I have been scammed into paying an extra 100.00 Euros for the tolls which I haven't used and never been refunded the money. They haven't replied to any of my messages or email's it has now been nearly 2 months...

We paid extra to get an 'elite' car, and a 'compact' car. We chose this very deliberately. Instead we got a FIAT SUV 500X that was old (over 100,000km) dirty and covered in scratches. This car is very clearly not elite, and is not a compact car! We were very disappointed that we didn't get remotely close to the car we requested, yet still had to pay a premium.

Very good experience with specific rent. First of all, I really appreciated the fact that they waited for us despite our plane being very late at the aisle. Finally, when we handed the car over to them, everything went very well and everything was very quick. Barely 20 minutes to return the car, load the luggage and transfer to the airport. On our next visit to Lisbon we will book again via their site.

Had a great experience renting a car through a provider that linked me up with Specific Rent. The rental process once onsite was quick and easy, took maybe 15mins max. Returning the car was about the same. There were no issues with them trying to nickel and dime me on any services or return conditions. For what I paid per day for a very nice car its incredibly hard to beat them. The only potential issue is being that its not a large national/global company my only concern was it there were an issue with the car and who is available to help. So make sure to get those details ahead. Also, they have normal operating hours and are not 24hr counter service like the big rental companies. None of these changed my rating but something to consider. Will certainly use their services again.

Attention, be careful, this company employs scammers, not only did they change the rental price when renting without explaining the reasons, but they also tried to get as much money as possible in cash, but in the end the most offensive thing is that when accepting the car they decided to pin a scratch on me on the back bumper, which I observed on the car from the very beginning and in the diagram the rear bumper was marked as having damage.
