Superbe expérience chez Raquel et Michelle qui sont extrêmement accueillantes et qui propose un service de location de voiture au top. Tout sest très bien déroulé, le véhicule était en très bon état et fonctionnel, le contrat était clair, pas dentourloupe, un système avec assurance inclue et une flexibilité plus quappréciable. Vous seriez peut-être tenté daller voir des visages plus connus comme europcar par sécurité mais allez plutôt chez Raquel et Michelle, une entreprise indépendante qui fait bien les choses. On vous donne un prix et vous payerez ce prix. Rien à redire foncez !

Prima di partire per il Nord del Portogallo avevo cercato di prenotare un auto, ma tra le varie compagnie condizioni e costi non mi convincevano. Arrivata a Porto ho cercato compagnie locali e ho conosciuto Raquel e Michell instancabili e accoglienti nel loro ufficio abbastanza centrale. Ottimi prezzi e buona utilitaria presa in città e lasciata in aereoporto, assistenza h 24. Organizzazione e trasparenza hanno fatto la differenza ,soprattutto per me che ho viaggiato da sola. Nulla da invidiare alle solite compagnie. Esperienza ottima, consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a loro!

Estou muinto contente com a FlashRent-Car do Porto

Rien à dire, cest un peu cher mais par contre vous pouvez dormir sur vos 2 oreilles, elle sont super sympa et arrangeante. Je pense que le prix sexplique par le fait que cest une toute petite structure mais si vous avez les moyens, foncez. Il ny a pas de caution à donner pour la voiture, nous avons eu uniquement 150 à donner davance pour les péages et nettoyage de la voiture si besoin. Au final les 150 nous ont été remboursé car la voiture était propre et nous navions pas pris lautoroute. Je recommande ! Surtout quen tant que touriste il nest pas facile de trouver les bonnes adresses où lon peut faire confiance, alors allez-y ! ;)

I can highly recommend this rental company. Michelle was so friendly and kind, you can tell she cares about your well being and enjoying your stay in Porto. At the end I didnt rent a car at all because she kindly suggested that is better for me to go with train to Aveiro because I only needed car for few hours. So I chose that option because I traveled alone and it wouldnt make sense from financial point of view. Other sellers would just try to take advantage of you. The prices are very good though, very fair. I dont usually write reviews, but for this company and especially Michelle I just had to.

Raquel and Michelle were a pleasure to rent a car from. They made the process super easy and were very accommodating with our dropoff location as well. They gave us plenty of tips about the tolls and places to visit during our stay in Portugal. I would definitely recommend FlashRent to anyone and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservé le 9 février par internet une voiture pour notre trip autour de Porto. Un email retour indiquait que notre demande avait été bien enregistrée et que la société de location allait revenir vers nous plus tard. Le 14 février nous prenons lavion pour Porto....pas de nouvelles. Le dimanche 19 février matin, 9h00, à lheure au rdv fixé....porte close. Lagence est fermée le dimanche (sic!) Tentative de prise de contact par WhatsApp comme indiqué dans lemail de confirmation.... réponse 1 heure plus tard :Si on nous ne sommes pas revenus vers vous cest que nous avons annulé votre demande...bonne journée Wow Super pro. Jai fait 20 mètres. Je suis rentré chez Europcar. Jai attendu mon tour 30 minutes. Jai demandé si une auto était dispo pour 5....Bingo. 10 minutes plus tard je repartait avec une VW T-cross pour le même prix que chez FlashRent... Bref, jaurais préféré faire travailler une petite cellule familiale, mais franchement heureusement que EUROPCAR existe, laccueil fût souriant et chaleureux et dune efficacité imcomparable. Quand on est pro et que lon prend des vacances (du dimanche au mercredi), on balaie ses emails pour ne laisser aucun client sur le carreau. On ne se sauve pas sans sexcuser de ne pouvoir honorer une demande pré-validée. Pros ou amateurs, faites votre choix... Triste néanmoins que FlashRent soit véhémente et incapable de comprendre notre désarroi. Bref je suis idiot, malheureux, venimeux et heureusement en minorité.

