Wir hatten E-Mountainbikes für eine 11tägige Tour ausgeliehen und waren begeistert. Die Räder standen genau so bereit, wir wir es per Internet gebucht hatten, also mit extra Satteltaschen usw. Gute Einweisung, Tipps für Route und Restaurants gab es noch dazu. Die Qualität der Räder war hervorragend. Das Gepäck, das wir währen der Tour nicht brauchten, wurde kostenfrei gelagert. Gerne wieder!

Very good bikes and very cheep

Es war eine sehr schöne E-Bike Tour. Die Tour ging etwa 3 Stunden. Unser Guide war ein sehr kompetenter Mann und hat uns mit dem Pedelec durch Porto geführt und uns die schönsten Aussichtspunkte gezeigt. Ich kann die Tour wirklich empfehlen. Man sollte allerdings mit dem Fahrradfahren vertraut sein. Die E-Bikes sind zwar sehr leistungsfähig, aber der Verkehr ist nicht zu unterschätzen..wenn man Fahrradfahrer ist ist das eine schöne Erfahrung. Dankeschön

I rented two MTBs advanced for 7 days: great quality bikes, very friendly and supportive service, the owner gave good advice on the route to drive. So great experience and highly recommended.

Great bikes, great service and a lovely ride along the coast

Our guide Felipe told us a lot about Porto and Portugal during the bike ride. We covered over 10 kilometres in three hours, mostly over fairly flat terrain. Occasionally, we had to put in a lot of legwork; but it was doable. We did the tour on normal bikes (no ebikes) and it was doable. They were nice, fine bikes from the German brand Kalkhoff. Felipe was a very fine and kind guide. He told us a lot and had some tips for us on what in Porto is worth seeing. Because he had a Dutch girlfriend, he spoke Dutch. He also spoke English and Spanish (and Portuguese, of course).

Great experience with this outfit. The owner lady helped me with parking, I was having a hard time figuring it out and she made sure my spot was paid for as I would have got a ticket how I parked. The shop is located right next to a bike path you can take all the way to the Foz... we went to the end of the jetty next to the light tower. Dont go towards town, too busy.

Lovely people at Biclas & Triclas. We needed boxes to get our bikes back of the aeroplane and they were most helpful even hooking us up with a taxi driver used to delivering people and huge boxes to the airport. Thanks very much Sara.

Felipe provided an enthusiastic tour even in the rain. He is very conversational and attentive- he even offered snacks along the way. He also gave a fantastic recommendation to try Francesinhas. You see a far side of the city that you may not otherwise see, and it is a fast and enjoyable way to get there. I almost regret not booking a longer tour!

Had an amazing rental experience for 2 mountain bikes for the Camino journey! Sara and her husband her so nice and thorough! We made reservations via online and sent a deposit. The bike rentals included panniers, bike tool, flat repair kit, hand pump and lock that was stored in a box that could be used for more storage. We also rented helmets and purchased the luggage transport! All was perfect. The location was perfect too because right off the coast and next to path to Camino. Perfect one stop shop for your Camino journey. For those wanting to ride highly recommend the mountain bikes because some of the portions of journey had dirt hills, gravel and rocks.

I emailed Biclas & Triclas to inquire about reserving a bike for a 3 day trek and they told me to do it online. Several weeks later (only days before my trip) they canceled my reservation with the explanation that I made my reservation incorrectly despite my following their directions. In emailing back and forth with them their messages came across as curt and rude. Fortunately there are other great bike rental companies in town and I would not recommend this one again.

Very friendly service from the entire team, including tour advice. The wheels were easy to drive, technically OK, and smooth. However, the 3-speed hub gear is not enough for the surrounding mountains, but it is completely sufficient for driving on the plain to the sea and the Atlantic beaches.

Ive rented bike from this place for every visit in Porto over the last year (four in total) and this place is fantastic. The bikes are comfortable and in good shape, the service is friendly and it is a family run company which makes their approach to customers so lovely. Definitely the best bike rental place in Porto!

