I returned to Porto after their 7:30pm closure and was able to use the drop box overnight that is hidden on the bottom left of the main door without charges as I rented it 8am the day before but being a Saturday they opened until 9am.

Aluguei uma viatura na estação do Porto (centro) e só tenho coisas boas a dizer, desde o excelente atendimento, simpatia e atenção dos funcionários na hora de entregar o carro.

Tout s est très bien passé de A à Z. Personnel sympathique, voiture propre et restitution RAS.

Esperienza deludente!!! Avevo già utilizzato Europcar in passato dove per 2 litri di carburante mancante mi sono visto addebitare quasi 50 . Oggi per 5 ore di ritardo alla consegna, assicurazioni aggiuntive (poco chiare), e scuse inventate mi sono visto fatturare il doppio rispetto a quanto stabilito rispetto al prezzo del preventivo. Non prenderò mai più una macchina a noleggio da Europcar!!!

O atendimento pelo staff da Europcar no Downtown Porto não está a par do normal funcionamento e standard da companhia uma equipa que trata os clientes de forma displicente autoritária e de forma arrogante com exigências não antes previstas no contrato. A evitar a todo custo mao de obra porventura mais barata mas muito menos qualificada! A Europcar tem de rever a sua política de atendimento ao cliente neste balcão !

We can see lots of extra charges that they are not say when we reserve and when we take the car : - Extra charges for carburant : 30 - Like I lost my paper document, we put 50 , why? All is numeric now ! - Extra charges for the airport Then, I was always with EUROPCAR in France, perhaps you lost a guest!

Prise en charge du véhicule bâclé par un personnel pas du tout professionnel, le tour du véhicule avec un agent qui a mis des croix dans des cases pourtant le choc existant était bien coché jai loué des 10 eine de voiture dans ma vie, lagent était de très mauvaise humeur résultat , un dommage compté et non commis à la restitution du véhicule, javais fait des photos mais rien y a fait,malgré le dossier de litige ouvert il y a plein dautres agences de location, fuyez Europcar ..

The ones at the desk threats customers so bad, Ive never seen such bad mood, education and customer care like this in a car rental company, Ive rented a Tesla with 504km of range and they gave me a car with 300km of range, while charging me extra fees, it feels like a joke to have such rental company at the airport.

Hassle-free pick-up in Porto/Portugal and return of the vehicle at the airport/Porto. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have now repeatedly booked Europcar vehicles through Germanys largest automobile club and have been very satisfied so far.

Should be given a 0 if were an option. Will take advantage of Americans and will insist on charges that are optional at other rental companies. Count on receiving random bills when you return with zero explanation. I understand tolls are part of it , but other charges as well. Good luck having them be able to help you with it. Plenty of other companies that are more professional. Nunca Mais.

Total desacordo com o valor que foi acordado no momento da locação , primeiro a informação que não seria cobrado a taxa do Via Verde (caso não seja utilizada, passado em algum portagem), outra questão foi o combustível, entreguei o tanque acima do indicador de cheio, e ainda assim cobraram como se o tanque não estivesse cheio! Enfim experiência foi muito mal como são valores baixos, não vou perder tempo em ligar ficar em espera. Europcar nunca mais!

Após entregarmos o carro, veio cobrança de 7 euros de portagem + 7 euros de combustível. Sendo que não passamos por nenhuma portagem, além de antes de entregar o carro abastecemos e deixamos (cheio) de combustível. NÃO INDICO ESTE LOCAL!

Nous avons récupéré une voiture de location le matin après 1h dattente avec deux enfants. Au niveau de la réception, on nous facture des assurances que nous détenons déjà dans la carte VISA PREMIER, mais la réceptionniste veut juste faire son chiffre. ZERO CONSEIL ! La réception des véhicules par les particuliers se fait sans constat du véhicule, sans conseil (voiture électrique, louée sans carte permettant de recharger le véhicule). Nous avons du prendre des photos des rayures existantes, et des jantes abîmées pour ne pas se faire prendre la caution. Au bout de même pas 50 kms, la pression des pneus saffiche, véhicule très mal entretenu.

Atendimento dos funcionários tanto no Porto centro quanto em Lisboa no aeroporto, que foi onde estive. Foi muito bom. Sempre solícitos e cordiais.