I am very careful about the choice of rents, as I have heard a lot of unpleasant stories with deposits and low level of service here, in Portugal. I chose FlashRent based on reviews and was very pleased with the car, service and price. The rental conditions are slightly higher than in rentals with credit cards, but this does not make a big difference. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The car was new, clean and in perfect technical condition. Thank you, this was the best car rental experience in my 10 year travel experience.

A flash rent conseguiu um carro para nós em poucos minutos (após a nossa reserva com a Europcar correr mal). Sem taxas adicionais, sem reserva/caução e sem necessidade de cartão de crédito. O carro estava limpo e bastante seguro. O atendimento da Michelle fez toda a diferença, um atendimento de excelência com uma energia contagiante!

Depois de um imprevisto de última hora, a Flash Rent arranjou-nos um carro em minutos! Raquel and Michelle were great and helped me before and during my whole travel on the road and theyve been so available and kind! Also you can pay when you get to Porto with card or cash. Best rental experience Ive had period. No hidden fees and no security deposition with stupid high liability charges. Raquel was very nice, spoke perfect English, and explained all the terms in detail without skipping anything. I could ask questions without feeling stressed or bothersome, which in my experience is the complete opposite to renting at an airport. Cars are new, clean and dent free. We had a more or less brand new Hyundai i20 which served us very well during our two day trip to Sintra. If Im in Porto again I will definitely go back and rent my car there. :)

We had a very good experience at Flashrent! These two Angels are very helpful and kind ! They dont wanted to force us to rent a car by them, let us to think about it. We got a nice Hyundai (with just a few km in it), rented it in Porto and got it back in Lisboa. We had a small problem : in a parking zone of a huge supermarket somebody pushed our car at the back. We sent some photoes to the ladies and we got an answer immediately that we shouldnt be worried about it, they will fix it. We travelled almost 1200 km and everything worked fine. We really recommend them ! They are the two kindest portuguese pople we met during our holidays .

Michelle and her colleague helped us perfectly! It was not easy to plan a group-trip for 14 persons, especially renting cars always feels like a big hassle. However, everything went so smoothly at FlashRent. The instructions were clear and the communication over e-mail was great. Michelle always responded within a day! The instructions for returning the car and the keys were simple and understandable, simply amazing service. We paid a down payment in case we drove on toll roads, but, since we did not drive on such roads, a few days after we returned home, we received a request from the angels to send bank details so they could return the advance to us This fact, in itself, shows integrity, reliability and first-rate service. Ce site de location est parfait pas de perte de temps a la remise des clés, tour de la voiture vite fait au départ et de même au retour petite caussion retenu à peine 15 jour au retour de la voiture pour les frais éventuels dautoroute, qui nous a été remboursée moins 7 45 dautoroute. Vraiment le top, personnel super gentil véhicules propres. Rien a dire que du bonheur pas de mauvaise surprise.

Car is clean and in great condition too. Car was delivered in Porto airport promptly and clear instructions were given to us. We need to pay a deposit for the toll transporter to pay the tolls but the balance was refunded to us without much delay. Dont bother to look elsewhere if you are looking to rent a car in Porto. They are the most honest and credible people to deal with. They dont do nonsense like some big names and you will not regret renting the car from them. Good job team!!

Fantastic rental car company. My spouse and I drove over 750 km in a pristine VW from Porto through Spain. We got in a slight mirror bump accident with another car in Porto. Raquel and Michele were super helpful talking to the police officer and other motorist on the phone via whatsapp when we filled out the insurance paperwork for the accident. It was an extra step to pay the deposit for the car via a bank account but 100% worth it to get a local, caring company. Theyd get 7 stars if possible. Look no further.

