Good service but slow

Very good service. I have had no problems with this company. The vehicles are very good and the attention too.

I reserved a car, my flight got delayed but I still managed to get to the car rental office before closing time (airport of barcelona), but they were closed (phone number never worked). I find a last minute hotel, postpone my business appointments. The following day, Thrifty refused to give me a car (saying they didn't have a reservation for that day), so I had to go to a different company to get one. Customer service pretends to not understand my complaint and refuses to provide any refunding. Will not use again.
