Disappointing experience. We rented an e-Bike from which the battery got stolen. We were not able to pull it out and were insufficiently informed about the risks. The company was of the view that this was all our responsibility and we had to compensate them for a new battery of more than EUR 400. Despite various attempts no reasonable resolution was offered nor by the shop people nor by the companies management. Dont go ever renting there again.

Der Verleih hat unkompliziert funktioniert (sehr nettes Personal) und wir haben zwei gut funktionierende, sportliche Räder für einen fairen Tarif bekommen (4h für insgesamt ca. 22 ).

Fuimos atendidos por Edgar y fue muy atento. Alquilamos una bicicleta electrica y nos colocaron el asiento para mi hijo de 4 años, sin costo. Además, alquilamos una bicicleta convencional. Nos explicó claramente por donde podríamos pasear con las bicicletas. Las bicicletas muy buenas y funcionales. No dieron problemas en todo el trayecto. Volvería a este lugar sin dudas.

Merci pour la qualité de vos équipements et votre professionnalisme. Nos vélos étaient récents et parfaitement confortables, bien équipés (cadenas, paniers, porte téléphone très pratique). C est une boutique qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui remplit tout les critères pour être sûr de faire le bon choix de location de vélo. Ils sont très arrangeants et ils ne vous demandent pas de régler le forfait au début de la journée mais en fin de journée ! Ce qui vous permet de régler uniquement le temps passé. Ce qui n est absolument pas le cas d autres prestataires sur Porto. Ils prennent également le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement des vélos électriques, et vous dirige vers des parcours en fonction du niveau de difficulté choisie. Je vous recommande vivement TT3 Ways, nous en sommes satisfait ! Merci à vous.

Easy to pick up, good tips, easy to drop off, decent pricing

Fine booking service and clear description of bikes. Had a flat tired 2km into the tour and TT3Ways immediately showed up and gave me a new bike. The trecking bikes are alright, but the front wheel was a bit loose and the chain came off three times. All in the scope of 15Euro/Day (which is stellar price!) but probably better to stay in city limits rather than going for a long ride away (that being said, I took the bike up the coast for 40km and then back with the Metro which worked quite nicely).

Nous étions sur Porto pour quelques jours. Nous voulions visiter la ville et avons pris loption du scooter. Une super expérience au bord du Douro et de la mer. Le scooter est un super moyen de transport dans cette ville très vallonnée ! Léquipe de location est super, accueillante et joviale.

30 for overnight use of their e-bike. Great value. Tackled the numerous hills like a champ! No bike lanes but cars do a good job of watching for bikes and giving space. Primarily used power level 1 as I still wanted to provide leg pedal power (plus it conserves battery- which wasn t actually a concern since I didn t venture too far out of the city). Goes up to power level 3 for the extra steep hill. Workers there were very helpful!

Vandaag 22 april hebben we 2 e-bikes gehuurd en deze waren heel goed om te fietsen rond de Douro, zeer goede service en zou ze ook zeker aanraden , je kunt wel alleen online reserveren tip ! Wij hebben de brug over gestoken en dan naar rechts , een kleine km verder begint er een rood dubbel fietspad en dit gaat tot Esplanada de Fernando Ermida, Felix da Marinha, 23 km verder met de nodige terrasjes gewoon zalig en zeer mooi en lang stranden en weinig verkeer

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Es gibt keine wertigen Fahrräder. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind nicht gepflegt, sie sind in einem schlechten Zustand und eignen sich nur für eine kleine Runde am Ufer des Douro entlang. Fahrradzubehör wie Helme, Reperatur - Set usw. gibt es nicht. Der Verleih ist nichts für Fahrrad begeisterte die Touren oder sportlich fahren möchten. Es ist ein Touristen - Laden.

Prix très attractif et personnel sympa. Attention toutefois ils ne respectent pas les horaires indiquées sur le site de réservation. Pour une restitution dun scooter à 19h lors de la réservation, ils demande un retour pour 18h, ce qui écourte quand même lutilisation.

3 ways bike rental was awesome! My partner and I had a problem renting elsewhere and came to this shop on short notice and managed to rent a road bike for 5 days on the spot. They were so friendly, took time to be sure we were set up properly and provided us with an 2 extra inner tubes in case of flats. Very refreshing compared to our experience at Europcar Bike rental.

