Beware, I brought back my car during business hours but the clerk checked it out after hours and now charged me €40 for after hour return. There is no email to write and complain. Worst car rental I have ever dealt with
Worst car rental experience of my life ! Staff are just robots who tap away on their computers and seem unable to do anything else. Was charged for a full tank of fuel even though car was returned full. When this was brought to their attention, I was asked to prove I returned it full. Luckily, I had a gas station receipt. Staff were in no way sympathetic or apologetic. To compound the embarrassment, the staff member initially entered the incorrect invoice number into the computer, where I was told I hadn't rented the car from them. You can imagine how that felt, especially since I had spent 30mins signing forms in the exact same spot with the same rep a few days previous. Pick-up and drop-off was a joke as they don't have a dedicated yard. Had to drive around the block 3 times to find a space to park. Not okmobility ! Staff need to learn some manners

Car was great But the best part was staff Joanna whom very pleasant and didnt push for any insurance Wish to have more Joanna in other car rentals! Highly recommended!
On May 27, 2024 at 6:00 pm, I picked up the car at Okmobility Boavista where an error was already appearing on the car (please check the data for the oil service and revision on the service screen). The car was delivered by the OKmobility team and at that moment I asked the gentleman if there was an error in the system. The answer was that everything was fine and I didn't have to worry. I then took the car to Serzedo VNG (30 minutes away) where the tank was already full and I parked the car at home. On May 28, 2024, we left Serzedo at 8:00 am and at 12:00 pm the car broke down at R. Elias Garcia 59, 2710-703 Sintra, Portugal. OK mobility was contacted, and after a 4-hour wait and several attempts to find out the location of the crane and taxi, finally only the crane arrived. Start-stop failure, engine stutters and after 2,000-2,500 revolutions the engine turns off. The engine and EPC error signal appears. When I arrived at the Okmobility store in Restauradores around 4:15 pm, with all the bags and the 1-year-old and 4-year-old boys tired and without eating. They had no empathy and no apology. The first observation they made was (you took out insurance with the company online so you'll have to deal with them to pay for the towing and moving of the car). Obviously their car broke down and they have no responsibility or empathy whatsoever. They never sent the taxi which was their responsibility and I had to order an Uber which arrived 5 minutes after I ordered it. We started the trip at 8:00 am from Porto with the aim of enjoying the day in Sintra and Lisbon. We had tickets worth €40 for the Pena Palace, which we didn't visit. We basically lost the whole day because of Okmobility. On May 31st, they contacted me again, accusing me of having put diesel instead of petrol and that I would have to pay all the charges. This is completely wrong, since I picked up the car with a full tank in Porto on the 27th at 6:00 pm, the car broke down on the 28th at 12:00 pm. It makes no sense to stop at the gas station to fill up with petrol, since the distance is only 300 km. With this company, since I received the car, a notification alerting me to check the maintenance and oil temperature appeared. Upon confirmation, I was assured that the car was in perfect condition. Obviously, it was a mistake on the company's part and I should have requested another car when I picked it up. This company refuses to provide the details of the inspection with the reason for the breakdown and the date when the first error about lack of maintenance appeared in the system.
Awful! On 2 May 2024 at 14 o'clock: The front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly. She didn't look us in the eyes, asked documents with only one word: passport, driving license, credit card. Was frowning and sighing the whole time. Fortunately the guy was fortunately friendly to compensate for her. Never again.
No refound whereas i couldn't take the car
Innanzitutto non è chiuso ma funziona regolarmente! Io mi sono trovato bene, il personale è stato gentile, la macchina in buone condizioni, ritiro e restituzione veloci. Deposito restituito nei termini contrattuali.
Cero recomendable. Me hicieron perder un día de alquiler porque no encontraban la reserva. Nadie me devolvió ese día . Pague un seguro de 200 euros que decían incluía los peajes y después me descontaron 102 euros de peajes. Todo un desastre

Pior experiência. Não aceitam cartões de débito. Mas se pagar taxa de seguro de 100 já aceita. Rececionista rude e antipática. Faz o mínimo para explicar as condições

Loueur malhonnête. Ils nont pas voulu nous louer notre voiture (pourtant louée en ligne des semaines en avance) car au moment de prendre la voiture nous navions pas de carte de crédit, ce qui était faux. Ils voulaient en fait nous forcer à payer leur assurance dun montant de plus de 100 . Nous navons finalement dû trouver une autre voiture ailleurs, ce qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Nous avions à faire avec des robots qui nont rien cherché à comprendre malgré nos tentatives de leur expliquer que nos cartes pouvaient bien permettre de bloquer le montant quils souhaitaient en guise de garantie. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Ils ont des pratiques de voleurs.

Adorei o espaço, super sem situado no centro da cidade do Porto e de fácil acesso. Mal cheguei ao local receberam me com uma enorme simpatia, além dos preços serem super em conta . Recomendo imenso, funcionários simpáticos e um espaço acolhedor.

Les employés et managers de cette entreprise voleuse n ont pas voulu nous donner la voiture que nous avions réservé sous prétexte que c était marqué sur le voucher qu il ne fallait pas une carte sur laquelle c est marqué debit (soit les 3/4 des cartes françaises). Le voucher en question est en pièce jointe ce n est jamais indiqué. Ils ont demandé 110 euros de plus que les 23 de la location Heureusement que des loueurs sérieux étaient présents à côté pour sauver nos vacances au Portugal parce que les incompétents n ont même pas essayé de nous aider alors que nous avions 2 filles en bas âge

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce loueur qui na pas voulu nous donner le véhicule. il na pas accepté notre carte de débit Nous avons proposé de faire la caution sur une autre carte de crédit mais il na pas voulu sous prétexte que le prénom était différent il na rien fait pour nous aider et trouver une solution. il nous a renvoyé vers la plateforme qui na pas voulu modifier le contrat. le montant de la location est resté a notre charge. Ce loueur nest pas honnête

Não recomendo. Se tiverem algum problema são péssimos para resolução. Pedem para entrar em contato com Apoio ao Cliente e que também não resolvem.
The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the welcome from the staff is charming. I must note however one downside, despite their promises, after 15 days we still have not seen the return of our deposit!