Insatisfecha con el servicio de Europcar en Portugal Al principio, todo con Europcar fue bien. La reserva, que hice en Portugal, fue sencilla, el coche estaba en buen estado, y la recogida y entrega se realizaron sin problemas. Durante el proceso de reserva, me ofrecieron un servicio en el que pagaría 6,46 por día para cubrir todos los peajes, y se me aseguró claramente que esta tarifa cubriría todo, sin necesidad de realizar pagos adicionales por peajes. Sin embargo, tres semanas después de devolver el coche, recibí una factura adicional de 19,90 por los peajes, lo cual fue completamente inesperado y contradice la información que me dieron al hacer la reserva. Es muy frustrante porque confié en lo que me dijeron y no esperaba tener que asumir más cargos. Además, fue muy difícil contactar con la oficina donde recogí el coche. Solo proporcionan un número de teléfono general, lo que hace casi imposible hablar directamente con la sucursal correspondiente. Estoy muy insatisfecha con este servicio y espero que Europcar mejore su comunicación y transparencia en el futuro.

Picked up at Porto and returned to Evora. Great vehicle (Fiat 500). Pickup at Porto a bit slow due to congestion, but thats understandable. At Evora the bloke in the office saved me a 20-minute walk back to the city centre by giving me a ride.

Glad I made my choice with Europcar!

wartezeit zu lange. Auto mit kratzern, beulen fehlendem teil am türgriff und 97.000 km gegeben. schaden in windshield wurde übersehen vom team und uns bei rückgabe in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl nachweisbar schon bei annahme vorhanden. Nicht zu empfehlen. Tip an Mieter: alles komplett abfilmen . Zusatz: die Antwort unten ist leider nur Standard Blabla wie bei allen Kritiken. Sämtliche Fotos und Beschreibungen sind längst gesendet worden, Europcar bleibt stur..

Auto presa ad Oporto e riconsegnata, dopo otto giorni di girovagare portoghese a Lisbona. Dal servizio reso allinizio a quello di consegna nulla da eccepire. Lauto ha fatto il suo dovere percorrendo quasi 2.000 Km senza alcun problema. Che dire? Tutto perfetto

My experience with Eurpocar Porto (Downtown): They handed over a BEV with a range of 150km for a trip from Porto to Lisboa. They didnt explain how to use the app for recharging and how to find charging stations. They do not inform me that register the credit card in the miio app requires secure ID to be enabled. For an upgrade to a vehicle with an ICE they ask for additional 400 - 700 Euro (for 9 days). Thank you Europcar Porto (Downtown) for Nothing! Returning the car at Europcar Lisboa was easy and People there are very friendly. Therefore an overall rating of two stars.

Nous avons loué une voiture manuelle en ligne pour 5 jours en payant par avance. En arrivant à lagence nous apprenons quun sixieme jour de location nous a été facturé sur le site, sans quil ait été fait mention quen rendant la voiture une heure plus tôt sur lhoraire que nous avions choisi sur le site nous aurions économisé une journée de location. Nous voyons avec le vendeur mais il nous explique quaucun remboursement nest possible comme nous avons payé en ligne... De plus, on nous informe sur place que lagence ne loue pas de voiture manuelle, et nous donne une Toyota automatique au lieu de la Citroën manuelle que nous avions réservé. Personnel très sympathique mais entre le surcoût et le mauvais véhicule (sans aucune information par mail avant) lexpérience est mitigée.

We ordered a car for 4 and got a car with no room for the luggage!!! We were asked to add 240 in order to get a normal car with enough space for the luggage. We were left with bad feelings .

Excellent rental.

Tourist trap!! When I arrived to pick up my Pugot 3008 they told me it was not ready or even on site and if I wanted to pick it up, I would have to come back two hours later. Instead, they offered to give me a different vehicle for a upgrade . This Cupra was in no way and upgrade and in fact cost about 10,000 less, is smaller, and has less features than the vehicle I originally rented yet they charge me 100 extra. When I went to take up with customer service. They told me that they could not do anything until I returned the vehicle. Once I contacted customer service, and clearly articulated my story they sent me a copy of my contract showing that I had signed it indicating that this was my fault and I chose to upgrade. They did not recognize the fact that they actually gave me a vehicle of lower quality and basically just gaslit me. This seems like a scheme to get tourists to pay for upgrades. Shame on you.

