AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, renting from this place. They are a third party business that WILL SCAM YOU. They will try to charge you on anything possible and are just looking for ways to make money. They charged over 300 Euros for a tiny little "burn" mark that was not remotely possibly done during my rental. They did not even consider that it was not done by me even with my evidence that proves it was not possible. Please choose any other service than this, they are really just a scamming business.
Worst experience ever. Even when you think that it’s over it’s not. It all started when I needed to negotiate to get the car I booked, they managed to give me something bad, an old car that shake at 110km/h, when you booked a « sport tourer » category. When you try to have customer service to fix this problem and get another car you are ghosted after 2 emails, even when you chase them, so you just decide to give up. Finally tou are happy to return this really bad car at the end of your trip and terminate a really bad relationship with Enterprise / Guerin. Unfortunately this would be too easy, 2h after while you are boarding your flight, you receive an email notifying you that you will be charged 150€ for a damage that was already there. Thank god, I took picture of the car when I picked it up and send a picture of the damage immediately after receiving the email (To anyone having an old diesel fiat punto wagon, the front right wheel is already damaged). They charged me the day after the email, but it took them 1 month to reimburse me. To conclude, avoid it at all costs, there is many agencies better and cheaper around. If it’s too late be careful, take picture and keep chasing. Good luck !
We were tempted by the low rates online, but beware!!! At pick-up, we were presented with many additional options (gold package + 30€, GPS + 10€, etc) and a QR code listing the damages on the car, but no one came to check the car with us. It was raining and the car was wet, so we quickly scanned for damages and drove off. At drop-off, we were made to wait 45 minutes because of apparent damage (!?). Then we were told to pay for "damages" because of a scratch on the plastic hubcap (even though we didn't touch anything and couldn't have scratched it anywhere). In any case, the scratched hubcap has to be replaced of course + damage fee + VAT = another 100 Euro!!! I guess that's another scam as is probably customary in Portugal. I'll know better and next time will rent from a reputable company.
A very borderline 2 stars but award 3 because whilst I experienced some customer service issues I didn't have as much of the issues as others describe. Service is via a shuttle bus/van to and from the airport which is very convenient. Arriving at the rental house to collect was a slight faff, the representatives insisted I use the electronic kiosks to check in but it wouldn't accept my card and was extremely slow. Eventually I had my keys which I calculated from the airport to sitting in the car as approximately 35 minutes. Handing the car back however, oh dear. The chaos out on the main road was indescribable. No formal queue, just park up wherever you can and get the attention of the only 1 attendant who was dealing with 10s upon 10s of other customers. Whilst there were no less than 4 representatives in the office doing nothing but talking with each other. Shocking. Do not delay in getting the rental car back if your catching a flight as you will find a lot of time is wasted on return. Car return and back to Airport was just over 1 hour.
If you don't struggle with something it is ok, but we had a problem with the credit card and they don't help you at all. It seems the don't care at all if they make clients or no. Felt not comfortable at all. They said we should call the costumer service but then you have to wait 1 hour until somebody picks up the phone. Additionally, they didn't spread any good vibes there, but yes... hopefully getting the money back. SO ALWAYS bring your physical credit card because they don't accept contactless payment. (Nearly no car rental)
We made our reservation online, including payment and the entering of all relevant data. Despite this we have been waiting for more than one hour before they even assigned a car to us. The same was true for at least 40 more people which were stuck here at lunchtime just like us. Horrible organisation and terrible customer care. Avoid at all costs!
Don’t recommend this company at all! They charged me $200 for scratches on a back tire rim! I have never seen any rental company check the rims upon return. This is their scheme to make more money. Stay away!
Easy, great service. The class I booked let me choose a Polo, i20, or Clio for 125€ a week. They accepted my free credit card CDW coverage without hesitation - no upselling here They had many Toyota Hybrids (Corolla Wagon, C-HR) and I wish I had booked that class of car. My Polo got 35 mpg US and I bet the Toyotas get 50+

Als Stammkunde von Europcar, habe ich nun das erste Mal Enterprise über den ADAC genutzt und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Check in super einfach , kurze Wartezeit, super nettes Personal , moderne gepflegt Fahrzeuge , genauso entspannt war auch die Abgabe des Fahrzeuges und ein sonderlob an Herr Nuno, der alles erklärt hat, vielen Dank . Ab sofort nur noch Enterprise.

