Avoid OK Mobility – Nothing “OK” About Their Service I recently had a terrible experience with OK Mobility that left me frustrated and appalled. The company might attract you with cheap rental prices, but beware—this is where the real trouble begins. From the start, the staff displayed arrogance and a lack of professionalism. Upon returning the car, I was accused of causing a dent so tiny that it was practically invisible to the naked eye—even with a high-quality 50-megapixel camera. As a seasoned traveler who has been renting cars for over 10 years, I always record the condition of the car thoroughly before driving off. Despite this, the staff insisted the damage was my fault. What ensued was an infuriating argument that nearly caused me to miss my flight back to London. The representative blatantly ignored my evidence and attempted to charge my credit card for damage I clearly didn’t cause. It wasn’t until another staff member intervened and checked their records that they finally admitted the dent had been documented prior to my rental. This experience felt like a deliberate scam to extract extra money from unsuspecting customers. The level of dishonesty and the aggressive behavior of the staff were unacceptable. It’s clear their strategy is to lure people in with low prices and then trap them with bogus damage claims. I strongly advise avoiding OK Mobility at all costs. Their shady practices, coupled with the arrogance of their staff, make for a stressful and infuriating experience. Don’t risk your time, money, and peace of mind with this company.

I have been renting more than 10 cars in the last year with them. Comparing to their office in Porto, much more friendly and not trying to rip you off. I had received some free upgrades and one i was a bit late and they didn’t make a big deal out of it.

I’ve hired cars across portugal for years from different providers. I’ve never experienced such rude staff as at OK Mobility. They immediately attempt to upsell citing “laws” and regulations. They insisted that I had to pay for a Via Verde, by law. That’s nonsense. I asked to speak with a manager and he was worse. I walked out. Never again. You will see there are lots of fake and paid reviews listed on here. Notice how many accounts are new or have reviewed 2 or 3 places. In short: AVOID.

Really bad experience, do not recommend. The shuttle picked us up on time at the airport but was texting on his phone the entire 15 minute drive to the office. Once we arrived at the rental office both staff were completely unprepared to serve us, despite it being 10pm at night, the rental car was booked for 9pm, there was no other customers. We stood patiently waiting in front of the employee at his computer for 35 minutes while he prepared the contract. Despite paying for the rental car and full coverage insurance in advance (through Ryanair), he insisted on mandatory additional fees of 60 euros. The car had many small scratches which did not appear in the report, the employee attempted to dismiss us multiple times without taking note of the scratches. Beware this budget rental company or at least this office.

Never again! They didn’t accept my card, and there was nothing in the terms and conditions indicating that my credit card wouldn’t work. They refused to block the security deposit on my card (virtual bank), even though it was fully covered. As a result, I had to pay 6 (six!!!) times the rental car price just for the 'insurance.' And just to add, I already have travel insurance that covers rental cars. This is a total rip-off! I rent cars all over the world, in different locations with different providers, and I've rented around 20 cars in Portugal alone—I've never experienced such a blatant rip-off. HORRIBLE. It’s done on purpose. The couple next to me had the same issue, and so did the person after me. I would give -10 Starts if I could! Oh, and the best part to top it all off: if you rent at night and it's dark, there isn't even any light to check your car. But I guess no one needs to check anymore since they've already charged you an absurd amount for some kind of insurance you didn’t want!

Horrible place to rent with. Took 1 hour just to get the shuttle to the rental location. Took me 3 hours to get the car I reserved after extensive efforts. Staff continues to throw you around and waste your time telling you half truths and trying to “upgrade you” or add services such as insurance or road side assistance etc despite refusing add ons. Very frustrating process. They did not feel like an honest company and did not make me feel comfortable with the rental process. Would not recommend. Car rental is cheap for a reason. I would recommend going with a bigger named rental company if you can.

We rented a car for a two week road trip. We got a recent Skoda with petrol engine. Pickup was OK. The person tried to sell extra insurance, but if you don't want or need it you can simply refuse. The car drove us around for 2.200 km (1.350 miles) without issues, except for the car complaining that the key battery needed to be replaced. I was nervous about the return of the car because we forgot to take pictures of everything, but this also went very smoothly without discussions about any damage (there was none). Luckily for us, the airport transfer van was already waiting for another family. The driver promised to be back for us, and he did return in 20 minutes (so not sure how long it takes to arrive otherwise - I see other people complained about that). Driving time to the airport is ten minutes. Overall this was a positive and efficient experience for us.

Awful experience. After paying £15 throug Ryan Air (should have been a red flag there) they had stated i would pick a car up from Lisbon Airport. After arriving at Lisbon Aiprort, to my surprise, no car. So I then paid a taxi to arrive at the OK mobility Lisbon hub? To be charged a further 400. stay with me... The car wasnt roadworthy and was returned the same day. After battling Ryanair, OK mobility, and booking.com Ive come to the conclusion I wont have my deposit returned or be entitled to any refund. Avoid at all costs.

Nao recomendo os Serviço de esta sucursal porque Simplesmente são uma máfia , não há outras palavras para definir esta sucursal. Fiz um aluguer com fast track e no dia que cheguei perguntei se qual era o mostrador de fast track e disseram me que não havia porque não estavam os chefes e mandaram me para a fila normal de atendimento sem explicação nenhuma e com maus modais . O pior veio depois quando chegou a minha vez de ser atendido e depois de ter comprado online o serviço premium onde está incluído a fiança e seguro no qual recebi um email com os documentos necessários para o levantamento do veículo que claramente defendiam que podia ser cartão de crédito ou débito para pagar q caução ( meio de pagamento permitido praticamente em toda Europa actualmente menos em Portugal ), e o engano está aí quando a pessoa se dispõem a levantar o veículo a obrigação de ter um cartão de crédito se não deixam lhe descalço e sem qualquer tipo de argumento ainda assim mostrando a mensagem onde explica claramente que pode ser com um cartão ou outro argumentando a letra pequena das condições que sao claramente de dissuasão. Apelo a que todos os clientes peçam folha de reclamação e acudam a instituições de apoio ao consumidor para acabar com este abuso ao consumidor e acabar com estás mafias que simplesmente são ratas sociais que merecem todinho peso da lei para fecharem . Merecemos serviços competentes e flexíveis e não robos descarados de esta gente sem escrúpulos .