We rented the 7-seater VW Buzz from Flashrent for a weeks stay in Portugal, as we were a party of 6 and it was the only vehicle available that could accommodate 6 people. Flashrent were a pleasure to deal with. Michelle and Raquel were really helpful and responded quickly to our queries. The deposit was quite high, as it was a brand new vehicle, but we received it back with no problems at all a few days after our return. We did, however, have to go to the office to pay it by card as we didnt want to carry 1000 in cash with us, which was an inconvenience and cost us 50 for 2 taxis from the airport. We also received the deposit from the Via Verde device, which we only spent a small amount on, within 10 days of our return. While the VW Buzz was very comfortable, it was far too complicated a vehicle (we are people who use vans for our business) and we found it really difficult to work out how to do the simplest things, like turn the heating down! We can read a small amount of Portuguese but could not work out if there was a way of changing the language of the computer so we could understand all of it. As the renters might be different nationalities, this would be helpful. If the car were simpler, this wouldnt be such an issue. The computer also only pairs with Apple phones, which is rubbish! My husband and I only have Android phones and, had our friends not had Apple phones, this would have been a problem (we struggled to get the sat nav to work at the beginning and kept getting messages on the screen telling us that that function was not available, or words to that effect.) My husband, who did all the driving, also hated the handling of the vehicle on motorways as it was in a mode that tried to keep it in lane and we couldnt work out how to change that. Hes a very experienced driver and really didnt like this vehicle - it felt as though a degree in computing was needed to operate it and it was really frustrating! We also found that it would only operate on electric power while pottering about on small roads rather than the motorways, so we ended up spending 100 on fuel for the week, which we hadnt anticipated as it was a hybrid vehicle and we were keen to use battery power as much as possible. The battery was always showing fully charged but it wouldnt allow us to simply select that and keep it in electric mode. In summary, Flashrent were easy to deal with and honest so we would recommend them as a rental company. We would definitely have preferred to have been able to select a less high-tech and cheaper vehicle for 6 people but it was the only one available. The VW Buzz gets the thumbs-down from us...

Amazing company, first time in Portugal and I was looking to rent a car but as a student it was hard to find a place that didn t charge a young driver fee or require a credit card, but this place didn t require either of those and accepted cash! Both the women working there were super friendly and very communicative, and the car - the Mitsubishi Outlander was an excellent car to rent. If I am ever back in Porto I would definitely rent from this place again.

Had a great rental hire from this company. The girl on the desk was very very helpful & explain each and everything to me. All the rentals cover full insurance and no credit card block amount which was great. I got the car in just 2 hours after calling them on saturday whereas no other company in Porto has a automatic car. The car was full option mitsubishi outlander and almost brand new. I have taken to Spain from Porto and has paid 20 euro extra for crossing border and its a whole trip charge. Drop off was also very easy. No fuss about scratches. Highly recommend, will surely use them next time.

We rented a car from FlashRent for only 2 days, but we had absolutely great service and communication throughout the process. The car was in mint condition, clean and working exactly as it should. We were able to easily (and super fast) pickup the car at the airport and drop it off at the main office, communicating through WhatsApp throughout the days everytime we had any questions. We were a little late to return, due to a missed exit, but the owner was understanding and comforting, very human nothing like the usual big companies, who will rip you off, if they get the chance. Wow I wish I could give 50 stars... these ladies went above and beyond when we had car trouble (our own stupid mistake) to personally come meet us, call a tow truck, and call a taxi for us back to the city. And they had us laughing the whole time :) honestly, renting from FlashRent was a highlight of our trip to Porto. Easy to reserve a car, pick up, and drop off, plus super responsive support. People who are reading this, listen to me carefully: THERE IS NO BETTER RENT-A-CAR IN THE WORLD. At least I havent met a better one. The girls who run this rent-a-car company are called Raquel and Michelle and they are two of the nicest, most hospitable and pleasant people you will meet. Communication is flawless. The cars are new, clean.....the top of the world. I can write about FlashRent here until tomorrow... so I will stop. So, if you are in Lisbon and want to rent a car, dont, take the train to Porto and rent a car from these girls. If you are in Porto or near Porto, then simply rent from them. This rent a car company is 10 times more expensive and they are very rude to customers.We were late when we were giving the car back because of lost internet connection and got lost in Portugal, we sent an sms to company But the company ( Racela) did not answer the sms and they blocked the car on the gasoline station.They saw that the car was on the way back (through gps) I think that they only wanted to punish us and take all of the deposit and take 40 euros more. So rude and very dangerous for customers. Also, they had cheaper cars but they gave us the most expensive one on purpose. They didnt want to give us the bill and because of them the whole process of renting out a car was like a nightmare to me.