Agence malhonnête, facture des dommages qui étaient existant avant la en compte du véhicule, ils ont essayé de nous faire payer une franchise alors que celles-ci étaient inclus dans le contrat de location. Agence à fuir.
Pior locadora que já conheci na vida, picaretas e mentirosos, aluguei um carro no aeroporto de Porto, retirei o carro a noite por meio de entrega presencial, assinei a vistoria (a noite) e no momento da devolução o inspetor foi direto no espelho retrovisor do lado do passageiro que já tinha um pequeno risco, alegando que eu risquei o carro, o que de fato não ocorreu. A Guerin tem faturado muito com esse risco, imaginem quantas vezes ele já foi cobrado indevidamente. Ainda afirmam que a entrega do carro a noite nunca é presencial e que me foi entregue apenas a chave, o que é mentira. Fujam dessa empresa, sinto muito que a Interprise esteja sujando seu nome se associando a Guerin, sugiro reverem suas parcerias. Outro ponto, o carro disponilizado não tinha estepe, no lugar tinha o tanque de LPG, mas ninguém me explicou isso, o rapaz que me entregou o carro estava mais preocupado em não mostrar o espelho riscado do que orientar sobre o veículo.

JAVAIS eu une très bonne expérience avec Enterprise à Inverness, je ne métais donc pas méfiée pour lagence de Porto. Arrivés sur place, nous navons pas pu récupérer la voiture car ils demandent une carte de CREDIT (et non de DEBIT). Ils nous on renvoyés vers un partenaire, soit disant le seul qui prend les cartes de crédit, avec une proposition de prix à 200 plus cher. Finalement nous avons fait toutes les agences de la rue et avons trouvé un rapport qualité/prix bien meilleur chez AVIS. Jai vérifié sur le contrat dorigine cette histoire de carte et il savère que cest bien noté payement avec carte de crédit, mais aussi MasterCard, ce que nous avions.

Nous avons eu une bonne expérience avec Alamo. Nous avons eu une voiture qui correspondait à ce quon attendait et aucun soucis au retour du véhicule.
Alles war Tip Top. Sehr zu empfehlener Service. Keine versteckten Kosten. Annahme + Abgabe des Fahrzeugs Problemlos. Auto war im Top Zustand, Upgrade zu Automatik erhalten. Auto ist bestens für die Sicherheit und leichte Nutzung des Fahrens ausgestattet. Ich bin komplett die Westküste runter gefahren, und kann aus langer Fahrt - der Erfahrung sprechen . Vielen Dank für diese Positive Erfahrung.

Be prepared to be asked to put a 1000 euro deposit when renting - which is out of this world considering I was purchasing the full coverage for the vehicle. Seems extremely unreasonable. The ones staff told the other to knock it down a little and he hushed her. It s highway robbery - I understand it s only a deposit but that amount of hold is excessive.
Mini scratch on the rim which results in a request for payment for damage. This is really a classic car rental agency scam. To flee
Pessimo! Primeira vez e última vez que alugo! Acusaram a gente de ter arranhado estofado do espelho da frente do carro. Nem abrimos o espelho, nem encostamos. E quando devolvemos o carro, a rapariga foi direto no espelho onde estava arranhada de início. Parecia até que já sabiam que estava arranhado. Absurdo isso! Atendimento pessimo na franquia do Porto! Costumo alugar sempre essa empresa em outros países, porém nunca mais! Última vez! Não recomento!