Péssimo local para levantar um veículo, mas o pior de tudo foi terem fechado a empresa mais cedo do que o horário da empresa, sem alertarem os clientes e fazerem perder a reserva bem como o veículo alugado. Reclamação Contrato 6213008 No dia do levantamento da viatura, ao fazer o levantamento verifiquei que a viatura já vinha com algumas marcas e riscos , além de no quadro já apresentava um alarme de emergência verificar o pneus ja por aí nota-se que não foi feita a inspeção antes de entregarem o carro ao cliente, chamei o operador para verificar essa situação antes de levantar a viatura, o operador foi verificar fez um reset e o alarme apagou .levantantei a viatura tudo aparentava normal passado um dia o carro deu um alerta verificar avaria eléctrica e um sinal de bateria acendeu no painel da viatura passado um minutos apagou a mensagem não achei normal esse alerta como a pagou e não volto a acender segui o meu destino no dia 30 ao entrar na ic19 apanhei um trânsito devido a um acidente passado 15 minutos no para arranca do trânsito o carro começou a dar o mesmo alerta verificar avaria eléctrica e o sinal de bateria voltou a acender não achei normal liguei para linha de apoio o que me aconselharam a dirigir se com a viatura para empresa de aluguer, assim o fiz com receio que o carro poderia parar a qualquer momento ao chegar pedi ao operador que estava de serviço para verificar a situação porque estava a dar esse alerta no painel do carro e estava com receio seguir viagem o operador verificou a situação e disse que ia me substituir a viatura e pediu me para ir atestar o depósito para poder trocar Voltei a alertar ao operador que o carro poderia parar pelo caminho ele disse que podia ir que não iria parar assim o fiz foi a bomba atestei o depósito e voltei para que fosse trocado a viatura após estar tudo concluído pronto para trocarmos a viatura dentro do parque da empresa o carro deixou de funcionar deligou se Logo a seguir a esta situação apareceu um outro operador que se impôs que não podiam trocar a viatura porque o cliente não tem seguro e que poderia ser falha do cliente por má utilização e condução da viatura Após essa acusação do funcionário questionei porque poderia ser uma má condução e não uma avaria ou um problema do carro ? Porque os sinais que apresentavam na viatura era sinal da bateria e a mensagem avaria eléctrica..O funcionário impôs a regra que não iria fazer a troca da viatura e que só após a verificação da viatura e que podia depois trocar ou entregar a viatura e que depois ligava me a informar aceitei as regras impostas por esse funcionário deixei a viatura no parque da empresa de aluguer e solicitei um Uber e foi para casa à espera que me ligassem a dizer alguma coisa sobrer a viatura e qual era o problema da viatura hoje é quarta feira dia 4 estou sem carro nem um telefonema da empresa a tentar resolver a situação é esta a política desta empresa okmobility destratar o cliente dessa forma acusando o cliente tentar de todas as formas tirar dinheiro aos seu clientes mesmo sabendo que o problema de bateria pode acontecer ? Aluguei um carro a para servir a minhas necessidades diárias o carro aparentemente já vinha com problemas eléctricos Bateria Foi acusado de má condução mesmo tendo a carta a mais de 20 anos e ter conduzido sempre carros com mudança manual em toda minha vida de carta Dirigi me a empresa a solicitar ajuda devido a um problema do carro que apareceu no painel do carro Foi maltratado ignorado pelo funcionário com pouca voltade de resolver um situação de fácil resolução Solicito o valor pago e a devolução da caução deixando para o depósito E a resolução do contrato

Contrato 6213008 No dia 26-11-24 aluguei a viatura para 26 dia usei a viatura durante 4 dias no dia 30 deixei a viatura aqui neste estabelecimento devido a problemas de bateria não me entregaram nenhum viatura de substituição porque passaram me a informação que tinham de verificar o problema do carro e iriam entrar em contacto comigo até hoje dia 19 Dezembro nem um telefonema nem um email para tentar resolver esta situação solicito a devolução do valor pago dos dias de aluguer que acabei por não usufruir a devolução do depósito que paguei o valor que me cobraram da taxa via verde Paguei para um serviço que não usei e já passaram 19 dias sem uma única resposta da okmobility

Apesar da agência ser fora do aeroporto e termos que utilizar uma carrinha própria da empresa para nós levar até a agência - o que é um pouco chato pois pode levar alguns minutos a espera - o atendimento no local é super rápido e os profissionais estão ali pra te ajudar e não complicar sua vida Observação: Não loque o veículo no horário das 12h - como foi no me caso - pois terá que ficar à espera que limpem. Les pongo una estrella y porque no se puede poner ninguna. Hemos venido de vacaciones a Lisboa con una reserva de un coche de alquiler con esta empresa. Pues en ningun momento se nos dijo que las oficinas estaban fuera del aeropuerto y que vendría una furgoneta a por nosotros... nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para adivinarlo. Y creo que no cuesta nada ponerlo en un correo. A parte que llamas a la oficina y no te contesta nadie, el servicio telefonico un 0 tambien. Despues de 20 minutos, al final llamamos a la central y pudimos hablar con una persona que no pudo hacer nada porque la oficina habia cerrado. ( que no entiendo como cierran a las 22:00 si un vuelo llega a las 21:30, entre sacar maletas y demás no te da tiempo) UNA VERGÜENZA!!! Nos dejaron tirados en el aeropuerto sin coche sin poder llegar al hotel porque estaba en otra ciudad. MUCHO PAGARLES COCHES A LOS INFLUENCERS PARA QUE OS HAGAN PROPAGANDA YA QUE VUESTRO SERVICIO DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR...

Venho por aqui narrar os fatos de minha reclamação com base na última experiência que tive de reserva, na cidade de Lisboa, No dia 14, chegamos no aeroporto de Lisboa por volta das 6:50 da manhã e ficamos até às 7:40 até que o transfer da OK mobility finalmente chegasse para nos pegar. Chegando na loja, após longa espera, foi-me informado que teria um upgrade em minha reserva para um veículo de categoria superior ao SUV automático que havia reservado (SMAS), ou seja, o veículo que tinha reservado nao estava disponível. A partir deste momento começou um verdadeiro inferno de atendimento, onde o atendente começou relatando que teria de pagar uma franquia de 2800 (2500 franquia do veículo + 200 franquia para usar o sistema de pedágio livre que mesmo informando que não queria, o atendente determinou que só poderia retirar o veículo nestas condições), portanto, em nenhum momento no meu processo de reserva que fiz usando o aplicativo de celular da Ok Mobility esta informação estava clara. Ainda na loja fui informado que Portugal/Lisboa tinha este valor de 38% a mais na franquia por causa do valor dos veículos que eles compravam. Onde isto pode ser levado a sério, falando-se de Europa? Depois chegando em casa, vi que pelo computador, esta informação da franquia está disponível antes de finalizar a reserva, já no aplicativo de celular isto só estará disponível se clicarmos no link de condições gerais pouco antes de pagarmos a locaçao. Como já estava acostumado a alugar veículos na Espanha, já tinha noção que o valor desta categoria SMAS tem um valor de franquia de 1800 . Só no atendimento fiquei sabendo que para a FRANQUIA de Portugal este valor chega em 2500 . Resultado disso que fui OBRIGADO a fazer a aquisição do plano PREMIUM, pois meu cartão só tinha um limite naquele momento de 2300 . Portanto, uma compra de serviço prevista de 57 chegou a um valor de 280 + 14,50 (pelo uso de um sistema eletrônico que nao tinha a menor necessidade de usar e que me foi colocado como uma condição para retirar o veículo), ou seja, meu gasto superou 351 de uma compra estimada inicialmente em 57 . O comportamento desta franqueada, pela forma que foi conduzida toda esta situaçao, pareceu quase como um golpe, pois assim me senti. Você chega a um local como este, cedo da manhã, super cansado da viagem e ainda se depara com este tipo de tratamento, pois toda esta discussão só foi finalizada após as 9h da manhã, portanto, levei mais tempo no checkin da OK Mob do que no meu trajeto de viagem até Lisboa, isto é inadmissível. Para piorar, quando finalmente fui retirar o carro, aquele UPGRADE que disseram que eu teria foi para um veículo da categoria WMAP, familiar, portanto, um carro baixo, em comparaçao a um SUV da categoria SMAS, que ainda estava com a porta amassada conforme a foto. Mas estava tao cansado mentalmente de toda esta experiência super negativa, que realmente me contentei em só ir embora deste péssimo ambiente que me havia colocado. Peço que o aplicativo de celular seja alterado para que outros consumidores e clientes fiéis a OK mobility nao voltem a passar pelos transtornos que passei. Ao mesmo tempo fiz diversas filmagens do processo de reserva e publicarei nas redes sociais e no GoogleMaps para que outros consumidores fiquem atentos para esta formatação de franqueados que irão levar esta empresa a colher os frutos desta desorganização.

