We had an excellent experience here, Ricardo helped us quickly and friendly with our e-bike renting! The e-bikes rode very well in the hilly surroundings of Porto. In a few hours we were able to easily discover the city and the surrounding beaches. Five stars!

I bought a Tern GSD R14 ebike from this shop, very good service and still very good after sales advice. There should be more bicycle shops like this in the big cities, there is no reason for so many cars in the cities, bicycles are a much better mobility solution for most city dwellers, follow the example of Copenhagen.

What a great new store for Porto! They have a large selection of bikes, and Ricardo is very helpful and knowledgeable. A good selection of gear (bags, tools, locks, helmets) from a variety of well-known brands. We look forward to continuing to shop here!

I bought a mobile phone holder that broke on the first day, I activated the warranty on August 10th and to this day I have not received a solution, they dont even respond to emails. Warranty 0, I do not recommend it!