Very easy, bikes good quality, easy to find and straight on the river for a ride to the beach. Recommend the bike and surf combination - ~40 min cycle to Matosinhos beach with a ~90 min surfing lesson. Perfect!

We had a fantastic experience with Biclas and Triclas. The bikes were affordable and of a high quality and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Firstly in advising us of the best route to get to where we wanted to go (which was Motosinhos) and then helping us out with the bikes themselves. The bike ride itself was beautiful along the western coast of Portugal passing Foz and arriving at Motosinhos.

Elio is the man.. he is so knowledgeable and friendly, his positive energy is overflowing. He loves his country, his countrys proud history as a sea faring nation and once world power. The bikes were in fantastic condition, which made the ride very pleasant on a summers afternoon. We talked to Sarah when we were still in the US and made the bike reservations over the phone. When we got to the shop, everything was ready for us. We rented 2 mountain bikes, helmets, and the paniers. We rode the bikes from Porto, Portugal to Vigo, Spain as part of doing the Camino de Santiago. After Vigo we walked the rest of the way to Santiago de Compostela. Sarah and Jose arranged the bikes to be picked up from the hotel in Vigo and sent back to Porto. Jose was very helpful in planning the trip. He showed us on the map the best way to take along the coast. The whole staff was very helpful, and you can tell they enjoy the work.

We rented e-bikes for an afternoon to see some things outside of the city center. The bikes were great and comfortable, the price very fair and the people and owners of the shop so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to rent a bike or do a tour, to see a different side of Porto.

We had a fabulous bike tour with our excellent guide Eduardo. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, making sure we were all familiarised with the electric bikes before we set off. Then it was a lovely ride along the river and out up the coast and then inland through some exquisite parks. We were 2 families including teens who had as much fun as us oldies. You get stops along the way, including the delicious pastel de natas from a bakery and then some water and local fruit later on. And to top it all we were given the most fabulous dinner recommendation right next door when we were all famished. Delicious Portuguese tapas and passion fruit Sangria...yum, yum. Would highly recommend you take the time to do this trip, its so worth it.

The good bits: The lady who runs it was nice and forthcoming as I didnt have ID to leave as security. She took my keys instead. She also gave me a map and helped with pointers for routes. You rent by hours and pay by how long youve used it when you get back so no upfront need to predict how long youll be. There are bathrooms on site you can use as well. Not so great bits: I tried to contact via WhatsApp the day before as you can only do 24h reservation online but didnt get a coherent response. I got there and it immediately felt rushed. To the point that the seat wasnt adjusted for me before I set off and it was one of those that needed allen key so I ended up with the wrong height saddle for the whole ride

When I brought back my rental, this store tried to change the price I was told when I rented the bikes. When I insisted they couldn t change the price after I rented the bike, the owner started to push me.

Really cool bike tour. Don´t expect some historical boring tour, they will take you along the river to the ocean and some more. It is really nice way how to see a city with comentary. We had also an amazing guide Eduardo!!! :)

These guys are great, they look after you without unnecessary fuss, but they know instinctively what you may need, like locks or a pannier. Great value too! Would highly recommend as a great way to see Porto or go down the river to the coast to see the Atlantic rollers and have a drink at the back of the beach.

Los chicos que nos ofrecieron las bicicletas fueron muy atentos pero tiene trampa, el tiempo mínimo de alquiler son 3 horas a 18 cada bicicleta eléctrica. Las bicicletas están en perfecto estado, pero firmas un compromiso de que si al dejarlas candadas te las roban te haces cargo del dinero que les costó la bicicleta (cerca de los 3000 ). No me atrevería a tenerla un día entero por si se la llevaran de la calle. Las bicicletas funcionan perfectamente y te las dan a tope de batería. Tened cuidado con los raíles del tranvía si llueve porque resbalan muchísimo.

