Bluedragon - City Tours em Porto

Muy bueno. El guía era Juan fue súper atento y agradable. Una buena experiencia para conocer la ciudad. Recomendado al 100%.

Nous avons réservé deux vélos de ville la veille sur le site internet. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons lu et signé un contrat rappelant les termes en cas dincident avec les vélos. Pour deux vélos, une caution de 100 (50 /vélo), nous a été demandée. Celle-ci nous a été remboursée à notre retour, sans problème. Le personnel était très agréable. Nous sommes allés à vélo au village dAfureda puis avons longé la côte sur une piste cyclable super bien aménagée. Ensuite nous sommes allés du côté de Foz. En ce qui concerne le vélo en centre ville nous déconseillons en raison des nombreuses côtes mais pour aller plus loin cétait super ! Aucun soucis avec les voitures.

wij hebben deze tour gepakt omdat wij graag alles meteen wouden zien van porto en dat is zeker gelukt. ten eerste waren de fietsen gloednieuw en werden onze zadels voor ons versteld. toch was het allerbeste van de tour onze gids (joao) wij noemden hem gewoon john. deze man heeft 27 jaar in porto gewoond en weet elke hoek van deze stad uit zijn broekzak. hij zei dat laatst pas was begonnen aan engels te leren maar zijn engels was uitstekend. zonder jean hadden wij nooit zoveel kunnen weten over porto(en gaia

Vini est un super guide et cette activité est juste PARFAITE ! On recommande les yeux fermés ! Le tour en vélo est très complet, et très agréable , foncez !

Pour ceux qui aiment les vélos anciens et inconfortables, c est l endroit idéal. Mon vélo affichait au compteur 5864 km, pas de sonnette ni sur celui de mon mari et aucun compteur pour lui Mon mari ne pouvait pas dépasser les 15km/h en mode électrique Je ne vous parle pas du confort des vélos, nous qui sommes habitués à faire de long trajet en vélo, l assise du velo n est absolument pas confortable. Nous avons dû faire appel à l assistance au bout de 45 min car mon premier vélo avait un problème au niveau du passage des vitesses, je leur ai demandé un geste commercial sur le forfait journée qu ils n ont pas accepté alors que j avais déjà perdu 1h45 à cause de leur vélo défectueux et anciens. Ils n ont d ailleurs rien proposé puisque l assistance faisait parti des termes du contrat, alors que je n ai pas signé pour avoir un vélo défectueux et ancien. Je leur ai indiqué rédigé un avis négatif sans que cela ne les préoccupe ! Il n y a pas non plus de porte téléphone, ce qui aurait été pratique pour suivre le trajet. Il s agit de la location de vélo la plus chère que nous ayons dû payer sur Porto, sans parler des douleurs aux hanches et aux dos que nous avons eu le lendemain .c est la première fois que cela nous arrive, alors que nous pratiquons cette activité très régulièrement. Nous aimons tester plusieurs prestataires pour pouvoir conseiller aux mieux ceux qui nous consultent et l un des meilleurs prestataires est TT3 Ways situé à avenida Gustavo Eiffel n290 Porto proposant des vélos récents et confortables (nous n avons pas de lien avec eux ni reçu de réduction pour parler d eux ainsi, mais il faut également indiquer lorsque nous sommes satisfait de la prestation). En bref je ne vous conseille absolument pas l entreprise Bluedragon-City Tour.

Une très belle expérience avec notre guide en français Jean ou Joan qui explique avec précision tout ce que nous devons connaître ou découvrir de cette très belle ville de Porto. Un incontournable et un guide au petit soin.

Perfekte Tour mit Patricia und Jonas nur für uns (4) allein. Gebucht über GetYourGuide und alles lief problemlos ab. Wir hatten mega Wetter, die Stadt war nicht so voll und wir konnten gemütlich an viele interessante Orte fahren.

Great people who know their way arround town. Electric bikes handle every hill of Porto, so you can visit all the great sites! Would visit and use their services again!

Mon meilleur souvenir de Porto car la visite était très intéressante et plaisante. Joao est un excellent guide, très sympathique. Il sait sadapter aux demandes de chacun et explique très bien. Nous avons fait de nombreuses étapes, à chaque fois commentées. En 3 heures, nous avons découvert lessentiel de Porto. Nous nous sentions en sécurité pour conduire les vélos, tout neufs! Je recommande à 100%

Very good city sightseeing mean

Great team! I m always a bit worried when renting due to a lot of bad stories but you ll have a good experience here! We rented for 2 days and got the bikes for 2 full days and the whole morning after which was a nice surprise. We took the bikes to the Douro valley with train (which also works well and is free for bikes) and the e-bikes served us well on the hilly roads. In Porto on the last morning I hit a pothole which complete destroyed my back tire and they brought a replacement bike within 30 minutes and didn t even charge for this.