Wir haben uns hier einen Scooter für 4 Tage in Lissabon gemietet. Super günstiger Preis, nettes Personal und der Transfer zum Airport hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil der Check in sehr lange gedauert hat und uns das mit den 40 für die Maut nicht richtig erklärt wurde ( ob wir sie zurück bekommen wenn nicht genutzt beispielsweise). Ansonsten Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Vergonha de Rent a Car. Alugamos uma carrinha para a empresa através da carget, com um seguro subscrito de proteção de franquia e para circular por um funcionário. Na hora do levantamento da viatura, não aceitaram o cartão de crédito para efetuar a caução de 1300 , porque estava no nome da empresa e não no nome do condutor. Tinha que fazer um seguro contra todos os riscos que custava mais 175 por 5 dias, um valor diário de 10 /dia porque para pagar a caução o nome do gerente tinha que ficar como condutor adicional. Para além disto tudo teria que pagar o aluguer de um dispositivo de via verde que não iria usar, de 2.09 /dia. Imputaram responsabilidades à Carget e que eram as suas condições e só eles podiam resolver. Não levantei a viatura, porque o que me exigiam eram mais do dobro do que me tinha custado a reserva. Entrei para a Carget, para pedir o reembolso e disseram-me que não podiam fazer nada, porque as condições que estão no site deles são impostas pela OK Mobility, e que só poderiam reembolsar com a autorização deles. Portanto, fiquei sem e sem o dinheiro. Mas uma coisa é certa, naquela Rent a Car não alugo mais viatura nenhuma.

Muito insatisfeita e zangada com esta agência ,, No dia 2 de setembro de 2024 alugamos um carro não foi o que nos tínhamos reservado ( aí já começou mal ) pagamos uma coação 150 que seria possivelmente devolvida dps de ser entregue o carro ( que foi entregue 08 de setembro 2024 hoje dia 4 de novembro 2024 para meu espanto foi me retirada da conta bancária 27 e qualquer coisa pela agência d aluguer do carro / como é possível retirar dinheiro da minha conta quase 2 meses dps de eu ter devolvido o carro tal como me foi entregue só nos foi dito que iam tirar um valor da coação para abastecer o pouco que faltava de cumpostivel ( nos atestamos 50 o tanque cheio do carro em Fátima e seguimos para Lisboa entregar o carro e ao chegar lá verificaram TD estava TD ok só iam descontar o que faltava para recompor o restante do tanque para ficar cheio e que nos devolviam o restante da coação ,, Não entendo nem sei o PK de hoje ser retirado 27 e pouco da minha conta bancária por essa dita agência ??

We booked our car via EasyJet with very interesting pricing ! 200 for 14 Days two drivers. When we arrived at OK Mobility we spent 3 hours waiting for someone to make the paper work. Here, have a credit card, because the seller tried to trap us, he couldnt find the mention credit so he told us it was a debit. After I pointed out where it was written he checked again but the system changed his mind, it was credit. What a surprise... We took the car without any additional cover. Took many pictures of it and go! Dont do that because every thing is on you in case something goes bad. Every thing !! Car was in mitigated conditions, with dead tires. Which i discover in the middle of our trip. To give back the car it was very quick, and I started taking pictures (in case of). And while theyre was a lot of car waiting to be tidied up in front of us, my photo shooting urged them to pick our car first... There was no new damages. In the end, 2 months after, the caution was entirely unlocked, and we just paid 200 approx and 35 for the tolls. Fearful experience but we didnt get robbed...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Waited 30mins for the shuttle, then another 2hrs to get the car. Only 2 counters were opened at the peak hour, and the staff were really inefficient - 2hrs to process 5 customers! All information submitted online for the booking were requested AGAIN so the staff can RE-ENTER them into their system. We purchased insurance during the online booking and the staff tried pushing extra insurance on us. The other option was to pay a big deposit of EU1,300. We have travelled to many other European countries and never encountered this. The staff was rude when we argued on the insurance we have paid for. TERRIBLE. When we picked up the car, no one bothered to explain how to operate it. We drove for 30mins not knowing where to turn on the lights until we found a gas station. We were told we will receive the refund of the EU1,300 deposit in 2 weeks but it s 4 weeks now. I ve written to the customer service, zero response. Mr / Miss Customer Service, if you re reading this - my booking number is 9157747, agreement number is 6099798, voucher number is PT189305950. Please process the refund of my deposit ASAP. I rented a car through booking.com. The car rental price was 113 euros. At the office, I found out that since I only have a debit card and no credit card, I had to pay for additional insurance for the car, they mentioned the number 185. I thought that was the price I had already paid plus the insurance. It turned out that 185 was the total cost of only the insurance. I realized this after I had already returned the car. Ended up paying almost three times the original price.

Jai réservé une voiture pour Hier chez Eux Jai été très déçu la personne nous a refusé de payé avec nôtre Carte Premier, et nous a imposé de prendre une assurance totale pour 295 euros, alors quavant nous ne prenions pas dassurance et on provisionner 1550 euros de franchise et la elle nous dit que notre Carte Visa nest pas bonne. J ai eu le droit à un service honteux et n ai pas pu avoir la voiture réservée. La personne du comptoir voulait absolument me faire prendre une assurance à 148 euros alors que j avais pris une assurance sur votre site. Elle a prétexter que mes cartes ne fonctionnaient pas. Elle a ensuite dit que je ne devais pas avoir assez de crédit ( alors déjà qui dit sa une cliente) alors que que sa machine devait clairement être cassée. Quand j ai demandée à changer de machine, elle a simplement dit non.nous lui avons proposé d utiliser une autre carte à un autre nom, elle a également dit non. Aucune solution n a été proposée pour nous aider Nous sommes en week-end pour des funérailles et n avions qu une seule chose est de retrouvés les nôtres aux plus vite pour faire notre deuil. Cette femme n a fait que nous humilier alors que nous étions endeuillé. Nous avons finalement été directement chez un autre loueur de voiture-hertz et somme reparti avec la voiture. Merci à eux! Une honte d avoir traité une famille endeuillé ainsi!