Very friendly and very helpful employee that gives good tips and advice. The bikes are in good state and are good value for their money. A lock and helmet are included. I was told that they willcome and pick you up if you would have a flat tyre. I came back here to rent a bike three times. It is a great experience and a good way to cycle along the Douro and to visit the beaches around Porto.

Location correcte mais attention, demande numéro de carte bancaire à écrire sur un papier pour la caution, mais impossibilité par la suite de payer par carte. Attention prévoyez de l espèce. Le plus gros point négatif, deux femmes a L accueil se permettent de nous critiquer en portugais pensant que nous ne comprendront pas, manque de chance nous comprenons ! Extrêmement irrespectueux ! Le monsieur par contre est très gentil.

Kan varmt anbefales. Hjælpsomme medarbejdere, der vil gøre alt for at hjælpe een. Vi lejede en elcykel og en mountainbike i 3 dage med hjelme, kurv og elastikker til næsten det halve, hvad vi måtte betale i Algarve. Cyklerne passede til det, vi skulle bruge dem til - nemlig by og strandkørsel.

Easy to find with friendly and helpful staff. Give good and clear instructions on how to use the ebikes. Used bikes for 4 hours and charged 18 per bike. Downside is that only one of the three bikes had a basket, so bring a small rucksack to be sure. Deposit was taken using a credit card but payment is cash only.

Op zich een goede eBike meegehad, maar onderhoud zou iets beter mogen. Droge ketting, niet helemaal lekker schakelende derailleur, één van de remmen die net niet helemaal lekker werkte, een slot wat niet soepel werkte, kortom, ruimte voor verbetering. Zeker omdat je hier meer voor een eBike betaald dan voor een Fiat 500 bij Europcar, moet het onderhoud beter.

We enjoyed our day. The deposit was another joke.. 100 each bike for deposit and it s been now 4!! Weeks later and the deposit is still not back on my account.. I have contact with the bank and with the shop but they both don t now what s wrong.. sad story..

I rented a non-electric bicycle! We enjoyed cycling to the northern beaches where surfing is active ^_^ It also came with a derailleur and a key, so I was able to cycle comfortably The staff member told me the recommended cycling route, which was very helpful!!

We had an amazing ride alongside the coast. Paperwork was very quick and straightforward. The staff gave us recommendations where to go and was very kind. I got older bike - retro style - nevertheless during the ride IT was very smooth and pleasant to ride - perfect for this kind of trip.

Rented a bike with a child back seat. We had a blast running the marginal coast until Matosinhos and back. Scenery is beautiful and with medium traffic. There are plenty of places to stop for a drink/food wherever direction you take and at very affordable prices. The store owner and crew were super friendly and did everything they could to make it an excellent experience. Well be back!

Wir haben uns zwei E-Bikes für 24 h ausgeliehen. Der Preis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es hat alles reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Haben weder anrufen noch reservieren müssen. Sind einfach hin und innerhalb von 5 Minuten konnten wir schon starten. Akkus waren voll und die Räder waren in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand! Jederzeit wieder

We rented the 2CV for 2 days and toured the Douro Valley. It is a great car and well maintained. Unfortunately as it is always possible with these kind of cars the engine would start after half a day of driving. We called them and the communication was great. After 1,5 hrs someone came to us and tried to fix the car. After it was concluded that it is unfixable on the road we got the Fiat 500 XL in which the mechanic had arrived and continued our wonderful trip. Definitely would recommend. Note that the 2CV has no air conditioning or any other kind of comfort electronics. It is all manual so try not to take it on the hottest day on a mountain road

Un pequeño local donde alquilar bicicletas/scooters manuales y eléctricas. El proceso es rápido: rellenas un contrato, dejas una pequeña fianza y a pedalear. El personal es muy agradable y nos recomendó varios sitios, así como la ruta. Además, es de los más baratos de la zona.

Rented bike was pretty unsafe. Tires were completely worn down and brakes didn t work well.