Eduardo was a fantastic guide for our three hour tour. He was really patient whilst I got to grips with the bike, very informative throughout (including pointing us in the direction of some very tasty pastries en route!), and we saw parts of Porto and the coast we would never have explored without his help. The communication from the company was 10/10 from the point of booking. Would highly recommend.

Took the coastal tour on ebikes. Took almost four hours along the coastal paths. Plenty of excellent scenery. The ebikes made it alost effortless and Eduardo our guide was interesting and informative. Recommended.

Nous avons loué 2 vélos pour 3 heures. En 15 minutes, un vélo a eu une crevaison (ce qui arrive), néanmoins, vu létat des pneumatiques des vélos au moment de la location, ce nétait pas très surprenant. On voyait très bien que la crevaison était dû à lusure et non à un impact. Lappel de lassistance pour avoir un nouveau vélo nous a couté 10 pour 15 minutes de vélos, je ne trouve pas que ça soit très professionnel de leur part sachant quun pneu coûte seulement 15 !

An absolute highlight from start to finish. E-bikes are so easy and perfect for taking in the city. A lot of Porto is under construction for the new Metro line so our guide Ellio mapped a route that would avoid congestion and works. We visited lovely parks, traversed the upper and lower bridges to Gaia, went into Bento Station (stunning) and popped in for quick tour and nip to the top of Cathedral of Porto. Ellio is very relaxed and informative. We were very lucky to be the only ones in our group, so essentially had a private tour for 3.5hours. Go early in your visit as its a great way to establish your bearings.

Quel plaisir de tomber sur ce genre de personne. Très gentils et accueillants. On galère pour parler anglais, on a pu avoir une description en français du plan des pistes cyclables quils nous ont remis. Ils prennent le temps de bien régler les vélos tant pour les grands que les enfants. On sent quils veulent ce quil y a de mieux pour leur clients. Ils nous ont même proposé un sac qui se pose sur le vélo quand ils ont vu nos veste. Un vrai plaisir. Les tarifs sont très bien. Ce fut une chouette promenade avec de bons vélos merci !

Wir hatten die Sonnenuntergangstour gebucht. Angenehme, stabile Räder mit 7-Gang-Schaltung. Zuerst ging es nach Ribeira hinein, dann am Douro entlang nach Foz. An der windigen Promenade bis zum Käsepalast. Durch den hübschen Stadtpark und einen kleineren Park mit ehemaliger Wasserzisterne. Wir waren ca. 2,5 Stunden, 18 km unterwegs. Die Steigungen waren mit normalen Rädern problemlos machbar. Zwischendurch immer kleine Stopps mit Erklärungen. Wir bekamen auch noch Wasser und Obst und am Ende noch Tipps für Besichtigungen. Empfehlenswert, um Porto auch außerhalb des historischen Zentrums kennenzulernen!

Perfect place to rent a bike and go on tour to explore the city of Porto!

Our trek bikes were not very sporty at all. When we had a flat tyre we had to change tube. Found out that the tube already had 4 flats before! Owner did not even want to refund the tube we changed citing some bs reason. You only notice how good or bad a bike rental is when you get a problem. When returning the bikes 4 days early not a penny was refunded.

Thank you very much for this magnificent 3 hour tour! If you want to learn more about Porto and its history while cycling, dont hesitate to go there. Many thanks again for this great time.

An absolute must if you visit Porto! The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the prices for rental are extremely affordable. We cycled about 15k to Matosinhos along the river but the terrain is so flat its easy peasy. Dont miss out!

Cena 14 za celý den mi p ijde naprosto adekvatni. Rezervovali jsme si kola den p edem (ale asi by bylo mo né i v den pujceni) - vyzvedli jsme v 11:00 a vrátili p ed 19:00. Podel reky a oceánu vedou dobré stezky a lov k nejezdí 30km jak nic i s hezkou koupa kou za m stem.

I rented a bike for the day to ride out along the southern beaches. The staff was so helpful, showed me points on a map and distances, demonstrated the lock, and reassured me that riding in the city was safe (which it was!). The bike was great and an easy ride. I went across the river and down the coast in Gaia and did almost 40 miles round trip. The bike trails in that direction are amazing and it was such an enjoyable day! Make sure you stop at Chez Maurice for lunch.