Never again ill rent here it was terrible, at pick up prepair for long cues unless you pay 40 euros to cut the line or wait +2-4 hours. Also the car was very scratched dents after the first day the olie lights lamp turned on second day the tire pressure was low cant make this up. only good thing was the return and the people where very nice so that was great! I had to travel to Lisbon for an unfortunate family event, my brothers funeral. My flight got delayed 2 hours because of airplane malfunction and by the time I got to Lisbon I was running out of time to make it to the funeral service. So I get to rental location to pick up the car already all stressed and worried about time, there was quite a few people there, so I went to the counter and I talked to this person and explained the situation, tells me to go get a fast track ticket, only to know that I had to pay an extra 40 euros at the end for that, and then gives me a car that wasn t still ready and had to wait for it. It s very unfortunate that a company can be so greedy and take advantage of people when they are facing difficult times. I wasn t worried about wasting my vacation time, I was worried about making it to the funeral on time after a long 2 weeks wait. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

Please don t rent here! After renting cars in dozens of countries spread around 3 different continents it was the first time I spent 2 hours to pick up the car. Starting with the bad conduct of the employee that I want to believe is just following the company instructions in order to extort money from stupid things like the fast track ticket that costs 40 they take clear advantage from the vulnerable clients that are already exhausted from the trip and the waiting time. Nothing professional at all and no transparency! Worst experience ever and the last for sure with this company.

Voiture avec les voyants allumé pour le service, très mal nettoyée, Maintenant on se bat et on ne va pas lâcher laffaire avec notre protection juridique Cela fait plus de 10 ans que lon loue sur le Portugal et jamais vu une chose pareil. Personnel incompétent, jamais reçu de contrat de location, pas capable de rentrer nos données correctement soit avec ladresse mail et notre domicile au Brésil, (on habite en Suisse) Ils se font de largent facile A EVITER.

You end up paying more or less the same as the more well known brands, with a lot more hassle. We had to wait for like 40 minutes for the shuttle to come and drive us to the pickup location, which was very crowded! Had to wait almost an hour to get to the counter and then another 15 min at the parking for the car to come! Their basic insurance coverage does not cover anything, so you will be forced to buy extra, they also charged me an extra 80 for cleaning!

Arrivée à Lisbonne avec 2h de retard, la navette est passée nous chercher environ 30 minutes après latterrissage. Le chauffeur parlait Français .... Attention, il faut prévoir de payer des choses en plus !!! (Le badge pour le péage à 150 et une autre assurance à 99 ou 1400 ). Concernant les frais autoroutes, la différence du montant des passages seront remboursés environ 2 semaines après la restitution de la voiture. Aucun remboursement pour lassurance. Du coup, la location de la voiture a été bcp plus chère que prévue !!!!

Aluguei uma viatura a partir das 12:30 mas como só fui levantá-la pelas 14 porque o avião se atrasou, cobraram me 100 extra pelo atraso ( ). Se fosse entregar tardiamente ainda podia entender, no entanto teoricamente a viatura seria minha a partir das 12:30. You have to pay 20-30 extra regardless of your reservation, for toll activation . That makes the interesting prices less interesting. Plus they don t accept some credit cards so it s like a gamble to know if you ll get your car or not.

I arrived late because my flight was delayed, so I called and was told to pick it up tomorrow because the office would be closing soon. I asked to leave a related inquiry and went the next day, but was told that the reservation was canceled due to no-show and that there was nothing they could do, and I did not receive any refund. The no-show policy is 6 hours from the reservation time, and when I called, it was 30 minutes after the reservation time. Is it my fault that I couldnt find my car while the office was closed? Really unpleasant and would never recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience with OK Mobility at Lisbon Airport. I was basically forced into taking an additional insurance, and to make matters worse, I was obliged to buy the Via Verde pass for the tolls, which didn t even work properly. I ended up having to deal with customer service, which was unresponsive over the weekend. They didn t inform me that I would need to call on Monday to resolve an error they made, and I had returned the car on Sunday evening. The service was absolutely frustrating, with a ridiculously long wait to return the car, and even longer to get a shuttle back to the airport. To top it all off, the line for check-in was incredibly long. Yes, you might save a bit of money, but the service is awful. This is by far the worst experience I ve ever had with a rental company. Tive uma experiência péssima com a OK Mobility no Aeroporto de Lisboa. Fui basicamente forçado a aceitar um seguro adicional, e para piorar, fui obrigado a comprar o passe Via Verde para os portagens, que nem sequer funcionava corretamente. Acabei por ter de falar com o serviço de apoio ao cliente, que não atendeu no fim de semana. Não me avisaram que teria de ligar na segunda-feira para resolver um erro que eles próprios cometeram, já que devolvi o carro no domingo à noite. O serviço foi incrivelmente frustrante, com uma espera absurda para devolver o carro, e ainda mais longa para o transporte de volta ao aeroporto. Para completar, a fila para o check-in era gigantesca. Sim, pode-se poupar algum dinheiro, mas o serviço é terrível. Foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência que já tive com uma empresa de aluguer de carros.

DONT BOOK HERE ! I have booked through rental car (classic broker) I show up to get the car, time to access the car was over an hour and a half queuing !!! Extra fee charged, Ive been told I need to write customer service and I will get them back : I wrote them, I received a request to fill up a form online, I dont receive any duplicate per email, nor any answer, never been refunded. Extension of rental : I call to extend the reservation, price for extension is 350 euros but price for new booking is 75 euros (of the same car with the same person on the phone, only difference is new booking means I bring back the first car and take the exact same car again meaning queuing again over an hour and half at the desk...) Operator on the phone acknowledged it makes no sense and knows the waiting is too long to get the car.

Do not book! They didn t turn up, then closed their offices. 2 parents and 2 kids under 10. Booked car from Lisbon airport well in advance. Upgraded insurance and sorted out fast track ahead of arriving. Flight 20 mins early. Shuttle bus didn t turn up, so we called after an hour of waiting to be told that they had no number for the office or drivers. Told us to wait on. 30 mins later and 2 more calls, their advisor told us the office was now closed and to get a taxi. We stood there for 1.5 hours, exhausted kids and ok mobility just abandoned us at 1130pm on a Thursday night. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Mon vol a eu 2 heures de retard, à mon arrivée pas de navette pour memmener à lagence okmobility (javais bien renseigné mon numéro de vol). Après des pourparlers par WhatsApp, il sest avéré quil ny avait aucune solution, et que sans doute la voiture réservée nétait plus disponible. Jai donc pris un taxi à mes frais pour me rendre à lagence et, effectivement ma voiture avait été attribuée à quelquun dautre...pour info, leur navette nest pas reconnaissable par le logo de lagence, donc vu le nombre de véhicules de transfert au terminal...+ le numéro de téléphone associé au bon réservation est en Espagne et personne ne repond. Bon courage si vous faites une réservation avec okmobility.