We hadden damesfietsen met mandjes gereserveerd, toen we aankwamen kregen we roestige herenfietsen. Het frame was te groot voor ons meiden, waardoor we heel ver naar voren moesten zitten. Dit, in combinatie met een erg hard herenzadel, bleek heel erg pijnlijk te zijn voor ons als vrouwen, omdat de bloedcirculatie werd afgekneld. De pijn was dusdanig erg dat we besloten er iets van te zeggen bij het terugbrengen van de fietsen. De medewerker reageerde door te zeggen dat dat niet kan omdat nog nooit iemand daarover geklaagd heeft. Ik zou deze plek dus helaas niet aanraden, specifiek niet voor vrouwen :(

Ich kann TT3ways nur wärmstens empfehlen. Adriano, der Besitzer, hat nach einen gescheiterten Anrufversuch zurückgerufen und entsprechend die Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Tolle an der Leihe war, dass auch das Zubehör inklusive war. Helme, Schlösser Kindersitz, einfach alles was man für eine Tour braucht. Seine Beratung wo man hinfahren sollte, wie der Verkehr ist und welche Sehenswürdigkeiten sich lohnen, waren spot on. Außerdem ist TT3ways gleich in der Nähe der Brücke Luis I. leicht zu finden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei TT3ways buchen und rate allen Portobesuchern, die Mobil sein wollen, sich bei ihm zu melden. Cheers

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buenísima. El hombre que trabaja allí era muy agradable y servicial. Nos ha tratado muy bien, nos ha ayudado con los itinerarios que podíamos hacer, recomendaciones... Todas muy acertadas. Hemos disfrutado mucho. Por otra parte nos ha facilitado todo lo que necesitábamos: candado, cascos, silla para peque, luces, cesta, mochila, ha guardado el carro de nuestro hijo mientras... Y no nos ha cobrado extras por ello. Las bicis han funcionado de maravilla. Lo hemos pasado muy bien y ha sido un bonita experiencia, que sin duda, recomendamos.

Great store run by very helpful people. With my girlfriend we wanted to go to the other side of the river to go to the beach. We decided to rent bikes. Finally we found a very interesting offer: a tandem! It is a real experience to make in couple that we loved to make. You will also have the right to advice and restaurant addresses. The bike is lent with a lock. - Super boutique tenue par des gens très serviables. Avec ma copine nous voulions aller de l autre côté de la rivière pour aller à la plage. Nous avons décidé de louer des vélos. Au final on a trouvé une offre très intéressante: un tandem ! C est une véritable expérience à faire en couple qu on a adoré faire. Vous aurez également le droit à des conseils et des adresses de restaurant. Le vélo est prêté avec un cadenas.

Oude fietsen in niet al te beste staat. Handvat en remmen waren plakkering vies. Batterij van de elektrische fiets was snel lerg. Heel trage bediening. Wel leuk dat de fietsen 24u kunnen gehuurd worden

Great bicycle renting shop. Friendly owner. Try the cycling route towards the atlantic coast on the south bank of the douro. It isnt far and the atlantic is awesome. Not to much traffic and a good bike path most of the time.

I already miss my little bike trip to the atlantic coast on the south bank. The scenery was incredible! Strongly recommend. The owner welcomed us with kind smile and he patiently suggested us many options and let us tried until we found suitable bike. Also, the owner rent me small bag which I can attach to the bike for my purse. The owner was really kind and honest! I will definitely come back and rent the bike from this place.

We rented 2 EBikes to go to Matosinhos for a nice fish lunch. We had a great time, sun was shining and the ride along the water was beautiful. They have lots of inventory and good Bikes, easy to walk to in a central location, friendly service and fair price. Better to call before for ebikes. Have fun!

Perfect renting shop along the Douro. The two employees are really very kind and taking care of customers. They quickly answer to all your questions. There is a deposit of 50 for a couple of bikes, we rent for the whole day. The price might be a bit higher than other renting shops, but it is no problem, the service is perfect and the bikes of top quality. Thank you for your kindness and calm. I highly recommend this cycles renting shop.

The owners of the business were super friendly and helpful. The shop was closed when we arrived, but we could have expected that in such an extraordinary situation (corona). We just had to call them and they came around after 30 minutes although there were no other clients. The employers recommand some places around the city and took some time to look for the right bicycles for us. It was also possible to return the bikes after 10pm. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended! :)

Good place to rent a bike. Bikes are in good condition, old models from decathlon, but mechanically they work fine. For 12 euros you can have a bike for whole day, ride along the river to the ocean, every bike has a lock so you can leave it secured somewhere and do your things. The personal Was very friendly, speaking English and Spanish, and in case of emergency they offer support and they can pick you up if you got a problem with the bike.

