Wir haben ein Roller für 6std ausgeliehen und alles war top von Service bis zum Preis kann man nur weiter empfehlen

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der Anmietung glücklich. Jedoch waren wir dann sehr enttäuscht als wir nach 4 Tagen Leihzeit um sechs weitere Stunden verlängern wollten und wir dann einen voll 24-Stunden-Tag hätten zahlen müssen. Kundenservice im Urlaub stellt man sich dann gänzlich anderst vor. Das hat dann die Anmietung sehr negativ für uns enden lassen.

Très accueillant, très professionnel, ils prennent leur temps pour expliquer les choses. Endroit idéal pour partir faire la vallée du Douro (rapidement sur la nationale 222).

Vélo de qualité bien entretenu ils nous ont bien conseillé sur le parcours à emprunter que nous avons eu ce que nous sommes passés par l office du tourisme pour faire la réservation. On a payé beaucoup plus cher que si on avait fait sur place. Je vous conseille d aller directement sur place.

Super! Nous avons loué 2 vélos électriques à la journée (25 euros lun pour 24h). État impeccable et super balade le long du Douro et de locéan jusquà Matosinhos! Ainsi que la rive sud du Douro côté Villa Nova de Gaia. Très chouette aussi. Le loueur est très sympathique, et donne de bonnes infos sur ce qui est intéressant de découvrir à Vélo. Nous avons passé une super journée! Je recommande ce loueur de vélo!

Fair prices I believe it was 10 for 5 hours when I went December 2022. Cycled all the way to Matosinhos no problem thanks to guidance from staff and a handy map they gave me. Staff was friendly and engaging, very helpful to assist. Wear ripped jeans for an inside joke.

Alquilamos bici y moto. Los empleados muy simpáticos y precios muy buenos comparando la competencia. Pillé una 125 que note sin fuerzas, no se si es normal. Lo único que cambiaría los cascos, abrir la visera conduciendo tarea imposible

Überragend! Es gibt keine bessere Art Porto zu erkunden! Günstiger als die anderen Läden in Porto wenn man sich mit 110cc anstatt 125cc zufrieden gibt (man kommt trotzdem schnell überall hin, auch zu zweit). Wir hatten ein Problem beim Tanken und unser Roller wurde ohne kompliziertes hin und her in wenigen Minuten getauscht (noch während wir auf unsere Eis warteten war er schon da) + Der Roller verbraucht fast keinen Sprit (Tank nach einem Tag kostet 5 ) +Liegt mitten im Zentrum +Sprechen fließend Englisch Noch besser wäre es nur wenn es vielleicht ein TomTom mit gespeicherter Touri Tour gäbe um nicht andauernd halten zu müssen und auf den (im Service inbegriffenen) Karten zu schauen wo man gerade ist. :)

Günstiger und unkomplizierter Verleih. Es gibt sehr nettes Personal, welches einem alles erklärt. Des Weiteren handelt es sich um moderne Fahrzeuge. Der Verleih ist ein kleines bisschen versteckt unterhalb des Straßenniveaus, aber den Besuch auf jeden Fall wert.

We rented bikes and cycled 70 miles over 2 days whilst in Porto. The rental is straightforward, and the guys are friendly and helpful. I think this is the first place ever that Ive experienced rental charges based upon how long you are out for. Both days we were out for 6 hours approx, so you get charged for that, rather than a 1 day rental. Brilliant . This meant 10 euros per bike, each day. Love it . The bikes are not high spec, but good enough for what we wanted. Definitely recommend.

Best place to rent a bicycle in Porto! Great servis and super friendly guys! I did email shop few weeks before to arrange my booking. I rented bike with rack for panniers and traveled for 10 days with my tent along the coast. I actually phoned them up twice to extend booking and there was no problem at all. Bike was great and I had no issues with it. Highly recommended place! I will be coming back soon! Obrigado!

Vorab: ich habe für 14 Tage eine Honda Vision 110 gemietet und bin in der Zeit über 1.900 km gefahren. Der Roller war relativ neu und lief einwandfrei. Es hat weniger als 2,4 L / 100 km verbraucht und ich hatte extrem viel Spaß damit. Von der Übergabe bis zur Rückgabe ist alles bestens gelaufen. Die Leute sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief professionell ab. Weil ich viel gefahren bin, habe ich mich ein bisschen unwohl gefühlt und habe mich dafür entschuldigt. Sie sagten aber nur, dass der Roller dafür da sei. Das fand ich super. Wenn ich wieder in Porto / Portugal bin, will ich definitiv wieder bei Northroad einen Roller mieten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Nice rental ruined by poor handling of a miscommunication. We came to hire 2 eBikes for a full day (24 hours) and wanted to pay, was told to bring back the bikes any time and pay after. Miscommunication meant they expected the bike back the same day, so we received a call to return the bikes and still charged us the full price for 24 hours. Understandably a miscommunication on both parties, but we wanted to pay initially so we had the freedom of not having to rush back to the store. Plans ruined, still charged for a service we didnt fully receive by Francisco. Shame, otherwise decent bikes and good value in comparison to other places.