PESSIMA experiencia com a Enterpresie/ Guerin Rent a car , nao recomendo o processo fora de horas oferecido por eles!!!!! Processo e definitivamente um modo de prejudicar e nao facilitar a vida do cliente! Escolhi a enterprise mesmo por causa da possibilidade de entregar o carro fora de horas e acabei por ser a vitima deste mesmo Scam!! Nao existe estacionamento disponivel para as viaturas, no meu caso fui obrigado a estacionar o veiculo em frente aos portoes da Enterprise!! O processo e super simples mas a seguranca do veiculo e completamente 0!! Perguntei ao staff se era seguro deixar o carro na rua e foi me dito com toda a firmeza que sim, nunca tiveram problemas ate ao dia de hoje com carros danificados! Suprise suprise , vandalismo ao carro que aluguei! A unica coisa que a Enterprise se interessa e de receber o pagamento do dano e nao de ajudar o cliente com o problema quando ambas as partes entendem que o carro foi vandalizado por alguem!! Nao existe CCTV no local para ajudar o caso , so existe mesmo do Aeroporto do Porto que dificilmente teremos acesso as filmagens ( dito pelo o Staff da enterprise ) e confirmado por mim pois nunca me responderam aos emails ou chamadas. Resumindo, processo conveniente para a companhia pois e uma maneira extra de fazer dinheiro com os clientes!!! NAO FACAM O PROCESSO FORA DE HORAS! Nem se deem ao trabalho de tirar fotografias quando deixarem o veiculo no recinto porque caso o dano seja feito entre essa hora e a hora de abertura ou a inspecao do veiculo a responsabilidade sera sempre do cliente!! Ou seja, fotografias ou videos serao inuteis e o cliente pagara sempre! SCAM COMPLETO!!!! EVITEM!!!!
Its absolutely ridiculous to be asked for a $1,000 EURO deposit as a loyal customer. Despite opting for full coverage, they still demanded a deposit equivalent to $1,451 CDN for a basic car. Ive come to realize that Enterprise and National are not suitable options for all European travelers due to their exorbitant deposit fees. Fortunately, I found a much better alternative with Europecar SUV, where they only required a $100 EURO deposit and their rental fees were much more reasonable. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Enterprise and National for your car rental needs.
Smooth rental experience. Pick up was very modern with a computerized touch screen experience. Car was okay, not brand new with over 70,000km, but fine for a few days. The car smelled like cigarettes which is also not a good surprise. The employees and services were satisfactory and smooth.

Complete robbery! Do not use Enterprise Porto! I advise using one of the many other rental car options. We rented a car from them and upon returning the vehicle they came across a dirt mark on the front bumper that they wanted to charge 130euros. For what appeared to be dirt marks! That s more money than renting the car. I asked multiple times to show me a picture of what the bumper looked like before we picked up the vehicle which they failed to show me. Absolutely horrible service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers
Be careful, they will try to earn some extra money by charging for damages you didnt cause! We had two cars, both had the exact same damage from the beginning: a small clip missing the trunk. We didnt see this when we received the car as we didnt check the interior of the trunk. When we noticed both cars had the same clip missing, it was pretty obvious that they do this on purpose to charge for damage. So we werent surprised when they immediately noticed this at car return (weird coincidence that they didnt even open the trunk when we received the car).. My recommendation: Dont rent here, they will try to defraud you! If you rent here, check EVERY single detail and have it documented when you receive the car.
Ripped off. Paid online with debit card. When we collected the car we had to pay for the insurance with a credit card only but we didnt have. So we lost everything. Every year the car hire companies seem to come up with a new scam. Very disappointing