Excelente servicio tanto en el alquiler de bicicletas como en el servicio humano. ¡Hay gente buena en el mundo! Alquilamos 4 bicicletas, dos de ellas con carrito para bebé. Buen equipamiento y todo fenomenal. Al llegar a devolver las bicis, les pedimos ayuda porque no sabíamos cómo volver al camping y ya no había autobuses. Se ofrecieron a dejarnos las bicis por un precio muy muy bajo y a devolverlas al día siguiente a la hora que pudiéramos ir. Se ofrecieron incluso a recoger de manera gratuita las bicis si no podíamos volver al día siguiente... Nos vieron con dos peques y un poco agobiados y se volcaron para ayudarnos, ¡Fueron increíbles! Sitio súper recomendable.

We really enjoyed the scooter ride. Take the N222 and the N108 for a beautiful ride next to the Douro. Use a gps and you dont get lost .

This place is great! As a Portuguese living in Porto I went to rent a bike here with a friend and was welcomed by Adrianos efficiency and kindness! Not only the people working there are the perfect example of the Portuguese warmth and welcoming as all of the bicycles are in great conditions with a fare accessible price. Definatly recomend to rent your bike here for a full day while in Porto! Is so much easier and fun to explore the city!

Toller Laden mit sehr nettem Personal. Wir durften selbst am Folgetag noch unsere Taschen dort abstellen, da wir schon aus dem Hotel auschecken mussten. Wenn wir wieder nach Porto kommen mieten wir unser Fahrrad auf jeden Fall dort!

I was on my way to Córdoba by bike and i needed help to fix my bike. I was really lucky to find this great team, not only nice people but really qualified. They helped me a lot and partly because of them i could keep going till the end of my trip. I strongly recommend to rent with them, surely you will have best options and tips to discover the city.

Nous avons louer deux vélos le temps dune journée pour longer le Douro jusquà la mer et ce fut super agréable. Nous avons eu un léger désagrément avec un des vélos qui sest crevé durant notre trajet mais léquipe est intervenu en 10 minutes pour régler le problème. Ils ont fait preuve dun grand professionnalisme et nous ne pouvons que les recommander. Le contrat signé avant la prise en charge des vélos est une preuve véritable de confiance. Merci pour tout

I rented from these guys two days in a row. I picked them because they keep their equipment in much better condition than the competition along the Ribeira in Porto. Its clear the staff test their equipment on a regular basis to keep them in proper working order. As opposed to rusted chains and poorly maintained brakes, the bike and scooter were smooth rides. In a city with bumpy road, these qualities added to my enjoyment. However, my partner experienced problems with her e-bike that were significant enough that they need to send it back on warranty. Kind of weird that they didnt offer a partial refund for that... When you rent a bike (or scooter), it always comes with some risks and things that dont fit quite right. In my case, things mostly worked and I felt comforted by the fact that they said call if you need anything. Apart from the problems on the e-bike my partner rode, my only major complaint is that the locks they provided seemed perfunctory and precarious. Given the size of deposit that these guys request, it was a bit worrying. Minor complaints, to be clear. I had a great time.

Decent staff. Rented a scooter one day and an ebike and road bike the next. The scooter was trouble free, but we had some trouble with the bikes. Despite the issues I would go with them again. The bikes were generally well maintained and it was an easy process to rent and return them. Wish they allowed me to pay online in advance.

We rented bike 4 days from this place, staffs are always very helpful and informative on bike routes. Especially there after service was very good when I got flat tire 40miles away. They promptly responded and fixed my bike so I could enjoy the rest of the ride. Bike trail along the duoro river is so awesome. Best part of my vacation !!! Strongly recommend !!

Would have rated -5 if possible. The bad shape of the electric bikes we rented should have warned us... We decided to book their vintage car for the next day in order to visit the Douro Valley. Next morning we show up and they just tell us the car is not starting, too bad for us. We had a hard time to even get a sorry from the people working there. It was of course too late to go for a boat cruise... So unprofessional. We booked a car in 10 minutes online at the airport and did not let them ruin our day.

leider eine sehr schlechte erfahrung: haben am vorabend persönlich 6 räder reserviert. uns war aufgefallen, dass teilweise die ketten sehr rostig waren. uns wurde zugesagt, dass die räder noch gewartet/gerichtet werden. am nächsten tag war nichts passiert... zwei weitere räder waren unbrauchbar, da die vordere schaltung nur auf dem mittleren gang funktionierte. alles in allem eine katastrophe. wir haben andere läden uns angeschaut, und bei allen anderen waren die räder deutlich besser in schuss, und auch der service war bei den anderen bestens!

Great place to rent bicycles for a ride along the Douro River. We easily rode all the way to the Porto Light House. The easy river level paths run on both sides of the river. The friendly and helpful staff will adjust your bike so it fits just right.