Did a tour with Xavier and it was great. He was very good at explaining the history and information about Porto. We were a big group with kids and he made sure that the kids were safe and we did not have to worries about them in the street. Even though we only did the tour with Xavier all the other staff was great and helpful.

Only City Bikes

Perfect tour, guide spoke our local language and group was not to big. Bikes were e-bikes which is a must in Porto. When there was a problem with the bike this was quickly fixed. Definitely recommend booking a bike tour to see the highlights of the city in tree hours!

Wir haben die 3-stündige Walking Tour mit Jonas und João besucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Tour war abwechslungsreich und die beiden Guides waren gut informiert und lustig. Würde ich jedem Porto-Besucher ans Herz legen.

We hebben hier gisteren 2 elektrische fietsen gehuurd en zijn zelf door de stad gegaan. Soraya heeft ons super goed geholpen en was erg vriendelijk. De fietsen waren ook top. Zeker een aanrader om hier een fiets te huren.

We rented 2 bikes, we had a little bit of trouble With them, but the people of the company instantly helped us. The service was amazing. I suggest renting an electric bike when you want to explore the city or go tot the beach. It will make your experience so much better.

Total die schlechten e-bikes bekommen. Bremsen gingen kaum und der Akku war teilweise immer auf error oder er ging den Berg rauf einfach nicht. Auf die Rückfrage beim abgeben, dass die Fahrräder dringend Wartung brauchen wurde nur müde gelacht.

Great guide (Miguel) who told us many interesting facts about Porto, very helpful, rating a 5 +* ; bikes need significant check up to be a) operating and b) funktional, rating 1*~, ( two out of 8 bikes crashed during the tour..) unfortunately that s only a three star rating in total

I had booked a three-hour bike tour. The tour was very interesting and beautiful. Our guide was super nice and we had a lot of fun in our group. I can only recommend it, especially to those who want to try e-bikes.

Beautiful and well planned tour of Porto!

Warning ! In case your rental bike is stolen, they ask you to pay the full bike s price ! Curiously, mine was stolen the first night of my rental, just in front of my hotel, very close to Bluedragon s location and although it was securely locked to the street appliance: I found the lock open in the morning, as if the thief possessed the right key to the lock. After talking to the police and other bike rentals, it was confirmed to me the many bike thefts take place at night in Porto, which Bluedragon didn t indicate prior to my rental. I had rent 2 bikes with my girlfriend and apart from making me responsible for the theft, Bluedragon wasn t helpful at all when I phoned to inform them, and they didn t offer a replacement solution in order for my biking weekend to be continued.

I recommend!! Ask for Stephen hell take care of you wheather you are NEW TO ELECTRIC BIKES OR experienced. I was totally new, started scared, but after 5min and the rest of the Tour HAD SO MUCH FUN AND THE VIEW OF THE RIVER - WAOUU!!!

Das Viertel neben der St. Luisbrücke rechts wirkt etwas abenteuerlich. Die beiden Fahrradverleihfirmen bieten einen guten Service und man kann von dort gut starten zu einer Tour entlang des Douro. Am besten über die Südseite zum Atlantik, per Fähre übersetzen und am Nordufer zurück.

Freundlicher Service, relativ neue Fahrräder, allerdings sind die Bikes schnell vergriffen, sodass man zum Nachbarladen ausweichen muss. Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Können Bluedragon nur empfehlen.

Nous avons réservé 2 vélos électriques pour visiter Porto sur la journée (laide du moteur aide dans les pentes de la ville); 11h00 - 19h00 pour 20 /vélo. Excellent rapport qualité prix donc, surtout que les vélos sont vraiments top ! Le personnel est super accueillant, prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement des vélos, donne des conseils. On recommande à 100% !

The historical center of Porto is not a bike friendly one but with an electric bike will be easy and Fun (roller coaster). The best way to enjoy the beauty of the Douro River, the beaches of Gaia, Porto and Matosinhos, the City Park or the Serralves Foundation is cycling. With over 70 kms of cycle paths, you should rent an e-bike as it is very convenient. Rent an e-bike for : 2 hours = 9 4 hours = 14 5-8 hours=18 The helmet and lock are included in the price.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le responsable as pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les différents itinéraires à prendre en sécurité, Porto, villa Nova de Gaia... Les tarifs sont très correctes. Petit bémol sur un des vélos qui avait un pneus mou qui sest dégonfler au fur et à mesure de la balade. Ainsi que la selle mal fixée a la tige de sel et des freins qui freinés pas... Bref un vélo pas au top. Mise à part cela, la balade vaut le coups d il, des pays et plages agréables.
