Great experience. Lady in Porto that checked us in spoke great English and was very friendly. The manual Fiat was fun to drive from Porto to Lisboa. Portugal was easy to drive through and Nazaré was spectacular!

I don't advice this company which is too expensive for the poor quality of the service. Indeed, they lended us a Fiat Panda that was too dangerous to drive on the motorway. It seemed to have some problems as we went down to 50 km on the motorway. Such a shame to give us such a miserable car. Not to mention the price !
About a year after renting a car at this company I received 2 invoices for toll payments for 2 cars I didn’t rent. I informed Turisrent that apparently my information was used for the other rental cars. They didn’t respond to my email. I submitted a objection against the invoices, but that didn’t help.
We had a good experience with them, and we all know it is frightening to put your trust in car rentals. We got a good service by a lady (sadly I don't know her name), she came through when we needed to split the deposit on two different cards, and the next day, even though it was a Sunday, someone at the office returned our call and via WhatsApp we managed to get our deposit quickly and fully.
Habe am Weihnachten ein Wagen gemietet, und musste Kaution da lassen, bis jetzt ,habe ich das Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Versuche Telefonisch zu kontaktieren, niemand meldet sich. Also: nicht zu empfehlen !!! Auf keinen Fall.
Vehicle delivered with 3/4 full Returned as agreed 3/4 full and a week later I was charged 17.euros 40 For supplement. In addition take 25 euros to bring the vehicle to the hotel 500m They are thieves

Pessoal atencioso até você alugar o carro, depois esquecem, pior foi atitude de má fé, me roubaram, cobraram uma multa de trânsito, paguei e messes depois recebo uma cobrança do departamento de trânsito de Portugal. Empresa de ladrão. Não alugue nada ai.
Do not rent from this place - you will get scammed and/or extra charged in some way. Notice how the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars one of the 5 star reviews is literally the employee that I worked with at this location, which would lead me to believe some of the other ones are as well. Avoid at all costs.

Kregen een auto mee waar de band niet goed vast zat na 2 minuten op de snelweg vloog de voorband eraf terwijl we 120 km/h reden. Gelukkig iedereen ongedeerd maar deze verhuurder nooit meer. Afhandeling was oké, geld zonder problemen terug dus daarom 1 ster ipv 0.

Terrible service! Our car had a breakdown and they did not help us at all! Plus, they were double expensive compared eg to Sixt and others!
Voiture avec des freins non utilisables, froideur de la gérante qui parle français, siège auto fournis mais nous devons nous débrouiller pour lattacher, argent retiré sur notre compte sans avoir le détail du montant et lorsque nous essayons davoir une réponse nous nen avons pas... toutefois la voiture a fonctionné.

Muito insatisfeita. No dia 31 de maio do presente ano, aluguei, em meu nome, uma VAN para a utilização de 1 dia. Informo que o valor da diária do automóvel foi cobrada corretamente. Entretanto na data, foi-me cobrado a título de reserva 500 euros, em meu cartão de crédito. Porém, a devolução do mesmo não ocorreu até o momento. Informo que não tivemos nenhuma intercorrência para a retenção do valor. A recepção do carro e devolução se deu no HOTEL IPANEMA Park, sendo a indicação feita pela própria recepção do hotel. Tentei contato com a empresa de todas as formas, e ela nada respondeu até o momento. Não aconselho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This rent company stole 500 euro deposit and disappear without answer throw all lines. Just got money and refuse any explanation. Dont give them deposit!

Esperienza pessima. Ho noleggiato un auto turisrent a Tenerife tramite il sito easycar. Ho pagato auto ed assicurazione tramite Visa prepagata, al momento del ritiro mi fanno problemi con la carta di credito e non mi forniscono lauto. Ho provato a disdire la prenotazione ma mi hanno risposto che era passato lorario del ritiro e quindi non potevo disdire. In poche parole mi hanno rubato i soldi
After getting very badly burned by another well advertised (promised to be the cheapest with a fair fuel policy) car rental company in Spain we thankfully found Turisrent. We were staying in the historical old part of downtown Porto and they have a location that you can easily walk to. We picked up the car for a day so we could go deep into the Douro Valley to some specific wineries that aren t on the typical tours. The gal at Turisrent was friendly and explained their fuel policy and return of the car. It was like borrowing your buddies car , no smoke and mirrors, no hidden BS fees, extra charges, no criminal practices, and no confusing BS about why the final price is 2.5 times what it said it would be after you already paid online and can t get a refund (Goldcar) Just straight up honesty from Turisrent. Here s the car, please bring it back with the same amount of fuel. Done. I would Highly recommend booking with Turisrent directly and never use Goldcar or the booking agent DoYouSpain.
Nous étions très satisfaits, on a loué la voiture à porto et on l a rendu à Lisbonne. la gentillesse du personnel était incroyable et la qualité du service également! Je recommande vivement cet agence et je regrette pas d avoir passé par eux !
Ne rendez pas votre véhicule sans la présence du loueur. Nous en avons fait lamère expérience en 2018 puisque le van a été dégradé après lavoir rendu de nuit (dépose des clés à lhôtel dà côté). Ensuite, sans prévenir (alors que nous étions encore à proximité), retenue de la quasi totalité de la caution sur la base dun simple devis (jamais pu obtenir la facture...). Ça nous aura au moins servi de leçon (prendre des photos / vidéos du véhicule avant et après la location).