Absolutely had a blast renting a scooter to see the surrounding areas of Porto! A must do if youre in Porto and can drive a scooter! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and gives great tips on what to visit. We would rent again for sure!

Geweldig leuke fietstocht. Pittig in het begin maar een heel plezierige gids Anselmo die ( op een spontane prettige manier ) veel verteld over Porto. Mooie plekjes en uitzichten gezien, geen drukke wegen. Jammer dat we de oversteek naar Gaia niet hebben kunnen maken. Een aanrader.

Rented Honda vision 110 from 0900-1900 which was very reasonably priced. The fuel is also super cheap. Had a great day riding to the Douro Valley. Managed to get a small scratch on the scooter however. Was a few cm in length. This cost us 45 from the company for repairs. Seemed reasonable but also not ideal for our budget. The scooter also already has scratches before we rented it which had not been repaired so we are slightly unsure sure if our 45 will actually go to repairs or if the company just take the money. Just so you know how much it will cost you for small repairs. Would recommend them as the staff were friendly and helpful. And the scooter was really good, one of the best days of our holiday in Porto.

Wij hadden een fietstour door Porto met gids Anselmo. Hij bracht ons naar speciale plekken en mooie uitzichtpunten en wist veel te vertellen over Porto en zijn stad Gaia. De steile straten vormden wel een uitdaging met de gewone fietsen maar Anselmo was heel hulpvol en duwde ons naar boven. Een hele mooie ervaring. Met de goede tips van Anselmo hebben we daarna nog lekker gegeten en van de vinho verde genoten.

Ich hatte einen Tag diese wunderschöne BMW 1250GS. Der Besitzer von dem verleih ist sehr freundlich. Er nimmt sich Zeit das er dir das Motorrad genau erklärt und hat uns eine schöne Tour vorgeschlagen die wir dann auch gefahren sind. Kann Ich nur weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung Top.

Alors là, parfait ! On a loué un scooter Honda Vision 110cm3 du lundi matin au vendredi matin pour 112e kilométrage illimité, assurance, casque cadenas et top case compris contre une caution de 300e. Prix ultra compétitif, scooter en parfait état, il avait 840km quand nous lavons pris. On a pu visiter Porto, ses environs, la côte nord, la côte sud, la vallée du Douro sans aucun problème. Le petit Honda Vision fait le boulot, en ville il est maniable et vif, dans les cols de montagne il sen sort à merveille, sur les voies rapides et nationales il ne fait pas trop petit, il est très économe en super 95, environ 5e par jour dessence et pourtant on a énormément roulé, heureusement que lon a écouté les conseils du loueur car on voulait partir sur un 50cm3 au début Si vous voulez louer un 2 roues, cest ici quil faut aller

O atendimento foi bacana, porém demorado. Apesar disso, os preços valeram a pena, a moto era excelente e estava em perfeito estado! Também alugamos capacetes e jaquetas. Só sugiro que comecem a higienizar os dois, ou incluir uma touca higiênica para o capacete, pois é desconfortável pro cliente usar algo suado de outra pessoa.

I cant comment on full experience as I cancelled my reservation right after they tried to write down my credit card number, expiry and CVV(!). As far as i know writing down on paper CVV code is illegal, especially considering they store such papers in open where any employee can access it. How do you know if next employee getting fired would not take a photo of all the cards and have a nice trip to Bali? :) I went to another the company nearby and had no such issues.

A really helpful team renting bikes scooters etc. Good suggestions on exploring the area and where to park too. Good prices and ethos.100% recommend. They even helped out paying a toll road fee that the machine was broken for and had to be paid by some other means within 7 days.

Bikes were OK. BUT: We first had to walk 20 minutes through the city to get a bike because in the shop in the north of the city, no bikes were available.... When we were bringing the bikes back, only 5 minutes later than the duration of 4h, we already got charge the full 6h price. This absolutely should be in the range of tolerance or at least to get a bit of a price discount.

Ruikt naar oplichting xt600 met 40.000km op de teller. plastic kapot gereden en koppelings hendel afgebroken. dikke vette rekening naheffing van 940,-. zal de rekening opzoeken en foto plaatsen u bent gewaarschuwd. Dit word dus als je allang weer thuis bent. Gewoon even van je creditkaart afgeboekt.

You can rent motorbikes in Porto with Northroad - Rent a Moto e Bike / Tours. The way we were welcomed was extraordinary and everything was as agreed with the motorbikes. Even better was the attitude and patience of Miguel who helped us improve our route on the N222 and gave us tips for future adventures in the Douro.

En lugar de coger el (precioso) tranvia, fue un acierto alquilar una bonita 125 para llegar hasta Foz do Douro y alrededores. Alquilar un vehículo siempre da cierto apuro ya que dejas datos sensibles y cargos en tarjeta, pero el trato con Miguel nos dio mucha confianza y aprendimos cosas sobre la ciudad!