I had a terrible experience and the customer service was appalling I landed in Lisbon at half past nine at night and immediately called the customer service who informed me that there is currently no answer at the counter but that a shuttle should arrive at 10 at night. At ten past ten the shuttle passed me and did not stop and I had to pay a lot of money for a taxi and return the next day to pick up the car. The next day after hours of waiting and reluctance to help and only trying to prove that they were fine it was discovered that the order was canceled because supposedly I didnt arrive and I was charged for it and that I have to re-order and pay again....

NOT RECOMMENDABLE I reserved and paid a rental car with total insurance coverage as my car had a motorproblem. I traveled for some hour to get to Lisbon airport. Although I had all documents, 2 credit cards, made an on-line pre-check-in and spent more than 2 hours at the OK Mobility desk I was not handed over the reserved and paid car, which I urgently needed for 9 days, as a requested deposit of 1300 (in addition to the full insurance which already doubled the price of the car) could not be reserved with my credit card, although the coverage and credit limit were provenly correct. OK Mobility did not accept my second credit card with the argumentation that it would be a debitcard and did not offer any other solution than buying their insurance package for 350 (for a car and full insurance package of a total of 100 ). OK Mobility canceled the contract and I had to undertake my commitments by foot/public transport and take a Uber for the 1 hour ride home. I have never made such an experience in my life and will never again rent a car with OK Mobility.

NO VOLVEREMOS A CONTRATAR SUS SERVICIOS Alquilar un coche con esta empresa ha sido una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. Necesitábamos cambiar el titular de la reserva para cambiar el conductor principal, y al intentar hacerlo en la oficina, la única opción que nos ofrecieron fue pagar una tarifa adicional o cancelar la reserva, a pesar de que la oficina estaba a punto de cerrar. Sin alternativa viable, nos vimos obligados a pagar. Después, al revisar los términos en su propia página web, descubrimos que el cambio de titular podría haberse gestionado sin costo adicional llamando a su servicio de atención al cliente. Desde finales de septiembre hemos estado reclamando esta situación, y el servicio postventa ha sido un desastre: nos han transferido de un departamento a otro, nos han enviado formularios que hemos completado sin recibir respuesta, y nuestros correos electrónicos quedan sin contestar. Incluso han llegado a colgarnos el teléfono en varias ocasiones. Esta falta de profesionalismo y atención al cliente es inaceptable. Claramente, NO VOLVEREMOS A ALQUILAR AQUÍ.

Voiture réservé arrive sur place on vous propose 300 offres de garantie. Je récupère le véhicule personne ne fait le tours du véhicule avec vous donc je prends toute les photos nécessaires avec toutes les rayures du véhicule. Jour de remise du véhicule personne fait le tour encore une fois on rends les clés et bonne journée. Au final je reçois un mail 8 jours plus tard pour me dire que le véhicule est abîmé au endroit où j ai pris les photos avant que je mettes ne serait-ce que une valise dans le coffre. Résultat on m enlève la franchise pour des rayures dont je ne suis pas responsable le service client nul que en anglais alors que le pays est le Portugal. Je ne laisserais pas ça donc passer je ne vais pas lâcher l affaire. Je vous conseil de fuir cette agence de location ils sont incompétents voilà tout.

WORST car rental experience I have ever had. They are scammers and should not be in business! - after waiting 3 hours, they didn t have the car we booked, but instead an upgrade (a huge car that would cost us double in petrol costs) - mandatory 1300 euro deposit, if anything happens (your fault or not) it will be taken out of that AND charged additionally. Many people are never refunded this deposit, as this place is a scam. - they CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION after waiting 3 hours because they got mad when we asked if there was another option besides that deposit. We tried to talk to them calmly and reasonably but they refused to help us, leaving us at this point 4 hours into it with no car. Honorable mentions: - shuttle from the airport took 45 minutes to show up, then could only take 8 of the 25 people waiting - long wait, which can be fast tracked if you pay an additional 40euros. Which is why it took over 2 hours for everyone else. - HORRIBLE customer service from Leandro & the manager Miguel. Extremely hot headed, refused to listen or help, regardless of how calm we were being. - people besides us had the same issues and went from a 40euro 4 day rental, to 600euro 4 day rental. NOT WORTH IT. THANKFULLY, I walked behind the building to Green Motion car rental and was able to get a last minute rental for half the price, and they had great customer service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. UPDATE: still waiting for them to confirm the cancellation. No refund issued yet.

Worst customer service in the solar system. I booked a vehicle for a specific time, but their shuttle never arrived to pick me up, or the other customers, from the terminal. Later, I found out they closed the office at the exact time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. Since then, Ive been trying to get in touch to get a refund, but theres been no response.

We rented a car through enjoytravel.com. I added an additional insurance, but when I arrived on site to pickup the car the OK Mobility staff said that the insurance I paid had no value for them and they tried to push another one, but I refused it. The pickup process is confusing due to the extra insurance they try to push. The car I got was new and in perfect condition.

A fuir !!! Notre vol a eu du retard nous avons attendu au point de rdv fixé dans nos documents de location durant 2 heures!!! Impossible de joindre lagence, aucun appel reçu de leur part... nous avons donc pris un taxi pour rejoindre notre hôtel vu lheure tardive. Le lendemain matin nous nous rendons à lagence pour récupérer le véhicule, après avoir attendu 2 heures sans moyen de sasseoir car énormément de gens qui patiente. Et lorsque notre tour arrive on mannonce que je naurai pas de voiture car javais 6h pour récupérer le véhicule !!! La grosse blague... et en plus jai perdu le prix de la location car pas de remboursement... du vol

Nunca mais alugo carro por esta empresa. Eu devolvi o carro há uma semana e os caras não fecharam contrato e nem devolveram o depósito caução. O serviço de call center não tem atendimento em português e não ajudaram em nada. Não tem como falar com a agência diretamente.

Avoid OK Mobility at the airport at all costs! Our experience with this car rental company was a complete nightmare. First, they didn t even send a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, so we had to take a taxi to get to their office. Once we arrived, they refused to accept our bank card, claiming they only take credit cards, not debit cards, which was never clearly mentioned during the booking process. Then, they tried to force us into purchasing insurance for 350, which is simply outrageous. Faced with such shady practices, we decided to cancel the rental. They are complete scammers, and I highly recommend avoiding them to save yourself from unpleasant surprises!

Not the first time but for sure will be the last. Terrible company with no principles. I come to Portugal once a month, always rent diesel cars and today this company been ridiculous. Not been serious and very disrespectful saying in Portugal don t rent diesels. Very disappointed and please if you are reading this reveal think twice before you make the same mistake I done. I usually get to Portugal and in 30 minutes I am driving and today I have been here for more than 2 hours and no car and the people who works at the place has no costumer service at all. I had a diesel car 2 weeks ago and the employee at okmobility is been sarcastic and saying in my face that I am lying. So embarrassed and disappointed.