Je ne suis pas satisfait de ma location,le délai d attente pour récupérer le véhicule à été immonde ,plus d 1h,le véhicule n étais pas entretenu, freinage bruyant,véhicule cabossé de partout. Il faut entretenir vos véhicules Europcar, pas normal de louer ça. Manque de personnels. Je sais bien que les gens qui nous ont servi ont fait le maximum mais le délai d attente est beaucoup beaucoup trop long.

Very straightforward to rent a car. I read a review from last year saying they only accept physical credit cards at the depot when collecting your car and you cannot get a car without one. This is not the case (anymore at least) as I used my debit card. I dropped the car back to Lisbon and was in and out in 5 minutes. Would use company again.

Great rental car company. We used them in Portugal to drive all over the country. The booking, pick up and drop off was very quick and easy. The staff were kind, experienced and efficient. The quality of the car was great for our family. Would use again.

What a poor customer service. Nothing was in order. They couldnt find the booking. The equipment was missing. The waiting line took more than an hour to get through.

I was given a car with a fuel tank 7/8 full and returned exactly like that, everyone was happy and agreed at the time of the return and signed that it was all ok. After two days I receive a bill with 40eur extra payment because the tank was not full. I called them back and they said it will take them up to two days to come back to me. Very dishonest behaviour. I also had a bad experience at the time of the pickup in Lisbon (had to wait more than one hour and was charged more than it was due for child care seats). Overall terrible experience, big waste of time and money. Will not use Europcar again.

No issues, new and clean car

Excellent car rental, very nice staff, no long lines, car was delivered clean and as advertised, no hidden charges or upsales for add ons. The toll device in window was a life saver, if you are traveling out of Porto get one.

Rented for 2 days and arrived 1 hour later to get the car. Had to wait 40mn to get a car ready. After on day, the car get engine light warnings. I go back to the rental place and they tell me I have to go to the airport rental place bc there is supposedly no car available. Waited another hour 40mn at the airport to get a car. Poor customer service. Advice: Have a look at the reviews before booking here, there are many cases of unsatisfied customers.

Fila de espera de quase 1 hora. Os atendentes foram muito bons e se esforçaram pra um bom atendimento mas a empresa não parece fornecer meios/ ferramentas pra uma entrega eficiente. O veículo fiat/tipo wagon é fraco de motor, manual e muito gasta muito combustível. Não foi uma experiência boa. Ponto forte: atendimento dos colaboradores educados e o seguro 100% que não deixa você se preocupar com nada.

É de fato uma das empresas de locação mais desorganizadas do Porto. Além de tudo não existe um setor que resolva problemas relacionados às locações. Por duas vezes tive problemas, portanto, não indico! Problema 1: Reservei um carro na categoria de 4 portas e foi me fornecido um mini sem corrigirem valor. Problema 2: Me cobraram o valor dobrado, disseram que seria corrigido depois, mas a fatura foi emitida com valor dobrado.

The service is really bad. We were waiting for 45 minutes till we got the car. When we got the car it was dirty in- and outside, they told us they can clean it, but we will have to wait. They told us the reason why they just couldnt give us a diffrent car, is that they dont have enough cars. We were waiting for another hour, outside in the heat. We havent got any water from them, just an excuse and the information that well have to wait till they finished cleaning. The only one that helped and tried to speak to us, was a women, who didnt speak english( she also cleanded our car). We had to communicate with her over Google Translate.The staff that was able to speak english told us well have to wait and ignored us afterwards. Were really disappointed of the service.

Had a good experience here as a foreigner (better than other rental companies in Portugal). My rental was for 13h/1pm, however the location closes for lunch at this time. It was busy, and the staff stayed until everyone was seen to. (Would be better if renting during their lunch break was not an option, I would have come before/after). Everything was explained clearly, like the available options, insurance, charges. Car was good. Return was also quick and easy.

I just left this establishment without a car! My husband booked a car by email while he was in Switzerland. He gave all the details and the employee promised that the car would be reserved. We arrived now and there is no car!!!! Complete incompetence, there is no excuse...

I had a wonderful experience with the car rental service in Porto, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the agent during check-in. Despite the initial car not having enough space for our luggage, the agent went above and beyond to find us a more spacious and affordable option. His efforts were truly commendable. Moreover, he was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the process, making our rental experience all the more enjoyable.

