arrived that couldn't take the car. I called again, and I was told that another one would come within 90 minutes, which did not happen. I called again: it would take another 120 minutes for the mentioned tow truck to arrive. That didn't happen either. I had to call two more times for the tow truck to finally arrive, about 6 hours after the morning call. After that, the tow truck left the car at a garage that was not affiliated with you, and I had to pay for the service myself and ask for reimbursement. I cannot qualify the poor service of your company's assistance, which ruined the end of my vacation, demonstrating poor preparation and a dehumanized treatment that does not care about the customer or their well-being. The disorganization, negligence, and lack of coordination between the parties are quite evident. Therefore, I will never again rent a car from your company, and I will make sure to do reviews online that accurately reflect this, so everyone knows about your poor service.
Not great Close when returning the car so keys in the box and we were charged 340 euros in various costs even though we had taken out comprehensive insurance and especially since the car was brand new with 500 km on the clock