Attention Aluger Enterprise à eviter. Déjà il refuse ma carte de adhérent à Enterprise !!! Voiture ne correspond pas du tout à la réservation faite sur internet. Véhicule vétuste plus de 51 000kms au compteur, divers défaut notamment les gigleurs dessuie-glace sur chaque balais un est bouché liquide sans alcool ne nettoye rien , bruit à l amortisseur arrière, bruit au freinage avant, divers rayures sur le véhicule voir photo du checking , il m on facturé une rayure sur un rétroviseur 149,75 Euros j ai du payer peur de loupé mon vol, et qui devait peut-être à l origine faisant confiance à leur checking. J ai essayé de leur expliqué que leur véhicule avait des défauts, il m on demander pourquoi ne leur pas avoir ramener, je leur répond que j allais pas faire des Kilomètres et gâcher mes congés pour venir à l aéroport car il sont tenu de nous donner des véhicules qui son en état sans danger pour le client , et non pour faire de la brousse à Dakar .

As usual pushing to serve extra insurances and till tag. Doesn t open till 7 so if you have an early flight. Your are on your own to lug the bags for a kilometer. Also a private operator and not owned by enterprise.
Très bonne expérience pour notre part. Une navette nous attendait devant laéroport dès la sortie de notre vol pour nous amener à lagence de laéroport. Voiture clean, sans soucis. On a ramené la voiture à un autre endroit, Vila nova de Gaia, en ville. Ils ont été arrangeants et ont accepté quon rende la voiture un peu plus tard sans frais supplémentaires.

Long waiting time at time of rental. Difficult rental process, not enough staff. Told me that the toll would be charged electronically but that was a lie. Now got charged 30 times the price of the actual toll fees because it went through several admin processes adding mor and more to the bill. Would never rent there again.

DO NOT RENT from this location!!! If you do, go over the interior and exterior of your vehicle thoroughly before and after renting the vehicle!!! They will ding you for damages you did not cause. I rented a car from Lisbon and returned it here early in the morning before my flight. They emailed me and dinged me for cigarette burn damage to the front passenger seat. My wife is the only one who sat there and neither she nor anyone who traveled in the car (my kids) smokes. The pictures they sent showed 3 small burns on grey seats, and I remembered our seats being black. I asked the company to call me to question the charge, and the lady s second sentence was along the lines that I had insurance and that I could claim with them. I challenged them on whether it was the right car and how I could be dinged for burns when no one smoked in car. I asked for pictures and they emailed me a picture of the exterior of the car, showing black backs of seats. I asked for a video of entering the car (to show license plate) and then to the seat in question to confirm it was the one I rented. One month and multiple emails later, I am still waiting for a response. I think they are just looking to ding people who return early or have insurance, as it makes it easier for them to not be challenged. I had used Europcar in the past with no issues, and will be returning to them when I travel to Europe. I also reached out to Enterprise and did not receive a response. Won t use them in North America any longer as well.

Since there are many horror stories about car rental companies in Portugal, including this company, I wanted to chime in and share what a great experience we had. We have used Enterprise in the past with good results, so we chose this office for our 8 day rental in November. The shuttle was easy to find, and super quick to arrive to the rental office. The staff was polite, quick, and efficient, and we did not wait at all. The man who showed us the vehicle was helpful in documenting and pointing out small dents/scratches. The vehicle was very nice and clean, no issues. Upon return, the process was also quick and easy, with no new damages noted, and a quick shuttle ride back to the airport to catch the metro. My only complaint would be the exorbitant price quoted for a child car seat - more than 70 euros per DAY - double the cost of the car rental!? (For that price, we chose to take our own car seat.) Aside from that, if we rented another vehicle in Porto, we would definitely use Enterprise again. Thank you!
Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence et Entreprise en général ! Je vous conseille déviter ou sinon de bien prendre le temps de faire vos choix (prendre toutes les assurances surtout ce qui vous coûtera une blinde) à labri des conseillers qui vous explique les choses à moitié et vous foutent la pression pour accélérer la prise en charge du véhicule (cétait même lui qui était là à valider les étapes sur leur borne comme si cétait lui qui la prenait la location). Puis deux semaines après, ayant un dommage causé par autrui sur le véhicule, déjà sur place on vous fait payer le prix fort puis on vous dit décrire à Entreprise. Jarrive en france et je leur écrit et à ma grande surprise bah ils vous renvoient vers lagence... va comprendre ! Je les contacte et eux ils te renvoient vers un service client... bref on arrete pas décrire et dappeler et a ce jour nous navons pas encore récupérer nos 650 payés sur place ! Et aucun retour encore expliquant la situation ... à fuir en tout cas sauf si tout se passe bien mais on est jamais à labri et cest là ou on se rend compte quils ne sont ni professionnels ni transparents sur leur demarches a lagence !