All the bitter comments written as a revenge should be taken with a pinch of salt. Stop terrorising people with your bad reviews and be honest. Had no issues with the service. I had booked online a small city car, Julio specifically who we run the whole pick-up process with when I arrived, was very helpful. I had opted for the Aygo X, but they didnt have it, we then requested for the Fiat 500 which was also unavailable and ended up with a Citroen C1. Having booked days in advance I had hoped it would be available. It seems that it doesnt matter what you choose on the website, but they will give you an equivalent. They did try to convince us to upgrade to a bigger one (and more expensive one), but we understand they have to do their job and try and sell more. We kindly refused and all was well, picked the car up, used it as needed, dropped it off and all well. I will recommend the optional toll device if you are planning to travel around Portugal and not stick to Porto, and the premium insurance option, as it provides a peace of mind.

La location sest très bien passé. Nous avions effectué la réservation et le paiement en ligne plusieurs semaines auparavant. Sur place lenregistrement a été rapide et efficace. Pas de soucis avec ma carte de débit qui a parfaitement fonctionné pour le dépôt de caution. La voiture était impeccable. Bref je recommande.

Bof! Accueil sympa, mais après vraiment bof! Long mais long ! Réservation pour 10h suis arrivé à 9h45 j ai eu la voiture à 11h40 donc partie à 11h50. Excellent service was provided by our Europcar representative when picking up our vehicle. It took no time to sort out and we was given a lovely car to drive on our holiday. Returning the car was straight forward and yet again was provided with excellent service. We wouldn t hesitate to use Europcar for our travel needs when holidaying abroad.

This company is really bad. They make double charges when you have already paid the full amount in the reservation, and then they don t give any refunds or recompensation for the inconveniences. I paid with my debit card, and I had to paid double my credit card today. Why? It is unfair what you do to customers because this is not the first time it happens to me with this awful company.

Sehr freundliches Personal

My experience was really bad and I strongly disrecommend this company. Basically, they have stolen from me 120 euros, alledging that they I have used the road assistance serive, which I didnt. After many phone calls and emails, I have managed to clarify that the road assitance was not delivered. Funnily, they agreed, but, still insist that they are right and wont refund the money. Communication with the company was also very bad.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Europcar. Nous avons loué une voiture le 8 Mai dernier pour nous rendre dans la vallée du Douro. Lors de la réservation il était indiqué nous pouvions retirer le véhicule sans avoir à passer par le guichet. En effet une borne était prévue et nous avons pu récupérer les clés facilement en rentrant le code de réservation. En revanche le véhicule étant directement stationné dans lagence nous avions besoin de quelquun pour la sortir et nous avons attendu plus dune demi heure. Dommage alors que nous avons payé pour partir le plus rapidement possible. Mais ce nest pas le plus important. Lors de cette journée nous sommes tombé en panne dans un endroit reculé de la vallée et impossible de repartir (embrayage mort). Il a été plus que compliqué de joindre quelquun chez Europcar qui puisse comprendre notre demande car la plupart des personnes ne parlaient que le Portugais. Après 5h dattente et laide de nombreux locaux en Portugais nous avons enfin réussi à nous faire comprendre et depanner mais sans leur aide je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait :/ Je trouve ça inadmissible de la part dun groupe comme Europcar et ne repasserai plus par cette agence dans le futur......

An excellent location for your rental car needs in Porto. Staff here are quick, efficient, and fluent in English. I have rented over 9 times and never waited more than 5 minutes to pick up, and usually dont have any wait at all. Compare that to the 30-45 minute waits at the airport location, and this downtown branch is a no-brainer.

Wir mussten unser Fahrzeug hier wieder abgeben. Vor der Station gibt es einige Parkplätze. Ein anderer Kunde hatte das Auto in zweiter Reihe zur Übergabe geparkt. Das ging auch, weil die Mitarbeitenden sehr zügig die Übernahme durchgeführt hatten. Alles lief freundlich und zügig ab, daher gab es auch hier nichts zu meckern.

Einen Tag vorher online gebucht, alle Daten elektronisch angegeben, so konnte die Abholung innerhalb von 5 Minuten passieren und alles lief bestens und schnell ab. Mit dem Auto gerade mal ca. 2600 Km gefahren, waren wir sehr zufrieden! Abgeben war auch unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden hier wieder mieten! Vielen Dank:)

Friendly and fast customer service. I have rented from this place at least 15 times, and this is the only place in Porto I rent from. The vehicles are always clean and usually have newer models. Reserving a car in advance helps. Best tip/advice is to rent using the Europcar app. The fairs are cheaper.