Booked through EasyJet, they had all information: mobile numbers, flight number and arrival time. We landed on time, but took us an hour to get through customs. We got out at 22:00 (when theys upposed to close). Long story short we didnt get a car nor we couldnt get to destination because they couldnt bother waiting, knowing how it works. First and last time.

Infelizmente a OK Mobility tem um serviço mau e acima de tudo ineficiente. Cheguei para levantar o carro e tinha uma senha a minha frente, no entanto, sai com a chave na mão 1 hora depois. Passados uns 30 minutos sem os números das senhas avançarem, perguntei ao senhor que parecia o manager se não tinham mais recursos disponíveis para atender quem estivesse a espera, mas infelizmente este não se mostrou preocupado e apenas respondeu que ha casos que levam mais tempo, que um colega tratava de algo com a gestão de frota e outra colega numa contagem qualquer, sem sequer pedir desculpa pelo incómodo ou tentar melhorar o serviço, já que de facto não faz sentido uma lentidão daquele dimensão (não quero imaginar no pico do verão). Os colaboradores pareciam todos ocupados em casos com seguros e todos falavam horas aos sorrisos com os clientes como se fosse família (simpatia não e o problema aqui, mas sim a ineficiência brutal neste sistema, que devia redefinir claramente a distribuição de recursos pelas senhas de levantamento de carros e outros assuntos mais morosos) enquanto provavelmente tratavam da burocracia de algum acidente, embora outros parecessem muito ocupados em vender de forma insistente os seus seguros, explicando vários cenários que estariam cobertos como se num café estivessem a falar. Quando fui atendido, já com cara de poucos amigos, infelizmente, respondi boa tarde quando a senhora me cumprimentou, sem qualquer ma educação da minha parte, já que não faz parte dos meus princípios fazê-lo. No entanto, a colaboradora não deve ter ouvido e voltou a dizer boa tarde! num tom mais alto e de péssima educação, ao qual respondi que lhe tinha dito boa tarde, enfim. Passados problemas com o sistema e várias demoras para ajudar a festa, disse-me no fim olhe, desculpe la qualquer coisinha. Fico espantado com a falta de profissionalismo e formação dos trabalhadores hoje em dia, mas fica a lição para aqui não voltar, recomendo outras rent-a-cars da concorrência.

Muito demorado para atendimento. 30 minutos para 3 senhas. No check in somos surpresos por uma taxa não reembolsável de VIA verde, mesmo se não formos a usar. E não é devolvido caso não termos usado no valor de 12,57 . O carro estava com batidas que não estava assinalado no contrato, voltei ao guiche para ser assinalado, e a senhora apenas disse pra tirar fotos e que víamos no final. Pode ser barato, mas cuidado não pagarem a mais.

Via de app direct een auto bij gehuurd bij deze maatschappij, dus niet via een boekingsplatform. Prima prijs, lite rate. Echter bij het ophalen, dat echt onmogelijk lang duurde aangezien er slechts 2 balies open waren, werd mij verteld dat ik de keus had om óf een auto één categorie lager dan geboekt te accepteren dan wel meer dan 500 bij te betalen aan verzekeringen aangezien het een nieuwe auto betrof die ik mee zou krijgen. Oh ja, en de borg zou 5.000 bedragen. Wat een ontzettende laaielichters deze gasten. Door intimiderend snel te praten, je te wijzen op de voorwaarden, te dreigen met een downgrade of verlies van je betaling proberen ze je erin te luizen. Dichter bij oplichting kom je mijns inziens niet. Na een flinke discussie met de baliemedewerker en een paar zgn. belletjes met zijn manager werd alles alsnog tegen de overeengekomen voorwaarden afgehandeld. Je kunt je voorstellen dat ik de auto uitgebreid gefotografeerd heb bij inlevering aan het einde van de huurperiode. Deze gasten zijn niet te vertrouwen, in tegenstelling tot hun collegas in Malaga waar wij een aantal keren een prima ervaring hadden.

NE PRENEZ PAS OK MOBILITY CEST UNE ARNAQUE Plus jamais je ne referais lerreur de faire confiance à une entreprise sans me renseigner. OK Mobility a de très bonnes notes sur leur site et une note correcte sur Booking, mais ne croyez pas les avis, ce sont des mensonges. Si vous lisez tous les avis et les commentaires à leur propos, vous pouvez voir un schéma se dessiner et cest exactement ce quil sest passé me concernant. Javais payé 300 euros pour une voiture à Lisbonne. Javais peur dune arnaque donc jai bien lu le contrat. Il stipulait que je devais donner une caution de 2000 euros avec ma carte de crédit. Jétais donc prêt quand je suis arrivé sur place avec mes 2000 euros sur mon compte. Larnaque réside dans labus de langage de la carte de crédit. En effet, la plupart des gens possèdent des cartes de débit et non crédit. et OK Mobility naccepte évidement pas la carte de débit pour une caution. Et même si vous êtes accompagnés par dautres personnes qui ont par chance une carte de crédit, ça ne fonctionnera pas puisquelle doit être au nom de la personne qui a réservé. Ils nacceptent évidement pas non plus les chèques ou lespèce bref, tout est fait pour que vous preniez une assurance à 428 euros en plus. Cest une arnaque et je sais pourquoi elle fonctionne puisque personne nest au courant du aux excellentes notes sur leur site et avis booking.

Tres mauvaise expérience. À éviter. Les temps d attente de la navette est déjà très longue (près de 45 minutes) avec aucune gestion de priorité mais le pire est la vente forcée de l assurance lors de la récupération du véhicule. La personne au guichet m a forcé à prendre l assurance (bien que j en avais déjà souscrit une lors de ma réservation via easyJet car rental). En effet, il n acceptait le dépôt de caution avec mes cartes bancaires sous prétexte que c était une carte de débit (et non une carte de crédit bien que les fonds pour la prise de caution étaient bien dispo sur les cartes) et donc seule solution, payer 510 d assurance supplémentaires pour récupérer la voiture ou perdre ma réservation qui n était pas remboursable. À éviter donc

Cars good. Damages not recorded beforehand: you need to proof that it was damaged already. Long waiting times by returns. You dont get any confirmation of return. So whether its fueled up or anything. When you ask and insist for written or mailed confirmation they get irritated and ignore you. Only 1 small shuttlebus to the airport for both arrivals and departures with very long waiting times.

Changed my rating, as using them frequently with now more experience. Change: Last two bookings, I was overcharged with new vehicle and mandatory via verde, which it is not and if so, should be included in the base price. With no response from customer service, I will not follow up, nor will I book ever again. Old review 1: They operate more quickly now. Very friendly. And very quick shuttle. Old review 2: Very good value money. For Lisbon: Quick transfer, but long ride. Staff is trained in selling insurance and other byproducts based on fear, not good. Extremely slow check-in staff. I really don t know what keeps them busy. Bring time and patience. We were 2 (two) customers in the office. It took 1h to register and get the car. On top it had to be cleaned not that we showed up unexpectedly. Worst OK office.