Jy ai loué 2 jours de suite un gros scooter 125, le premier un Honda Spazio avec lequel jai fait la vallée du Douro (325 kms dans la journée!), et le deuxième un Yamaha N Max quasi neuf (juste un peu ferme) pour faire le Nord du Portugal (260 kms), pour un prix correct de 35 /jour (ils ont moins chers si vous souhaitez). Choix de motos de différentes cylindrées sinon, si vous voulez plus gros... Accueil sympa, faut juste être patient quils rentrent toutes les données dans lordi à la prise en charge du véhicule...

Called to ask if there were any 50 cc scooters were left, the told us they still had two, which was for us a sign that they were reserved for us. The moment we arrived they already gave away the scooter to someone else and we were left with nothing.

Sympathie, reibungsfreier Ablauf, freundliches Personal. Es wird auf englisch, portugiesisch oder spanisch geredet und so ist für jeden was dabei. Dem Laden würde ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit ein paar Softdrinks gut tun. Stilvoll eingerichtet, kann man von kleinen Fahrrädern bis kleineren Motorrollern alles für gutes Geld mieten. Danke an Miguel für die netten Gespräche und freundlichen Erklärungen.

Super unkomplizierter Service. Perfekt gelegen, um auf die andere Seite des Douro und dort Richtung Strand zu fahren. Ich habe leider am Strand meinen Schlüssel vom Fahrradschloss verloren. Ein Anruf bei Northroad und meinen Standort per Whatsapp geschickt und es kam direkt jemand zur Hilfe! Das hat uns den Tag gerettet! Wirklich top! Sehr zu empfehlen (nicht das Schlüsselverlieren )

Les employés de lagence sont très agréables et arrangeants; lun deux sest déplacé pour venir nous aider lorsque nous avons eu besoin daide. Il y a un large choix de vélo, scooter et moto à un prix honnête (50 pour une moto 125cm3 pendant 2 jours). Je recommande la moto Mash 75, idéale pour explorer Porto et ses environs.

Wir haben einen Tagesausflug mit 2 CityBikes gemacht und 24 bezahlt sehr faires Angebot, Bikes in gutem Zustand und die Beratung ist sehr herzlich. Wenn Ihr ein Bike braucht ist das euer Laden.

Miguel were very friendly and gave us a great deal for our bicycle rental. We had upgraded bikes for a cheaper price and had 45 mins for free. Highly recommended!

Nous avons loué des vélos électriques pour suivre la côte et revenir par le parc Parque da Cidade et Museu de Serralves; le circuit classique conseillé. On vous donnera un carte pour observer, prendre des photos des lieux à visiter (le Phare, le Fort S. Joao...). Balade de 5-6 heures. On a trouvé cela sympa. Attention les passants sont souvent sur les pistes cyclables, rouler doucement. La personne qui nous accueilli (Pedro) en français était très sympa et nous a indiqué dautres lieux à visiter dans Porto. A faire !

One of the best motorcycle rental places Ive used and Ive rented motorbikes around the world. The bikes and helmets were all almost new. Gloves and jackets also good condition. I got a Royal Enfield Himalayan which was only a few months old and in immaculate condition. All very relaxed and friendly.

Rented bikes from Tomas and Miguel for a day. Very friendly, they provided excellent route information and advice of the best seafood places for lunch. Had a fantastic day cycling and was very good value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone. I loved Porto.

Magnifique point de vue sur porto et son fleuve le douro à voir absolument au coucher du soleil. Endroit où il fait bon se poser en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux.

Rented out a 125cc honda scooter, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Takes only 15min to north atlantic shores, and convinient in the crowded downtown area. Parking is a plus! Highly recommend this place than other rental places.

We rented from Northroad twice, and it was so excellent we came back! Its located very centrally with easy access to bike routes. The bikes are in excellent repair, and the manager even let us take bikes that fit us at no additional charge since city bikes couldnt be adjusted high enough. Such a friendly staff, easy to work with, and a terrific value. We got to see so much more of the city--go check them out!

Alquilamos bicis. Buen precio, al comienzo del paseo marítimo, el único inconveniente es que el carril bici comienza unos kilómetros más adelante, pero se puede dar un buen paseo por las vías del tranvía con precaución, ya que el tráfico es mínimo.

Sou um cliente habitual da Northroad, com quem costumo realizar alguns passeios anualmente. Os proprietários, que estão sempre presentes quer localmente na loja quer no acompanhamento dos tours, são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Quanto aos passeios, percebe-se que há um cuidado especial na selecção dos percursos mas também dos participantes, Os que fiz até ao momento passaram por locais deslumbrantes, sempre em boa companhia, foram muito bem organizados, o que se pode constatar quer na sua preparação, quer depois localmente, dentro e fora de Portugal. Parabéns à Northroad! Recomendo vivamente

A bike for the whole day (24hr) only for 12! Ive rented a regular bike to go all the way to the city park (Parque de ciudad) which is about 10k away. The way to the west is THE PERPECT! The road is great for biking even if youre not an advanced biker. Pack your lunch and bike! Exploring random streets and alleys is fun but if you wish to stay on the route, the nice reception guy would tell all the little details about the route/places to go (and even where you can get a good sandwich). Definitely recommend if you dont mind biking whole day and seeing the most beautiful view of the city/river/beaches/streets -basically everything. It was the best decision Ive ever made!