Atenção ao reservar um carro nesta companhia. Publicidade enganosa no site .Os carros não coincidem com a categoria escolhida. Entregaram-me um carro super pequeno com um porta bagagem minúsculo,quando me encontrava com a minha esposa,duas crianças e 4 malas e carrinho de bebé,e tinha reservado um carro familiar.Ao ir reclamar um novo carro a recepção proporam-me um maior mas 5 vezes mais caro que o preço que paguei inicialmente. Sem falar no preço das duas cadeiras de bebé que reservamos.É um absurdo pagar quase 200 por 10 dias! Esperamos 2h pela recepção do carro. Recepcionistas muito lentos e nada simpáticos.

Wir hatten online einen Fiat 500 angemietet. Bei der Abholung nahm die freundliche Mitarbeiterin erneut alle Daten auf (ca. 30 Minuten), um uns danach mitzuteilen,dass sie keine Kleinwagen da hätten. Ein Upgrade auf die nächst höhere Klasse erfolgte. Ein Kia,der rundherum beschädigt war! Wir lehnten dankend ab. Eine weitere Mitarbeiterin kam, um die Angelegenheit zu regeln. Sie bot uns an einen 500er vom Flughafen holen zu lassen. ( in der Anmiethalle stand einer). Also warteten wir 1,5 Stunden,genossen die Altstadt in der Sonne und der Fiat 500 war da. Es war der aus der Halle! Auch dieser war leicht beschädigt. Nun ja, wir fuhren los. Alles ok, nur setzte leider plötzlich Regen ein. Scheibenwischer funktionierten nur bedingt,wodurch die Fahrt äußerst beschwerlich wurde. Am letzten Tag unserer 3 tägigen Anmietung verwandelte sich der Wagen soundmäßig in einen Sportwagen, da der Auspuff defekt war! Bei der Abgabe am Flughafen funktionierte alles erstaunlicherweise reibungslos und der Shuttleservice zum Terminal war perfekt. Noch einmal Europcar, ich denke nicht!

The car was old, service was slow, and even the return process was a nightmare!

Abbiamo noleggiato unauto diesel per andare a Santiago de Compostela, dopo pochi km sul display appare un messaggio che mi dice che sta finendo lAdBlue e che la macchina si fermerà! Confesso la mia ignoranza, in quanto non sapevo assolutamente nulla su questo indispensabile additivo, pertanto allinizio siamo andati in crisi. Per fortuna un mio amico si è ricordato cosa fare e sullautostrada abbiamo comprato una tanica di Adblue (20 ) e siamo ripartiti. La cosa che ha stupito è che ci hanno consegnato una macchina che si sarebbe fermata dopo pochi km senza nemmeno avvertirci e, in seguito, senza scusarsi o risarcire i circa 15 di additivo che gli abbiamo lasciato nel serbatoio!

Good experience picking the car up in Porto at the Rua de Goncalo Cristovao location. Returning the car in Lisbon at the Santa Apolonia station. Not...The office in the station is hard to find and it is not where you return the car. The return place is harder to find and is not clearly marked. Just happened to see a small Europcar sign. Then, you have to go through a parking lot gate, take the ticket, then take a right and drive 150m down the narrow lane to get to the return location. It is by the river, not at the main RR station.

Juegan con la necesidad de la gente y te arruinan tus vacaciones. Alquilamos desde la web oficial, salía error de compra vuelva a intentarlo y nos retuvo dos veces el dinero. Fuimos a la oficina y no se interesaron por darnos ninguna explicación, solo decir que eso sucede cuando no tienen más autos disponibles. Tampoco les intereso consultar si en otra oficina tenían autos, solamente nos decían que nos dirijamos a otra oficina. Desinterés y falta de responsabilidad por el propio error de su servicio. Nos quedamos sin poder ir al destino que teníamos planeado.

The company needs to train their staff to listen to the customers requests and not treat them as radio noises that come and go. I booked a WV because I am a big guy (not fat) and got a Kia that I can barely get into. When I commented I was told to go away and that I got an .... upgraded car.

Grande déception de la part de cette compagnie. Nous nous sommes rendu sur place pour louer une voiture. La dame a été super gentille et nous a même recommander de louer une voiture à partir du site internet qui nous revenais moins cher. Nous avons louer la voiture avec un numéro de confirmation et tout, mais finalement, ils n avaient apparemment pas notre voiture en stock donc nous étions obligé de louer une voiture beaucoup plus cher avec un très faible pourcentage de rabais pour leur erreur. Le personnel est très gentil. Mais leur manière de fonctionner n est pas bonne. Faites attentions si vous louer une voiture avec eux !