Terrrible experience with OK Mobility. They strong-armed us into getting full insurance and roadside assistance, more than doubling our total bill. Will NEVER rent from them again, and strongly suggest to others to avoid them at all cost. Additionally, there were several other customers there with us, all being forced to pay more. Scandalous company, scam business model. Surely they sit together at the end of the day and count how much extra money they were able to scam out of the customers!

Pior empresa de aluguer de carros! Desde o início tivemos problemas com a demora no atendimento (check in, recolha e devolução) além que os funcionários são mal educados. Enchemos o tanque, mas por estar 99% cheio e não 100%, cobraram taxas e mais taxas sendo que em outras empresas nunca tivemos esse tipo de problema. Não recomendo!

Le personnel mens sur le dépôt de garantie (nous dis que ce nest pas un dépôt de garantie mais un paiement) pour que nous prenions une assurance plus chère que la location, essaie de nous faire peur comme si la voiture allait tomber en panne (les voiture ne sont pas vérifiés et entretenus ??). Nous rendons la voiture et constatons que beaucoup de clients sont mécontents des pratiques douteuses (une personne préfère l annuler, une autre au téléphone pour un litige)

This place is a huge scam. First, it is not at the airport, and you have to take a shuttle to get there. Once we got to this remote office, we waited almost an hour to get checked in. Then, the person checking us in tricked us into buying a bunch of extras. He gave us a choice between two cars, we said we didn t care, he made us pick one, and it was actually an upgrade (that we didn t want). He said that we had two choices for the fuel, and again we picked one (which was 80 for the whole tank, and it was a hybrid that we barely used any fuel from). The person that we returned the car to admitted that the check-in guy was upselling us without saying that we had the choice to decline, basically just scamming us. Definitely use another service.

NON NOLEGGIATE DA LORO SONO DEI TRUFFATORI. Prenotata e pagata la macchina on line tramite app di Ryanair, una volta arrivati alla concessionaria per il ritiro (dopo le 22:00 causa ritardo del volo) al desk ci hanno obbligato a sottoscrivere una copertura aggiuntiva (cit. Se non scegliete una delle 2 opzioni -500 o 2k euro- non possiamo consegnarvi la macchina) specificando che in caso di nessun danno al veicolo la somma non sarebbe stata scalata ma sarebbe stata utilizzata come cauzione. Un ora dopo la riconsegna dellauto in perfette condizioni (lauto è stata sempre parcheggiata in silos custoditi e a pagamento) mi è stato addebitato lintero importo. Meritano una denuncia per frode cosa che provvederemo ad effettuare a breve

Nachdem ich alle negativen Bewertung las habe ich das schlimmste erwartet aber es kam genau andersrum. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich, es dauert einen Moment bis alles bearbeitet ist (wie überall) und das Auto war total in Ordnung, Empfang sowie die Rückgabe. Ich denke 99% der Probleme sind die Kunden selbst schuld und sollten einer firma wegen eigenen Fehlern keine schlechte Bewertung geben. Beispiel: Viele Kunden beschweren sich das sie nur eine Kreditkarte die auf ihren Namen läuft benutzen können und es dann zu höheren Kosten kommt bei der Abholung. Das steht alles in den AGB s und vielleicht sollte man sich die einfach vorher einmal durchlesen. Genau wie die negativen Bewertungen über einen Aufschlag der Versicherung. Das sind alles Fehler die der Kunde begangen hat da er sich nicht richtig informiert vorher. Generell hilft es im Leben weiter sich vorher genau zu informieren, dann kann man vieles vermeiden, bei mieten sowie kaufen ;) Ich war absolut zufrieden und werde gerne nochmal ein Auto hier mieten.

Une navette nous attendait à laéroport à lendroit indiqué, cétait très fluide. Petite surprise en réservant via booking : à vouloir anticiper lheure de retrait du véhicule, jai été considéré en no show. Résultat : 400 de plus en frais dassurance et de réactivation de la réservation. La voiture était propre et fonctionnelle (skoda) mais la pression navait pas été faite... 1.9 au lieu de 2.4... Le retour sest fait de manière simple et rapide avec navette pour repartir vers laéroport (très fluide). Bon accueil navette, retrait et restitution.

For me everything worked fine, had a nice Audi a1. Easy pick up, easy return. The man there said everything was fine and the deposit will be back on the card soon, once he has put the data into the computer. Since I always take an insurance in Portugal (scratches and bumps are too common here) I cant tell if someone would have tried to sell me anything. If you consider that here the full insurance package ist mostly still cheaper than the other brands. I had two cars already and a scooter and so far everything always went very well. The shuttles from the airport to anywhere in Lisbon are always late so best to take a Uber to this place right away. It cost only 4 or 5 bugs. I will come back for a rental car next vacation (: ...unless of course they keep the deposit now but as I said above... Confirmed that everything was ok (:

ARNAQUE, A FUIR SI VOUS VENEZ À LISBONNE!!! Ils vous vendent des locations à des prix attractifs pour qu une fois sur place vous soyez dans l obligation de souscrire à leur assurance. Ce ne sont pas des commerçants honnêtes, il vaut mieux passer son chemin et se tourner vers une boîte de location plus chère mais qui ne vous demandera pas de frais supplémentaires. De plus le personnel n est pas agréable, les temps d attente sont extrêmement longs. Nous avons attendu 1h à l aéroport avant d avoir une navette. Vraiment fuyez si vous voulez une agence de location honnête et fiable.

Absolute scammers. They will sell a rental at a price, then offer you and insurance through a provider (Which I bought) and when you get there theyll try to charge a lot of extras, such as toll tag, international fees, premium cover, and so much more, making the initial price spike, and they were lying to me saying IT IS MANDATORY. In the end the manager came and I did not pay any extra but had to argue and waste 40 min at least. Then car was perfect and return experience also (Lets see if I can my 2K deposit back) anyway DO NOT COME HERE

The worst experience I ever had with renting a car internationally. They have misleading information o the website and they just say the website is wrong and leave you with no option but to accept extreme fees or in my case, just completely lose the reservation. I had to book a new car with another agency for 3x the price. Do not make the same mistake, prices are low because they are scammers!

ATTENTION ! A évitez au possible, le service de récupération à laéroport nest jamais venu. Ce qui nous décale dun jour la réservation qui fut annulé à cause deux. Obligation de payer une nouvelle assurance en nous affirmant que lancienne prescrite était échue alors quaprès appel a lassureur, personne ne peut annuler lassurance. Le remboursement va être une guerre sans fin car ils se jettent la balle. Horrible, je ne recommande en aucun cas. Sans compter les surplus arriver au comptoir, quil faut debourser. ATTENTION! To avoid as much as possible, the airport pick-ut service never came. This postpones us by one day the reservation that was cancelled because of them. Obligation to pay a new insurance by telling us that the old prescribed was expired while after calling the insurer, no one can cancel the insurance. The refund will be an endless war because they throw the ball at each other. Horrible, I do not recommend in any way. Not to mention the surpluses arriving at the counter, which must be paid.