Rent a car. Des voleurs tout bonnement, une entreprise qui ne pas être fière ni delle ni de ses employés. La voiture nétait pas celle prévue pour 4 personnes, et 1500 euros de caution encaissée jamais remboursée, pas cool pour un voyage qui se voulait le séjour de décompression et de découverte pour la famille. Ny allez pas et faites tourner.

Bastante satisfeito com o serviço recebido. O carro que me foi disponibilizado foi de qualidade superior à contratada, sem me ter sido cobrado qualquer valor extra. O atendimento foi célere e sem problemas.
Great experience. Rented a car for a week. The driver was at the airport arrivals area waiting to pick us up on time for the short ride to the their rental facilities. Both on the pick-up and drop off we were lucky to be served by a very polite and courteous customer assistant associate Ms Daniela Lopes. The car was clean at pick up. But we had to wait about 15 minutes. Overall a great experience.
Je confirme un service daccueil efficace jusquà la livraison des clés mais par contre faite bien attention à faire le tour complet du véhicule avec le livreur, toit et soubassement compris même pour un véhicule soit disant neuf à la remise de clé. Ma mésaventure est de ne pas avoir regardé la partie du parechoc avant inférieur invisible sans se reculer de 4m qui avait une rayure, rayure que je nai pu faire via mes 300km dautoroute et le véhicule resté sur le parking la durée de la location. Charger 130 , rayure qui je suppose ne sera pas réparée et sûrement rechargee au client suivant qui ne sera pas attentif... difficile de dire si cest un moyen de revenu supplémentaire pour le loueur ou le manque de rigueur lors du retour voiture dun client. Je déconseille donc Entreprise /Guérin Porto
A surprisingly good experience. Helpful staff, short waiting time, straightforward contact with no tricks. The only issue was that I was give a car different from the one I ordered and with no Android Auto (no navigation screen), however this was corrected immediately upon my request and I ended up with an upgrade. One point of advice: check if you really need to pay the camera toll waver in advance, according to your planned routes. Only very few routes have camera toll deployed with no possibility to stop and pay.

Really nice staff, rapid car drop-off, and convenient shuttle to the terminal. The shuttle driver was one of the friendliest and nicest people weve met in Portugal.

Great experience. Friendly service, efficient process of pickup and return. No hard sell on insurance or such like. Fast and frequent pickup van when you arrive at the airport and only a couple of minutes to get to the place. Car was as ordered and in good condition. Recommend to anyone wanting to hire a car in Porto.

Schneller Shuttleservice zur Station des Anbieters und auch wieder zurück zum Flughafen (ca. 3 Minuten Fahrt per Transporter). Gute und ausführliche Übergabe des Fahrzeugs durch sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Problemlose Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs (hat maximal 5 Minuten gedauert).
Éste es un aeropuerto pequeño pero muy completo. Para poder visitar Oporto dispones de muchas empresas de alquiler de coches en el mismo aeropuerto, tienes las típicas tiendas de todo tipo y el personal es atento. Pasar el control de seguridad fue muy ágil y rápido. Aunque los lavabos podrían estar un poco más limpios.

Only one piece can be placed in the center of the rear seat. I am very enthusiastic service personnel.