Ich hatte mit weit vor der Reise bei Riderly einen 125er Roller gebucht. Gelandet bin ich dann leider bei Europcar in der Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão 67. Bei der Bezahlung hatte die Frau bei Europcar dann übersehen, dass ich bereits eine Anzahlung geleistet hatte.....welch Zufall. Eine angemessene Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht. Betrügerische Absicht war das bestimmt nicht :-( In dem Buchungspreis war ein Topcase enthalten, hierfür wollte Europcar dann nochmals 26 Euro haben. Eine gütliche Einigung konnte mit der Frau leider auch nicht erzielt werden. Zwangsläufig akzeptierte ich dies. Eine andere Frau führte mich dann zum Roller und zeigte mir alles, nur leider ließ die Tankklappe nicht öffnen. Hierbei stellte sich dann auch heraus, dass sie völlig unqualifiziert war. Sie wollte den Roller starten, wusste aber nicht wie!?!? Zu zweit haben sie es dann nach 30 Minuten endlich geschafft, die Tankklappe zu öffnen.

Résultat : 660 euros de retenus Soit disant, la valise ne fermait plus correctement Et je précise quil y avait déjà des rayures et bosses sur la valise, des rayures sur le protège mains quand jai pris la moto voir ci jointes Petit update, en fait cest le top case quon ma facturé Incompréhensible... Et quand jai eu Europcar clients, ils ont mis 15j pour me renvoyer par mail les justificatifs que javais déjà reçu à Porto.... Javais quand même demandé à voir le devis du garage pour les réparations, pas le barème des frais facturés en cas de sinistre

Devolvi o veículo que retirei na Europcar Lisboa (Prior Velho) e também tive um ótimo atendimento nessa agência de Porto. Tudo correu bem, o depósito de segurança foi devolvido corretamente 2 dias depois. Recomendo a Europcar.

Voiture réservée par le biais dun site comparateur, véhicule conforme, lagente daccueil est sympathique, la prise en charge fut très rapide. Javais sélectionné cette agence car elle ouvre tard le dimanche, ce qui nest pas le cas partout. Comme il pleuvait on a fait létat des lieux à lintérieur sous une lumière un peu faible et comme la voiture était noire, on ne voyait rien. Le lendemain en plein jour jai remarqué beaucoup de rayures (le véhicule avait plus de 70 000 km), jai craint quon me les attribue mais non, le retour sest fait en 5 minutes et sans problème. Concernant le plein dessence : javais bien toutes les barres en partant, mais la première sest éteinte au bout de 35 km ce qui me semble un peu rapide.

Laccueil na pas été des plus joyeux. Personne pas souriante ne parlant que sa langue maternelle donc difficile de se faire comprendre surtout quand elle vous impose le télé péage via verde. Vous avez beau lui expliquer que vous ne prendrez pas lautoroute cest la nouvelle loi europcar. On demande une twingo on nous remets une fiat 500 boîte automatique avec 80000km. Voiture plus que fatiguée et salle. Au retour nous sommes accueilli par une personne agréable avec le sourire, je reviens sur le problème du telepeage et elle mexplique que si nous navons pas pris dautoroute nous serons remboursé, chose quon ne nous avait pas dit.

Haben im November 2021 ein Auto extra mit Mautbox gebucht. Europcar war nicht in der Lage die Maut ordentlich abzurechnen. Wir haben jetzt Strafe mit hohen Verwaltungsgebühren zahlen müssen. Die Miet-Unterlagen von Europcar haben wir leider nicht so lange aufgehoben. So können wir uns nicht einmal beschweren. Ich würde dort kein Auto mehr mieten.

Très bon accueil dans cette agence de location. Une dame parlant français s est occupé nous expliquant notre chemin vers la vallée de la Douro et les péages d autoroutes. Les tarifs attractifs sur Internet à la réservation on été suivis, je recommande vivement. Notre voiture était impeccable et confortable. Nous l avons rendue à l aéroport. Apres des déboires dans d autres agences et ou d autres pays !

Ripoff! They charge money after the rental period without a invoice or notification and dont react when contacting them! even four (!!!) months after the car rental we received a debit entry from them without any information from them. Please be careful what you sign and rent there!