Ridiculous. First the instructions say you have to call to get a shuttle, but when calling the provided number, there is no number option for that service. So you just push whichever button hoping to find a human at the other end.. and they explain the shuttle comes by every 15 minutes. Shouldnt THAT be the instruction? But only if it was that easy.. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. When we finally got to the check in location, the system was down.. Add another 45 minutes wait. And then the fun begins.. You cannot pay a deposit with a debit card, and the driver has to pay.. Only one solution, to pay the full insurance (about 300 , more than the rental itself). The service was very poorly handled and the lady incredibly rude. Refused to get management. And the cherry on top when returning the car? You scratched the tire and you dont have the insurance. JOKE ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Je déconseille fortement cette agence. Jai loué une voiture sans assurance supplémentaire. On me remet les clés mais sans faire le tour de la voiture pour contrôler létat de la carrosserie,ils mont dit quil était déjà fait! Je fais des photos et vidéos de toute la carrosserie et jantes comme je fais à chaque fois que je loue une voiture. Au retour du véhicule,ils me disent quil y a des rayures sur la carrosserie qui ne sont pas marquées sur leur état des lieux.je leur dit quelles y étaient déjà mais ils insistent à dire que cest moi. Finalement je leur montre les photos et vidéos faites le jour de la réservation....ils me répondent: ok pas de problème. Conclusion:si je naurait pas fait des photos et vidéos,ils mauraient fait payer ces rayures

HORRIBLE RENTAL EXPERIENCE, NO DEPOSIT REFUND! Okmobility: Contract number: 5193774 Rental start date: 20-10-2023 I am writing this review to strongly warn others against renting a car from Okmobility. It was an absolutely appalling experience! Almost 8 months after returning the rental car, I STILL haven t received my deposit refund. Okmobility shamelessly promised to return the money within 14 days, but today is July 20th, and I am STILL WAITING. Despite countless attempts to contact the company via email and phone, all my efforts have been in vain. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone, and NO ONE RESPONDS to emails. I have even sent a letter from my lawyers, but Okmobility continues to ignore me. Now, Okmobility is pretending they haven t received any of my communications and is requesting additional information from the review platform trustpilot to make it seem like I haven t provided enough details. This is just another tactic they use to have negative reviews taken down. This is beyond unacceptable! Okmobility blatantly disrespects its customers and outright steals their money. I am FURIOUS and EXTREMELY disappointed. I vehemently advise against using this company s services. Okmobility - SCAMMERS! #Okmobility #SCAM #AVOID #NeverAgain P.S. I have attached a screenshot of my email outbox to show that I have repeatedly tried to reach out to Okmobility without any response. Do not rent a car here in you expert service. Car was delivered without hubcaps at the start of the rental period. When returned i was charged to replace them. Ok i had to mark the missing hubcaps on the voucher before i left but i thought that was their job to do that when the previous renter returned the car. Some one did not do their job and i have to pay for it. Granted its a way to earn money but i vommited in my mouth and after that they made me swallow it. Good luck fellow travellers

Estávamos hospedados no Chiado (bem próximo ao endereço da Ok Mobility) e ainda assim nos fizeram ir até o aeroporto, no Meeting Point. Chegando lá, todas as outras companhias estavam trabalhando normalmente, menos a Ok que não enviava o shuttle. Liguei no telefone deles e falaram que a van não viria enquanto um evento em Lisboa que fechou as ruas não terminasse (não estava havendo nenhum evento), o shuttle apenas não veio e não tinha previsão de vir. Depois de uma hora aguardando tentamos cancelar e queriam cobrar uma taxa de 50 euros para um carro que NEM SEQUER CONSEGUIMOS PEGAR. Fujam!!!!!

Péssimo. Perdemos a manhã de domingo tentando pegar o carro. Falaram para irmos até o aeroporto no ponto de encontro, depois falaram que estavam com problemas nas ruas da cidade e que não poderiam ir até lá (mentiram, pois pegamos um taxi e viemos até a central . Paguem um pouco mais e peguem companhias melhores.

Manque de respect royal. Force intensément à prendre une assurance, se fou de ma gueule et ne veut pas faire de vérifications du véhicule. Car soit disant cest ma responsabilité, le véhicule est neuf, et tout ceci se déroulant avec le soit disant responsable. Me donne pas la voiture commandé (il mavait dabord dit que jaurai un kadjar parce que ma voiture nétait pas disponible, quand jai refusé lassurance me change la voiture pour une moins équipée). À fuir totalement, ce sont des arnaqueurs.

35 minutes of waiting on arrival for the shuttle, another 30 minutes to take the car. You check the car yourself! And on the way back, 45 minutes of waiting to get to the airport, fortunately we had a head start. Zero services, I just hope I dont have any surprises on my account. Run away!!!

Terrible quality of service. You CANT contact them by email or in app. Only phone number and personnel unable to give you any info except whats written in FAQ section on website. Youll have to wait aboit 20 minutes to reach support. My problem is that i still didt received invoices for previous booking! 3 weeks since rental! Website is useless and not finished yet - not possible to see previous bookings, status, documents (incl. invoices). No water in windshield washer, key battery almost dead (bought new myself). We took a car 3rd time here and spent over 3000 euro but it looks now like a wrong decision and next time (in august) Ill definitely choose another rental car provider. What you need to know is even if it is called airport their office is not at the airport and youll have to use free shuttle to go to an office or from office to airport. You can leave a car only at their working hours and thats a fail since my flights from airport Lisboa are mostly earlier than office opened.

Literally the worst rental experience I ve ever had in my life. Forced to pay for insurance through the company? None of the international companies like Avis, Hertz, National, etc do this. Our car display didn t work properly, so they charged us extra for a new car bc it was a different fare class yet it was the only automatic car they had you d think they d just comp it? The staff member threatened to charge me a penalty because I pulled the car out of the spot yet I wasn t officially on the reservation. Great service all around (jk).

I lost my full day and had to pay estra 390 because they gave me a faulty car. The car they gave me had issues with the clutch. Used it two days but the third one it was impossible to turn on the engine. Had to wait 1h30 until the taxi arrived then they forced me to pay 390 for the assistance instead of keeping the current deposit. They told me they already checked the car and know its an engine issue, but also told me they need to prove first is not my fault so i need to pay those 390 and then if they prove its their fault then their return me the money. So basically it depends on THEIR partner if they have to pay the road assistance and taxi or not. Obviously I will block the payment if I dont get the reimbursement, but even if i get it i dont think i will use this company again. UPDATE: Its been more than 2 weeks. No news, got anything in my email and still missing my money. LAST UPDATE: They did not reimburse it