They are really, really friendly and the bikes are clean! There is no credit card deposit, you just leave your Korean ID and when you come back you get the amount calculated for the time you rode! There was also an electric bike, but it was too big for me, so I rode a regular bike and it was 7 euros for 2 hours! It was really nice to be able to show me directions on a map and recommend places here and there. Highly recommended

We hired bikes for a few hours to ride along the coast. The team were great, super nice and relaxed. The bikes were great quality and very new, plus it was so cheap just 2/hr. Highly recommend to do this while you are in Porto and get the bikes from these guys.

Absolut fairer Preis für relativ moderne Räder (drei Gänge, paar Schrammen und quietschende Kette, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat). Leicht zu finden direkt vorne am Douro. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Großartiger Fahrradverleih! Faire Preise (2 /h, Max. 10 /Tag) für gewichtsmäßig zwar schwere, aber sehr leichtläufige City-Räder mit 3-Gang-Schaltung. E-Bikes kann man auch ausleihen. Gute Lage direkt am Fluss. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Inhaber. Kommunikation auf Englisch einwandfrei. Hier wird sich um die richtige Sattelhöhe und Luft auf den Reifen gekümmert. Außerdem wurden wir auf die Tücken der Tramschienen hingewiesen und die Handhabung von Schloss und Gangschaltung wird einem so gut erklärt, als wäre man noch nie Rad gefahren. Außerdem gibt es Tipps für gute Radrouten inklusive Stadtplan. Wir waren gleich zweimal da, um beide Uferseiten des Douros erkunden zu können. Einen Spanngurt, um den Rucksack auf dem Gepäckträger zu befestigen, gab es gratis dazu.

Fantástica opción para visitar Porto e ir a zonas más alejadas como por ejemplo Matosinhos. En nuestro caso cogimos bicis eléctricas que de calidad estaban fenomenal, prácticamente nuevas. Los precios eran moderados e incluso más baratos que algún otro local de alquiler. Los dueños súper hospitalarios y atentos a todo momento. Recomendable.

Extremely friendly staff, high quality bikes and amazing prices. I rented a beautiful, new, German cruiser bike for the day and it was the most comfortable bike I have ever rode. They have measures in place during the covid-19 pandemic - wearing masks, gloves, etc. and disinfecting the entire bike (seat and handles) prior to use. Highly recommend their rentals to all visiting.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel, goede citybikes met 7 versnellingen. Banden werden nog even opgepompt en zadel goed gezet voordat we begonnen met onze fietstocht. Geven een plattegrond mee met leuke tips. We hadden de fietsen voor 24 uur gehuurd maar wilden ze toch langer hebben, mailtje gestuurd en al heel snel reactie terug dat het geen probleem was. Hele schappelijke huurprijs. Echt een aanrader!

Goede Cortina fietsen voor een eerlijke prijs! 2 euro per uur of twaalf euro voor een hele dag. Vriendelijke mensen, goede service. Fietsen langs de Douro naar het strand is sowieso een super leuke ervaring in Porto!

Excelente atención. Lo regentan 2 personas entrañables y trabajadoras. Las bicicletas están en buen estado y son modernas. Los precios son similares en casi todas las tiendas de al rededor. En invierno cierran a las 19 ha No piden garantía , te facilitan candado y alforjas gratuitos

My girlfriend and I were staying in Porto for a few days and wanted to see and experience more of the local area outside of the immediate city, and chose this place to hire bikes for half a day. The owners are very friendly and the lady was so helpful and explained on a (free) map where to go, points of interest and recommended places to eat. We enjoyed it so much we came back again a few days later for half a day and even went to one the place recommended for food by the lady (We were not disappointed). We would happily recommend this place to people wanting to do and see a bit more of Porto, the beautiful river and near by surrounding areas.
