A lovely experience of hiring bikes in Porto we rode out to Matosinhos ate in the lovely fish restaurant called Tito I as recommended by the staff. They also recommended a restaurant called Abadia which was situated in the city and was so good we visited twice in the evening lovely authentic Portuguese food. The bikes were in excellent condition and very comfortable for an adventure. Supplied an e-bike for my mum and normal bikes for the 3 others. Thank you Durus

My partner and I had an amazing experience renting bikes from Durus Rent a Bike! We used the bikes to ride to the fish market in Matosinhos and then explore the beautiful beaches of Gaia. The bikes were in excellent condition and very comfortable for a day-long adventure. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for our tour, including the best routes and must-see spots along the way. They even helped us purchase tickets for a boat cruise after our bike ride, which was the perfect way to end our day. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Durus Rent a Bike if you're looking to explore the area on two wheels!

AVOiD. It’s a scam. Sold tickets that don’t exist and has the same script.

Absolutely awful experience. Not sure how they have such a high rating. We rented two bikes, we had to return bikes 3 times because of poor maintenance. First the tires were not inflated, then the steering handlebar was loose and finally the brakes werent working. After finally getting our bikes, we rode them about 300 m and my loose handlebar twisted - causing me to crash. When I went back, the attendant, he mentioned this happens quite frequently and the owner skimps on bike maintenance quite regularly. And the attendant suggested I go to another bike rental in the future. Very strange and bad experience. The attendant was very nice, but the product is awful. I suggest you stay away.

The bicycle was fine, but it was weird the bike had to returned an hour earlier than the closing time (at 5pm instead of 6) and no 24h option was possible even though they were open the next day. Would have been nice if this was communicated online or so.

Great service, location and selection but closes pretty early and the bike given had very squeaky wheels when braking.