If you are in Porto and in need of renting a car, were highly recommending FlashRent. Its run by two dynamic women (Raquel and Michelle) who displayed impeccable customer service. Their prices are very competitive and their location is right at the center of Porto. You dont have to be going to the airport if you dont need to. We rented the car for 9 days driving to Spain for 4 days and within Porto and nearby towns for the rest of a week for a very reasonable price inclusive of insurance. The car they provided was in very good condition. Raquel enlightened us about how toll system works in Porto which was very helpful. Michelle, on the other hand, helped us when we needed assistance in paying a parking violation we incurred. We didnt know how and Michelle helped us with that.

As this is a small company and it was also high season, the car from was slightly more expensive than the big car rental services, and it was worth every Euro. Also no hidden fees and no deposit! We had such a great experience with Flashrent from start to finish! Raquel was amazing, answering all our questions before we booked and being very clear about everything. It was the only car rental company we could find that didn t require a credit card and also did not charge more for the driver being under 25. The car was brand new and a joy to drive and we had an incredible road trip in it to the Douro Valley and Geres national park. We were so happy that we decided to rent a car as you can t see these places properly without one. Would thoroughly recommend flashrent to everyone!!

Increible: alquilé en Porto por 2 días un coche completamente nuevo casi a mitad de precio de lo que me pedían en otras empresas conocidas, sin necesidad de tarjeta de crédito ni de depósito y sin cláusulas abusivas u ocultas. Deberían aprender todas las grandes compañías de alquiler cómo hay que tratar a los clientes. Quedé muy satisfecho y recomiendo totalmente alquilar con Flashrent y les deseo que sigan así que les vaya muy bien porque se lo merecen.

Very courteous and friendly staff who were available around the clock in case of problems. It was all very personal and we felt more comfortable than with the large corporations. Elles sont super sympa, le service est au top. Pas de caution à laisser, la location de fait rapidement. Vous pouvez les contacter sur WhatsApp très facilement pour n importe quelle question. J avais oublié le chargeur de mon téléphone, elles m en ont fournis un. La voiture était neuve, agréable à conduire. Si vous devez louer une voiture à Porto, c est ici sans aucuns doute.

We had a really good experience renting our car there. We were quite apprehensive about other companies and their mixed reviews that sometimes talked about fraudulent activities (even the bigger, well known companies). Just trusted our gut with this company and it really paid off. Even though it is pricier than other companies, you get great service, really uncomplicated payment and we also had a seemingly new car with no bugs. I think that we would definitely rent again with this company or recommend it to our friends when they visit Porto.

I can t speak more highly of flash rent! I would give 10 stars if I could. I have family in Portugal that I visit on a yearly basis so rental cars are not new to me. Unfortunately in the past I haven t had good experiences with bigger companies. I ve rented cars from hertz, budget, avis, and Europcar. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with all these companies and I will never use them again. This year I decided to go with Flash rent- a small local business run by racquel and Michelle. I decided to go with them because they had so many high quality reviews. Raquel got in contact with me from the day of my booking , stayed in contact with me until I arrived at the airport, and was available for instant communication throughout my trip if I had any questions. Everything about this experience was WONDERFUL! Everything from pick up from the airport, playment- no hidden fees just straight up, and drop off was super easy and convenient also. The car was in perfect condition, very clean, and exactly what I was looking for during my trip. The service and quality is above and beyond professional. This is a great way to support small owned businesses in Portugal. I can truthfully say that I have found my favorite rental company for my ongoing trips to Portugal. Thank you flash rent!!
